I had ordered an item in the start of october so its almost two months. The paymeny was made through my card that means even after receiving money they don't want to deliver it. Customer care was indifferentto the whole ordeal. Did not inform me yet though he did say he will call me in n2 days. What a shame you are supposedly a top ol shoppimg website and you cannot eve ndeliver. Last time buyimg from infibeam. Please if you have any ethics please sort this ouy

    i purchased a iball sleec thin mobile on 30.12.2012 from infibeam website. This is online shopping. When I received this product from courier and I check that the mobile speaker is not working, charger not working, extra battery cover also not working, then I complaint to iball service center but they tell me we have no responsibility then I complaint to infibeam then tell me we response you in 48 hours. Now my complaint is running on infibeam and tell me your complaint is under processing and I told them I want replace my this product and online policy rules is if your product has any problem in 3 day of receiving your product will replace..
    I request you that if infibeam will not response to my with their responsibility I want complaint and I want fir for infibeam.Com online shopping. I called to infibeam 5 time.
    I also called to iball company but not give me perfect solution for this product. And I also want cas register to consumer court after their 48 hours response. My self pankaj I patel.

      I have ordered for a " Western Digital 1 TB MY PASSPORT USB 3.0 Hard Drive (WDBBEP0010BBK) " of an ordered amount of Rs 5349/- on 20th September 2012 and supposed to get it delivered before 28th September 2012 at NIT Rourkela .....but i cancelled the order on 2nd October due to both non-availability at delivery address and delay in delivery. One of the Infibeam Customer care promised me to give me my money back as store credit so that I can buy anything later. After a long discussion she told me that she did cancel my order (order ID : 9395144) and i will get my money as store credit in my account but nothing happened like that.After that i called the customer care for more than 15 times and every time they told me that they will inform me regarding this and I will get my money back, but nothing became fruitful. Till now, I did not get any store credit, and now i want my money back directly in my account with compensation as the product rate has increased a lot and i have spent a lot of money during discussion with customer care...

        Called more than 10 times

        They are saying money sent to wallet.I have checked wallet in account setting nothing is there.

        Fooling around innocent customers.

        Never emailed me while refunding money.

        Checked spam and inbox.

        Even the order does not show in my account.Buggy website.

        Anybody know where i can complain about them ,they don't have any standards.
        they are unable to send me an email while stating that my refund is delayed,so they are worse.

        To save interest of people there service should be banned.

        My order was cancelled on 7th Nov and till date not received the money,person who cancelled the order told me that i will get money back in 2 hours.
        They redefined the definition of hours

        1 hour=8 days

          I recently tried making a purchase at Infibeam.com for a Philips DVD Player worth Rs 2159/. The prices were the lowest but by only Rs30 compared to other websites, however the the price that I had to pay for saving those 30Rs has now costed me Rs2159/-!

          Here is What happened: I place on order for Philips DVD player on Nov 13,2012 by going through their website and Logging in as a GUEST USER. This was the BIGGEST MISTAKE for this case- Signing up as a Guest user. As a guest user the site asked me for my email,shipping address, telephone number, followed by the payment options. I entered the details and made the payment via my banks (HDFC) Netbanking services. The payment went through successfully and the money debited instantly. After the payment I was directed to a order confirmation page in which i got Order Number i.e. 9692412.

          HERE is the SCAM: Things got weird after this. After the order, I waited for sometime for an email confirmation which is the usual thing with other online shopping sites. However I did not recieve any confirmation from Infibeam that they had received my order, nor did I receive any SMS confirmation. So I called up the Customer care number at[protected] and told them about my order.

          What was they told me next came as a SHOCK: They said that there was no such order in the system!!!! Not only this, they said - "Sorry we cannot help you" and tried to close the case. !! withing 1 minute of the call. They did not discuss the matter further nor they seemed to be interested. So I stopped them and for the next few minutes I tried to explain my order process..that this is what I had done and that money has been debited.. but they simply said one sentence "Sorry we cannot help you"
          I was shocked. If you cannot help then who the hell will?

          The money had been debited from my account. So then I took Screen shots of my bank statement and the the order confirmation page and emailed the customer care "[protected]@infibeam.com" both of screenshots are attached below.

