We have sent our Intex Aqua n4 for repair in service centre, Hisar. Dated 10.03.2015, job sheet number[protected]t001 with display problem. the service center does not respond till now. service center mobile number is - [protected], and email is - [protected]@intexcare.in. I HAD PURCHASED AN INTEX MOBILE( AQUA XTREME) IN JAN 2015. AFTER 2 MONTHS THE MOBILE STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS OF HANGING, THE VOLUME DROPPED TO INAUDIBLE DECIBELS. AS I WAS OUT OF COUNTRY I GOT THE MOBILE SENT TO INDIA AND THE SAME WAS SUBMITTED IN INTEX SERVICE CENTRE IN BORIVILLI WEST, MUMBAI AS PER JOB CARD NO [protected]T001 DATED 19 MARCH 2015. NEEDLESS TO MENTION THAT THE SERVICE CENTRE IS RUN BY HOOLIGANS WHO REFUSED TO ENTERTAIN STATING THAT THEY DONT WORK ON WEEKKENDS. I AM AGAIN OUT OF INDIA AND ON CALLING THE SERVICE CENTRE MOBILE NO, THERE IS NEVER A RESPONSE ON THE SAME. ON WRITING A STRONG MAIL WITH THE CONCERNS, THE AUTO RESPONSE SAYS THATTHE SAME WOULD TAKE 15 DAYS FOR REPAIR, SO KINDLY WAIT FOR SAME. TODAY ON BEING LUCKY TO GET THROUGH THE SERVICE CENTRE, THEY INFORMED THAT THE SPARE PART HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED, SO I SHOULD CALL THEM AGAIN ON NEXT MONDAY ie 06 APRIL 2015. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED TO BE A CUSTOMER TO SUCH A POORLY MAINTAINED/ NON RESPONSIVE COMPANY. I HAD BOHGHT INTEX MOBILE PHONE MODEL INTEX AQUA STAR 5, ON24TH MARCH. ON THE BOX OF MOBILE CONFUGERATION IS WRITTEN 8 GB INTERNAL SPACE. BUT WHEN I STARTED TO DOWN LOAD APPS IN MY MOBILE I FOUND OUT OF 8 GB INTERNAL MEMORY ONLY 800 MB SPACE WAS THERE TO DOWN LOAD APPS, NOT ONLY THAT BUT ALSO 500 MG OUT OF 800 MB FREE SPACE 500 MB SPACE WAS ALLREADY UTILISED BY TO DOWN LOAD ITS OWN APPS, WHICH MEANS ONLY 300 MB WAS OFFRED TO ME TO DOWN LOAD MY OWN APPS. THIS IS CLEARLY A FRUD PLAYED BY COMPANY TO HIGHLIGHT ON BOX 8 GB INTERNAL MEMORY AND CHARGE HIGH FOR THAT BUT ACTUALLY ONLY 300 MB SPACE CUSTOMER UTILISE TO DOWN LOAD APPS. IT MEANS INTEX COMPANY CHARGING RS-6300 FROM CUSTOMERS & SALLING MOBILE WHICH REALLY COST NOT MORE THAN RS-2000 TO 2500 RUPEES. THIS WAY COMPANY SNACHES AWAY RS-3000 TO 4000 FROM CUSTOMERS POCKET, WHICH IS NOTHING EALS BUT WICKED, MELIGNANT, SINISTER DESIGN OF INTEX MOBILE COMPANY TO LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS. AFTER BUYING ABOVE PRODUCT I WROTE 5 EMAILS TO ALL DEPARTMENT OF INTEX MOBILE BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAIL. Dear Team, I dont know what is a issue in intex company., for my issue i waiting for the resolution but nothing to improvement from intex site. as he / she says to me in same call centre / customer care / and also service centre department after 15 days after 15 days again and again . under the mention details as given by me and you : The detais are : Job sheet Date : 09.02.2015 Job sheet no :[protected]T001 Location : Ahmedabad - Bapunagar answer given on 1st time : after 7 days your phone is come and after the resolution just wait for 25 days. again i visit date : 23.02.2015 answer given : just wait for 7 days .. your problem is going to our company's head office . again visit dat : 02.03.2015 answer given : call to customer care no mention in job sheet [protected]. i ll call and he tell call from our site . but still call was not come. again he tell your phone is repaired and you come to service centre goes to next monday and your phone is ready for use. please collect from service centre. but i goes to service centre 18.03.2015 (wenesday).. then again service centre says to me ..please come after 1 week. again i ll call customer care then he tell me your phone is not complete from our site please come after 1 week. but why i again and again folllow up from my site not a single time call from service centre site .!! what a great service provided by one of mobile company in the name of intex. team, tell me in such a right language from your highear authority's site call required and finally issue and commitment not solving from his site so, i ll go to consumer forum and any other respective departments. Team, tell me, why i ll againand again follow up from my site . you have 3 option of there launching from my site. 1 replace the phone. 2 give me my money back and close this matter. 3 repair the phone. choice is yours othervise this time i do not wait. after the complete problem is resolving then call from your higher authority's site. please inform via mail and call and msg me for the same. The consignment has outer side our Address and inside has order of anyone else. we have attachhed the both bills was found in consignment, do the needful and replace this on urgent basis. else we have to go court. we have made video while opening the consignment. I have purchased Intex Aqua I7 on last July2014, its working Properly upto Jan29th. But on 30th its got hanged and switched off, again i have tried to ON the phone, its not getting switched ON. I Purchased Intex Mobile (Model : AQUA 4.5E IMEI No. [protected]) on 4 February 2015. i faced Problem in Touch Pad on 1 March 2015, Its home key run Automatically. I Went Intex Mobile Service Center on 2 March 2015 they told me (We will send this Mobile in Company For Reparing) i Got Receipt from Intex Mobile Service Center and they told me (your will have to wait for 10 Day for your Mobile) but now today is 14 March 2015. I Made a call at Intex Service Center, they told me (Your Mobile is not Repaired, your will have to wait another 15-20 Days). Team : I want to file a complaint with regard to Job sheet No.[protected]T001 . I, Shagun Murarka purchased Intex cellphone –Y13T on 9 April, 2014 from Madan Mobiles with address at L-221/A, Lajpat Nagar Sahibabad Ghaziabad. Within a week I stated facing issues with the cellphone with regard to network. No network signals cellphone was receiving and due to this reason my cellphone got replaced within a week with a new one. In December 2014 Mid I started facing the same issue again but with regard to only one sim only and in other again network issue encountered. Currently I’M USING two connection voda and idea. No network was coming through one of the SIM slots. In first week of January 2015 BOTH sim slots stopped working, phone automatically use to switch off and started hanging a lot number of times in a day. As this is the second time I’m facing the same issue request you to refund the entire amount of cellphone. Even if this time some of the parts of cellphone got replaced like motherboard and I’ll not be chargeable with any amount as my phone is under warranty but what about once the warranty period is over then I’ve to pay high charges for the Intex customer care services. This issue is very critical for me and I’ll appreciate if my amount is refunded as soon as possible. My contact number is 91-[protected] My complaint no .-[protected] was loddged by Vishal Sharma from Delhi Customer care and he told me that I will get a reply regarding my issue within a week but i had not received any reposnse from her. I called customer care twice to discuss the issue with him but every time the only response I'm getting is he is not available. Please treat this email as an escalation as I was not getting respones from Customer executives for my query for about a month neither the considered inportant for the company to atleast give some repoly over emails when customer is constatntly following with the conpany. Intex company had launched new aqua xtreme which has problem of heating
It is been obesreved that intex aqua xtreme get heated when game is played for 5 mints. Such a costly mobile and get heated in 5 mints surprising.

