I had enrolled for sap hana training from intellipaat and i had the worst experience ever.

During the training their very own trainer said their training material is not up to the mark and we should not follow it. Imagine this kind of experience for a person who paid thousands of rupees.

Server details for hands on were provided after several follow ups.

Day 1: trainer was not able to share his screen during the entire session. Nobody from support team was present.
Day 2: ideally 1st day of actual training.
Day 3: for 45 mins support person asked us to wait for the trainer to join. Then of the candidates called the customer service and was told that the session was cancelled because the trainer was not available. Support team had no idea about this.
Day 4: trainer asked not to refer/follow intellipaat training material. He said its 'pathetic'. Hands on server access was revoked for everyone so no hands on done. Trainer started 25 mins late but ended at its normal time.

I am dissappointed that i want my money back. I do not want to continue with such people. I did not attend any further training sessions after that. Had sent them numerous emails to refund my money but in vain. They are there just to fool people and get their money. One of their managers even called me up and said he will refund the money but it never happened. Never enroll in any of their courses.

    They don't have idea about their courses, company policies, atleast basic knowledge about the courses. I joined the course agreeing to certain terms and condition as agreed in the email but none of them has been satisfied. I have all email proof if some one needs or can help us take action. Now they are not ready to refund even though we satisfied all their refund policies but now saying some nonsense stories. I am not typing here with frustration. I am trying to help out people to be careful with these guys.

      I attempted to take informatica online course through intellipaat.
      Their customer service is very poor, absolutely no response. They never reply to any emails. Their course material has no substance. They never send any recording of the class. Their classes are irregular. They never keep up with any of the promises made at their sales calls. The money i paid for this course is absolutely a waste.

        Very pathetic support team and sales team, they even don't know which courses available on their website.
        1. They mentioned one online training course on their website, i have paid the money for that course. After payment they informed that course in not available and they assigned some different course.in that course also nothing is clear.
        2. I have paid the money for one more course which is instructor lead. They assigned me some other course.
        When i am trying to contact them (Sales, support) no one is responding.

          The instructor s communication is not at all understandable and acceptable in certain time periods, no matter how much i try to repeat the video.
          When you say its a professional course, Please ensure the course is done professionally, it doesnt seem like the instructor is at all conscious about a video tutorial, he is stammerring and taking time, and also being explained in a high level method.I want an R project to be explained properly once again

            My name is Kiran Reddy and I am US citizen leaving in India. Recently I came across a online training company named Intellipaat and after some research on some course I got approached by marketing / sales member by name Ankur and was told about the course in Phone conversation. I wanted to take self study course for Tableau Developer. As it would be very tough to know the quality of online self study I did had conversation with Marketing / sales person Ankur on quality and as well on refund in case I don't like the course. After getting quite a few calls I final enrolled into course for which i paid $351.20 on Feb 21st, 2017. As marketing person did give me confidence that in case i do not like the course I will be refunded so I went ahead and enrolled. After reviewing the first few parts of session i realized that course explanation was not as expected so immediately notified Intellipaat about my concern and requested for refund. After almost 50 calls and quite a few emails (Did not get any response from either marketing or support team).. Even today I am waiting to hear back from Intellipaat about refund. The sad part is that so called startup did not even care about making one call to discuss about issue. When ever i was able to get support team to talk to me I got response saying that issue will be taken and payment will be processed in few days etc.
            In my final call I was told they did review the logs and found that I did not use the course much and have notified payments team about usage. At the same time I was told that i might not get payment back.

            As i do not want such experience for anyone else I am bringing this to consumer complaint Please let me know what options I have..In the world of top customer service Intellipaat being startup has failed miserably in communicating and keeping customer experience pleasant.

            Let me know what I can do as I can forward all the emails I sent and experience of customer service.

            As I am not able to get all the email trail into one image.. just took one last email which I received from Marketing person Ankur Choudary from Intellipaat into image. I can share all the trail to see what kind of nightmare i went through.