          Their Response: Next day, i.e. Nov 14, I recieved a response saying that they had indeed received my order and It was about to be shipped. This came as a relief however only to be shortlived. So I waited for the next few days and 5 days went by and there was no sign of any shipment. I againt contacted them at their call center - First they said that they are unable to find my order. After a few minutes of talking and explaining the problem, they changed their stance to - We found the order but it is STILL UNDER PROCESS. This was on Nov 19. What is this happening?

          Again a few days later i.e. on Nov 21 I emailed them saying - Where is my order? However I got no reponse. So I called up the call center only to find out that - My order had been wrongly shipped to BANGALORE!!!!!!! Shocking!!!!!!!
          What is wrong with these guys and How is this possible!!!


          What's LATEST: Its been over 11 days since I placed an order. Till date I HAVENT received my order. I have emailed the customer care but there no reponse. I doubt I will be recieiving the product that I paid for. This has left us with no choice but to proceed to our local consumer forum court here in Chandigarh.

          Analysis: Its clear that Infibeam.com has some serious lapses with its A)Guest User Ordering System B)Customer Support Service C)Transparency of Information

          What next: We are planning to take them to consumer forum and are consulting a Consumer Forum specialist Lawyer here in Chandigarh which is where I live. The lawyer has said that we have the proofs of Money debits and order confirmation page which is Enough to go after these guys at Infibeam.com
          Also, we contacted HDFC Bank inorder to find out the details of the client to whom the money was credited. They said the money was sent to CCAvenues.com customer, right now we are contacting CCAvenues for Account details of Infibeam.com and as soon as this is received we wil file for a Case ..apparently a Notice will be sent out to Infibeam.com first..; this will act as an additional proof against Infibeam.

          The question is not about Rs 2159/- but about - What if I had place an order for an Expensive item and they refused to acknowledge it. I hope those reading this will be cautioned and as an advice I would urge you to refrain from doing online shopping at Infibeam.com Its better to shell out a few extra bucks and be safe rather that be sorry.

              i ordered nokia asha 305 on 23rd of oct. from inifbeam.com the item has to been delivered by 1st of nov. but yet i have not received it i tried contacting ifibeam.com through the emails but none of my mail was replied. i called the customer care they filed a complaint for the same and promised me that the item would be shipped by 4th of nov. Now , on 4th the status of the item stil shows "in processing" .. such a worst service infibeam.com

                I ordered a microSD card SANDISK 8GB on infibeam.com on 8th August. I received this product on 12th but the product packing was damaged and card was found non genuine. This 8GB card was actually showing storage capacity of 3.3GB only even though it was written 8GB on it. Surely it was a fake product sold to me by Infibeam. I complained immediatly to infibeam on same day with supporting pictures. Since then I am follwoing their customer care, written so many emails but no action been taken by them. They are promising 30day replace guarantee but not acting on that.
                I have wasted so much of time and money on phone and other communication but in vein. Serious action needed to stop these companies working like this.

                I ordered for a mobile phone on Infibeam.com. They delivered me the wrong model - which is not only of lower price but also not my preference. I have written to them for replacement but not sure if they are going to listen. I had a horrible time in the whole order prcess as well.

                  I placed an order for clothing items from the website http://infibeams.com/ however one of the dresses which were supposed to be custom made was absolutely inappropriate in quality. The owner of the website Tasneem Ishaq charged £120 for this dress and it looked to be not even worth £50. One would think they would use good quality material and make it look similar if not exactly the same as the image on the website. However the dress I received was of cheap satin material with red coloured pen showing through as it was white, although picture showed off white. The dress had no embroidery on it and instead a cheap quality lace attached on the body of the dress, although image showed embroidery on the dress. It was such a bad quality dress. I tried contacting the person via email but I had no response, I tried ringing the number and no one even answered.
                  If anyone does come across the website do not use as I have had a very bad experience with them and I am sure they are not genuine as no one has heard of them, especially since there is no reviews about them online. They are an absolute rip off with no regards to customer care.

Even after contacting the Infibeam Customer Service repeatedly (via phone at [protected] and E-mail at [protected]@infibeam.net) I have still no solution. I have also contacted the local courier offices and they have not received anything in my name either. Finally, when I track the shipments online, I’m shocked to find the status (for suborder no.[protected] as ‘delivered’ on 22/09/2012, which is absolutely non-sense! The other shipment (suborder no.[protected], although, is still shown to be in-transit.
                    Disgusted, I even asked for a cancellation and a refund, but of no avail whatsoever.

