Intellipaat refused refund for low quality courses and no course schedules to show. Contacted many different users through email and used the contact form and havent gotten a response for months. No forwarding at all. [protected]@intellipaat.com email is hidden on the website so most users would go to the "contact us" button and use the contact form or would email complaints at [protected]@intellipaat.com. A dispute is in order with my us military bank.

As we checked with our team they said you already accessed our all self-paced training courses and downloaded the materials. We have log reports of those. This is not in our company policy that after learning our training courses we will provide you refunds. One more thing as you said you mailed on [protected]@intellipaat.com why you didn't raise the ticket on our support mail id [protected]@intellipaat.com if you faced any issues, we have dedicated live chat support also. These all things we say at the time of purchasing the course. Now coming to the meeting invites our team sent you many times meeting invites to join the session but you never repond to our single mail.

    I have bought a data science course and found the material hard to understand, non consistent and there isn't any type of scheduling of when the live courses are running. I've asked many times for a refund but have not gotten a response. I'm currently filing a dispute with my bank but would prefer if intellipaat gave me my refund. How am i supposed to know when to be available for the online led courses when there isn't a calendar or schedule of courses? Most of the time the courses have technical difficulties. Horrible company.

    I've made multiple attempts contacting the company through email and paypal. I haven't received any kind of response. I am still receiving emails from the company and have notice that the random live course emails I received are later canceled due to technical difficulties. How often does the company have technical difficulties? My email is elise.[protected]@Yahoo.com.

    I enrolled in Artificial Intelligence Engineer Master’s Course in Association with IBM in May 2019.
    I hope I can start this course on 5/17th.
    But, they postponed the starting day several times.
    Finally they didn't answer and no refund.
    I lost $800.
    Please do not take any course in Intellipaat.

      The course advisor suggested me a wrong course which is for hana modellers despite knowing i am a developer and looking for hana development course and certification. After raising the issue and asking for refund, they just kept delaying the proceedings and asked to wait. After entire 1month they are saying that refund cannot be done and are asking me join a course which is not present earlier on the website.
      I totally doubt the credibility of the course now which has just been made to cover up the mess they created and ultimately not return the money. They are just money minded people and do not care about the education.
      How can there be no refund policy if your people only did the mistake. Deduct from her salary and return my money.

      After the negotiation with the management, it was finally agreed to have a 100% refund initiated.Hence the issue can be marked as resolved with mutual agreement.

        I enrolled for sap hana course and it was a disaster right from the start. They are interested in money only, once you enroll, then forget about the quality. Their refund policy is next to none, this is what i went through and i gave up on the training.

        1. The course was supposed to start on 25th nov, and it was changed without informing me. When i called them and they informed other student requested to postpone the course. By the way, when the course actually started, there were only two students including me. When i asked for the refund they promised that it won't happen again but it was of no use.

        2. You have to follow up for everything, be it course material or server access. Ideally, i would expect these basic things to set up and provide to students before the class starts. Even the trainer did not have server access with required authorization, she was teaching us by following a document with screenshots instead of doing it on the system.

        3. They are not transparent, they even asked for addtional rs 5000 per month for server access eventhough it was clearly communicated that server access is part of course fee. We all know that hana training comes with server access for few months. There are much better training options with very low fees along with server access for up to 9 months. This is a complete daylight loot. Once, a session was not started and when we called them after waiting for 15 minutes, they said there was a technical issue whereas it was clearly displaying a message that session is not started by the host. If there was a technical issue, they are not professional enough to inform about delayed start.

        4. There operations manager doesn't care about your problems, i highlighted all the issues from the beginning and asked for a refund as well but didn't make any difference at all.

        5. Finally, they provided sever access with limited authorization without administrator roles. You can imagine what kind of hand-on you can do for a hana administration course without admin access.

        6. Their support staff do not understand anything, whenever ask for the material they would provide something else. Then you need to reply back and forth to get it finally. It is really frustrating and time wasting.

