I had taken my infocus turbo 5 last year in august. It works fine and battery backup was also too good. On day it got switch off when i was on vedio calling at whatsapp after that i face a problem of slow charging. It takes 35 to 40 hours to full charging. After few days a new problem occurred, of not getting charge when phone is switched on. I am too much confusing of same problem.
I shall be thanfull for this act of kindnesses.

The phone shuts down automatically when the battery percent is very high and when it restarts the battery percent decreases. It even shuts down on battery above 80% plz just tell me what to do with it. And when it shuts down automatically, sometimes it opens with the battery percent decrease and sometimes it does not open at all and if it does it shuts down again.

I have rooted my infocus m370i device and after that i tried to unroot it and after unroot the root checking application shows that phone is unroot but device still gives the warning that your phone is rooted, due to this some of applications does not able to run in my phone. Please solve this issue so that i can run some applications in my phone.

I called to infocus customer care as well as service center near to me but they didn't tell me anything and still the device not yet ready please be wait more days like that. Still how many days will you take to repair my device just tell me.

Now also i called to infocus customer care, he told me the part is in chennai and mostly you will get dec 15th 2017 like that. If not i will defenetly put case on you. Just think over it and give me reply back asap.

Dear sir,
I submitted my infocus m810 to accel frontline surat on 19th september jobsheet no. Js[protected]. It still was incomplete hence resubmitted with another jobsheet no. Js17a00001962 dated 10-10-17. On 25th oct.2017 after repeated calling & mailing they allotted a case id 35167.
Recurring calls resulted in samerepeated “jumlas” that they are arranging the part (Mic assembly in current case & previously they replaced speaker box assembly with rs. 1200 approx charged) & we’ll make a callback with the concerned department. Apart from the name they have never disclosed any department except “concerned department”.
Their eta’s were never fulfilled. I request the concerned authority to request the company to refund my entire purchased amount including the repair charges with mental, physical harassment remuneration of rs. 20, 000.
If not refunded the company can consider this a formal notice prior to filing for a consumer suite in the honorary “ consumer court”.

I seen many problems in my infocus turbo5 within 16 days of purchase and still faces these problems even after reset my phones.in my whole life i never seen a worst phone like infocus turbo 5. Its a money waste phone. Too much laging
Software are not working properly. App shows error while running. Infocus just make money and cheated the people. My main problems are listed below.
1. Very poor battery service
2. Flashlight open automatically without my concern
3. Some apps shows error while i using these apps. And they are those apps which are inbuilt in phone.
4. Softkeys works very poor. Sometimes they not perform any task.
5. Sometimes camera is inverted and there is no option of rear camera..
Please solve my problems other wise i complaint a file in court againt infocus

My infocus m535+ is still in warranty but it back button, home button, overview button not working when i visited to the nearest service centre they are asking for money nd saying that ur phone is get in touch of water or something like this if it actually happens then the problem should arises in display touch other functions of phone but nothing happens like that it's all working fine except bottom touch buttons please help me out sir... 😬😬

Its very disappointedly i would like to request that i purchase infocus mobile through online and for its non reliability of battery back up the handset is getting more heating and outing of display. So after consulting the infocus centralise care on [protected] and on website infocusindia.co.in, i aaproache to service center hello communication in gwalior m. P. And the rep initiated its work order vide order no. Js[protected] dated 04/08/17 11:11:23 am. And service charge initiated as 1030 advance received 500 and 530/ as balance and promised that it will be resolved in a week. I communicated and visited several times since then and they are postponing as spare not received from its head office, so u contact infocus care directly. I communicated so many times initially given dead line as 31 aug, then as 5 sep then as 11 sep then as 15 sep and then as continue. They are not bothering about services and causing problem to the customer. So if its service facility is not healthy the item should not be sold to customer and missing the money as well as time. Its totally harassment and loss to the consumer. No one should buy this infocus mobile with this cheating and forge promise. Please intervene in this regard and help in early resolution and prompt action with the helping ways. So worst experience of this service. Head office are also not in helping way. What will be to the customer. Please don't purchase this mobile. Please if this type of services will be given. Thanks

