I have placed an order in Insasta.com for fold table one month before and i paid for that rs.1900 and product also not reached and amount not yet refunded. After 10 days they told product not available and we will refund your amount and after that if i call there is no proper response from them and amount not yet refunded. Please help me to get my amount.

I have ordered a motog4 plus turbocharger from your website. The product stopped working after 10 days. My phone is now not getting charged from the charger. I have tried to contact your customer care but their phone is always switched off. The product is still under the warranty period. I have even sent emails to your company but got no response. I will suggest never to order anything from this company. They are fake and fraudulent. I have never seen such unprofessional service from any company. After sending the damaged product and taking your money, they don't reply to your phones and emails. I would request the authorities to take some serious action against this company and close this company.

I have ordered one coco phone with hd speaker and microphone 3.5 mm jack (Black) on cod basis. Paid approx. Inr*400/= on cash on delivery. Post opening the packet found insasta provided toy phone non-functional article.
On complain they ensured pickup on 09/06/2018 under pickup receipt challan[protected]/styledge (5b1a1080d71ee). Till today i have not received goods till today.

Please-3 don't bye anything from them. It's fake company.

I bought a digital watch from insasta.com on 24/03/18. But there was a defect so i return it and ask for refund request. They took 1 month to contact me when i use to call them everyday never pick my call and dont even reply for the mail. I paid them through paytm but paytm people are claiming that they have not send any money to the wallet. And i'm using paytm since so many year and they never cheated me. I want my money back from this company of rd 1138 its small for some but for earning student it means more then anything.

I ordered earphone from insasta on 26/03/2018. Product details are below:

I paid online via debit card and the total amount of rs. 148 has been deducted from my account. But i have not received any delivery notification from them confirming processing of my orders. The customer service numbers provided on the website seem to be fake as call answer is switch off.

I would like to get my refund as soon as possible and the scammers should be arrested without delay.

I have purchased on anycast through online from insasta enterprises, gala no. 103, 104, 105, 112 bldg p-1, prerna complex, mankoli anjur phata, dapaoda ro 532202 above aspara restorent, near pipe line road, bhiwandi, thane-maharashtra -421302
Full details of purchase and subsequent return and again return request as per amazon web page is attached here with. Above said device is fully faulty. It is of no use for me.
I tried to contact seller though inbuilt message but it is being returned undelivered.
Now request - complaint is that my amount of rs. 835.00 less fess if any be refunded and arrangement may please be made to collect the second supply of anycast device.

I had purchased xiaomi mi 20000mah power bank through insasta.com as they said same day delivery option as i am in journey i had planned to buy this product through online so that my order will be delivered within 24hrs or one day. I made a purchase of rs.2, 258/- through paytm and i made a call for requesting for fast delivery but the executive said it's not possible so i requested him to cancel the order and refund my amount they said ok. I had been waited for 3 days but there is no refund or response from insasta. I again made a call to insasta then a lady named priya answered my call and gave whatsapp number to send the order details and query.. I did the same she said refund will done within 24hrs then i left the conversation and waited for the refund but i didn't receive any message from insasta.. Again i made a call to priya and insasta she answered my call asking my details again i said i had already forwarded and i again forwarded the order details then she said your is on the way... Then i said i am requesting for refund where my order has been in cancel status then how is it on the way delivery... Then she replied me in local language and confusing me... I again requested her she again replied me in english and said your refund will be done in 24hrs i said this information you have already gave me before and i questioned her she replied me it will be done.. But no use i made many messages through whatsapp and made calls too but no response from them... So i am here to raise complaint against insasta.com and the group.. Sir i request you please help me out... I have paid amount its my mistake please help me to get back my refund.. I people i request you all never trust online shopping sites who start businesses from local market and don't be fooled... I have purchased two nos. Of mi band 2 from this portal and paid at delivery. The moment i opened one found it is fake product, informed company they replied on whatsapp to send them back on own cost, they will refund,
I have returned order no.20133 on 24th august. They received my product in august 2017, now no one responds on mail, phone or whatsapp, now it is 3 months they not want to refund my money.

They are theam of criminals, sales fake product with impressions of original and not willing to return money paid for that after receiving back.

I purchased an item "anycast hdmi dongle" from insasta.com on 03 oct 17 for rs.848/- (Prepaid), order no.27622. But it was defective, i was trying to use it as per their direction but did not work. I tried to contact them on phone but they did not respond and no email id is given. So i assume they deliberately send me a defective item and do not want to replace or return. I keep buying from various online shop such as flipkart, amazon etc. But, this is my worst experience with an online shop.
Insasta.com is a fake online shop just cheating and money making is their interest. These kind of shops must be banned or closed.
By any means, if i can get a refund the amount rs.848/-, i shall be grateful.

Hi team,
I had bought anycast order id - 25816 which is not working and i had reported to insasta support. Their support staff has not done anything to exchange it and i have sent it via courier to return them. The courier is delivered to them but no one is receiving my phone or talking to me.

I ordered a motorola charger from insasta and when i got the delivery it was not in working state. I complained about the same on their customer service email id, but was no response. Then i tried calling on their numbers, they asked to sent it back so i sent that by courier which cost me 90 rs of shipping. Since then they are faking it everytime that they will return all the money 520+90 but i have not received yet. The owners name is bhavesh but no one gives his details, must be he is involved in other such cases of cheating customers. I think insasta is a fraud site, never buy anything from it. Hope this site helps me in getting my money back

Dear sir,

On 27th july 2017 i have ordered online a original one plus two mobile battery from insasta.com. I paid online. After paying there generated only invoice. No any confirmation mail or sms.
There is no any information about the product delivery or anything. I tried to call all the three numbers provided in their website ([protected]/ [protected]/[protected]). But all the phones are switched off or it’s says it’s wrong number. I mailed from the "contact us" column in the website about the information but no response.
I think this company is a fake company and making people fool. Please help me in getting my ordered...

I ordered the mi band 2 from insasta.com which was in stock at the time. When i paid for it, it generated a tax invoice but no confirmatory sms or email. The product has not been dispatched and there have been no updates. Their delivery policy says if the product is not dispatched within 10 days, they'll cancel it and refund the order. It's been 10 days and there has been no response. All their contact numbers are switched off and they don't respond to the emails. I think the company is fake. Please help me get my money back.
