Regret to say that but please provide better service at patna.

For your kind information, i had submitted my mobile at jassi nandan, plaza new dakbaglow road, opp-jamal road patna.

Todays i visited there, arrived there on around 10 am, nobody was there, i waited there in front of your office for around 1 hrs as you mentioned that your office time is from 10 am to 6:15 pm, so i was arrived there on time.

In office i was talked with yours representative they treat me rudely also suggest that why you take this brand like this, after that i asked our mobile status they are not updated about that.

I had also talked with them on your prescribed contact no ([protected]) through my official contact no ([protected]), they told me that they have no update for this.

Dear sir/madam,

As per suggestion provided during getting receipt acknowledgment, your service station told me that i can check status through tele call.

On 1 hour before same thing happened, they told me i have to call after 1hrs.

As per getting suggestion from service station i called him/her, they told me for revisiting of service station for knowing status.

What is it?
I am unable to understand.

Note - for your kind information my native place is about 70km (To & fro) far away from your service station.
Expenditure of my movement for these km is about rs 500.

    Hello my name is ashutosh tripathi, i have submitted my phone model infocus 350 on their authorised service center accel frontline ltd, nehru place. The call id for that is infbfj[protected]dw and whenever i call and asked for the status they said they don't have any update for the part which needs to replace not provided by the infocus. Really pathetic service by infocus really shame on your customer service.

    I request you to do the needful else taking further action on the same.

      I submitted my mobile m530 on 25th of april at the service center. INFVJW[protected]DW. Still i did not get my mobile repaired. I spoken to the service center they are very friendly and they given me the customer care of INfocus to followup [protected] but the company customer care is so bad that i contacted nearly 20 times each time they say ur call will esclate and u will get a call in 4 hours and nothing happened till date and i did not get any call from them. why the company is so irresponsible to the customers. Its very difficult to me without mobile for nearly two months. Its under warranty. I never come across this type of arrogant and irresponsible company in my life.

      i received the mobile yesterday after 57 days. The service center has replaced my board. The problem again started. My mobile sound is very low and its not showing my memory card also.

        I have infocus F 135 mobile is OK OK but speaker is not working ringtone is cracking so much so that I had given mobile to service center for repairing na that said it takes 10 days na after 10day called them than again said takes 15 days more otherwise u can take ur mobile back and talked very rudely plz do something still its not working .It's in under warranty

          I have been bought Infocus M350 from Snapdeal at 28/08/2015 and Order No. is [protected] and i am facing charging problem and auto restarting problem in my Phone and i went to service center and handover phone at 26/05/2016 and they told me that it will be take 15 days to repair and today when i call them they told me that it will take more 15 days ...why should i wait for long time for repair...how can person stay without phone for one month...

          I bought Infocus M350 in Aug 2015, my phone suddenly restarting automatically every 20sec, please help me, how to solve this
          I ordered in snapdeal the infocus mobile in jan 2016..Too bad according to charging ..i have given to repair for 3 times only for charging problem..but still after 2 to 3 months the same problem..it shown charging symbol when charger is connected, but it wont charged worst phone fr charging issue..what is this..feeling bad..we spend so much money..didnt completed even 2 yrs..3 tymes repair still facing same problem..👎..how can this charging problem solved???

            Bought infocus m2 (3g) mobile on dec 2015. Functioning properly till charging problem is encountered. When plugged in with charger, charging symbol is displayed but battery percentage level never increases. I[censored]nplugged, it prompts to connect charger due to low battery level.
            Mobile was in good condition and it neither got dropped off from heights nor into water. There is no other issue other than this charging problem.
            Please help to resolve by either repairing / replacement...

              Dear sir,
              I am Heramb sonawane. I have submitted my infocus phone to the service centre in Shivajinagar on 28th of april due to its problem of touch. They said that i will receive the phone in 15 days. But after 15 days when i called them they said that we haven't received the part yet plz call on toll free no. I did so their they told me that the part is on the way and you will get your phone in 5 to 6 working days. Then i called them again almost after 8 days they said, they have submitted the case to their seniors and i will get confirmation call within 24 working hours but i have not received . Today 1 month has been completes, when am i going to get my phone back. I request you to please take an immediate action on it. I m having many difficulties without my phone. Thats all i want to say. Hope you will keep an eye on my problem.

The handset well be ready for delivery but service center opparetar men not to delivery my handset. I visit 3 time and called 10 time no response by both i spent 1500 rupees for travelling and calling. But his mobile anytime switch off. I want my mobile compensation. Please solved this mettar.

                    My infocus is not working at all. It's in it's warranty period. At first, i had gone to the infocus service centre, borivali branch, where the serviceman told me that my phone is not working because of it's inability to recharge and it will require rs.850 for it's working, even though it was under warranty. I was not convinient with them so i went to the infocus service centre, dadar branch, where i was requested to submit the phone over there. After over 10 days, i was told that droplets of water had been found in the motherboard of my phone and for that, and they said me that it will require around rs4, 000 to 5, 000 for it's repairing. I think yous serviceman is trying to fraud me by not repairing it even though it's under warranty. I ask infocus company pvt. Ltd., are you fraud or your serviceman? Please take strict action against this problem.