After getting my hands on great mobiles like M535 and M680 I was very much assured that I am gonna be a regular user of the brand.Epic 1 proved ne wrong after a disappointing battery backup and over heating. 2-3 hours of battery life? the Deca-core is surely a bad choice I suppose.M535 and M680 were best handsets I ever tried in this price range. Epic one is a mistake both by company and me. Other problems related to the smart phone is the camera quality the claimed 16 mp (better) camera is no where near the camera of M535 even after being costly the only thing that wouod have amazed me is fast charging but that too is not possible with the stock travel adapter even after buying a power adapter what is the use of a power charging smart phone who's battery drains faster than it charges. Most insensible problem I've ever seen in any smartphone.I've recommeded the brand to so many people after using the previous handsets but now I don't think I am gonna do it anymore.

My phone giving problem.Dear sir,
I had given my mobile infocus s535 vide job no. js[protected] job date 29/08/2017 by 12:47:06 serial no/imei no. . [protected] to ACCel Fronline Ltd., 101-102 sunrise towers, 579, M.G.Road, Indore 452001 for auto pocket data error.

As on date 18 (eignteen ) days has been passed but no response received from the concern service centre. If within 5 day I do not received my mobile duly repaired, I am force to talk the shelter of law and all the cost and consiquances will on your account which please note.

1). My mobile gets switched off all of sudden & the battery % drains to 0 from 60. It has happened twice in this week.
2). If i switch off the data connection it doesn"t turn on again and i have to restart the phone.
3). For software update i went to customer care (Laxmi nagar) but the attendent was too rude.
4). Phone gets heated even while charging
5). Battery tends to drain even when phone is not in use

I request you to please do repair the phone & conside my complaint

I have purchase mobile infocus bingo 50 plus in 18 october 2016.
When i am using phone 29 august 2017 at 9:00 am suddenly phone switched off, when i am start the phone disply not showing and some colours linings comming.
After one day i am goes to service center ellamma communication
In ameerpet, hyderabad. He says phone internal damaged, did not cover under warranty because display internal damaged, but here don't have any external damage or internal damage.
Please provide the solution and solve my problem, i don't pay the amount,
Because still my phone under warranty.

Sir i want to tell you that infocus chandigarh mobile service center's employees are not good people. On 28 aug when i went there to brought a battery for my infocus phone an employee named viney try to make some money from me. He asked for lot extra money than the mrp including 28% gst for his own and when i said i will not give more money than he said they don't have any batteries available and he will not give me one.

They not properly attending the customers not even property listen the problem of customer. On 19th aug i went to bhubaneswar customer care center they behave with me very negative way even they are not willing to listen my problem nor solve my mobile issue. I am return your office with a very bad filling.

I m purchased your led tv.in warranty period, i repair my led three times. They give us warranty six months after every reparing. Last days within six months, i had repaired my led tv. That warranty is also in period. But your technical assistant asking for charged led reparing fee. I didnot satisfied. Please call me with registerd mobile number, [protected] as earliest.

This is increasing my temper and the difficulties without tv. So firstly i just tell u that please give me perfect and accurate answer or else this will not stop me from complaining against you in consumer court and after that the consequences will be worse... i have purchase mobile infocus bingo 50 plus in 6 Jan 2017.
but when i am in home town( sursand sitamarhi bihar-843331) mobile is fallen down. mobile become over heating on bottom of the right corner then move to local shop and removed the battery connection (we think it may be blast)
after one month we come back to mumbai. goes to service center AVL telecom
in ghatkopar mumbai. he says phone is out of warranty and you have to pay RS-4200, I told him that mobile is under warranty he shows copper rust (green colour) and said liquid goes inside. hahaha...? mobile is dead due to fallen down. when i told him to not repaired then he aggressively told me that i have locked your phone out of warranty in computer now no body solved your mobile.
(there is no any service center near my home town. you may track my location from my mobile no [protected], [protected], also you check the time of mobile become dead.
