I have paid money for sap hana course. Course didn’t happened. Money back is promised and no money has been refunded. Deepali who is point of contact doesnt pick the calls. Mail also no one responds.

Intellipaat customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The same is happening with me. Decided to move legally. No any other way.
The training was registered for in the month of May 2020 and was completely accessed too due to which refund wasn’t possible under the company policies.

    I am Suhas Kaushik. I had enrolled to S/4 HANA Logistics Training on the Intellipaat platform on July 27, 2020. I am here to complain about the poor service delivered from the company.

    The course that I enrolled to was 50 hours of live classes with an independent server access for a period of 3 months on SAP. I was asked to pay an amount of INR 28000/- for which I made the payment on 27th July 2020. It was a weekend batch and the class was supposed to start from 2nd Aug. On 3rd Aug I received a mail that due to Hardware failure all the SAP servers had went down and would take 5-6 working days to fix it. After that there were no classes and when I mailed them they mentioned that due to major server crash all the course content had to be revamped and the course would restart from 19th Sep. Again they sent a mail that class would begin from 6th Sep. But I did not have any access to the course content or server. They just played like classes were happening in those 2 weeks and soon after that on Sep 19th, I received a mail that the trainer was quarantined and the class couldn’t happen. On 26th, they sent me a link for the class, but there was no class. When I mailed them to ask about this they mentioned the below:

    “ Please be informed that there are no SAP courses available on our platform, As we had faced a major technical issue recently due to which we had lost the entire content of SAP and Networking courses, The back-end team is still working on re-building the course content from the scratch.

    Due to the pandemic there is no fixed ETA for the SAP course resumption. As most the trainers and content development team are working from home as per the protocols. The live classes too are now on hold due to the trainer being unavailable. However, we can provide you with a course swap to another course of your choice from our website - https://intellipaat.com/ for 100% amount of what you have paid for your previous program.”

    After this I asked the team for refund as I was not interested in other courses. I spoke to many executives but they started forcing me to take up other courses with are not aligned to my career path.
    It has been so unprofessional. Only when I mail to ask them what is happening, they informed me about the server crash, which they were supposed to inform by themselves. Also, they take forever to respond and even after mailing they do not call or inform anything. It has been a worst service. They are just playing with our career.

    When we are enrolling they act like they provide best service but now there is no value for the customers. This is my worst experience on a platform ever. They have wasted my time and money. I would have learnt SAP completely by now if I had enrolled in any other platform. I want a complete refund of my money into my bank account and not a voucher. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND INTELLIPAAT TO ANYONE for their pathetic service.

    I JUST NEED MY REFUND and stop playing with people’s career, especially in these hard days.

      I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from your company.
      This is to inform you that I have enrolled to SAP Simple Finance Self Paced and Live Classes.
      The reason they are giving is that due to server crash, they will not be able to provide me with the recordings of the previous classes and the self paced videos which was available under LMS section in “My Courses”. This happened around 2nd August 2020. No one from Intellipaat bothered to inform me of such things. I myself called they and enquired after I was unable to see the videos under LMS.
      They have asked me to swap course. I am a working professional working in SAP for last 5 years. They were forcing me to learn other courses as the other courses will be in demand in the future and SAP will be not. I asked for refund so that I can join other institutes as I want to stay in SAP. They are also not willing to refund the money. They are just playing with career.
      They have enrolled me to new SAP Simple Finance Theoretical course which was again stopped from last week (Also, they have promised me on 21st August 2020, that I will be receiving credentials of SAP FICO Power User as a replacement for the server crash. Till now I haven’t received the same.
      The failed promises from Intellipaat team are as below:
      1. Lifetime access of Self Paced Videos
      2. Lifetime any no of times registration for SAP HANA Finance Course. They are saying they will not provide SAP training now.
      3. SAP Server Access
      4. SAP Course to resume.
      5. SAP FICO Power User Credentials
      6. Stopped the recent SAP course they have started
      In the beginning they have informed me once I mail to [protected]@intellipaat.com I am going to get a reply within 24hrs. Nowadays they are not bothered to reply and constantly ignoring my mails until I send several reminder mails to them.
      As asked by Mr. Mahesh, I can switch from SAP to any other online course. Also, he was asking me to ask my family members to register on behalf of me. But having 5 years of experience in SAP, is it right for asking me to switch between courses. Why should I switch my career because of your fault? What will be the purpose for me to switch courses? Shall I advertise and request family members to register on Intellipaat?
      After my mails, I had a word with a senior supervisor of customer care Deepali Sharma. As informed by her on call, the things her subordinates will not able to solve she can easily solve.
      But I am sorry to inform they have repeatedly failed to maintain customer relations. They don’t even bother to give a call back and respond to mails.
      I hope MR. Diwakar and MS. Shilpi (Management of Intellipaat) is aware of such casual activities going on inside the company.
      PLEASE VALUE CUSTOMERS TIME. As informed by Deepali last month, she manages 500 customers. It was also mentioned by her that it was not possible for you to give a call back. That is what she is paid for, to maintain good relationships with customers and solve the issues of customers. Right?
      Because of the pathetic service from Intellipaat and Deepali I will NEVER RECOMMEND INTELLIPAAT to my colleagues or family members. This is the worst experience I had from Intelliaat.
      Please don’t assure things which you can’t keep. Please refund my full money back.

