Dear Team,
I am Imtiyaz Rashid from Srinagar J&K.I have made an order from Infibeam.com.I ordered HTC Desire X Mobile phone for Rs 13857 on March 18 2013. The said has been paid in advance. The Order has been successful with ORDER NO. 10433470. As per the shopping site product will be delivered within 6 days, but even after 12 days my order is pending for shippment. I mailed a number of times to the customer care of infibeams, but they does not respond. I taked over phone they excuse to ship the product evening and sometimes morning, but never shipped the product. Now with your help i would like that the shopping site should be ordered to ship the product today. I believe that my complaint may be logged and would provide fruitfull results.

    HI friends PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM INFIBEAM.COM

    i have purchased micromax a89 ninja from INFIBEAM.com i had got a problem in the phone the touch sensitivity was not working properly i have raised complain in the website , after a week i didn't get any reply or response from the website ever if i call i wont get any proper reply ,
    After 2 week i got a mail from the website saying the shipment will be done soon , i had waited at least for a week
    after the shipment they took more than 1 month still not i didnt get any proper reply and also thy had conformed saying that they wont replace for a brand new one i got pissed off still now i didn't get at least the repaired one :(

      I had ordered a Philips juicer at infibeam in the month of December 2012. I got the plastic jug accompanying the juicer in completely broken position. Based on the suggestion of infibeam, I returned the broken jug. But they have not replaced it even after three months. Earlier they were saying that they will replace it soon. But not they have stopped replying to my mail. Let me know the procedure to complain against this company for the mental pain for the last three months.

        I have purchased a mobile KARBON A7 on aug-12 by seeing the features and price from INFIBEAM.COM but all went vain, Since then the hand set was having problem and not able to use it properly. Given to Karbon service center for repair. After 4 months they returned the product with DOA certificate saying that mobile has manufacturing defect hence can't be repaired. I told to Infibem.com about that. They told once return with DOA certificate to infibeam , they will replace the product. I sent the product to infibeam.com with DOA certificate. Once they received after some days they are saying the product is physically damaged. It shows that how much lier they are. Moreover KARBON service center never told about the damage also. If it's damage they would have not accept the product for service.
        How it's possible that product will damage when it was inside the box with fully protect. Now they might have mishandle the handset which cause the damage. It shows the chip reputation they have. They are just doing like fishing. They sell the product in a fancy way and once sold, they are trying to escape in all aspects. They are lier and cheaters.

          As per infibeam website advertisement for zadene collection lavender khadi cotton printed dress material (lavender) of size •kurta length:2.50mtr, salwar length:2.00mtr, dupatta length:2.25mtr, i have ordered having order no.10214286 and paid the payment by my citibank credit card on 18.02.2013, thenafter, till waiting upto 23 feb, 2013, i have informed the infibeam that, the product is till not received by me, please do the needful. Then they have sent the product, which have been received by me on 25.02.2013 and after checking i found that, the sizes are not as per the advertisement, actually, i have received kurta length only 2.00 mtrs. Instead of 2.50 mtr. And dupatta length only 1.75 mtrs. Instead of 2.25 mtrs. Thenafter, i have made so many request to infibeam as well as the merchandizer zadine collection pvt. Ltd. To do the needful in the matter, both have confirm that, the advertisement given by us is wrong, actually, the error was made by us in advertisement, the sizes whatever you have received is o.K., we will not provide the sizes as per advertisement. Under the circumstances, i have requested to refund me the full amount in my citibank account, but, they are not interested in refund me and insist to take another product from infibeam. Now, i am not interested to purchase another product from infibeam, as they are not giving the product as per advertisement. Please help me. Amit shah.

              Hello All,

              Now a days we love to shop through online, BUT I REGREAT DO NOT SHOP any thing from INFEBEAM.

              I have ordered VOX 5.1 SPEAKERS on 29th JAN 2013 and expected delivery date was 4th FEB 2013, and journey of bad time started.

              1)On 3rd Feb 2013 first message i received that product is not available, we need time we will get back to you.
              2)on 7th Feb again message received that product ordered same is not available, i confirm that product colour is not matter to me but specification should be same.
              3)On 9th Feb i received the product, on opening i found REMOTE and CABLE is missing. ( without remote and cable product is useless).
              4) On the spot i call the INFIBEAM and registered the complain against the same, and i received the message we will get back to you.
              5) from 9th Feb to 24th Feb i call daily to INFIBEAM, for the status of short product, but i never receive satisfactory response.
              6) On 25th Feb i received a remote, which is not at all working for the product, but still cable is missing...