        7. The trainer was concluding the session in around 2 hours or less, although it was supposed to be a 3-hour class. At times she was just repeating the same thing.

        My money and time are wasted already, besides i lost on learning opportunity since i would have completed the course by now from somewhere else. I will make sure that others won't fall in the trap.

        Complaint is not resolved, it is marked as resolved without my consent. Intellipat knows every piece of information and they just tried to show off by asking for details. They are concerned about bad reviews but still not ready for full refund. I wasted my time & money, eventually I ended up spending extra to complete the same course from somewhere else.

          I have bought cognos analytics 11 course. But under cognos analytics 11 training and tutorial lecture 1 to 30 are cognos 10 videos these don't cover all topics about 11. Basically it is not a cognos 11 tutorial it is 10.

          Following is the course content from of cognos analytics 11. There are 25 cognos 11 modules it supposed to be 35+ hrs videos and 60+ hrs exercise supposed to be available. But 32 hours of videos are from cognos 10 which are not covering non of the cognos 11.

          Two time i have complained in consumercomplaints.in. Both times someone from intillipaat said i will have course. Let me know when i can see videos related following topics.

          I have called several times and explained the issue. Please let me know when these videos available.

            I paid 350$ for big hadoop/spark tutor based training course with online materials. But what i got in first day tutor was remote session a guy explaining the concepts in ms paint barely could understand.in 3 hrs we was trying to install hadoop and trying figure the issue in installation.

            They said they cannot refund money and also i joined devops another $250 dollars rip-off

            Next day they shifted from hadoop to spark saying no more job openings are for hadoop but spark so we will teach spark which again ended in basic explanation.

            There was real time spark develop program teaching done and course material barely could understand with low poor quality.

            Please stay away from these guys

            They provide online videos and tutor based coaching but it still not worth it.
            Theie videos 1hr 45 mins and 30 mins with low voice and poor documentation and confusing study materials and some videos abruptly ends with not proper explanation I lost 500$ dollars.
            They have no money back policy as usual a cheap fraud indian product

              They finally fixed it with a very good tutor who knows big data in depth and the first two classes were amazing.
              He was explaining all the information simple and straight in note pad. Very committed in answering all students queries during session. Tutor Shiva N rocks !!!.

                This is related to issue i reported in april 1st week. After submitting the report someone called me and said in 2 weeks i will have updated course in their portal. It is being 8 weeks. Still i don't see the updated course.

                I have sent mail too. But no reply from them.

                I was looking for cognos version 11 course. When i was taking to intellipat customer care i was told that they have the course for the same. Based on their input i have registered cognos course.

                When started going through the course i dound that it is version 10. I have reached out intellipat for classification. They replied sayig they would get back to me in a day. It being 2 weeks and i have sent several follow up emails but didn't here anything from them.

                That is the reason i am posting issue here.

                They promised to give previous training videos, which they dint do, and not initiating refund process.
                Just wasting time and not addressing the issue.
                Again they cheated like after a week the trainer is absent. The intellipaat is big scam company they have no money back policy. I dont know how dare they run a company with so many flaws and improper management. Anyway my money is gone these kind of Indian companies will never change.

                Its like a product from India with poor quality

                    Intellipat is a scam and people in it are cheaters and liars. Before joining one of the course at intellipat, once i signed up for their course by paying them, they stopped responding to my queries. So far i've sent them 20 emails and am asking for refund now... So far not a single response yet and every time management team is very busy and will not interact with us and finally they will blame us only or they will tell us that your software is not working as per us all are correct and they will not respond us for the mails also.

                    The company should know one thing that if they know all thing means they should go to market and teach otherwise they sit simply they should not cheat like us people

                    1. Cheating to customers
                    They promise something else and give something else
                    2. Quality of their training is too too too too too too bad
                    3. They have nothing called "customer satisfaction"

                    If you can't deliver what you promise, stop stealing people's money by false marketing. We are students and our time and money do have some value.