        On 20th july 2020, i enrolled in sap s4 hana course with intellipaat. The course cost was $ 390. They started the course in 2nd august after this they all vanished. Every time i call intellipaat, they always come up with new excuses. After 2 months of follow ups (On 6th september) again they started the class but after 3 classes they stopped taking classes. Now they are neither responding nor starting the classes.

        I asked them to start the class or refund my money. Fraudulently they are taking money for the courses and after 2-3 classes they are vanishing. Intellipaat is a fraud company, looting people's hard earned money.

          Hi,
          I am madan manohar from telangana state, have enrolled for sap s4 hana logistics course with intellipaat on 14 may which is of amount rs 25000/-. The batch has started on 24th may 2020.
          While enrolment intellipaat course advisor ms. Roja had promised many things like server access for life time, s/4 hana logistics training” to master s/4 hana logistics to get ready for sap certified application associate – for logistics (Sap s/4 hana 1809) exam with real-time industry oriented case study projects.
          I am non-sap field requested to teach sap mm module were promised by the institute, which also not done by the trainer and first day itself trainer wont teach basic sessions, we dont have any direct contact with the trainer whatever it is we got deal it only through the support team, class sessions are denied on aug2nd 2020, all the google drive access for the theoritical notes, server access and there official online vedio access are also locked off from my accounts.
          After a week we tried to get in touch with our support team, we are being advised that they are having a technical glitches, it will be cleared by the end of august month. When we try to get in touch in first week of september with the support team their answer is still the glitches are not yet cleared. This will take a huge amount of time to recover the data from the glitched,
          Now we are forced to swap the courses, which i am not ready to change my goals from sap and the list of courses they have are not at all relevant to my field. Or else they want us to wait but there is no conclusion in the date. Since my time has been wasted by just waiting for the course training i an neither interested to swap the course nor to keep waiting which doesnt have any dead line date to get the issue resolved.
          Hence i requested them to refund my paid money of 25, 000 rs. But intellipaat is refusing to pay my money back.
          Ms. Roja from sales team in intellipaat, in the begining she promised during end of the class sessions i will be with given live project in sap, none of their promises are kept in hand.
          Suraj patil the guy from the support team giving the only scripted answers to swap the course or else wait untill the technical glitches to clear which is absolutely nuasence.
          All i want my 25, 000rs in order to get certified globaly in sap,
          Please help me to get my reimbursement from theses professional looters. (Intellipaat)

          During the time of enrollment, course advisor had never committed on lifetime server access or direct contact with trainer. The live training and videos were accessed and hence you were not eligible for a refund. The same was communicated through our team as well.

            Hi,

            I am vidya from andhra pradesh, have enrolled for sap s4 hana logistics course with intellipaat on 26th may 2020 which is of amount rs.23000/- with transaction id:nsk260505. The batch has started on 30th may 2020.

            While enrollment, intellipaat course advisor ms. Shirley has promised many things like server access, lifetime access to recorded sessions, course swap, refund, etc. She has called n no. Of times till i pay the amount in one go.

            The first class has started on 30th may, during which we came to know it is club of experienced professionals and freshers. Also, instructor mentioned that it no where has any topic relevant to the subject in which i have experience.

            Immediately, i reached my course advisor with the concern that its not suitable course for me and why did she forced me to enroll with all false guidance by calling me every one hour.

            During enrolment, she mentioned she can try for refund by discussing with her manager if any issue occurs. But when i approached with this concern, she said she is not responsible and asked me to check with support team.

            I have sent almost 12 mails and many calls to support team, but they always came up with new policy saying refund is possible only 7 days before the enrollment and if intellipaat cancels any course.

