    Today the called me and asked the picture of the mobile phone. i send them and after some time they said it has physical damage.They told me scratch is a physical damage. But don't think Scratch is Physical damage. i send u the picture of mobile. please sir help. please check the picture there is no damage but they said its damage. I don't know how they said back cover scratch is physical damage.

      My phone infocus 350 is dead from one week. last Sunday i visit the service centre (83, Golaghata Road, (Near Ultadanga) VIP Tower Complex, Block-F, Ground Floor.). but i found nothing the local people told me it closed. today i visit Accel Frontline Limited12, Lower Rowdon Street, 1St Floor, Kolkata this service centre and told my problem. but they are not accept my phone because it has scratch on back cover. And they(the manager santosh) told me scratch means physical damage. I ask for written that scratch means physical damage but they (the manager Santosh) didn't. I record the full conversation.

        Dear, to whomsoever it concern,
        I am using Infocus m530. I faced touch panel not working around 2 months ago. Service centre guy replaced the touch panel. But on the very next day, my power key button has stopped working and it behaves like a touch pad.. another thing rear camera is not up to the mark since then.. i submitted my cell phone again.. nd its been 20 days. I have not seen any progress in making my cell working. I am from ahmedabad and service centre i visited is in Drive-In, ahmedabad. For your ready refrence.

          Dear sir/madam,

          Last one week i am trying to reach the service center in bangalore marathalli and i called so many times in company service support no - [protected]. First they provided me details - [protected]

          Bangalore

          I called and visited then first time wrong number, not reachable. Again i called the support no then informed me that i am also not able to call, i will confirm and call you back or send you message or mail, wait. I waited didn't get any info. Again i called next day - today, support team told that able to call, again called this no and visit the service center. When i called this number then got replied that wrong number.

          I purchased m350 model in january last week and not able to use due to that it is not working. Neither support team is supporting proper way not service center people response if service center and given number is correct. I need resolution any how and immediately because i am not able to use my mobile last one week. It is just herashing to customer if not providing support and not having service center.

          Please let me know how it will be resolved.

          Damage the speaker, sound button, heated phone, battery level
          Hi All,

          This is the horrable resopnse from service center. Next day, the shop was open and met the people they told the the given number was wrong. Now, they just took the mobile and told that it will take 10 days to be repared.

          Next day, they called me and told that due to liquidity issue, we can not solve it. Even it is guaranty period, you need to pay 3000 Rs. I asked why? he told that because of liquidity issue, some water went inside. I asked to show it, not possible. I asked that if you are saying that some water went inside then give the written in paper. They just declined to give any confirmation either in email or in written. Even charger was not working, he didn't replaced.They are not considering manufacturing defects and just return the mobile and they was talking rudly as a lay man. Nothing was listening.

          Now, even customer care not supporting how to resolve it. I purchased Mobile M350 in January last week. What we can do? I think this is a fraud company just making money in India to sell the wrong product. We should band this product. Even any online company selling these types of product we should avoid it.

          Please resolve this issue and let me or let me know what should do if comany will be cheating with us everytime. Just wasting time to customer.

              Dear Sir/ Mam
              I submitted my infocus mobile handset, which was under warranty, in accel Frontline service center on 17th February 2016. Center ensure me for receiving my set after 15 to 20 days. When i contact to service center he told me that parts are not available. and provide me infocus company service support no - [protected]. Many tome i contact on this no but every time company excuses for Part availability. On the date of today 48 days completed but here is no hope that company will provide my set as earlier.
              When i submitted my set then 3 month warranty was pending. Day by day warranty is going to over.
              If part arw not available then company provide me new set or renew my waranty again..

              Today on date 7th April 2016 after 50 days company repaired my infocus m330 set. When i submitted set on service centre 3 month warranty was pending .now only one and half month it is. One and half month i could not use my set during warranty. I requested to increase my set warranty one and half month. But company is not redy for so. For delay of repairing set who will response warranty time if company will repair set in 50 days.