                      I have purchased infocus m350 onilne from snapdeal after 3 month of purchase
                      *both camera front and back camera*
                      are not working properly I have submit my mobile 2 times to the service center but still the problem is same I want replacements of my mobile what can I do now ? I asked service center for replacement of mobile but they are not replacing it one of the customer care executive said that it was a minor problem I want replacements of my mobile plz solve my problem

                        I submitted my infocus mobile handset, which was under warranty, in AMBE ELECTRONICS service centre on 13th April 2016. Centre ensure me for receiving my set after 15 to 20 days. When i contact to service centre he told me that parts are not available. and provide me infocus company service support no - [protected]. Many tome i contact on this no but every time company excuses for Part availability. On the date of today 29 days completed but here is no hope that company will provide my set as earlier.
                        When i submitted my set then 2 month warranty was pending. Day by day warranty is going to over.
                        If part are not available then company provide me new set or renew my warranty again..

                          I would like to make a complaint against the 2 infocus phones I have bought from infocus and submitted to repair on 22nd April.
                          One has a display issue and second one has touch problem. Firstly i am very disappointed with quality of phone quality, as i have not even completed 1 year and phone has issues, secondly to change display of 11000 phone you are charging 4700 rs. Almost half the cost of phone.

                          Finally the after sale service again disappointing since submitted my phone on 22nd April on a deal that it will be delivered to me within 1 week is still not repaired.

                          I would like to make higher compaint as i am really disappointed with product and now service. I should have never bought the phone.
                          Given my phone to Accel frontline in Nehru place.
                          Kindly look into this and reply asap.

                            I purchase a mobile infocus mobile m430 on feb 16 2016 through snapdeal. But after a few days its working very slow. After than in next month its working completely dead charging. Already i give the mobile in service center on 18 april 2016, but the mother board is not set properly from the service center.                             I bought infocus m260 cell from your store.and after using for a week i came to know about performance of mobile which is quite slow.There is no proximity sensor but shows it in features. This quite bad thing about the brand and I want replacement for the product.

                                  This is to inform you that i brought Infocus M350 mobile on october 2015 & i faced very major problem in Infocus M350 mobile. Yesterday i was sitting in office & after sometime my mobile phone burning in my pocket automatically on high level. Through this my jeans & leg burnt badly. This is a very bad quality product which you guys are providing to customers, it can harm the life of person. I have the live recording & pictures of this incident which i am publishing on social sites & media, so that i can save somebody's life . I have to take some legal action also for the same. Rightnow the phone is in warranty period. Very bad product Infocus M350. Request you to take some action & revert back for the same.

                                    There is lot of faults in Infocus bingo 50 like rotating screen, battery heat and many problems when play games.sensor is not working properly.i just hope to you give us a device what we need &hope .                                       When the mnc like infocus can't give good services to customer & always delay in service or counsumer satisfacton" so why they came in india for buisness they have no right to exploit a consumer.
                                      I have send this email and there is no reply of that from infocus


                                      i went to your service centre in nehru palace, new delhi .To submit my "infocus m530" i have some serious issues related to my phone and it's under warranty.They have created a receipt 'acknowledgment slip' & gave me 1one copy of that and tell me to call or check the status online after a weak i have call on the n.O. And it is switch off! they have provided this n.O "[protected]" i have check online status and there when i entered my "call id-infbfj[protected]dw" and phone n.O. Its showing that it"s ready for delievery.Then i went to the service centre that day they give me my phone back and said that i was repaired but when i checked the issue it was not resolved they did nothing to it.Then i tell them what's that it's a joke they said you have mention another problems which was not in my phone .They have said it's a misunderstanding we have mention another problems. They told me to submit the phone again .And commited to give it back in upcoming 5 days i have checked the status online so there is showing no data found the n.O. Is also off.There's no way to contact the service centre team .It's cost me huge amount of money to reach there and i have already went there 2 times.That's a bad service i have ever seen.They don't give any customer satisfaction. I should been complaint to the "infocus care" about the "accel frontline limited "service please take the matter seriously and try to resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      Its more than 20 days now.Ashame on company i will complaint it to the higher authority & fight for our rights.

                                        Last week i got a call from customer care and they provide me 2 different service center, when i reached then they told me that the seal has opened so you have to go same service center we will not be considered it. Now, when i called customer care, he old asked that we can not do anything. I have already mentioned that they didn't provide us any reference number. Now, they are playing game everytime and just cheating and herashing customer. Last one month i am going here and there and didn't get any output except west the time money.

Even charger, headphone, phone everything is not working within 3 months. It seams that they provided worst part in mobile and sold us.

                                        I have sent so many times mail and tried to call but failed either for receiving reply or call.

                                        I have expended more than 700 rs to go this service center to that service center and lost my valuable time but result is zero. I know they will not be providing solution. They wanted to he-rash us so that at the end, customer left it as it is. And leave as it is. But i want to put the case in consumer court and want the solution. Any how i will fight on it. This is not a matter of 7k rs mobile but i lost my time and money to move here and there. I want justice now.
