I HAVE BOUGHT HP LAPTOP PROBOOK 4540S & ORDER ID IS 10935705 ON 15.06.13.
BUT LAPTOP HAS NOT COME WITH CD & REQUESTED INFIBEAM TO PROVIDE OS CD. THEY TOLD TO CONTACT HP CUSTOMER CARE. I CALLED HP, THEY WERE TELLING INFIBEAM IS NOT A AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR AND ASK ME TO GET AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR INVOICE COPY FROM INFIBEAM.
I AM CALLING EVERY DAY INFIBEAM TO PROVIDE AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR INVOICE COPY & EVERY DAY THEY ARE TELLING ME SAME STORY THAT THEY REPLY TO HP CUSTOMER CARE THAT ABOUT THEY ARE AUTHORISED DEALER. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY POSITIVE REPLY FROM INFIBEAM. SO PLZ HELP ME HOW TO GET OS CD FOR LAPTOP WHICH I HAVE BOUHT FROM INFIBEAM.

    I have purchased the Karbonn mobile phone thru Infibeam online shopping and there was a major complaint (too much noise & more vibration) while talking. (Karbonn Kphone1 Dual Sim Smartphone (BlackBlue )

    Subsequently I have got the DOA certificate from your Karbonn service center which I have enclosed in this mail.
    Please help me to get the refund or get some other phone (other than Karbonn model) by replacing with old one.

    I am getting very poor response from them and they are delaying more than a month.

      received damaged product from infibeam.com and taking too much to replace. Asked n no of questions and pathetically slow. fed up with the company.
      sincere request is that better to avoid these kind of companies as you will get frustration.

      better to buy from local store, as no support you wil get if you are stuck in payment issue, delivery issue, product etc

      pls avoid this portal for all buying

        I am Garv Chhabra from Saharanpur. I placed an order for 5 sets of books on Infibeam and its order no. is 11201306 placed on date: 11th July 2013 for Rs.1,990.00. The amount was paid to the company in advance through Credit Card. As per INFIBEAM company the packet was sent to courier co. – Infibeam Logistics and the tracking no. is IBKLKTOL29531 on 17th of July and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 23rd of July 2013.
        From 23th of July evening I have been repeatedly calling the co. to know the whereabouts of the packet, but the co. is so busy that it is not taking the complaint and is least bothered to solve it. I called them thrice on their Customer Care No.[protected] and even mailed them but all in vain.
        Now I request Consumer Forum to get my Payment Back and take the proper action against the Company so that no other consumer gets duped again by such type of companies.

          I have tried to recharge my mobile through Infibeam website. But the transaction was failed. When I checked my Infibeam Account, it shows the status as amount credited. But the amount has not been credited to my account till date.

          I have been mailing to them but till now i have not received any reply from them.

          I am attaching screenshot of my Bank Account Statement also for your reference. Please check.

            My name is Sambhaji Gayake. I ordered HP650 laptop from infibeam.com on June 19th. Order number is 10976812. I paid Rs. 26925 via credit card. Per Infibeam records, order was shipped on June 21st. I was given GATI docket number[protected]. Promised deliver date was June 27th. However product did not deliver on time. When I contacted Infibeam, they told me that product was incorrectly shipped to Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Also dates per GATI records did not match with Infibeam's. Per GATI, they picked up the order on 17th June, while I placed order on 18th June. So this was not my order. GATI told me this is some COD order and customer did not pay so order is shipping back to Delhi. I cancelled the order because of this. I had to call Infibeam a lot of times for this. Finally they told me order is cancelled and they have started payback process. This was around 10th july.

            Now in max 10 days payment should have got credited. However even on 21st july, payment did not happen. I again called Infibeam and they told they never started the process. They said they again shipped order to Bhilwara and customer did not pay again and again order is coming back to Delhi. They said that they will start refund process only after they get the package back. Funny thing is this is different order and Infibeam is penalizing me for that. Infibeam has wrongly linked this docket number to my order.