              First of revert comes after two days.
              From support team.

              Second think downloading file size is huge and it's not possible download the same in one day.

              Third think i was also raised the request for recorded lecture. I'm not see any lecture in account.

              There is not 24*7 support. Trying to sales person n support team no one is initiative on that.

                Marketing team is available for live chat all time.But if i ask any doubt they are replying at the edge of 24th hour.
                Why there is no live chat feature to clarify our doubts?
                why there is live chat only with marketing guys?

                When i ask marketing guy, when will support team reply, his/her answer is "SOON".
                Marketing guy replies as i type but support team don't respond as i type...why?
                Why can't intellipaat employ someone to respond as fast as marketing guy?

                When i ask same questions to marketing guy, he is not responding properly.

                  Do not trust this company. While buying the Hadoop's course they promise everything you ask for like 24*7 support, they respond to the issues and such stuff. ' 24*7' means someone will be online(non-technical person) on chat and if you have any questions all that person does is will ask your email id and phone number that's it. Then you keep waiting for days or months (if you forgot to follow-up) . They only work on India time zone.
                  If you send queries via email they don't even read the entire email and keep asking same questions again and again. At times they just google something and reply.
                  When you don't hear from them for a month or so and ask refund then they are ready to resolve your queries.You can never reach anyone from the managment team except support team. No wonder they ask you to pay in full so you are stuck with them.

                  If you can't deliver what you promise, stop stealing people's money by false marketing. We are students and our time and money do have some value.

                    For some reason, companies with Indian origins assume their diction is understood worldwide. I find some of the dialect easy, fluent and quite soothing. However, most of the classes I’ve attended via Intellipaat are taught by instructors with brusque and brutal dialects. I had to drop one course.

                    Unfortunately, they don’t tell you up front that if you can’t understand the instructor, it’s due to a short coming on the customer side. (I was told that I needed to pay closer attention..) There’s no attempt to help you thru the course, take the same course from another instructor, etc.

                    When I requested a refund, the customer service rep hung up on my. I called back and ask to speak with management - the person indicated that's not how it worked.. I would have to deal with them (tech support is how he identified himself..)

                    No refunds, no management to speak with - take it or leave it. My phone number was eventually blocked by Intellipaat and they stop responding to emails asking how to work thru the issue..

                      I have a problem understanding the online audio stream. I thought that it might have been the quality of my ADSL connection, so I came into an office which has business standard broadband.

                      The problem still exists there unfortunately, hence I have eliminated the ISP connection as the source of the problem. I already emailed [protected]@intellipaat.com and raised this complaint but they said that they checked a few and found they were ok. So effectively they have already denied my claim.

                      I think that the content is good. It's just that the quality of the audio is too poor.

                      Lecture 12 of the Data Warehouse course goes for 48 minutes so this would be very difficult to complete.
                      Not sure what else to do at this point. Very frustrating as I paid almost $400 AUD for my package of training.

                        My name is krishna komal.I recently joined intellipaat.I was told to attend a meeting at 8:30 pm to solve an issue on Virtualbox installation.Mr.jai kumar has to clear it.Mr.jai was not available for virtual meet at 8:30 pm.I have been calling and chatting with them to clear my doubt.But there is no reply from them.Please don't join intellipaat.It's a stupid company.They tell you that they provide 24 hours service.Once you join, they will not care about you.They will make you wait for days to solve an issue.I enrolled 3 days back.I couldn't even start my course because of them.I wasted my money.

                        They called me the next day i lodged a complaint on this site.They asked who didnot respond properly.I told him the name of the person.They asked for my free time.At that time we met virtually and my issue is resolved.I talked to Deepak and ravibabu who responded to my query and helped me in the process to resolve the issue.A big thanks to them.I take back my words.Thank you intellipaat.

                          Try to learn from bigdatauniversity.com, it's free and very useful than the course available in Intellipaat. Don't waste your money by subscribing to this cheap website.