              I DONT KNOW POSTING HERE WILL BE HELPFUL TO ME, BUT ONE THING IS CLEAR THAT I CAN ATLEAST REQUEST THE ONLINE USERS TO STAY AWAY WITH INFEBEAM.

              I have ordered[Order : 13375100] a Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-118, on 25
              July 2014 and it was supposed to deliver on 29th July, i didnot get any
              response on the same even calling to them(customer care number) and
              sending mails many time. Product was available when i ordering but when i
              tried to enquire repeatedly i got reply as its out of stock. Same story
              went till AUG18, finaly i fed-up off by this and told them to cancel my
              order, i enquired many time after cancellation about refund.., its 23
              September 2014 today still i didn't get my money back

                Hello.. I have purchased a mobile handset of Micromax named Micromax X60 MODU Black from the website www.infibeam.com who has displayed the handset with multi-functions which in reality never existed. I ordered the handset from the website and read on the same that the mobile handset has 32GB expandable memory while in reality the memory card can not be taken out of the mobile. The battery backup claimed by website is 3hrs while in reality it hardly lasts for one hour. When I called the customer center they lie and disconnect the call after 2-3mins and then their phone becomes unreachable. I feel cheated after ordering from website. Micromax service centers do not give any assistance and say that this phone does not belong to the company even. Please help

                  Infibeam is the worst company in terms of customer care and it is a fraud. See the sequence of events:

                  10th jan 2013 - ordered a micromax phone
                  14th jan - recieved the phone
                  15th jan- phone stopped working
                  16th jan- informed the company
                  21st jan- company picked up the phone

                  ......and after that, company: we dont have a refund policy

                  company : we can give you infibeam credit for the same amount Me : ok

                  company : no we are shipping the same repaired product Me: when

                  Me - called around 2 dozen times and mailed around a dozen times

                  Mails- never replied calls- execs say hold on and hang up after 7-8 min.

                  The phone is lying with the company for last 35 days and for the last 25 days they are saying we will reship it but dont have any update on reshipment.

                  Now customer executives have started saying we dont have any info you are free to take any action you want to.

                  The consumer court process is so complex (had gone to distt consumer forum in chandigarh).

                  What should i do ?

                    I am having a bad experience of online shopping website Infibeam. The company doesn't have products ion stocks and still shows them IN-STOCK on their website. I ordered a Motorola XT 311 handset on 12th feb. Before ordering, I checked from website on phone that this was available in stock and it will be dispatched by 14th Feb and will be delivered maximum by 18th Feb. The company has not shipped it till date actually, though they sent a false message to my mobile that it has been dispatched on 13th Feb. Worst is that when I call up, no one gives me correct status on when it will be shipped.


                    Guys, Be careful in ordering stuff from this company. I appreciate Indiatimes shopping, as the guys were honest in telling me on inquiry that product is actually out of stock and delivery will be delayed. Nothing to beat Flipcart, as every time they give advance delivery then their committed date!!

                      TO ALL THE CONCERNED BUYERS... BEWARE.. I'M FOOLED WITH THE SIMILAR MAGIC BOX OFFER dated 8th feb 2013.. Infibeam offered Micromax modu T mobile @ 2745 as promised per discount but now they are denying it due to unknown reason( they are saying the product is out of stock) and offering me alternate product to choose.. So think before buying. This was my last order in this website... they have worst service in online market fooling customers around falling easy prey with magic box discounts.

                        I have Ordered a Ferro Chocolate Gift, from Infibeam.com , on 1st January 2013 of this month with a proposed delivery date of[protected] for delivery in Kolkotta at My Father In Laws place. to be delivered to my wife. I had also called to the Bluedart courier they told that it will be delivered to the said place. The address is as follows: Shipping Address: Puja Prasad C/o:- S.K.Prasad , Flat No.501 , 5th Floor , I Block , Green Housing Complex 2, Koikali ,Chiriya Mod KOLKATTA - 700136 West Bengal,India Ph. - 91-[protected] Its a Prominent place but the corrier was not delivered and after 2-3 days when i contected them on 11th they told it has been send back to Ahemdabad. I called them on 11th. Then on 17th I registered a compliant via mail and asked them for my money reimbursement for which they had given a reply on the same day that the are inquiring the matter and a assistance no. to call. I called them on 20th and asked them the time for shorting out the things they told me it will be within 48 hours again on 23rd I called them but they again told me for a time of 48 hours no its 25th but no mail confirmation. They are offering me a gift coupon of same amount. But I want my money as it is not sure whether they are able to delivery or not the purchases goods.I had made a debit card purchases and also given shipment cost of Rs.75 on that the cost of chocolate is Rs.595 + Rs 75 coming Rs.670/-.                           I ordered F&D F3000U 5.1 Multimedia Speakers from InfiBeam on 13th.
                          Well Its 15 days and didn't receive the Product Yet.
                          Ordered on 13th, it was showing ships in 2-3 days.
                          At last it was shipped only after 10 days and then I see courier company ( First Flight ) have updated their site saying "Product Delivered" - but I never got that.

