Hello everyone,

I'm venkateswaran gurunathan from chennai, i've enrolled with intellipaat software solutions pvt for sap s/4 hana simple logistics under the invoice no. : isspl/17-18/27039 on may/07/2020,

Fee amount paid is 27, 000 (Inr) as one time payment, i've started my sap course simple logistics on may/24/2020 two weeks later from the date of payment due to some chaotic situations in allocating the newly joined students,

I'm a non-sap field requested to teach some of the basics (Mm, sd, pp) where promised by the institute, which also not done by the trainer & first day itself trainer won't teach basics sessions, we don't have any direct contact with the trainer whatever it is we got deal it only through the support team,

Class sessions are denied on aug/02/2020, all the google drive access for the theoretical notes, server access & their official online video access are also locked off from my accounts,

After a week we tried to get in touch with our support team, we're being advised they're having a technical glitches it'll be cleared by the end of the august month, when we tried to get in touch in first week of september with the support team their answer is still the glitches are not yet cleared this will take a huge amount of time to recover the data's from this glitches,

Now we're forced to swap the courses, which i'm not ready to change my goals from sap, we're waiting for the project nearly 3.5 months during this technical glitches we requested to give us the project papers,

Which they're not ready ready to resume the class & project papers for the reimbursement,

We requested for reimbursement if they can't provide the live project & our online class video sessions, now they're refusing to payback us,

I've paid all the savings from my salary & borrowed sum amount from my friends, also i'm jobless due to this covid-19 situation,

Now i need to repay the amount borrowed from my friends, this institute promised to get me a job assistance that is also not going to happen because the lost the deal with their current tied up companies, if they can't give me my live project how could i gain some experience in the product knowledge wise,

Vignesh b from sales team in intellipaat, in the beginning he promised during end of the class sessions i'll be given with live project in sap, none of their promises are kept in hand,

Suraj patil the guy from the support team giving only the scripted answers to swap the course & wait until the technical glitches to clear which is absolute nuance,

Deepali sharma is the spoc of this institution & diwakar chittora is the proprietor of this institute where they're not ready to give me my money back & as well the live project, deepali sharma threatened me to swap the course or go & deal legally wherever i want to, now i'm being depressed due to these people activities, i'm helpless justice is all i need from these burglars,

All i want my 27000 (Inr) in order to get certified globally in sap,

    We opted for sap s4 hana course in april 2020.

    1. Classes delayed 2 weeks as they were not having complete batch strength.

    2. After first week classes, we come to know that we are merged with another batch running since 2 months. Now trainer is not able to balance the curriculum as if he continues from older one then we were not able to pick up and he go back to basics then its redundant to other batch. That class was complete fiasco.

    3. Counsler gautham cheated us and promised to cover 3 modules - mm, sales and pm under umbrella of simple logistics. I told him that am from non sap background, but he said first they 'll cover basics and then go to details if s4 hanna simple logistics.in reality, during first class trainer confirmed that there is nothing like basics of sap in this course.

    4. When we complained, deepali comes into picture and just to pacify it, arranged few classes of mm (No sales, no pm)

    5. When we returned to main batch the trainer told we already covered lot of syllabus which you missed as you joined different class so he can accommodate me in that batch. No other to wait for next batch for left out classes

    6. All of sudden classes halted in aug'2020 and all access to server, online portal blocked. Later two, were without any notice. When we inquired we got a auto reply that its under maintenance and may resume in a week. Weeks after week, same story.

    7. Now, they are saying we can not revive this course so you can opt for other course. Its like asking sachin tendulkar to sing or lata mangeshkar to bat. Clear no to any reimbursement.

    8. Depali who is dealing now, refused to reimburse money and threatened to go anywhere.

    This institute is a big cheat. Help us to get our hard earned money back

      Intellipaat is bogus training institute, cheating people, i have enrolled course with this institute for s/4 hana logistics on 20th may 2020.

      Course - s/4 hana logistics
      Course was not scheduled properly, continuously need to raise complaints to support for system access. Dummy system access is provided for no use of trainings. Whenever reach support team they will say system is working fine. Suddenly they have stopped accessing the their site for recording sessions as well training materials. I have paid 20, 000 rupees. Its hard-earned money for everyone. From past 1 months they are saying all system down and not able access anything. On other side they are enrolling for new courses. Its strange behavior. Usha from sales team has reached me many times for enrolling course with lot of bluffing talks that i will get life time access for recordings. We joined this institute for developing our career.
      Please take an action to close the institute and not to bluff the people with false promises.
      I need refund of my money. Calling many times no one lifts the call and not responding properly to emails, if replied same response system crashed.