                    They will steal our dream career and they will stop our career growth.

                    By the activities which Intellipaat doing due to these I lost my good health from last 2 weeks onwards I am suffering with head ache and tress .Today Morning onwards fever is also started. Even today only I put a couple of mails that let we will discuss and close the ticket but they are not trying to reach me and In one mail they mention that we will not install the software try to reach you vendor But my main issue is about training. I am facing very difficulty with training it is low quality of teaching

                    Hope you're doing great!

                    You were already in touch with Deepak for the same and as I got to know that the issue is not with the training but it software configuration of ssl at your end. Already the team spent more than 2 days and setting up the software and if the ssl are not working then you need to reach out to respective software provider as this is a paid tool where no free trial is available.

                    The only solution to get it done is to speak to IBM and get the ssl fixed.

                    We provide world class quality training services and even in your case software installation for Cognos TM1 were not our concern as this was a propriety tool with no free trial available but still team had more than 6 hrs by doing 1-1 session with you by screen sharing.

                    Now answering to your points - if we are cheater why we will spent 6 hrs doing 1-1 session with you also if the training quality is bad why did you viewed each and every video, access the course material ( I saw your access logs and views mostly all videos more than once )?

                    I would say you need to understand that you need to speak to respective vendor to get it fixed.

                    Who has Taken 6 hrs 1-1 online section?
                    Two Online section are happened but it’s just 10-15 min per section.
                    I sew training in all videos, In every video is around 2:15 mins in that 30 mins all unnecessary talk is going on and the trainer is also skipping the topics if the trainer is perfect in that concept means he is explaining very clearly and in few concept is not good and he is skipping the topics.
                    Don’t tell about the quality of your training section Because CookBook is the main syllabus copy which IBM people will provide compare the syllabus with that.
                    And last Friday(2/03/2018)Deepak had a word with me that he will arrange the 1 hr section with trainer, But up to now he didn't arrange the section and I didn't get any update on these
                    I got a call on Tuesday (6/03/2018) from Deepak that “If you close the ticket then we will arrange the section for you “these are the word spoken by the Deepak as want encouragement for doing his regular work as customer we lose a lot money and time why we need to encourage for these kind of these work did he responded when I called several times that they need to think and they need to do
                    Support Team guys are ready to fight with us without solving the problem.
                    I have all SSL certificates also Just they need to install by seeing the document. I did not known how to update that’s why I asking your support team But you are mentioning that I need to check with vendor.
                    Why they will provide the support for us and the tool which I have is trail version. For the trail version why vendor will give support you have taken huge money and you didn’t any provided anything Vendor has given free trail software that why you blaming them

                    Hi Team,

                    On March 8th I had received response from your end and later on after many follow up’s I didn't get any update? If you are not able to provide the software as promised, re-pay my money back as said earlier in discussion. You are more interested in money but not worried about customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed by the way how you treat and how you respond to the queries.by seeing all this everyone should come to know the way how you treat your loyal customers. Not only me, many of them are facing similar issues. Earlier I had a very good image but going forward I had faced many concerns which are not resolved and still those are in their que. You are not helpful in providing trainings and the trainees are not good enough in their subject as well as communication skills. The trainee is wasting most of the time by discussing un-relevant topic, skipping the relevant topics.

                    Finally but not the last not only me every one are disappointed by your fakes promises.

                      I have registered for data scientist course in intellipaat and they have promised to give refund back if you were not satisfied with course any reason. I paid all my hard earned money in advance
                      After joining the course i informed them to refund the money as it was not as i expected then they have not respond till one week and finally they have given another batch even that was more worse. I asked him refund they are not responding to mail and calls.
                      I have 24 hours customer support for name sake they don't respond to any query. Their study material even more worse.. I wasted my time and money both.. Once they receive payment they will not listen.. They are true cheater.