            When such is the policy, how can they enroll candidates just 3 days before the class commenced? Why they have to mention that refund is arranged if any issue?

            Also, they give only one option 'swap the course' and when you ask them for another course, they say sorry it is not available etc. Leaving the candidates with no other option except continuing the course that they enrolled though it is useful or not.

            It is clearly evident that their motto is to just enroll the candidates in one course and then make money then saying stories if anybody raises their concerns.

            After fighting for my money or proper course, with no other option left, i have continued from second week session. Though they allotted three sessions for freshers to teach basics on sd, mm and pm, they just gave higher level overview on a few sd related topics but nothing on mm and pm. They created freshers group just for namesake.

            After few sessions, they have cancelled classes for a week and then we lost access to sap server access, lms, recorded sessions and now project, one by one. When approached with this concern, they kept mentioning technical glitches.

            We are really sick and tired of intellipaat behavior at addressing issues and playing with people who are aspiring for better future by upskilling with trending courses. They are committing a crime by looting people with huge amounts of fee and false promises.

            Its not me alone who is facing such issues with intellipaat but there are plenty of people who paid huge amounts of their hard earned money as fee during this pandemic situation.

            Its really very sad and we regret for choosing intellipaat as it has broke the trust on online trainings and wasted our hard earned money and valuable time of about 4 months.

            I sincerely request the team to seriously look into this matter and please help to refund my fee as further waiting for them to respond is just a foolishness. I would also request others not to believe their false promises while enrollment.

              I have enrolled for sap s4hana simple logistics training with intellipaat after a couple of times discussion with the course advisor akashdeep. Following points were promised to me for which i paid a bulk amount of 25k in advance.

              1. 40 hrs of online training and flexibility of change of trainers in case i am not satisfied - instead they put me in a batch where already 6 sessions were completed and on complaining, they asked to wait for a month for new batch to start. They again ate up my month time
              2. Job assistance - which i really needed in covid situation. But after enrolling i got to know that their job portal is down since months and no assistance will be provided due to covid. Though job assistance was the main reason i enrolled for.
              3. 3 months server access - only provided for 2 months and there were lot of technical issues with the server. I have raised multiple complaints but never got a response from server team
              4. Study material and video recordings - all access and recordings are now not available.

              I have already waited for more than 2 months now, wasted time and money and every time they are saying that it will take more time to give back server access and training. Even they have closed sap courses as of now and asking us to go for non - sap courses...

              I am feeling cheated now and want my money (25 k) refunded. Hope my complaint is taken care of. I am ready to share all details (Invoice copy, recordings, all mail conversation with akashdeep etc)

              The complete training was accessed from the month June and hence you were not eligible for a refund. Regarding the Job Assistance, the job portal was never down, however, we were all globally affected by COVID 19 then and under that situation, no company was hiring and current employees were requested to leave. We still assisted you at all times with the best.

                Hello every one,
                I am kesavan from bangalore,
                I enrolled the course with intellipaat s4 hana simple logistics on month of may-20, under the

                1. Classes delayed 2 weeks as they were not having complete batch strength.
                2. After 1st week classes, we came to know that we merged with another batch running for 2 months. Now the trainer is not able to balance the curriculum as if he continues from older one then we were not able to pick up and he goes back to basics then it's redundant to the other batch. That class was a complete fiasco. Vivek srinivasan cheated us and promised to cover 3 modules mm sales pm umbrella of simple logistics. I told him, that i am from a non sap background, he said first we will cover basic topics, then we start simple hana logistics. The first class itself trainer confirmed we will not take that part & you need to approach intellipaat.
                3. When we complained, deepali came into the picture and just to pacify it, arranged a few classes of mm (No sales, no pm).
                4. When we returned to the main batch the trainer told we ready cover a lot of syllabus which you missed as you joined different classes so he can accommodate me in that batch. No other to wait for the next batch for left classes.
                5. All students are halted on aug.20 1st and all server access & drives, online portal also locked. Later i called the support team, they informed me it's under maintenance may it will resume in a week. Week after week the same story.
                6. Now they are saying we can not revive the course so you can opt for another course. It's like asking mahindra singh dhoni to kamal hasan to bat.
                Clearly saying no refund, choose any one course they are forcing, send a link also.
                7. Deepali who is dealing now refused to reimburse money & threatened to any anywhere. When ever we asked number they call customer care, we will speak
                I paid money from my little savings & some friends helped also. Now i want to return money back to them. Due to covid-19 i don't have a job right now. I thought i would complete the course and join the company. My health condition also going down due to this issue. Frequently i am going to get medical treatment to relief from depression. They are not ready to resume the classes, not ready to provide the project papers as well as, so finally we asked if you are not able to provide anything related sap, refund my amount. Now they are refusing. So kindly help me to refund my amount. It will be a huge help for me in my life. Please revert to me as below contact details.

