[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — lollipop update not given fir aqua power HD as promised

Intex is a cheater company, waste of money .

I will never buy any INTEX products if my Intex aqua power HD didn't get Android lollipop update..

Why You Are not giving Android Lolipop Update To aqua power hd..?device also have some issue with wifi mac address..every time i switch on wifi it shows new wifi mac address..

Intex aqua power HD:
This phone have problem it change wifi mac address every connect to bsnl router...
Not resolved i complented 2nd day to infebeam.com/intex Service center...
Also both camera quality is very bad specially in low light..
why company not resolve all issues by providing Lolypop???

you claimed that intex aqua power HD can be upgradable to lollipop but now you are ignoring this... still lollipop update is not given and when i message you about it you all says that it can't be upgraded... if it can't be upgraded then why you claimed about it... give the update otherwise i will knock the door of consumer forum

Don't be so dejected.I called up the Intex service center and they obliged to upgrade my Intex Aqua power HD to Lollipop.Call your nearest Intex service center and enquire.I heard that the after upgrade to Lollipop other brand phones(Google Nexus) experience slow down and crash problems.Do not know what will happen to Intex.

Where is LOLLIPOP update for Intex aqua power hd? Its been six months or so didn't receive lollipop update, ... Why Intex? Are you cheting on us? Thats why I prefer chineas mobile cos.. They give you proper software updates as promised. You cheated on us. Will never buy any Intex phone.. And also too small memory for software installation.. Do update with full 16 gb rom for app installation...

I am using intex powe hd .when i bought this mobile so they said lollipop update will be available for this mobile but after 3 months i went in asc but they are saying update is not available .wat the hell is this ??? r u guys making fool to consumers .and i[censored] will not provide update so i will file compliant in consumer court .

just go to software update and check for update
but it will take many time like 4 hours i have 2 Mbps connection

3 days back i Upgrade My Intex Aqua power HD from Mobile update centre Lollipop 5.1 .., After upgrade 2 main problem occur ...
1 > Battery dis charge to early, before upgrade its nice backup but now so so bad.
2> Camera result to to bad like VGA. i even cant click in newspaper line .. its blauer... this happen after upgrade.. before upgrade camera was not so good but its ok...

so what shall i do now... i thought upgradation good for my mobile but its bad ... bad experience ..

Lollipop Update is available for aqua power hd but it depends on which version of software your mobile is running..(mine is running version 10 ) you can get your by going in about nd then in baseband version or software version..
Update is available for those mobiles running andriod kitkat 4.4.2 version 13 ..(For mine still the update is not available. But for my frnd who has same model but sftware version 13 the update is available.)

U cant change ur software version..it can only be change by applying patch file of version 13..
Otherway to update it to version 13 is that u flash your mobile with the stock rom which has build version 13.
After applying the patch or installing the rom you can have lollipop update..
But i recommend you not to update to lollipop bcoz the rom is still in its developing phase ang it has some bugs..
Stay with your available version bcoz in future company will release a update for your version too...