            Per GATI records, order was in Delhi warehouse on 12th July, So ideally Infibeam should have started refund process, but they did not do it. I again had to call them to get things moving. But sadly they are not doing anything.

            My order was never shipped still Infibeam is yet to start refund process. Please help me in getting my refund as I have lost patience. Infibeam is not telling me correct information and is not starting refund process.

            Infibeam — Order not shipped

            I have ordered a book with Infibeam on 14th Feb 2012. The site said it will be shipped by Feb 16th and will reach by Feb 18th.
            It is not yet shipped and they have debited the money from my cc account.

            Update 1st Aug:

            Finally Infibeam refunded the money. I had to post the review on mouthshut and also had to start dispute process from Citibank credit card. Citibank allows to raise disputes in such cases. They investigate it for free and give results if everything is proper. Else you can go via sites like Akosha, but its not free.

            Moral of the story: Never buy from Infibeam. Even if you have to, always do so by COD. Also dont pay COD money till you check the order after delivery. There have been many cases where products were damaged.

            One more more thing, for online shopping always use credit card if not opting for COD. Most credit card companies have dispute process which allows victims to get their money back. Though it may take time, you will get money.

            Also make sure you have written proof of all your communication. i.e. don't just cancel order via phone, also send them a mail on their official mail ID. This mail becomes legal documents and helps in legal fight if needed. Companies like Infibeam don't do anything just based on phone call. Its always important to send mail.

              There won't be any response , if the product you receive is defective. They are saying that infibeam not responsible for things to happen with product which bought.
              I bought an Club Laptop battery via infibeam. On 20th day its not working . I have tried to call infibeam for replacement. But they said to contact Brand which product was. They are not responded more than that. I have sent battery to brand & now it was more than 3 months . Still waiting for replacement battery. _________________************* no response from both brand & dealer.

                i purchase a pental tablet from infibeam.com on 10 jan 2013 ...tablet having battery prob..and i submitted it in service centre ...and they return me after 1 month ....and again their is some prob. in the tablet...i submitted it to service centre ...they didnt give me back....today is 23rd day ...i want to register complaint against pental company ...then dont provide better products and seervice too...i want to sue against the company ...

                  On 8th july 2013, I recharged the docomo(punjab) no. [protected] by 150rs but the said amount deducted from my Infibeam credit balance but recharge not done on my number. I call infibeam so many times for refund the amount because recharge not done on my no. but till now i didn't get refund of 150rs to my credit balance. I also request infibeam to give me operator transaction id of recharge but they failed to give me any trans. id.
                  I already wasted more than 50rs by calling infibeam customer care but still the problem not resolved so i request this forum to help me to get refund with some compensation.

                    I have made many many phone calls to the infibeam.com customer department and sent a lot of emails to them regarding my order number 10761480. And I haven't gotten any calls from them and no email response regarding this in the end.

                    The thing is firstly I was delivered the product after making a payment on the website as they would not give me an option to pay via cash-on-delivery So I had to pay via my credit card. I ordered for a Motorola MBP36 Baby monitor for Rs 13490 on 15th May 2013. I was promised a delivery within a week. But No it was delayed due to some problem or the other. Then I was delivered the product BUT IT WAS DAMAGED. It was damaged. I had to call them again and ask them to change it. They said they would send someone ASAP to replace the product.

                    That day came after a looooong wait and many many phone calls later. The damaged product was picked up and then after many more days of wait I was told the product can not be replaced and I asked them particularly not to issue me any Infibeam.com credits I just needed my money back. I was told it will be done within a week.

                    Whenever I call their lousy customer department I get to hear 'You will get a call back'. I have never received any calls regarding my money back....

                    THIS IS THE WAY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS... I have been dealing everything with patience with them...

                    I am just asking on this FORUM so anyone who is reading and even the lazy infibeam.com people SEND MY 'OWN' MONEY BACK TO ME.

                    Its been more than 45 days now since this horrendous process started and I regret ever buying anything from them especially for my baby boy.