      I request deepali to refund my money asap

      System access was given and there were no issues with the credentials on our end, we wouldn’t be able to assist with personal system issues. The registration was done in May 2020 and the whole batch was completed and the training has been accessed too. We have also kept you informed regarding the completion of the batch over an email.

        Still no response? I have given you invoice number as well and I am running behind this from past 1 year.Please solve this as soon as possible otherwise I will go to next level.
        I have emailed to your representative so many times that i am not interested in this course. So please refund my amount as soon as possible. I have not studied any content from the starting and also i have not downloaded any content from the site. So please refund my full amount as soon as possible. This is the worst experience i have faced in this institute. People who are planning to join online course please please do not join. Audio and vedio quality is very bad and the contents are not up to the mark.

          I took this course from intellipaat on salesforce administrator and salesforce app builder certification commencing from 22nd aug 2020, trainer couldn't speak english properly i had raised concerns to the team regarding and have sent out emails to support and escalation related to refund of course amount with reasons, i get a call back stating that they don't see a issue, this person's behavior was extremely inappropriate asking me to justify it with the trainer about the feedback,
          On the first day itself i realized the trainer had strong communication issues, as stated it was conveyed that the batch would start @ 8pm ist,. While joining found out session started early without prior notice, during the session (Creating apps) people were mocking the trainer a clear indication that it was a rigged performance displayed by team. Someone called him fool, seemed the guys around knew a lot more than the obvious trainer who was delivering, at times trainer was going mute every time, suddenly there would be a different person talking from the trainer’s line. So the following day when promised a 3:00 hr session it was only for 1.5 hrs. Next day the session starts with (Products/ entity) the trainer starts with products and suddenly takes to a different page, and rushes to flip over slides he runs through the salesforce contents saying” vagera, vagera, blah,, blah & he is humming in between” he just wanted to finish the session and when i had a question he mutes me, so i message on the chat window asking if he could hear me, there isn’t any reply i assume it’s a app issue i log out from the app and login in again and suddenly he decides to answer the question. What level of training is this he wouldn’t even want to reiterate or address, it was like listening to bad audio quality sound. This was the time i decided to put my step back from the training and immediately requested for the refund.
          I wrote a feedback about the disagreement to the support team asking for refund on 23rd aug.

          Since then i've been trying to reach intellipaat about my refund. I tried calling the helpline numbers both ind: +[protected] us:[protected]I've but no one seems to respond my calls[protected] or emails they are clearly avoiding it. Finally i decided it to mention on this form.

            I was enrolled for a batch that was about to commence on 8th august and didnt . now i am trying to reach for refund and they did not even call me back .its been 10 days and now they are telling me that i wont get money back and they hung up on me.what a scam they are running.

            Well, me and intellipaat came to a lovely solution and it actually worked out for me. their management team member Deepali was really intellectual and enlightened me in a good manner . it actually was a blessing in disguise.

              You guys are really unprofessional, you are cheating with you customer.

              I did big mistake by taking the sap course. I believe all courses are offered by intelipath are fake and false promises.

              I raised request for refund as since 2 week no classes no sever accesss and not only me, students those have enrolled before me also cheated so in sort it is fake training institute.

              Miss deepali sharma supposed to call me for my refund and still no call... Guys i am 12 years experience professional work in ibm and you are using ibm name for your courses as well... I need refund else i need to take legal action as well will raise this to ibm hr.

                Hi team,

                I have taken course s4 simple logistic after reading the review in their side, but these are review are fake. I attend first class and i was socked it was like fish-market, students from other classes also attended and they started argument with trainer and they hired trainer for only one class he mentioned, i am supposed to take today class only and if we have any concern reach out to support team, whole class went like fish market. I am really unhappy and looking for refund.

                  I am a victim of their sap simple logistics course. The course was poorly organized, no proper hands-on exercises given, no proper assignments or projects.
                  What i want to mention here are some of the points which iam entitled to as a student who enrolled in the course and what i'm deprived of.
                  I have attached the image of the mail they have sent me (Will provide the pdf if required) while joining the course and i have highlighted the points which i claim to have been deprived of.