                      I bought a Toshiba TV (24 Inch LCD TV 24PA200), Dated Sep 7, 2012 from the Infibeam.com, It was delivered to me on Sep 22, 2012. The TV screen was broken at the time receiving. I logged a complaint regarding this in Infibeam.com on the same day the deliver was made. They informed they will recheck it and deliver a new TV in 24-48 Hrs. Which was not done till now. Every time when I call then they will tell me the same sentence. I believe that Infibeam.com is just spoofing me out and not providing the support which was guaranteed.

                          I am very sorry to state that you have not given any satisfactory answer to resolve my problem---I purchased an Arise Venus 52 mobile phone from your online store for Rs 809.00. Its order ID is 11945526. The Cellphone was delivered to me on 29th october, 2013 at around 3 pm. When I tried to switch on the phone, I found that the phone was dead. It is neither switching on nor is getting charged. I just then called at phone no,[protected] where your executive told me that your team will contact me within 24 hours. But I have got no response from you. Let me say that I felt totally harrassed and confused on finding the product dead and even more at finding no response from you. I had to gift it to someone but due to your irresponsible attitude toward the customers my commitment was flopped, and this brought my moral down. I am extremely sorry to say that such types of neglegences are worth prosecution as you are expected to deliver foult free products to your customers which you have failed. It is your sole responsibility that you first check the product whether it is in standard working condition or not and then despatch it to the customer. Not only this, you further harass the customer by not responding satisfactorily. This is my suggestion that a good busineesperson must feel the passions of his/her customers and then only he can touch the apex in the field.

                            I had ordered a Karbon A9 mobile on the infibeam portal via purchase ID 9156801 ( sub order ID:[protected] on August 4th, 2012 for Rs.8950 and was literally taken for ride as i am yet to get the mobile.

                            1/ The ordered mobile reached me on mid of August
                            2/ The mobile had a problem and a Complaint #39272 was registered
                            3/ Infibeam didnt call me after that and the only thing i received was an automated email
                            4/ After long wait in telephonic queue i was able to talk to an Infibean agent, who asked me to take the mobile to the nearby Karbonn centers and get the OS upgraded. ( I dont understand the fact, why should i be doing it myself, when it is part of their job )
                            5/ Tried reaching the numbers given by Infibeam to talk to the local karbon centers, but in vain. Finally, i was able to get hold of a number and i was told that they cannot do it
                            6/ I never received a call during this period from Infibeam at all !!!
                            7/ I called up Infibeam again and asked them to take the product back.
                            8/ Infibeam agreed and informed me to pack it and keep it ready as per their norms.
                            9/ The product was kept ready and no one came to pick it up
                            10/ "I called back infibeam" again and i was told that the courier agent cant pick it up because the area is remote. I was not told this earlier when i made the call.
                            11/ Finally after continuous effort for over 10 days, i was able to get a courier person to come and collect it
                            12/ The product reached infibeam office in delhi, but i was not called
                            13/ I called up again, to check the status of the returned product. I was told by Deepika that the product has been sent to Karbon center for repair.
                            14/ I told Deepika that, i would like to have a fresh piece of Karbon mobile and not a repaired one. I asked Deepika to put me across to the Lead and requested him to get me a fresh piece. The Lead told me all the Karbon A9 mobiles lying in infibeam are outdated and even if they send across a fresh piece, it will have problem.
                            15/ Finally, i asked for a refund and i was told by Sailesh that the amount will be refunded on Monday September 25, 2012
                            16/ The amount was not refunded, instead i got another email from Ravi stating as per rules of Infibeam, the amount will not be reimbursed and we may get store credits. If i dont respond within 48 hours, it will be assumed that the Compliant is closed !!!
                            17/ I have been running behind infibeam literally for past one month for getting things done, and here i recieve an email from infibeam stating the case will be closed, if i dont respond in 48hours !!!
                            18/ I would have spent close to Rs.1000 to Rs.1500 just making calls to them. Infact, i was travelling and most of the calls would have been under roaming charges
                            19/ I had to finally budge asking them to send another product

                            I never ever had such a bad experience in any of the online stores. This is one of the worst experience . None of the people had the courtesy to follow-up, nor update me as to what is the progress of the issue. I would recommend no one to purchase any product from Infibeam anymore and i am campaigning against it !!!