                          The videos are not very clear and I faced a lot of issues i hearing the instructors voice. Poor customer care support.

                          These guys are focused only on forcing people to subscribe to their course but the quality is very poor. You could find free online materials for bigdata course so please don't subscribe to Intellipaat - Worst E-learning Website.

                          Intellipaat courses are not for people who want to pursue their career in bigdata. The instructor speaks very poor English and lessons will not help you to get a job. Intellipaat - Not a good website for Bigdata. Do not subscribe!

                            The online lectures are given by a man who speaks very, very poor English. It would be difficult to understand him if you were face to face, but their classes are much worse than that.

                            They broadcast from a cement or cinder block room, with a huge echo problem. You will not be able to understand a word of it. "Mummble, mummble buzz, mumble, feedback overload, mumble."

                            Pay for the class, listen to the echo. It sounds like the guy is talking over a stadium loudspeaker with golf balls in his mouth.

                            I joined SAP HANA training, where no trainers available. They're delaying refund money for the past 2 months. Im still waiting. Every time one support person will assure you that he'll resolve by EOD but no refund till now.

                              I joined for Hadoop Testing on 03/11/2016. I faced many issues. Kindly dont join here.
                              1. I want to join instructor mode but counselor told first join self paced then it will upgraded to instructor mode, still its not. When asked about that Not even a proper reply i got and ended with controversial replies from them.
                              2. Even In self paced all the materials are incomplete. After repeated followup mails and calls, got it updated after nearly 15 days.
                              3. Recently Asked the support team to arrange for a interaction with tutor in hadoop testing related. Its been 3 weeks they havent arrange it not even considered it.
                              4. In start my name in mails was stating wrong name. I saw that and changed it. I informed to the team to send mails in new name. I sent a seperate mail for name change and even i asked them in other mails trail also. But till now they havent changed it and still sending mails referring to my old name. Even after repeatedly asking them they are not updating it.

                              The namesake support team doesnt do anything. They will give more high promises, its just for attraction.
                              I just wasted my money, time on joining here. I believed i will get a good start in hadoop through Intellipaat. My belief was wrong. They cant even prove they are worth for it.

                              Its nearly 90 days after Complaint registered here and Intellipaat been notified. Still no action on anything.

                              Recently got a call from Intellipaat regarding this complaint. That guy suggested that he will provide Instructor mode on free of cost and kind of forced me to change this complaint as resolved. I said i have some doubts call me later. Still haven't got any call. Later understood this also tactics, just to close complaint without resolving the issues.

                                They have a very misleading website which shows up on the first page on google when searching for IT certification courses. Don't get mislead by the number of students enrolled and their 4 stars they have on their website.

                                I joined their microstrategy online course seeing the demo video which seemed ok, but on purchase found a different person whose English accent and style of teaching was very bad. Very poor quality of teaching style with very thick accent. Could not even listen to it for a minute. There is no connection between what they portray and what is inside after purchase. The youtube FREE videos are many time better(Those by microrooster are excellent).

                                When I called them the very next day about this and my decision to withdraw, they just kept quiet. I had to call my credit card company to put a hold on the charge. Its more than 3 weeks now, I still have not got my refund. Friends... do not get into this trap. Intellipaat videos are crap!! Not worth spending that money and time.

                                  I have subscribed to a Big Data training and after joining only I came to know that this company is just cheating and never commit what their sales people says while chasing people to enrol. Once we enrol and pay money they never respond or never pick-up phones. Also, they will be keep changing trainer and will deliver very poor quality training. It's really cheating company and always keep changing their words. Idiot company and simply cheating. strongly suggest not to join and ruined your time and money.