                  1. Lab and hands on exercises - 40 hrs (Not given)
                  2. Lifetime access to self paced course and free upgrade to latest versions. (As you can see from the screenshot of my lms screen where the courses are supposed to be, its not there. Only the recordings of the last attended session is provided.)
                  3. Key focus on hands-on exercises and project work. You will work on real-time industry-oriented projects. (Nothing given. All they have provided is a word document with a problem to be solved. No training or sessions provided on how to do that.)

                  No certificates provided for attending the session also.

                  As per the complaint, Mr. Mahesh (Ph:+918047191115) from Intellipaat have contacted me and have enrolled me in a new course on Masters in Data Science on Feb 2021. As of now, the current course is going well in accordance with the course agenda along with proper hands-on and assignment sessions. They have also provided self-paced learning materials along with recorded sessions of live classes.

                    Hello team,

                    I have registered for the 05-july-2020 cognos batch, but a day before the training i received an email stating "training rescheduled to 19th july 2020".

                    As im in a rush to complete this course and cannot wait for such longer time, i responded to the email requesting for a refund of my amount as per your course rescheduling policy "in case intellipaat reschedules the training event, the options available to the delegate are:

                    100% refund will be made, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.".

                    Since from then onwards i did not receive any response from intellipaat, also i contacted support and course advisor hary but still im not getting any response.

                      I paid 400$ to intellipaat for learning datastage in august 2019. The course was supposed to by september first and end by october mid. But the coach who was assigned to our batch was not even able to communicate properly in english. Upon continuous complaints the coach was changed by mid september. The new coach was not any better. Most of the times the classes were postponded. There was no proper structure in teaching format. Throughout the class, the coach kept doing trial and error. He will mostly get stuck somewhere and keeps on trying to solve that and he doesnt even solve that. Next day he will move to some other topic. Finally ended up learning nothing and gave up.

                        Please believe me... This coaching center is a huge scam, hoax. What you will do with coaching if you are not able to practice it by the end of the session. They provide you with remote log in id and password and it never works. Out of busy schedule i am able to take few hours for practise. Sometimes there is a problem with log in or any other issue. The representative will tell you to raise a ticket and they will process after some days. As the classes go ahead you will never get the chance to practise anything. From last three months nothing was done from my end becuase of it.

                        Our support team did try and assist you on multiple occasions for the remote desktop server login. Initially itself we had informed you that the concern is with your system; however we had still provided you with new credentials to assist you in the best possible way. Please know in case there is a problem with the learner’s personal system, we wouldn’t be able to do much.
                        That was a piece of art. Have you ever bothered to check how many instances I have been through it. For you it is business right and you are in a assumption that people who are joining your course would have ample amount of time to practise anytime. Do you know how hard is to make few hours after company and personal work. And then I have to wait for access for another 24 hour after each complain. And what kind of personal laptop issue you are talking " you had given me a link to join sandbox which mostly shows credential issue and in some odd day different issue will come. That is like adding spice to plethora of issues". If it would be laptop issue then I would not be able to join for the first time and can you share any communication you have ever done stating laptop issue.
                        The problem is with your management that does not have any control over employees. Your sales person HARSH, has a big issue of loose talking, unnecessary advertisements, marketting. Your customer service representative even after yelling at throat level, try to make fun of things. Best advice you need to be better listener. The only one person who need to be talking should be the trainer and I find trainer Ram really good.

                        Lastly it was a complete waste of money. You also assured, I will be able to use the recordings for life time but again all the recordings were deleted from website and you apologetically said we had server issue.

                        I do not know how IBM did that drastic mistake of choosing you as training partner or is just a lie.

                          Hi,

                          I am an experienced sap basis admin and i approached intellipat to get training on some advance topics in sap hana. After speaking to the team lead amit he suggested me to go for sap hana ha200 course. I went through the topics and pointed out that the advance topics are not covered in the ha 200 curriculum. Amit promised that he would speak to the trainer and make sure that advance topics will be included in the course.

