Dear intex management team,

First of all let me introduce myself is mohit batra, & hope you all are doing good.

Would like to update you that i have purchased aqua star ii on 26th april’2015 in ghaziabad, when i purchased the phone that was working perfect, but after 10 days it start giving me problems, like automatic got hang, touch stopped working etc., usually which starts coming frequently in a day, however after few time phone got fine & start works normally.

“than on 29th may’15 touch of phone stopped working, i wait for few minutes but still problem persists than on very next day on 30th may’2015 i submitted my phone @ service center in nehru place, they have taken 10 days to repair the same & given my phone back on 14th june’15.”

“post receiving my phone from service center touch problem got solved, than a new problem start coming network error, network start dropping which starts impacting me & my work, however again i submitted my phone again @ nehru place on 19th june’15, & now they had again taken 8-9 days to repair & returned my phone after repairing on 26th june’15.”

“then again a new problem started sim problem, sim is in the phone, however it is showing & getting error “no sim”, than again i have submitted my phone today @ nehru place, & now god knows by when i will receive my handset.”

Here above mentioned are the issues which i have faced in last 2 months of purchasing the intex phone, my phone didn’t stayed with me so much, how much it has been stayed at service center.

Also still there is no guarantee that it will work or not, or how much more issues i have to face.

Here i am facing issues with intex product & your service center representatives are not even having that much pity to understand the pain of customer & giving such statement’s “ sir jitna aap pershan ho rahe h is phone ke liye, isse acha aap koi naya phone le, intex ke phone aise hi kharab h”

See if this is the feedback of your company employee, than pls think how customer is facing the issue’s with your products.

I will never ever recommend anyone to use intex product, as from my side feedback for intex handsets are pathetic & customer service, service center employee’s attitude are very very pathetic,

You all are the board of directors of intex team, i would request all of you pls look into my concern & help me with the solution, as i am facing lots of challenges with handset,

Dear Team, This is just to update you that i have purchased a new aqua star -2 just 2 months back, first 10 days that was working fine, after that phone has shown the actual picture, than it start getting hanged and after 2-3 days touch stopped working, than service centre people taken 15 days to repair my phone, when i got my phone from service centre, than a new issue started in the phone network problem, network stopped coming, than again i submitted my phone again service centre again they have taken 10 days, and returned yesterday post repairing, & now a new issue started, SIM is not showing in the phone, and again i have submitted my phone to service centre, now god knows when i will get my phone back, So after purchasing the phone I have not used that so much. how much it has been with service centre, I would not recommend anyone to purchase any of intex people, their products, their customer service & their perople are so much pathetic, If anyone can help me on this, i am really much suffering from pain, i have spended money but my money has been wasted, and product which i have received that is worthless... I have a complaint regarding service centre, they are not responding well, As i have given my INTEX mobile for service on 06/06/2015 with job sheet.no.[protected]T001 and it was in warranty period with some display problem, When called back for phone they do not respond and posponing the service date and Repair of mobile phone is not yet done. Repair the mobile phone or replace it with a new one ASAP. Please do respond on [protected]@gmail.com

hello dear Sir/Madam, My job sheet number[protected]T001 My intex Aqua Style pro mobile has been problem of touch so i gave my mobile in intex service center "Shri Hari Mobile Service" bharuch, Gujarat. Date was[protected] and service center person told me within 1 month your mobile is repaired but at now mobile is not repaired. I goes to service center 20 time he told me after 2 day your mobile is repair but his commitment was wrong today[protected] total 36 day nut my mobile is not repair. I goes to service center before one week and person told me i call u after 3 day but no any call to me and very bad services. But i call to directly customer care and customer care person told me your mobile was repaired in[protected] and i went to service center[protected] but his told me your mobile not repair. Hi sir/ma'am I bought aqua xtrem in February. And got problem with it then gave it in your service centre they return it after one month. After two days get problem and given and completed one month.i didn't get it back. There are not polite with the customer. Job sheet provided on rough paper first then second time I demanded so that they given printed copy.please check my enclosure. Thanking you Best regards Ch mutyala rao