                  Hello everyone,

                  I'm venkateswaran gurunathan from chennai, i've enrolled with intellipaat software solutions pvt for sap s/4 hana simple logistics under the invoice no. : isspl/17-18/27039 on may/07/2020,

                  Fee amount paid is 27, 000 (Inr) as one time payment, i've started my sap course simple logistics on may/24/2020 two weeks later from the date of payment due to some chaotic situations in allocating the newly joined students,

                  I'm a non-sap field requested to teach some of the basics (Mm, sd, pp) where promised by the institute, which also not done by the trainer & first day itself trainer won't teach basics sessions, we don't have any direct contact with the trainer whatever it is we got deal it only through the support team,

                  Class sessions are denied on aug/02/2020, all the google drive access for the theoretical notes, server access & their official online video access are also locked off from my accounts,

                  After a week we tried to get in touch with our support team, we're being advised they're having a technical glitches it'll be cleared by the end of the august month, when we tried to get in touch in first week of september with the support team their answer is still the glitches are not yet cleared this will take a huge amount of time to recover the data's from this glitches,

                  Now we're forced to swap the courses, which i'm not ready to change my goals from sap, we're waiting for the project nearly 3.5 months during this technical glitches we requested to give us the project papers,

                  Which they're not ready ready to resume the class & project papers for the reimbursement,

                  We requested for reimbursement if they can't provide the live project & our online class video sessions, now they're refusing to payback us,

                  I've paid all the savings from my salary & borrowed sum amount from my friends, also i'm jobless due to this covid-19 situation,

                  Now i need to repay the amount borrowed from my friends, this institute promised to get me a job assistance that is also not going to happen because the lost the deal with their current tied up companies, if they can't give me my live project how could i gain some experience in the product knowledge wise,

                  Vignesh b from sales team in intellipaat, in the beginning he promised during end of the class sessions i'll be given with live project in sap, none of their promises are kept in hand,

                  Suraj patil the guy from the support team giving only the scripted answers to swap the course & wait until the technical glitches to clear which is absolute nuance,

                  Deepali sharma is the spoc of this institution & diwakar chittora is the proprietor of this institute where they're not ready to give me my money back & as well the live project, deepali sharma threatened me to swap the course or go & deal legally wherever i want to, now i'm being depressed due to these people activities, i'm helpless justice is all i need from these burglars,

                  All i want my 27000 (Inr) in order to get certified globally in sap,

                    We opted for sap s4 hana course in april 2020.

                    2. After first week classes, we come to know that we are merged with another batch running since 2 months. Now trainer is not able to balance the curriculum as if he continues from older one then we were not able to pick up and he go back to basics then its redundant to other batch. That class was complete fiasco.

                    3. Counsler gautham cheated us and promised to cover 3 modules - mm, sales and pm under umbrella of simple logistics. I told him that am from non sap background, but he said first they 'll cover basics and then go to details if s4 hanna simple logistics.in reality, during first class trainer confirmed that there is nothing like basics of sap in this course.

                    4. When we complained, deepali comes into picture and just to pacify it, arranged few classes of mm (No sales, no pm)

                    5. When we returned to main batch the trainer told we already covered lot of syllabus which you missed as you joined different class so he can accommodate me in that batch. No other to wait for next batch for left out classes

                    6. All of sudden classes halted in aug'2020 and all access to server, online portal blocked. Later two, were without any notice. When we inquired we got a auto reply that its under maintenance and may resume in a week. Weeks after week, same story.

                    7. Now, they are saying we can not revive this course so you can opt for other course. Its like asking sachin tendulkar to sing or lata mangeshkar to bat. Clear no to any reimbursement.

                    8. Depali who is dealing now, refused to reimburse money and threatened to go anywhere.

                    This institute is a big cheat. Help us to get our hard earned money back

I have not studied any content from the starting and also i have not downloaded any content from the site. So please refund my full amount as soon as possible. This is the worst experience i have faced in this institute. People who are planning to join online course please please do not join. Audio and vedio quality is very bad and the contents are not up to the mark.