                          Infi beam's customer care is rude. When asked them about my shipment they just giving lame fundas to me.

                          Be it this product or other, I will surely will never do any business with this site again...

                            Above order was placed on infibeam.com in last week of January

                            With reference to above mentioned order I had collected the product on 07.01.2013 however it was in a broken condition. I have attached sample snaps for your reference which was informed to their customer care representative also.

                            It's very unfortunate that a reputed provider is giving such a damaged products.

                            Steam control switch at the top of iron has been found in broken condition inside the box only. Three pics are attached for your reference.

                            As per feedback from customer care representative first pictures will be analyzed by certain department then it will be approved within 2-3 days. After same I will have to send back the product and once its reached to their warehouse it will be replaced.That too after I have paid full amount. How can I trust when money & product will be with them only.THis is what happened today.

                            This is very much frustrating and horrible service provided by any of the online shopping I have done till today. I should take care while placing order on infibeam.com.

                            After so much of blood sucking service and all, finally courier person collected damaged product on 14.01.2013, Aramex docet no.[protected] dated 15.01.2013. Now as per tracking details of courier its already received in Delhi on 17.01.2013. Till date neither I got confirmation nor any details of dispatch of new product. Its height of carelessness of anyone could do.

                            Please help me in getting good product.

                            Also I would like to request all one's who will read my post, please tell me the procedure of going in court against such fraud & cheating from online shopping service provider. Also I request all to spread this thing all oved internet & among your friends & colleagues so that your dear once will not get such poor service & suffer more by such service.

                            If anyone searches on internet for infibeam complaints you will get thousands of complaints. I should have read those before placing order. I want everyone of you to spread open you google+, FB post, twitter.

                            Infibeam — Worst service

                            I ordered a book (order ID :[protected] on 13th June. Infibeam shipped on 28th June. I have not received it till now. If I write to customer care, after 2 or 3 days they only say that they will raise the matter to concerned authority. Now what to do?

                              I bought a book through on infibeam.com, just because it 30 or 40 rupees cheaper than other places. BUt i found that so many pages of book are not there or printed twice.
                              I complained about it so many time, even i sent pics of the books too. But nothing happened. Everytime they replied we'll try to fix it sir.
                              I really suggest you to not order anything on this website.

                                The watch I have received is not in proper condition and is not showing proper time.The second's hand hardly complete a whole cycle of 60seconds.
                                In a span of 5minutes i have adjusted watch time 7 times. I also feel that the watch is second handed as the back side of the watch is showing some marks,It looks like someone has previously opened the watch from back side.

                                  After using for 2 months, the software got a crashed and unable to restart the mobile.
                                  First time given service on *13 OCT 2012* due to boot problem, Received on *01
                                  DEC 2012. Again given on *08 DEC 2012* and received on *05 JAN 2013.
                                  Today morning the android software crashed again and unable to
                                  boot the system Only displaying the KARBON logo whiile restart.
                                  have already asked for the replacement to both KARBON and INFIBEAM but not yet done.
                                  So far I think there is no defect detected by the service persons instead of installing software again.

                                  I want replacement of the handset.

                                    Hi ,

                                    myself pooja goel from london and made a mistake by buying a hp printer from infibeam .I found the customer service is so pathetic that promises are made always in the written emails but never delivered their promises .My order ID is 9544524 placed on 18th oct 2012 , order delivered on 25th oct and complaint was confirmed on 19th nov.I bought the hp printer for my nephew as diwali gift but it was delivered faulty confirmed by hp support. I called customer service representative rajani chinial and she confirmed on 29th nov that order will be replaced asap but many calls made after that to customer service but no one came to collect the faulty printer and nobody is bother about customer grievness .Courier boy came once to collect but for my surprise that he din't knew what he is collecting the printer and said " ahhh its a printer , I need to bring my car ..today I am on bike" . Your customer service is not bother to give any response though I have spended around 2000 inr for calls for a 3300 inr printer ..