अनुज श्रीवास्तव इंटेक्स कंपनी से अपना नाम बताया गया जिसका मोबाइल नम्बर [protected] है इस नम्बर से बोला गया था कि आपका जो मोबाइल खराब पड़ा है उसको या तो हम नया देंगे या फिर जो भी आपका एमाउन्ट है उसको पूरा आपको वापस कर देंगे। लेकिन आप अपनी कप्लेंट इस साइट से हटा लीजिएगा। फिर उसके बाद उस व्यक्ति ने लालच देना शरु किया और कहा कि आपको एक ट्रांजेक्सन आई.डी. दे रहा हॅंू उसमें आप अपना एटीएम लाॅगइन करके उससे अपना ट्रांजेक्सन करेंगे तो आपका पैसा आपके एकाउंट में ट्रांसफर हो जाएगा। उस व्यक्ति ने ठीक वैसे ही किया लेकिन उसका पैसा क्रेडिट की जगह पर डेबिट हो गया और सारा पैसा उस ट्रांजेक्शन नम्बर पर चला गया जिसकी वापिसी की बैंक भी कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेती है। फिर उसके पास जब फोन लगाया गया तो उसने आश्वासन दिया कि आज शाम 5 बजे तक आपके पूरे पैसे आपके एकाउंट में ई-बैंकिग के द्वारा ट्रांसफर कर दिए जाएंगे लेकिन उस व्यक्ति ने 5 बजे के बाद फोन उठाना ही बंद कर दिया। तो प्लीज आप सभी लोक बचके रहें इन सब से कोई भी अगर आपको फोन करता है तो आप उस पर गैर न करें और उससे सीधे बोलें की मेरा एकाउंट नम्बर ले और उसपर ट्रांसफर कर दे लेकिन उसकी बातों में बिल्कुल न आएं अनुज कुमार [protected]

Raja Kumar, Working as Deputy Executive Engineer, I & CAD Department, St. of Telangana, submit that, Recently i.e., on[protected] I have purchased the Intel touch phone and found that the head phones given along with the phone are not working properly. within Seven days when approached the shop seller at Dr. AS Rao Nagar, he informed he is not responsible for it and advised to meet in service centre. On suggestion I met the concerned in service centre which is at Behind State Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry. I met him 3 to 4 times all the times he is noting my mobile numbers and telling that, he will call in Queue. So many days have passed away but no response. Pl. arrange the suitable Head phone for my mobile Phone. My Mobile No. are. 1) [protected], 2) [protected]

sir am purchase the intex mobile star 2 HD . in the phone the apps are opening autometicaly at a time. am purchase the mobile at[protected] in allagadda in sri srinivasa agency.in between 20 days this problem ocuured 2 times.1st time am sent the mobile to intex service center in nandyal kurnool district Ap. now the same same problem was occured to day. and i went again purchase shop he said go to ask intex service center. so i want my phone replace and give me new phone just 20 days if the occured 2 times problem so i want new phone. sir

I will go to consumer court if not responded within 24 hours. I have submitted my intex aqua 4. 5 e for repairing on 1st June. The jobsheet no. Is[protected]T001.. It's around 25 days now and I am going to consumer court if not returned my phone within this week.. The person at service center often cut my phone they never received my call regarding the enquiry.. If not received within this week I will surely go to consumer court.