                        Intellipat is a scam and people in it are cheaters and liars. Before joining one of the course at intellipat, i had forwarded there sales rep one of the links in regards to complaints and they conveyed that they don't lie and cheat people. Once i signed up for their course by paying them, they stopped responding to my queries. So far i've sent them 5 emails and am asking for refund now... So far not a single response yet.

They have also offered me a good pricing on another course to make up for bad support given by their original staff along with taking action against the previous staff.

                          My daughter enrolled for blockchain and training was scheduled on 16th december. We were informed that she will get webinar details on her mail and sms on her mobile, but she did not get any message for rescheduling of course. On enquiring same day at 8:00 pm (Many contact numbers available on your website are not working or cancelled) we came to know of rescheduling course time.

                          Now on 21st december received below mail but again she did not receive any meeting invite. Tried to contact your office again with all number available but could not reach them as all were switched off and not existing.

                          We do not expect such no responsibility from your company which claims to be of international standard.

                            Here is the story about my problem-

                            * paid for tableau online course on 18th september, 2017

                            * attended demo on sep 20. Not satisfied with the trainer teaching and requested for change of trainer (I haven't attended the course at least a day)

                            * no proper response for almost 2 weeks. Irritated with the way of response from customer service team, decided to ask for refund.

                            * intellipaat started playing drama that i have accessed the course and refund cannot be processed. (Honestly, i just accessed the video for a short time on the demo just to check the quality of the trainer. Intellipaat website clearly says the refund wouldn't be processed only if any material is downloaded.)

                            * spoke to many so called executives - amit, deepak, siddharth, ashasree (She literally scolded me like anythin)- no use at all.
                            * after almost a month, mr. Deepak and siddharth promised to refund my complete amount.

                            * intellipaat started playing another drama on nov 15 saying that only 80% of the amount would be processed.

                            * in the next week, i got a final email saying the ticket is closed without even refunding my amount.

                            I have attached all the email screenshots needed to justify my arguments.

                            They all play the same trick - not responding to customers calls/emails and saying that they went on leave.

                            I even looped in their ceo in my email chain, but no use. I wonder how many students would have lost their money to this fake company!!

                            It was Mr.Deepak who spoke to me on 8th Oct and promised me that i would get a full refund (see screenshots) and from then there were several versions of the promise made by other customer care executives..

                            I dont understand why mr.deepak is hiding himself inspite of recieving all email converstaions from me.

                              I had done hadoop spark training from intellipaat and i really regret spending so much money for nothing. I just wasted 23000 for a worthless hadoop class. Worst training i have ever done in my life. The instructor took lots of time for explaining simple basics things. Too bad instructor. They have a very nice sales team who can trap you easily. Your struggle starts from day 1 after you pay the fee. The support team is too bad actually they don't support, only their name is support team.

                              They didn't solved my simple basics queries. I didn't understood basics concepts even. Quality of training is very bad.

                              I will recommend everyone is to get self trained watching videos on youtube. I am damn sure you'll learn more than intellipaat training. Do not get fooled by their sales team and attractive discount.

                                I have enrolled for data science with python on july 18th with price of 11804.13 and the training completed on 10th september
                                Before i join they promised me that, i will get project (Mainly i was joined for the project).

                                Tasks to practice after the session
                                Job assistance
                                Certification and
                                Resume preparation

                                But till today i haven't got any project or any one those for the proof we can see their portal also
                                Whenever i called to them for the project they told me that we will get back to you with our concern person but no one is called from their end.
                                And i have sent many mails to their support team but no one is responding to mails. When i called to them regarding that they put hold or disconnected the call such a worst experience i have.in the name of education they are doing fraud and fooling people like me.