                        I took this course from intellipaat on salesforce administrator and salesforce app builder certification commencing from 22nd aug 2020, trainer couldn't speak english properly i had raised concerns to the team regarding and have sent out emails to support and escalation related to refund of course amount with reasons, i get a call back stating that they don't see a issue, this person's behavior was extremely inappropriate asking me to justify it with the trainer about the feedback,
                        On the first day itself i realized the trainer had strong communication issues, as stated it was conveyed that the batch would start @ 8pm ist,. While joining found out session started early without prior notice, during the session (Creating apps) people were mocking the trainer a clear indication that it was a rigged performance displayed by team. Someone called him fool, seemed the guys around knew a lot more than the obvious trainer who was delivering, at times trainer was going mute every time, suddenly there would be a different person talking from the trainer’s line. So the following day when promised a 3:00 hr session it was only for 1.5 hrs. Next day the session starts with (Products/ entity) the trainer starts with products and suddenly takes to a different page, and rushes to flip over slides he runs through the salesforce contents saying” vagera, vagera, blah,, blah & he is humming in between” he just wanted to finish the session and when i had a question he mutes me, so i message on the chat window asking if he could hear me, there isn’t any reply i assume it’s a app issue i log out from the app and login in again and suddenly he decides to answer the question. What level of training is this he wouldn’t even want to reiterate or address, it was like listening to bad audio quality sound. This was the time i decided to put my step back from the training and immediately requested for the refund.
                        I wrote a feedback about the disagreement to the support team asking for refund on 23rd aug.

                        Since then i've been trying to reach intellipaat about my refund. I tried calling the helpline numbers both ind: +[protected] us:[protected]I've but no one seems to respond my calls[protected] or emails they are clearly avoiding it. Finally i decided it to mention on this form.

                          I was enrolled for a batch that was about to commence on 8th august and didnt . now i am trying to reach for refund and they did not even call me back .its been 10 days and now they are telling me that i wont get money back and they hung up on me.what a scam they are running.

                          Well, me and intellipaat came to a lovely solution and it actually worked out for me. their management team member Deepali was really intellectual and enlightened me in a good manner . it actually was a blessing in disguise.

                            You guys are really unprofessional, you are cheating with you customer.

                            I did big mistake by taking the sap course. I believe all courses are offered by intelipath are fake and false promises.

                            I raised request for refund as since 2 week no classes no sever accesss and not only me, students those have enrolled before me also cheated so in sort it is fake training institute.

                            Miss deepali sharma supposed to call me for my refund and still no call... Guys i am 12 years experience professional work in ibm and you are using ibm name for your courses as well... I need refund else i need to take legal action as well will raise this to ibm hr.

                              Hi team,

                              I have taken course s4 simple logistic after reading the review in their side, but these are review are fake. I attend first class and i was socked it was like fish-market, students from other classes also attended and they started argument with trainer and they hired trainer for only one class he mentioned, i am supposed to take today class only and if we have any concern reach out to support team, whole class went like fish market. I am really unhappy and looking for refund.

                                I am a victim of their sap simple logistics course. The course was poorly organized, no proper hands-on exercises given, no proper assignments or projects.
                                What i want to mention here are some of the points which iam entitled to as a student who enrolled in the course and what i'm deprived of.
                                I have attached the image of the mail they have sent me (Will provide the pdf if required) while joining the course and i have highlighted the points which i claim to have been deprived of.

                                1. Lab and hands on exercises - 40 hrs (Not given)
                                2. Lifetime access to self paced course and free upgrade to latest versions. (As you can see from the screenshot of my lms screen where the courses are supposed to be, its not there. Only the recordings of the last attended session is provided.)
                                3. Key focus on hands-on exercises and project work. You will work on real-time industry-oriented projects. (Nothing given. All they have provided is a word document with a problem to be solved. No training or sessions provided on how to do that.)

                                No certificates provided for attending the session also.

                                As per the complaint, Mr. Mahesh (Ph:+918047191115) from Intellipaat have contacted me and have enrolled me in a new course on Masters in Data Science on Feb 2021. As of now, the current course is going well in accordance with the course agenda along with proper hands-on and assignment sessions. They have also provided self-paced learning materials along with recorded sessions of live classes.

                                  I have registered for the 05-july-2020 cognos batch, but a day before the training i received an email stating "training rescheduled to 19th july 2020".

                                  As im in a rush to complete this course and cannot wait for such longer time, i responded to the email requesting for a refund of my amount as per your course rescheduling policy "in case intellipaat reschedules the training event, the options available to the delegate are:

                                  100% refund will be made, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.".

                                  Since from then onwards i did not receive any response from intellipaat, also i contacted support and course advisor hary but still im not getting any response.