                              I have ordered a shirt from Infibeam on 11th sept 2012 with order no: 9354029. It is shown in the webpage as it will be shipped by 15th september 2012 and will reach me on 19th sept 2012. Today is 20th sept 2012. Still now they haven't shipped the product, it is still showing as processing. Even i have paid the money for that purchase. Even i have contacted the infibeam customer care through email and helpline number, but still now there is no response. I never recommend anyone to buy a product from infibeam. The only service the infibeam offers is a poor customer service. So be careful while dealing with Infibeam.

                                Its been more than 15 days since i placed this order for a birthday gift, and i'm very frustrated by your service.

                                To my surprise the slippers were ordered for size 7 and the delivered item has size 6. A paper slip was stuck on the slipper with 7 written on it by a pen, to camouflage the actual size.

                                Also the second item of the order has not been shipped till date, and if you're not planning to deliver the same then i would request to atleast intimate me, so that i can buy an alternative gift from somewhere else.

                                I've mailed the same details through your website's "Contact Us" page, but haven't got any reply yet.

                                  i ordered a book from infibeam on 7th of september , order number 9331446, the delivery date to me as mentioned was September 14th but till today i.e 17th of september , the product hasn't been shipped . The customer service guys sound ridiculous when they keep on saying the product is under processing and they will call me back or update the status as soon as possible . No business possible with these frauds.

                                    i have purchased a mobile Motorola defy+from infibeam.com on 28 Aug 2012 as per invoice attached in your attach photo column.The courier reached on 31st 0f Aug in evening and on 3rd Sept. while receiving call phone get shutdown.
                                    on thee same day I called up Infibeam on customer Support No +[protected] and theey advised me to go to Motorola service center and denied replacement witheout raising any complaint.On 4the of Sept. I visit Motorola service center Jammu,and theeir representative informed me theat thee motheer board is having problem and needs replacement and advised to get replacement from shopping site theey have mentioned 30 days replacement .
                                    For Your information i have copy paste thee same script from Infibeam.com as under:

                                    30 Days Replacement Policy
                                    Infibeam offers 30 days replacement guarantee for all products sold on Infibeam.com. Customers may notify us of any damage or defect withein 30days from thee date of delivery. Infibeam will replace thee defective product withe a brand new product at no extra cost.

                                    Infibeam will try to replace thee specific product ordered. However, thee company reserves thee right to offer an alternate product in case thee product is out of stock/ production.

                                    The 30days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of thee customer.The return policy is also not valid for certain products such as Cakes, Flowers, gifts, etc. Should customers come across any issue withe such products, theey are advised to contact customer service withein 2 working days, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement.

                                    Digital content such as e-books is not returnable at all.


                                    at service center i called up Infibeam customer support again and service representative also talk to theem but again theey denied for replacement but raised my complaint no:42315.
                                    Please do thee favour and helped me to get a brand New Replacement as per theeir Listening

                                    I have booked a DVD player of philips which had 10 free DVDs. Infibeam haven't shipped the DVDs. Even after 10 days of placing the complaint none of them reverted back. Very disgusting, they aren't bothered for customer satisfaction, they never turned back to update the status of complaint.

                                      I Rafeeq Syed Purchased a set of books (4) from infibeam.com total of Rs 2461.00
                                      On 11/7/12 bearing order number 9037891.
                                      but the payment was not successful ,so I called the customer care and cancelled the order, they said that the order has been cancelled.

                                      As I needed the books urgently so after three days on 14/7/12 again I ordered the same order. Order Id was 9048670

                                      ,I went out of station for some days and what I saw is that both orders were shipped to my hostel.


                                      I called Them saying that there is a duplicate order, they accepted the return
                                      They said that two books came from delhi and other from kolkata.
                                      On 24/7/12 A pick up was arranged for delhi books.

                                      But for the left two book after calling lot of times.. The pick up was done on 18/8/12 (after one month)

                                      But still i haven`t got the refund from them i got refung for only one book Rs 528 thats all.


                                      I am a student and I m facing lot of troubles with this issue
                                      Every time I call them they say u will get the refund in one week and soo on..
                                      but still i didnt get the remaining amount.

                                      Please look into this issue and solve this

                                        Hi i am Harsha, i have ordered a bean bag form INFIBEAM.COM on 4th August 2012 and paid the amount(ORDER NO 9152989), till date i have not received the consignment.
                                        I have sent 3 emails and called costumer care there is no reply form them, As i usually shop through e-commerce this is the worst experience i ever had experience form an e-commerce site.
