My Infocus M810 phone purchased in November 2015 was given for repair on 19th October 2016. It has been 3 months and 4 days today and phone is still not repaired.
It looks very obvious that the phone cannot be repaired as parts are to arrive from Chennai and there looks to be no help from them.
On calling Infocus customer support multiple times - repair assurance and extended repair date are the only things being provided in the name of service.

I am a student, and i have been too patient but i cannot see any help from the service center or customer care.
they have been saying " MAM WAIT FOR 10 DAYS, YOU WILL GET THE PHONE OR WE WILL PROVIDE THE PARTS"
But 3 months have already passed !
Please Help !!

I'm Karthik here . I bought infocus m810 and that mobile had a issue with usb socket not working that means unable to charge so I surrendered my mobile in service center on[protected] they said they will give 10 days but after 10 days I called them they said need 1 week more but[protected] days got over till now no response from their end they didn't pick the call as well am very unsatisfied . I preferred infocus to my friends but now I worried about the service. Please fix my issue.

I purchased Infocus M530 in Oct. 2015.
From the beginning, as i received the handset, i experience sound of speaker is very bad. I raised the complaint at the Infocus customer care. They ask me to get repair it from the service centre.
From the date it received i rush to service centre 3 times.
Every time representative told me we replaced it motherboard, speaker. But till the problem is not resolve.
After completion of one year now the warranty is ended. Now Infocus ask me to pay for Motherboard, speaker .
My question is that If i got the faulty product and time to time service centre try to repaired it means the problem is itself in the the product, then why Infocus gave me replacement?

very bad product, No one should bye the products from Infocus.
Chines product has the better quality as compared to Infocus.

I submitted my mobile phone for repairment on 01.10.2016 at Sri Sai cells service centre in Bengalore. But till date I did not get the mobile.It proves that your service is not satisfactory.As consumer I am suffering the lot. Take immediate step.

Now another problem come from last 5 day's sim slot not working, some time slot 1 not work after some time 2 slot not working and within 7 to 15 seconds call automatically disconnect.

This very bad to all infocus team.

Please replace this mobile.

I discuss with call center person.he telling me my mobile will be given on 25 sep.it's too last your giving.
It's only 6months old mobile. You have to give other mobile dor 15days.How can I manager other mobile for 15 days appx.
How good your giving service to customer.
I never suggest to buy InFocus to friends/neighborhood/etc.

I have infocus m350. This mobile not completed its one year warranty and had a simtray problem and mic problem. So that i went to infocus service center in karaikudi of tamilnadu state. There they asked me to wait for one week and told me that we will place order, once we received the order we will form you. Then i gave my mobile and waited for more than a week and i only called them to enquire my mobile status. One of a person there picked that call and ask me on line for a minute and he asked the other person about my mobile status. That person replied him that no need of placing order, ask him to come and collect there is no problem in that mobile. This person also replied me the same.. I went there to collect my mobile and came. But still i experience the same problem. My complaint is about the staff there, they are not responding to the customer properly. They didn't place any order of spare. For that i had to wait more than a week and spent 600 rupees for traveling to karaikudi.. I request you to take necessary action against them. I have to slap them for that.. This kind of irresponsible person can make infocus image to fall..

I brought infocus Epic1 mobile, i got problem in my mobile within 7 days after i brought, (this is under warranty), so I have given my mobile to Infocus authorised service centre (IOS Service centre Chinthamini, Chennai)
I have called many time service centre and infocus customer care but only one answer received i.e. part not received the company/ part not available. Nearly am waiting for 20 days... i just want a clear answer regarding this problem whether your company having correct service centre...also i have complained to infocus customer support...am feeling worst about this service...

I am manojkumar, I Have purchased Infocus mobile through online with warranty / having some complaints in mobile and given for service on Oct 5 2016, Still we are not getting my mobile back. The Query also not resolved. Service center not responsed properly,

3 months gone, But there is no update. Service provider keep on saying the same dialogue.

I purchased Infocus M810 gold last year. but I have generated the bar code for a jio sim by this mobile but after inserting the sim in the mobile it does not show the network.
Then I went to sim provider he said that my sim is activated but your mobile setting is not supporting it . he said that

I brought infocus m350 mobile headset, i am facing charging problem (this is under warranty) so i have submitted to same infocus authorized service center accel frontline dilsukhnagar on dated 14/11/2016 time 04:46pm and complaint id no. is infcan[protected]dw.
Further i have called many time service centre and infocus customer care but only one answer received i.e. part not received the company/ part not available. approx 01 month above but my problem not solve.

I had given my infocus m530 mobile to service center on dtd.[protected] for repairing and they were committed to give my mobile back within 15 days but they still not give my mobile back. I had visited so time at service center but they were not given proper reply to me. They given me a mobile number [protected] of customer care.

As they given me customer care number i had called them so many times but they also not give me proper reply. They give me another date whenever i called them.

They are extending every time 10 days when i call. I lost my patience. And both mail and call center support are waste. Everytime they will say 10 days more.

This is the worst service support i have ever seen. With this i understood we should not buy phones from unknown companies.

Please help here in getting the my mobile back atleast 15th december which they said today.

My infocus bingo 21's sim card slot was broken by mistake and it is under guarantee period. so i take it to the service center of patna (aditya enterprises, jassi nandan plaza, opp. jamal road, patna), the person said to me that to repair the damage it costs atleast rs. 2200 to 2400... so i don't give them my phone. so i requested you to take any action about this problem and shortout this problem.

I have purchased infocus m810 mobile in oct 2015. after 7 months it's battery charging jack damaged. i sent to my phone to nearest service center.
service center has taken service charge and corrected my phone's battery jack. from that day i am facing automatic restart problem. any message or notification or call comes in my infocus phone its getting restart automatically. i have given phone to another service center of infocus. they dont know how to correct it.i dont know my phone problem and from where to correct my phone's problem. what to do dont know. now my phone is useless and fed up with my infocus mobile. i am very disappointed with infocus service center across india. i will never buy unknown company mobile.

I would recommend everyone not to buy infocus company's products. I bought cell phone having model number m425 in july-2016 & since then i have been facing overheating problem in the phone. I requested several times to the company through email & phone calls, i visited service centre too but even they could not solve this issue. Customer service is also very poor. It has been a bad experience for me.
