Always asks to restart the phone, once i given to the karwar authorized service center at karwar again same problem started within one week. Again, i went to service center, they said we are not getting your imei no. At our service center. They asked to lodge a complain to customer service center and they provided the imei no. To us. Request to replace with the new one

    Respected reader,

    I am Piyush M from Maharashtra, India.
    I purchased the infocus m808i device from Nagpur on 18/08/2016. On the second day of purchased I faced problem with device that it was not starting.
    So I gave it to the service center and they promised me to solve my issue within seven days. But dear reader it's 21 days passed and there is no sign of returning my handset. Regarding this issue I also mailed the company and called the service center again and again. But they are very hopeless and has nothing to do with the customers. This company cheated me like nothing else in my life. The cost of mobile handset is 10000 rupees which is not a joke for middle class person like me.

    Please help me
    Please help me getting back my money or my handset.

      My infocus m810.. Phone buying 3 months ago... But can't received official marshmallow update.. Because that i regularly. Check official update, but infocus forum can't notice... I say to to in focus... Your hardware is cool and superior... But in that case software lots off bugs.. Because my phone is 4g lte... But i can't capable for lte because this features ubsent in software... So resultant i can't capable... Plzz update the ota update and official update...

        I buy a phone from your store (snapdeal) but the mother board was damage. I submitted my handset in gurgoan service center. On 4 August 2016 they said that set will be repaired till 5 September but till now I didn't get my phone. I used to call repeatedly in infocus service center. But they made excuses everytime. That part is pending. Plz stop fooling people. Its my humble request plz give me a genuine date when u can repaire my set.. Its being a month I am waiting for my set. Plz make a quick recovery.

          After 2 months (Still under warranty) flash light did not work, i have given to infocus authorised service center in agra at accel frontline limited in nehru nagar.

          They said phone will be repaired in week time, it's been approx 2 months, still i did not receive my phone. Customer care says that parts are not available we will give you by next week. Same answer every time, every week.please do the needful.

            On 14 October 2015, I had bought an infocus smartphone from snapdeal. On 8 August 2016, it developed a malfunction and only a white light was flashing on it. The next day I went to infocus service center to get it repaired and they said that it will take eight to ten days to repair it. Now it is almost a month and I had not received any information on its progress or whereabouts. Whenever I tried to contact the service center or infocus customer care, they just simply ignored me by saying that it will take time. I had also written a mail to them but then also I was not satisfied by their reply.

              Dear sir / madam,
              Infocus mobile (M810) problem given to accel service centre, chennai on 3rd june 2016. They said within 3 days we will get a sms to collect the mobile after service. But still now the mobile is under service, when we asked they said infocus havent send the motherboard, we called to infocus regarding this they said false information that they send the motherboard on 19th aug 2016 to accel and we can collect the mobile on 26th aug 2016 from chennai service centre. But accel service centre denyed that they havent received the same. Today 31st aug 2016 again i call to infocus they said pcb not despatched we will get on 8th sep'16. Every time they are telling the same when we call & will get within 10days, but we crossed more than 3 months but still it is in pending. 3 months we are running behind this, the mobile is under warranty. Now the warranty period also going to be over. I got frustrated because of this, i m using my old mobile. I need my infocus to be service and give it as soon as possible or need to give new mobile. I purchased it for rs. 10, 999/-. Its waste of money.

              I bought Infocus260 handset in 2015 December still it is in warranty period I am from Delhi region at Nehru Place I show this set to the service center but they can't accept this he said it is open at private service center. Please advise me what I do and send me our term and condition.

                I have submitted my mobile in june, due to mother board issue, and then they said they are waiting for its part till today its not yet resolved, whenever i called the customer care they have been saying u will get ur mobile in 1 week, from last 3 months.                     I left my phone Infocus810 for service at the service centre Shilak Care, Bangalore on 23rd June, 2016 and the phone was under the warranty period. The centre informed that me the motherboard needs to be replaced. Since the parts were not available they asked me to wait for 15 days. I have contacted the centre after 15 days they requested me to wait for another 15 days as the parts were yet to receive. Today I called the service centre as well as your customer care number and they are requesting me to wait for another 15 days. Today 2 months completed and phone is still not repaired or replaced. I request you

                        I have submitted my infocus m680 to your authorise service center located at noida sector 18. Its has already been 15 days when i submitted my phone.

                        Yesterday i received below mentioned message

                        "greetings from accel, your infbsn[protected]dw and [protected]/[protected]/g45glma5b2803754 unit is ready. Pls. Visit us and collect."

                        Today when i went to collect my phone from service center they told me my phone still not ready as the part received from infocus is not working properly & asked me to wait another 10 days.

                        Now my question is that.. Did i do something wrong in choosing infocus? I have never seen this type of cheap service.

                        Anyone is there to explain?