                    Please LET MY VOICE BE HEARD AND PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW NOT TO TRUST THIS INFIBEAM.COM WEBSITE. I am still waiting its been almost 2 months and haven't got my money back or any response from them. All they say is 'WE WILL CALL YOU BACK AND LET YOU KNOW'. Last I talked to Mr. Pawan Kumar. Lets see what happens next.

                      This is Useless team with idiotic Representatives and Managed by Irresponsible management team
                      Nobody is organization is even bothered to reply on issues/Concerns for more than 2months
                      I’m either not getting my money back or Product Back

                      You guys utter waste to be in the industry! Or neither company exists to swallow Public money…Shame on your Part as an Organization

                        I have ordered 6 SAP books on the 3rd of June 2013 and paid the money after 2 days.The 5 books are delivered and 1 book is still pending.I have made many reminders which resulted in usual replies after 4-5 days that they will take care of the deal.The reason they are telling is non availability of the product.Today also i checked and found that the product is available but with an increase in price of RS 14. i have even advised them that, i will pay the extra amount to the courier company when it is delivered.Please do the needful.

                        order placed on 24-FEB-2010. order confirmation no :7501839. i have paid the Hole money for the product. still i didn't get the product. many time i have talked to their customer support Executive Mr.Muktha she is saying they had shiped the product on 25-Feb-2010 Via Decan360 Courier.

                        than i come to know they only ship activation card through courier office.

                        Infibeam is a piece if . They have the most pathetic customer care in the country. They shipped me a faulty mobile which went bad in two days and now the mobile is lying with the company for the last 35 days and they are saying we dont have any update on its its reshipment. I have mailed them a dozen of times and called more than 20 times but they say we cant do anything you take any action you want.

                        The consumer complaint filing process is not that easy (no legal proceeding is easy in India for a common man) and you need to submit it proper formats with required annexures (i had tried it last month the information is from the distt consumer forum in chandigarh, but i will retry it soon since the time period limit is 3 years) and the distt court fee is Rs. 100 (and further 200 at state commission if the case goes up).

                        My order number no 12416867 was not delivered since from 25 days, when i asked customer care they tell, we sent product, due to courier problem it was late, they telling to wait..how long we have to wait

                          I have purchased Micromax Funbook P360 thru infibeam.com wide order no. 10834202 and the same was delivered on 3.6.13. But it's Mobile Network is not working since Day1. Upon complain to infibeam.com, they asked to visit Micromax Service center for checking of Tablet. Service Center told upon checking on 15.6.13 that this problem can not be repaired here and the same needs to be sent to Micromax.In fact I arranged a talk between service center & infibeam.com customer care and after that infibeam CC told me that they will arrange a pick for my Tablet for replacement.
                          But even after 8 days have passed, I have not received a word from infibeam.com.

                            Please consider this email as my one of the worst online order experience with www.infibeam.com.

                            We ordered 1 year subscription of one of the Hindi magazine from www.infibeam.com in march this year. The subscription was supposed to start from May and today i,e. 17 June, I have not received a single magazine from them.Despite calling customer care numerous times, nobody provides me actual status rather they promise me to call back but never do.They also try disguising me by providing wrong information and also tells me that its not there responsibility to deliver the goods .

                            Seeing no response from them , I am thinking to register a consumer complaint against them.

                            I would suggest everyone to double check before ordering anything from infibeam.com.

                              I placed an order no. 10754084 on dt 14th May 2013 for Huawei data card on Infibeam.com. Even after one month I have not received the item. Item was shipped by Aramex courier whose service is not available at my location. I had clearly mentioned in my order about available courier services at my location. Still the seller had shipped the item by Aramex courier. Now Aramex has returned the item to seller on dt 4th June 2013. Still they have neither initiated re-sending of item nor refunded my money. I contacted their representatives on 9, 11 & 13 June. Still there is no response from them.
                              Hence forth please do not purchase anything infibeam.com as their behaviour is very bad.

