Always asks to restart the phone, once i given to the karwar authorized service center at karwar again same problem started within one week. Again, i went to service center, they said we are not getting your imei no. At our service center. They asked to lodge a complain to customer service center and they provided the imei no. To us. Request to replace with the new one...