                      My infocus m2 mobile that i was purchased from snapdeal there is a problem of hanging and last time dead in condition Gurgaon service centres Shankla Telecom, Shop no. UG-6, Ground floor, golden Jubilee Plaza Sec – 12, Old Delhi Road Near Hotel Chaoupal & Sarraswati Complex, Gurgaon.Phone given for repair on 05th March 2016, till now phone is not repaired and they are still giving further dates for repair, talked many times to service centre via phone calls and emails but their answer is same, I talked to company too but they said problem will be shorted soon and that was 10days back. I don't know why they are delaying so much
                      kindly look into the matter, requesting either to repair mobile or replace with new. In the service centre when I was submitted it then they told me it will be done in 7 days but now after 25 days I did not get my phone.
                      Please solve the problem and return it to me as soon as possible.

                              pathetic after sales from infocus service center they even make your handset vunurable and not usable for an hour
                              they always assure you to provide resolving the problem and problem will be increased day by day

                              i have purchased this mobile infocus m530 on 26 June 2015 from snapdeal it is a very good handset and its camera is awesome ... 10/10 shayad hi koi fone hoga jo is range me itne features deta ho

                              but
                              i am very disappointed of your service center's harrasing me of
                              getting 3 times the same problem and now my mobile is not usable even
                              once a day

                              i have submitted my mobile in service center after getting a small
                              problem of battery issue...

                              which is getting down by % after % in a small interval of time and
                              charging time of 4.30 hrs
                              and now after submitted my handset 2 times i am still having the same
                              issue and get many more problems now
                              like...

                              charging time increased from 4.30 hrs to 8 hours
                              continuous discharging when starting the handset as 100 to 90 in
                              power on and getting down like 90,[protected]% continuously
                              within a fractions of seconds
                              video rendering issue
                              hanging problem (even hang while opening camera calculator, hang even
                              not in use, at restart it hang anytime even recording )
                              heating up to 50 degrees now am fear of blast of handset
                              WiFi connectivity not working in hotspot
                              when speaker is loud its sound is like "fata hua dhol"

                              i have given my handset in good condition and now its worthless now
                              i thought my handset is repaired by your service center but they can
                              increased the problems in my handset

                              i have service center on 15 of january and they are now kept my
                              mobile for about a month

                              This time i had problem in 4th time coming from service center with the same isuues of my handset fault now which is caused by the service center...

                              First time given to service center is 15 january 2016 they have given me on 11th of february
                              Second time given is 19 th of february and got in 26th of february
                              3rd time is 29 of feb and got on 5th march

                              after given a small issue of battery they increased problem in my handset which i have never expected from Infocus or their service center...

                              they have changed my motherboard two times with more faults now and in third time they did'nt do a check in my handset
                              i thought it is good to give your good handset and you will get a good/repaired/replaced but now i have the faulty handset which can't run an hour o[censored]sing the mobile

                                  this mobile is very beautyful handset
                                  I have purchased Infects M2 mobile vide Invoice No.S3551B/15-16/29324 ON Dt.16-Jun-2015 form Snapdeal

IF we connect to charger with plug it work but did not charge. I have approached to company service centre at Accel Frontline Ltd. Shivaji Nagar, Pune. They have kept mobile for 2 days and charged Rs.280/- for battery change. But it appears that they have not changed battery and did not do any repair work and given my back my mobile but taken Rs.280/-for battery change. Still I have a problem. Please resolve this problem otherwise I will have to go Consumer forum Court at Pune in that case you will be liable for cost and consequence. Hence do the needful at the earliest.

                                  Never buy Infocus. I have infocus M350, lot of issues, charging, problem with on & off switch. parts are never available in the market.

                                  I have never seen such a ### mobile phone in my life.

                                  The service center in Raipiur, Chhattisgarh kept my phone for approx one month and then returned back to me.
                                  When I submiteed the phone with them there was just one problem and now the phone is not working at all.

                                  I lost my 7999/- buk which I spent on it.

                                  Please advice others not to buy Infocus.
