Sir,
I Had using this #INFOCUS M2 mobile from 15th MAY, 2015 On-wards. past 2 months its working is good .After October my phone had not charging Properly & Though If we charged the phone then it will remains decrease in Charging though we will open it for 2 minutes for 3% Charging is decreasing. I a'm using limited Apps but it totally a bad problem for me . Why it could happening ? Please try to Solve Problem.

    I have purchased this product from snapdeal on 30-jul-2015 item code=dd880232 order no=[protected] imei no [protected] mobile is too much hanging in between usage and automatically downloading the apps from google play.After hanging there is a message like "unfortunately google system not supporting". After hanging the phone i shoud restart the phone.

      I bought Infocus M810 on last month after week my screen was broken accessidntly. I submitted my phone to Infocus customer care center based in Janakpuri (Sheetla Telecom B15, Shankar Garden Vikaspur, Opp. Metro Piller No. 609, Near Janak Puri West Metro Staion, New Delhi [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) on 3rd October 2015 for screen Damage Repair. Service center executive told me that i have to pay 7k for screen i searched screen and got it prices nearby 3.5 k listed in infocus website . i don't know why they charge me 7 k after bargaining they charged me 5.5 without bill and after a month i got no response from them when i called them they ignore my calls . I also called Infocus service center and got same reply from them i Don't know what should i do. I am tired of calling and mailing them. Please Look into this matter. i am without phone from the past 1 month now help me and get a replacement or phone repaired or refund.         I have purchase Infects M2 3G mobile through snapdeal order no.[protected] 0n date 18 July 2015 but after one month when i use it then we found that the problem in both sim card slot in the sim card slot grip to hold the sim is not there it is defective mother board when i complain about it to snapdeal it response due to it complain within 7 day only . now when i use this mobile it sim connecting with mobile network some time not it may loss in running also. pl do needful for replace this device which contain manufacturing fault

        I too have the exact problem. The SIM1 slot doesn't hold the SIM. There are other manufacturing defects as well. I bought a Infocus M350 mobile online on 2nd of October. This mobile had 2 major manufacturing defects, 1. When I make/ receive calls I am not heard at the other end. 2. The SIM 1 slot does not hold the SIM card.
        For the above reasons, I logged in to snapdeal.com to return the product. But my order was not listed there. As there were no options to return online, I wrote to '[protected]@snapdeal.com' on the 5th of October before the 7 days to return the product. But there was no response. I searched for alternate options but the website directed to 'myorders' page where my order was not listing. So I searched for another email id from snapdeal website and wrote to '[protected]@snapdeal.com' on the 16th of October. Still there is no response. I have written in few forums but that is also in vain.

        I took the mobile to the service center on the. None except one service center listed in the website not accepted the mobile for service. The website needs update. The women at the service center first denied to return the mobile and immediately asked if the mobile has the above said complaint (Complaint No.1). There was a code mentioned in the complaint copy for this, which meant that this is a known issue with this model. The lady missed to include my second complaint in the file. The call id is INFCNN[protected]DW. I was told to collect the product by the 3rd day but still the status is pending- PNA. When I call, the attender is not in a position to give an ETA. They have no clue on when they will get the parts replaced. I am experiencing hassle by switching SIM cards in mobile phone and loosing data pack validity. Infocus/ Snapdeal has to share the responsibility of the losses and the hassle caused.

        Hi i purchased infocus m350 on june through snap deal . Sim 1 does not get detected by the phone.. Manufacturing defect, i did not expect from such a company. Pethatic service centre who are least bothered.

          InFocus M530 16GB IMEI NO:"[protected]" purchased on 1st September. After one month it shows lot of problem like heating, lack of battery backup & auto shutdown during function. Then I went to Service Center at Secundrabad. They keep the phone for observation & do noting. Next day the gave me merely the same as it was only the do is factory restart so my problem is still unsolved .even now the volume & unlock key Not function appropriately. There behavior also not good .

            Hello Support, I am facing a touch point issue at my Infocus M530 where a particular horizontal screen area is not responding to touches frequently. The issue is very irritating and cannot use the phone for the period of time. I have tried resetting the phone to factory settings but of no help. Please help me to get the issue fixed at the earliest. This is the 2nd Time I am facing issue with Infocus Mobile and finding no support at all from Brand Infocus or Service Center.                 i purchased infocus m530 by snapdeal order no: is [protected], i'm not sure that its touch screen is made up of gorilla glass but infocus company is claiming. i kept my phone in pockets and it is scratched largely. when i gave my phone to service center 'accel frontline bhadranjali building vellayabalam Trivandrum kerala, they accepted my phone without warranty. if touch screen is not made of gorilla glass can i get warranty

                  I bought this MTS data card around 2 yrs back...I have complaint many times regarding the speed, nobody bothered for the same. But at the time of payments...this company will send u 1000s of sms and calls and they have tortured mentally...I m ready to pay the amount but in return the company should take care of their customers...company grow by their customers.                     I purchase Infocus m330 by snapdeal order no [protected] dt.4 apr 2015 After 1 month phons receiver was not working like noice was vibrating Then i took it to service center at kanpur S..c person told me that receiver will come in 1 week .But after 1month till now s.c not replacing receiver .so pl.replaced my phone receiver as early as possible Thanks

                          I ordered Infocus m530 on 2nd July 2015 and got it on 4th July 2015, after use of about 1 month I noticed that its network is not proper...there was hardly 1-2 towers .