                                I took training from anup for python with data science, he just introduced the numpy, scipy, pandas, matplot and scikitlearn, packages without practice means he doesn't provided practice session (I. E. Tasks) for us except oops concept in the beginning regarding same also i mailed to [protected]@intellipaat.com

                                And before i join the classes mr. Ankit called me frequently until i join the classes i like his dedication and he told me that,

                                1). We will provide very handy training for you (1st lie). Because without practice how can we get handy
                                2). We will review after the class (2nd lie), he doesn't even interacted with us even we call in goto meeting why don't your team will not respond in goto meeting (Mr. Jagadeesh)
                                For one class i have been waited and shouted for intellipaat for 30 mins why don't you guys respond even anup also shouted for him he doesn't respond how funny it is see how much dedication he has
                                3). After the training we will provide project (3rd fake) till today a week has been done and i don't have any project. I'm calling for the project and mailed regarding the same but no response
                                4). Certification (4th lie)
                                5). Resume preparation (5th lie)
                                6). Job assistance (It's big joke and 6th lie)

                                Intellipaat commit me to do my resume and to do project with us. Regarding the same i have mailed to your support but they are not responding for mails i don't know the reason why they are not responding. I hope at least you should know why they are not responding to mails please. I told him before joining the classes this is very important to me. Let you please assume that your in my situation how should you understand with your team response i mean what way your going to take this.

                                  Hi,

                                  Intellipaat contacted me for my courses for which they sent me a purchase order that i will be paid 1500 rs/hour for the fixed videos and then 10% royalty per students. I agreed to the terms and shared my video tutorials but then they kept increasing their demands asking me to recreate the videos, add description for each, create ppt, give code files, add some project etc etc.

                                  I did all what they said and they have published the courses on their website and selling them nicely. But they are not doing my payment. This matter is pending for more than year, i have emailed and called them 100 of times.

                                  Another issue is every time i have to speak to a new person, it seems their company culture is also not good hence people quit their jobs from intellipaat soon, as most of the old emails are not working any more.

                                  Everytime i will be given false promises, but they are just avoiding the payment.

                                  I have recently found that they have done the same with many other instructors. Stealing their content and selling on the website.

                                  Request you to please get this resolved asap. I have already gone through lot of mental trauma.

                                  I have subscribed for the jboss bpm suite self learning videos. After subscription and logged into the course all the videos are not streaming properly also video and audio quality is not good and it is very hard to follow the session.
                                  Complained the same to support two weeks back (Dec 28 2017) and there is no response from them.

                                    I have two concerns:-

                                    1st:-
                                    I worked with intellipaat, i done a ambari self paced course for them and they need to give me the royalty of that which 5% of per learner and as per their record in the website is no. Of learners are 2336. Now as per the calculation my amount is 705705inr. But they are not giving a single rupees for that even after sending 1000 of mails.

                                    2nd:- 9th of july 17 they request me to take class of hadoop admin and that is for 4hrs and the wages is 8400inr and even after sending a lots of mails no one is ready to reply.

                                    Any one who is reading this please do not work with intellipaat as this is just a fraud company in both the ends like student and for teacher.

                                      I should say this is the worst experience in my life, to throw away around appx 23, 000 for a worthless hadoop class. First 2 class Hadoop introduction that was very good. Then after they frequently drop the classes since their trainer got accident, went to US, mother hospitalization, production issue and blah blah. Called them many times and they always say never happen again but the same problem. Then after I asked for refund and from last 1 and half month they are saying we are in process and still waiting for refund. If you think you can gain some knowledge by using their training so be sure you will the next person are going to write the complaint against them. So dont waste your time & money with Intellipaat. They are fraud and money eaters.

                                        The course nothing more than youtube, no clear instructions. did not receive documents for the labs even after consistent inquiries. The class includes lots of copying and pasting batch files and very fast. half time the presentation did not work. they say 32 hours instructions, my instructor did not show up for 3 Saturdays and then they try to jam everything in one session. you are encouraged to watch rerun videos and questions are not encouraged at all. for any real question the answer was don't worry.
                                        if i wanted to learn from rerun videos, there are plenty on youtube and its free.