Gwalior, madhya pradesh - 474002. 6 july को अपना फ़ोन sumit किया था और, मुझसे बोला गया था की आप 20 days में या 30 days में confirm मोबाइल मिल जायेगा मेरा फोन 23 अगस्त को मिलेगा. सर मेने 06 जुलाई को फोन दिया था अभी थक पुरे 40 दिन हो चुके है! सर जैसा की मैंने आपको बताया मुझे पहले 26 जुलाई फिर 6 अगस्त फिर 10 फिर 12 फिर 16 और अब 23 अगस्त मुझे समझ नही आ रहा है सर की कुछ progress हो भी रहा है की नही... सर यहे पहली बार नही हुआ है मैंने एक बार फोन और डाला था जब भी मुझे 46 दिन में फोन मिला था! सर इतनी बड़ी कपनी का इतना दीमा कम ठीक नही है! और सर mixmem 45 दिन कोई कपनी किसी costumare का फोन रख सकती है अगर 45 दिन में फोन ठीक नही होता है या बो part नही मिलता है तो उस costumare को new फोन दिया जाता है! सर कही मैंने infocus का फोन खरीद के गलती तो नही क्र दी है.! सर आपसे request है मेरा फोन मुझे जल्दी से दे दे ठीक कर के! तो आपका बहुत ऐसान होगा! में अब बहुत परेशान हो चुका हु!

                            I bought a InFocus 333 mobile and from the day one it does not get connected to BSNL network.while it gets connected to all other networks why it will not get connected to BSNL.I contacted BSNL office and despite their resting of the modem the problem continues.Neither sale outlet Poorvica at Ambattur is able to resolve this, Thus I am totally deprived of BSNL network on this phone only.All other gadgets I have namely two I Pads, a I phone and the computer is joining BSNL network without any problem.

                              Sir/mam, i have purchased your mobile phone online infocus m350 4g 16gb item code db4974285 imei no. [protected] on 30/12/2015, invoice no. S05787/15-16/187663 seller: vrp telematics private limited after that i facing problem of operation problem application software problem sj1 as mentioned in your acknowledgement given to me. I have submitted this mobile for repairing at your service center accel frontline ltd. Pune, on 02/07/2016. With 15 days commitment but yet i haven't received my mobile yet. I have visited several times (5-6 times) at your service center and also call to your customer care but every time your executive told that "mobile part is not available please come after a week".
                              This is my last warning to you. Return my mobile in 5 days if you not return then i will file complaint against you infocus and telematics pvt. Ltd. Before consumer forum.

                                      Myself vishal verma, last year, 21 july 2015., i buy your phone in focus m350.
                                      From last 2 months, i facing problem in phone again and again.
                                      First time i came to service center, " sheetla telecom, janakpuri delhi, because of mobile screen has white spot, that why i came to service center.
                                      But service center person told, it's very minor, not worry about it. seriously that time, i was shocked because american company smartphone service center told it's a minor problem, don't need to change. but they changed after i forced on it. because i was know it was not major fault.. but it becomes will be major.
                                      Almost 10 -12 days, i received my phone from service center. after 2 days i noticed that my front camera option not available. that time i call to customer care, told that camera not working, raise complaint regarding service center, this kind of behavior and they register one problem at one time and i will diagnose your problem.
                                      But seriously, they didn't diagnose yet.
                                      So. i again submit my phone at same service center, told that my camera option not available and other issue.
                                      In 2-4 days. i received my phone again
                                      I found my phone screw all are not available. and my phone vibrates very horrible.
                                      Next days.. they screwed every parts.
                                      Vibrate problem gone..
                                      20 july 2016, i visit services center again for vibration problem, they update software, and told me... now it's not doing problem.
                                      Then i told that. please check sim slot also.
                                      Sometimes they show sim not insert and restart problem.. they told me your sim having problem..
                                      So i conveyed and leave services center, even i installed my both sim on another phone.
                                      It's not showing problem
                                      So. next day 21 july 2016 (last day of my phone warranty)
                                      I called to customer care, then i share my problem with them
                                      I told that.. if any hardware problem, then i didn't submit my phone there, because i didn't trust on your service center and another one.
                                      So i want, they crates job sheet of 21 july 2016,
                                      When spare parts came to service center and they call me, that time they will changed..

                                      They told me, when u reached at service center, then u told that u consult with customer executive, and u didn't submit your phone, submit your phone at that time, when spare parts came.

                                      Main technicians told that it's sim slot 2 problem pin problem, when i goes down that time, sim not recognize and they show restart option.
                                      They pulled up those pin, told that.. it's is ok now..
                                      Then i didn't conveyed with them, even i told that in future, i facing same problem, then what i do?
                                      Then they told me.. they will repair my phone with chargeable amount.

                                      Even.. i again call to customer care executive,

                                      They told me. again visit service center at same time
                                      I. told that, i am at my job location now..
                                      Then they told me. gave me 15 minutes.

                                      They told me..
                                      Within 15 days.. u are facing same problem, service center repair free.

                                      : even they told me, first service center, but i already mentioned i didn't trust on your any service center because they may be replaced old part on it..
                                      So, i forced to vivek, please transfer my call to senior team, who help me.
                                      After that i received call from your senior department mayank.
                                      They listin and note down all problem, and told me.. wait 30min. i will consult with you..
                                      But i didn't received any call.

                                      : so.in last i will take legal against your company, because i am totally mad at your service and customer executive / senior executive.

                                      My smart phone infocus m370i create touch proble in many time. In all area in phone. Its touch does not work properly. I was going to service centrein pune. They di not solve my problem properly. Give me right suggetion for that problem.
                                      Even if applocker is on, the recent tab portion shows the content inside the app. It shows that the mobile is insecure in terms of the above mentioned. Please look into it and release an update as soon as possible.

                                      Same mobile M350, even i had the screen problem and then came the PCB, i gave it to service when i still had my warranty period in july and i still hav'nt got it back they are not taking this seriously. we all should lodge a complaint on them