                                  I would like to file a complaint against "www.infibeam.com" who has sold me a defective tablet which doesn't work properly.I have complained about the problem in written through a mail to their customer service point at [protected]@infibeam.com and have also given them repeated reminders for 3 times. I have also called their call center several times and I have also spoken to a manager who committed to resolve my problem in 24 hours, like the call center agents used to do prior to me speaking to the manager.Shockingly...I haven't received a single reply from their side as well my problem is still unresolved. Now when I am calling their call center,the agent leaves my call on hold and then disconnects the call after 12 minutes.

                                  I am filing this complaint with full faith on you and I am sure you will definitely help me to resolve my problem.

                                  I would also like to highlight that the website sells cheap Chinese products at a very high price which are not at all reliable.

I paid Rs 8615/- by by debit card.My order is shown as being shipped on 25th May 2013., the scheduled date of delivery was 30th May 2013.                                       I have ordered theis product from Infibeam.com using my credit card. I have spent 656 RS for thee same and made thee payment therough my Credit card using thee rewards point. The order needs to be delivered by 1st May 2013. But when thee order was not delivered by 1st May theen I have contacted Infibeam several times bothe therough e-mails and at theeir customer care. Every time I was getting thee response theat please wait for anotheer couple of day. But on 7the may when I have strongly objected and asked to eitheer deliver thee product or refund my money. Then infibeam accepted theat theis product is not available in thee stock of theeir vendor and also theey are not sure when it will be delivered. So I have requested to cancel thee order and refund my money. They promised to refund in few days. But when I have not received refund by 15the May, I have again contacted thee infibeam customer care bothe therough e-mail and over thee phone. Infibeam people informed me theat refund is already made on 9the May 2013 and theey have given me a transaction number and advice me to contact my bank customer care.

                                      I have contacted CITI bank on thee same day and asked theem to provide me details why thee refund is not reflecting in my account. They have verified thee transaction number given by thee Infibeam and confirmed in written theat no refund is received from Infibeam and asked me to check again withe theem. I have called up again thee Infibeam customer care but got thee same response theat theey have already refunded thee amount and asked me re-verify withe CITI Bank. I have re-verified again withe CITI bank and theey again confirmed no amount refunded from Infibeam.

                                      Now at thee end I have paid for a product for which no product delivered, no refunded delivered so such of harassment faced by Infibeam.

                                      Since I am not sure, whetheer thee Infibeam is right and CITI bank is wrong or vice versa.. But I am frustrated a lot and wasted my good amount of time and efforts to get thee refund.

                                      Request you please look into my case and get thee needful done.

                                        I had placed 2 orders on Infibeam on their website for online shopping on date[protected] Order No.10807283 for Pen Drive & Order No. 10807467 for Set of Jeans & Shirt which they promised to ship within few days, but when I didn't received them I contacted them for the same but their response was very poor. 1st they told me that you will receive the shipment within few days but when I enquired again they told me their courier service can't deliver it in my place. When I had made the order they had promised that they will send the same by Indian Postal Service which is the most authentic service. Now after calling them so many times they told me that the will cancel the order and will also deduct the cancellation charges from my paid amount. They not only deceived me by keeping me in waiting for the product so many days but also make me to beg for refund of my own hard earned money. I am also losing lot of amount by calling them many times daily as they are reluctant to respond for refunding process of my amount. Please help me to get my money back from this cheater Online Shopping Portal.
                                        I had order One Sony Xperia Z Tablet on 2nd June, 2014 pay by credit card Rs. 27, 074/-

                                        After many phone calls to infibeam, finally they told me on 16th july to send back item, and also mentioned that pick up service is not availbale in your area, so pls you send it to

                                        I had ordered a smart phone name XOLO 8X 1100 from site infibeam.com on 7th oct. They had confirmed that they will able to ship the product upto 16th oct. When i call them on 16th oct. they again told me to wait for 20th oct. and again when i call them they assured me that they will ship it max. on 24th oct.As aspected they didn't ship it on 24 and i had call to customer care and they give promis that thay will surely ship it on 27th oct. and its 30th oct. and still they are not shipping it. Now i m actually helpless because i already have make my full payment of 13, 349/- rs. to them and they are not giving me my smart PHONE.