                          I have enrolled for the course payed the full course fees -30k online on 25th april 2020. On day 1 training 26th april 2020 i clarified with the trainer sateesh about the advance topics and came to know that it would not be covered in the course. Immediately i spoke to amit about it and he said that he already spoke to the trainer and promised that it would be covered.
                          I tried to confirm the same from the trainer and unfortunately i did not get a positive response. I sent an email to intellipat demanding a full refund of the course fees. I got a response from the manager mayur that the topics will be covered. I was surprised at they did not mention how and by whom the training will be provided. After multiple calls to the support team i got a chance to speak to mayur.
                          The 30min conversation ended with a denial to refund the amount.
                          I urge the legal team to look into my issue and help me get the refund at the earliest.
                          I have proof of the conversation with the intellipat sales person amit to defend my case.

                            Hi my name is raj, i have joined the aws course on 31/01/2020 at 6pm india timings. I have attend only one class.in one class i realised that this course is not suitable for me. Soon after the class i called and emailed refund or put me in my requested course.                               Took tablue course but no proper training from trainer. If we ask anything sometimes she said "do practice or else search in web". Don't know y are took mny.
                              Once payment and training is done don't have proper information about response them on practical course and job assistance programs.
                              Please don't go from this. I have all proofs on their worest services. Even don't give reply to our mails. Please be aware from these cheaters

                                I have emailed to your representative so many times that i am not interested in this course. So please refund my amount as soon as possible. I have not studied any content from the starting and also i have not downloaded any content from the site. So please refund my full amount as soon as possible. This is the worst experience i have faced in this institute. People who are planning to join online course please please do not join. Audio and vedio quality is very bad and the contents are not up to the mark.

                                  On 7-oct-2019, i have purchased the AWS
                                  course 11340.15 INR, done online payment from Bank of Baroda, but transaction has been failed, later i did with the SBI BANKING.
                                  The transaction has been done successfully from SBI.
                                  the transaction which has been failed, i did not received from Bank of Baroda,
                                  when i approached the Manager of Bank of baroda, they clearly confirmed that the mechant(intellipaat has received the amount along with the reference id).
                                  this reference ID exactLy matches which i received to my mobile.
                                  I have forwarded confirmation statement from Bank of baroda which i received to Intellipaat, but they are denying.

                                  I have got the Bank confirmation from the Internet payment Gateway of Bank of Baroda along with the Merchant ID, Amount, Transaction ID, Date of Transfer. Then I approached the Intellipaat, But they denied as they denied, they told they referred Email-id, eventhough after providing all clear statements.(It took 30 days). I transferred them 7 -oct-2019, but they received 9-oct-2019, but they denied they DID NOT. After 3 days i have approached Intellipaat team. Finally i approached CONSUMER FORUM, then intellipaat team responded in proper way. They accepted that they received the amount. Finally they REFUNDED my amount. Thank you very much to CONSUMER FORUM Team, Tejashwarao(Manager of Bank of Baroda) for your Quick Response and helping to resolve this compliant. Thank you Intellipaat operations team.

                                  I have approached Bank of Baroda, they have raised a ticket.Then it took 7 days.
                                  From Bank perspective they clearly confirmed that either Account holder will receive the amount or Merchant.
                                  Account Holder did not receive any payment.we have contacted the Merchant(Intellipaat), they said they have not received.
                                  Then we approached Bank of Baroda again, they forwarded it to INTERNET PAYMENT GATEWAY of Bank of Baroda.
                                  Then Manager clealry confirmed with all details saying, INTELLIPAAT has been received the amount.
                                  The same i have forwarded them, then INTELLIPAAT asked me MINI statement from Bank of Baroda(1st transaction) which has been failed and Mini statement from SBI(2nd transaction) which has been successful.
                                  Even though after providing all details they said they have not received.
                                  Then after approaching consumer forum, MAYUR and ARVIND from INTELLIPAAT, they confirmed that amount has been received.
                                  They said, they are going to transfer the amount TODAY(21/11/2019).

                                    I want to share some issue regarding for this lady anisha goyal - i came to the office and i am waiting for an interview, suddenly this lady came and took my resume and as a casual, she is asking where you are basically from - i said jharkhand, she replied i can't continue for your interview because we are not selecting cheap kind of people from this place, she is directly very badly insulting me, and not ready to took an interview for me and she is not ready to conduct my interview also, i came from around 4o km far away and this lady is behaving very badly to me without any reason.