                                    initially I was asking for replacement but I want the full refund now ..I do not left with any other option instead going to consumer court now and ask for compensation along with full refund ..I will make sure that social media will help me to inform other buyer to refrain buying from infibeam in future ..I will make sure whatever I can do

                                    I am writing to you because just wanted to make sure everyone knows the customer service provided by infibeam and how the customerservice feels that customer is helpless .. but wanna let you know that this is no more the same case and I will make sure that I will do every possible efforts to get the compensation for all the tension I have …. Hail to social media and consumer court now ..

                                    Dear Pooja,
                                    It seems you and me are among the many that have been deceived by Infibeam. I believe a certain level of management in Infibeam is intent on disregarding all cares about customers and all consumer protection laws. They seem to be going all the way to hurt those people who have already been hurt by their substandard customer service. You can google for many such accounts.

                                    In my case, I was delivered a mobile handset that was dead on arrival. Infibeam later admitted themselves it was to be repaired. I informed them about the defect on the day just after delivery and they promised to look into the matter. But for a week there was no contact, and I had to call them and it was told me that a pick up would happen within 48 hours which never happened. I called again a new deadline was given to me which also was not met. This happened for six consecutive times, and meanwhile a month passed, breaking their promise of 30 days replacement. Even as I was initially not objected to a replacement or store credit, I requested for a full refund because of the treatment meted out to me. Soon Infibeam asked me to courier the item myself since there was no courier service in my area, which was false since I was delivered the item through courier service only. Still, I couriered them the item and requested for my money back. There was no word even after they received the item on Febriary 3th. On 12th, after waiting patiently, I called again and I was told they had shipped the repaired item back. I lost my patience and had a war of words with the executive and I was promised a ticket for refund would be raised and the item would be called back. But on the next day, the courier service came to deliver the old item which I rejected. The same day I received an email from them saying they had 'repaired' the item and that I would not get a refund.

                                    This was all I could take, since Im spending my hard earned money on no substandard product, nor after such an unacceptable delay of more than one and a half months. They broke their own policiies about refund and now they're expecting me to follow their rules. However I have decided not to take such a beating down and will pursue this issue till I get my rightful justice, no matter how much money or time Im going to lose. As a first step, I have applied for a chargeback from my credit card company. Lets wait and see what happens.

                                      Hello sir/madem,

                                      i ordered a Karbonn tablet to www.infibeam.com at 12 dec 2012 n i received at 18 dec., and wehn i cheacked it, that time its not start, i tried to atleast 1 hour to start this tablet, but its not start , then i called at www.infibeam.com, for this querry, and that time they told me that we solve this matter in 48 hours, and tack me to replase for this tablet, but, then 5-7 days they dont gave me any solution on this issue, and now they told me that they dont replase this tablet,

                                      so please help me on this matter and claim on www.infibeam.com,

                                        On Dec 6, I have ordered an item - "Umax Live Wire U SMPS-600" through Infibeam. The order id is 9790914.

                                        The item shipped on 6th Dec. when I checked the SMPS, I observed that its fan is not working. Then with voltmeter I checked wheter its DC output is coming. To my surprise, no DC output is coming. So immediately called customer support on on 7th DEc and I raised complaint. Till 11th Dec, I did not receive any response so I called myself to check the status of the complaint. The infibeam customer executive told that they cannot replace the item and asking me to go to service center which is there in (SD Road, Secunderabad) and they will repair.

                                        My question is that if the delivered item it self defective, how come I will go and get repaired with my expenses and time? (Note that SD Raod, Hyderabad is far for me. If it is nearer, I could have purchased it there itself rather than with Infibeam) If at all the item is working for a single moment, I could have get repaired. The item is not working from the time o[censored]npacking. The suggestion of Infibeam is not acceptable. They could have replaced with new item and they could have taken the defective item to check with the vendor.

                                        Consider this situation. You purchased a TV online and when you received it you observe the TV is not at all working. If the customer support says that you should get reppaired the item with the vendor with you own expenses, how you feel it?

                                        Though I made many purchases in the past with Infibeam, I am annoyed with the current Infibeam service. It appears that they are doing fraud by sending defective items. Am I missing Flipkart service here ??

                                        So my humble request to all customers is that be cautious with Infibeam who does not care about customer and they care only about them. I definately do not recommend Infibeam any more.
