Todays i visited there, arrived there on around 10 am, nobody was there, i waited there in front of your office for around 1 hrs as you mentioned that your office time is from 10 am to 6:15 pm, so i was arrived there on time.
In office i was talked with yours representative they treat me rudely also suggest that why you take this brand like this, after that i asked our mobile status they are not updated about that.
I had also talked with them on your prescribed contact no ([protected]) through my official contact no ([protected]), they told me that they have no update for this.

As per suggestion provided during getting receipt acknowledgment, your service station told me that i can check status through tele call.
On 1 hour before same thing happened, they told me i have to call after 1hrs.
As per getting suggestion from service station i called him/her, they told me for revisiting of service station for knowing status.
What is it?
I am unable to understand.
Note - for your kind information my native place is about 70km (To & fro) far away from your service station.
Expenditure of my movement for these km is about rs 500.