                                    She is judging me in one or two seconds only my communication is not good and directly, telling me, i can't conduct your interview because you are coming from this place of jharkhand only.

                                    She is also mentioning to me we are not liking this place those are coming from a backward place and she is insulting me again and again like she is finding any error and insulting me like anything. (For resume is not good)

                                    I have very good patience that's why i am silent, i am requesting please kindly take action, against this lady or remove this cheap kind of lady who doesn't know how to behave with any candidate because she is fully racist kind of lady and has lots of anger without any reason.

                                    After that, she gave the wrong information to mr. Praveen (Hr manager) and finally i am not selected because of politics only.

                                    I am fully harassed by two people mrs. Anisha goyal gave wrong information to mr. Praveen.

                                    I am requesting the head of the department of intellipaat, please kindly take action against mrs. Anisha goyal for very bad behavior for many candidates who are coming from a very far place.

                                    She does not deserve to work in any company, she is hr it doesn't mean she is insulting anyone? I gave respect because she is lady but she is consistently insulting me like anything.

                                    As compare to this lady i am more qualified then also i am silent.

                                    I am asking to all intellipat department — this is the way to insult any male gender,? She has some personal grudge to every male gender that's why she is saying anything and crosses the limit like anything,

                                    I need justice otherwise i am ready to sue against this lady

                                      My name is Abhishek. Back in Feb 2019 I was planning to learn SAP courses. I searched online and came across the Intellipat.com. I submitted the form on their website and I received a call back from them the other day.
                                      I had given very precise requirement of what I exactly need to learn. I asked the Intellipat folks that I need to learn 2 courses, HANA and ABAP and that too from very basic. I set my expectations very clear.
                                      To my request, Daniel Thomas from Intellipat confirmed that my requirement can be fulfilled.
                                      In next week I paid my fees somewhere around 18K. And courses started. I was shared with course agenda. I found all HANA topic but I could not find the ABAP course topics. I flaged this to intellipaat to which they responded that they will put me in another batch to learn ABAP. I said okay.
                                      the first course got completed(HANA). again I dropped an email stating to put me in another Bach for ABAP. And this time, Intellipat again put me in some other HANA batch(not ABAP). I raised a concern and asked them to put me in right batch. seeing no response from couple of days I called them. No one has any clue in what batch i should be put into. they keep on transferring my call to higher department and I landed up in talk with some guy who was very rude. I told him my case. he said I will get a call from Intellipaat. I did not receive any call. A day later I received an email from them that after 20 days I will be put into ABAP batch.
                                      I waited for 20 days.i dripped an email on 20th July to put me into ABAP batch. to my surprise they but me into same HANA batch which has no ABAP courses.
                                      I dropped an email to them immediately to which they did not respond. I tried to call them and it appears they blocked my number, because their number was working a day before.
                                      this is a complete fraud done by them by giving false promises to me. they said I will learn 2 courses but only offered me one. later not responding and getting me blocked. what kinda fake company is this looting people on the name on providing education and making false promises?
                                      I am raising this complaint so that people should aware of this company. people should get everything in written before enrolling anything with them. best is that DO NOT enroll any courses with them. Their strategy is..
                                      1. make false promises
                                      2. the introduction courses are taken care my highly qualified people(to impress students) and then taken over by not-soo-good trainers just after 1-2 sessions.
                                      3. if they feel the management made some mistake, they will not respond to emails or to calls. so don't believe them

                                        I and my friend mr. Narendran joined sap s4 hana simple logistics during april 2019, paid $ 400 each and it was a disaster right from the beginning

                                        In the first session trainer mentioned that his training is for the people who already worked and got hands-on experience in sap (Any module). This was not mentioned by the course advisor. Intellipaat called us "n" number of times before joining the course and they didn't mention about this prerequisite. Alternatively, they provided only videos and it is of low quality

                                        We have to follow with them many times for each and everything, even for classroom recordings and server access. When my friend got the server access, even there is no basic set up done

                                        We lost the faith in the intellipaat team and requested for the refund. We sent many emails and tried to contact their operation manager as well as the course advisor. No reply from their end. They have a so-called support team & escalation team doing nothing.

                                        For the last two months, we are facing this issue and there is no action from intellipaat management

                                        Desirable resolution - only refund

                                        Kindly escalate this issue to intellipaat management and get us the refund immediately