sir i recently purchased intex aqua life 2 on 31st of may 2015 in agra from shop no.4 in sanjay place agra .then after 15 days my phone touch becomes much ineefective i press somethingany other app comes to be open.i went to service center in agra they sad it will take about 20 days.so what should i do.it's a realy bad experience for me.i purchased intex mobile phone first time in my life and it is a very bad experience .please solve my problem .my phone number is [protected] and my msn nuber is-15V[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased intex mobile model aqua star HD Grey+CHEM (IMEI NO: [protected]) on dated 21st October-2014 from SHIVAM Communication, Ahmedabad. From the starting i found problem with mike -continues disturbance sound, after two month mike has gone dead and i have submitted my phone to service centre for repairing. It was not possible to repair by local service guy so that they send phone to Main office (may be Delhi). after 15 days i got my phone back which was repaired as claim by service centre. After 15 days same problem has been arise and now also facing problem with touch PAD. Again i went to service centre and it send to main office (Delhi) for repairing. After 15 days i got my phone back . Same problem has been arise third time again i went to service centre and again phone send to the main office for repairing. after 15 days while inquired about status of my phone on toll free no i come to know that my phone will be replaced with someone phone. i am surprise if it is under warranty it must be replaced with new one and within last 8 months i have hardly used phone for 3 months rest it was under repairing. Just today i got replaced phone which has been used by someone but again i am facing same (mike) problem with replaced phone. if it is under warranty it must be replaced with new one... plz look in the matter and arrange to replace with new one. dear team I am a resident of himachal pradesh. I bought intex phone 1 month ago And after 10 or 15 days I broke my screen And gave it to intex customer care service centre. Today almost 20 days has been passed to gave my phone. But I did not get any response They are just delay that date. And now they told me they gave my mobile to delhi service centre. i have purchased INTEX AQUA STAR HD from intex dealer in Ambala SUNNY COMMUNICATION on 11th March 2015. their is a battery problem in my phone. and i have given complaint to Sunny Communication 15-16 days ago... and today he has given me a battery and when i used that it is draining 1% in i second. he gave me damaged battery. i am not happy with INTEX service. i want clear answer now. should i get new battery or not? I believe that this response is unfair because you provide 1 year warrenty card_ I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 5 days days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. Sir, i purchased Intex Cloud N 1GB smart phone on 10th May, 2015 through ebay. invoice generated on 11th May 2011, number GI/15-16/R-09015. i received a defective product on 15th May, 2015. the headphone jack was not working.when i went to intex service centre at 3-Ketra Das Lane, ground floor, Kolkata 700012, one of the executives told me to press the headphone jack tightly. then i was using headphone in that way.but it stopped working again and i went to service centre again.that time they kept my phone to repair it. the executive said it would be return to me on that day if repair done by them or in a week if it would be sent to head office. i submitted the product on that day, on 2nd june, 2015. but they did not return me till now. they don't receive phone calls on the given number, and when i go to them, they say it would be return in the next week. I have bought mobile Intex Aqua i5 HD.(White) from raipur on 3-7-2014, Under warranty period i got display problem in my set and i have given to Intex service station M/S Chhattisgarh Mobile Reparing, B2/11, ravi bhavan, Raipur and complain registered on 5-5-2015 under jobsheet no.[protected]T001.. After 25 days repairing from HO when i gone to take my set they are giving me some other's set or i.e aqwai5 (BLACK).. and also not my one.. It has differ IMEI no. also. So, I denied to take that set and ask them either give my set (White) and my IMEI no. set or give me fresh one. And i call to customer care[protected]. From Customer care they have talked with service center person and given him some instruction, after that they have closed OLD JOB NO.[protected]T001) and created new job no.[protected]T001/5-6-2015. and ask me to mail new job no. to customer care. Dear Sir Myself Prakash Harne I had purchased a brand new android phone from Intex..i.e.Intex extrme on dt 18.02.2015. But now I am facing problem regarding Battery.. My battery got swollen.. Now I need replacement. As my is not six months old.I can claim for the replacement of battery..but here At Chandrapur Maharashtra the dealer of Intex not allowing me to replace battery instead he ask me to purchase new one..this is violation of contract consumer and company.. This ll surely destroy the image of a brand.. What should I do now ? Should I go to consumer court?