                                  I think I have raised my concerns no. of times but no response or improvement from your side. I am pretty sure I deliver better Hadoop and Spark sessions better than your trainers. I bet on this. I will not only explain better than your team theoretically but can explain with better use case examples rather than reading PPTs. Your do called excellent trainers are of 2 categories 1. read PPTs and say after 3 hours its completed... 2. Just 2-3 years developers who does not even know architecture of software but just know bunch of commands who even don't think to miss-guide or provide wrong information. Also, many promises made by your so called sales team bug like anything until one make a payment... after that no response from any one... Also your sales team is fantastic in lying by saying very limited people to each batch say 5-6... but you and me know that there are 101 attendees for this class. Never mind about no. of attendees but only concern is delivery good quality sessions and allow people to clarify their doubts... Yes I agree that I have provided good feedback for one quality session has delivered out of 10 rest all are simply the worst.

                                  Another update is, these jokers miss-lead/miss-guide for the queries being asked one of my query was "what happens to existing files in HDFS when replication factor configuration is increased?". Surprisingly without even thinking I was answered "Yes". But when I asked same question to trainer, I was told no. I was now worried that how many of my question were wrongly answered by some jokers who look at chat. I hope one can decide whether to go to these jokers for training after looking at my complaint.

                                    Actually, I accidentally bumped into Intellipaat while searching for an online course. I was initially doubtful of how good the self paced learning would be but after reading positive reviews all over the internet and quick responses to my questions, I was flabbergasted enough to sign-up immediately.
                                    The sales executive given me some offer which costed me around Rs. 10000/- in lumpsum.
                                    I took a Big data course from intellipaat three days before, but unable to watch the lectures as it got blank once I play. Having major technical issue in your LMS. Very much disappointed by such technical issues.

                                      I have recently bought the Hadoop course from intellipaat. I have gone through one video before enrolling for the course which was quite good but when I bought the course. After I started the lectures by them I felt they have not planned the lectures as per online training this may be good for class room but there were many things which were skipped and after I wrote them for help their trainer was not able to provide me the same document which they have used in the training. I keep on writing them regarding the help but they only reply to follow the document and never willing to resolve the issue.

                                      We do not only give money for training but also we put our time. Ideally they should return the money if they are not able to help students but they are neither willing to help nor willing to refund the amount.
                                      I strongly demand a quality check for their course contents and remove those courses which are not upto mark they cannot just sell courses under the banner of intellipact and earn money for free.
                                      This was the things which were promised to me before taking the course and nothing is fulfilled yet.

                                      After posting the comment just got a call from one of the intellipaat employee that she will send me a document to resolve my queries(which was again not enough). I felt little trust as some one from their end actually came with a helping hand and concerned about the course .
                                      She requested me to remove this comment from consumer forum and I had to pay was no access to the course for which I have paid full amount.
                                      I have a very similar experience. I enrolled for Hadoop Admin and Advance Admin course and I was shocked to see the extremely quality of the course content . I am going to elaborate my complaint in a week's time if they don't update the course with latest version . I will spread the message in Twitter and Facebook and other social media and I encourage you to do the same . Do not let the cons go away without getting punished ... They 're robbers .

                                        Recently i joined the big data hadoop training online - all in one combo. At intellipaat. When inquired the course their customer executive made big big commitment.. After payment check the course content, it was disaster. Video and pdf contents are not interactive, not clearly visible. Alos couse content were old one.

                                        1. Cheating to customers
                                        They promise something else and give something else
                                        2. Quality of their training is too too too too too too bad
                                        3. They have nothing called "customer satisfaction"

                                        Same has happened with me too and I called their support to get my issues resolved they have said many students are facing this issue and they are in process of changing their course content. Can they pls let us know why they are still selling the course if they also know they need alterations ? Are we sitting here to waste our money and kill our time ?

                                        Also they never sent me the same pdf they have used for their training The reason behind this is still a mystery. The support team cannot communicate in good English also.

                                        No productive change in the course .They did not even enroll me for online class even after promise . My entire money is wasted as they are denying the refund . The entire staff is feeding on my money(INR 1200) ...Big time cheaters .This is how they make deal s--so beaware