Request company to change mobile with new handset and improved system.

I had submitted my Intex aqua I 5 HD phone under warranty period for repair vide job sheet number[protected]T001 on 29 Nov 2014. Despite repeated personal visits and phone calls to the concerned service centre in Rohtak I was being told that the phone has not reached the service center yet. After all my efforts with the concerned service center in Rohtak I got no response. I had to contact the customer care number and I was told that my phone has been replaced by Intex power model in Dec 2014 only by the company. Till date I Have not been handed over my phone by the service center in Rohtak. Dr Deepak

I own a Intex Aqua Curve Mini Handset.. Problem regarding the device is, the Cellphone operates by itself without any instructions.. Hope you understand what I mean.. When we try to operate the device in a proper manner, it operates itself & goes to something else (some other menu) which is not required.. For Eg. -When we start typing a text message, the characters type themselves any how.. (Like ijijijijij) when we have not even touched the keypad. -The same goes with the calls too.. Sometimes when we just open the screen lock, automatically it makes a call to any one of the contacts by itself without our notice or instructions.. -The problem doesn't end here.. Sometimes it also happens that the web browser opens by itself when we unlock the screen, etc etc etc... Much more problems arise.. Well, a total HELL.. Main thing is, The Cellphone is still under warranty.. Also the problem has been reported to service centre & they have made an attempt to correct it totally 2 times.. But it was of NO USE.. The problem still arises.. Its better they REPALCE THE HANDSET.

Purchased Aqua x treme (ME [protected]) on 27.12.2014. From past 3 days, mobille get off suddenly and will not be switching on. Today t is given for service at Wilson Gardn, Bangalore, but after coming home, again same problem. I feel it is hardware problemI cannot goto service statn again and again as it is very far from my residence. What can I do ?
