Respected Sir, I have purchased Intex aqua R20 Model no 57773 on 28 feb 15 from Pushpa watch & Mobile at bihar sharif. After a month its touch pad were not working properly. I have given it to the same shop on 10th Apr 15 for replacement of touch pad or replacement of mobile from service centre Patna. But till date I could not get back my mobile phone. Sir, This is to inform you I had bought a intex mobile model aqua v3g, blue, dual sim dated 24 April invoice number 18000 from dk electronics, ghur mandi ludhiana, but touch of this mobile was not working appropriately from first day, on 23rd may I had given my cell phone to service centre, and they return my cell phone on 10 June without resolving my cell phone problem, but further camera was also damaged by the service centre, today again I visit to the same service centre situated at Minerva market, near clock tower, Ludhiana for same problem, but the concerned person at service centre misbehaved with me and asking for rs 800 as a fees for reparing the cell phone, since this is in guarantee period, but I am unable to understand, why they are asking for the charge. Please do the needful as earliest, as I had bought this mobile first time only because of good market reputation of intex. My mobile model number is intex aqua i4+. From last 2 month there is a problem charging slot. I gave my mobile phone at 9-apr-2015 & i gate back at 13-june-2015. My problem is solved but my original motherboard & original display is changed. My phone IMEI numbr is changed. Display do not work properly. There is problem in my charging slot but why u have changed my motherboard and display? महोदय, दिनांक 12.11.2014 को मोबाइल गैलरी, सोनू प्लाजा, सेन्ट्रल टाॅकीज के पास, सदर बाजार, फिरोजाबाद से मैंने इनटेक्स कंपनी का एक्वा स्टार 5.0 खरीदा था जिसका आई.एम.ई.आई. नम्बर [protected] है। महोदय आपको अवगत कराना है कि आपके फिरोजाबाद में स्थापित जलेसर रोड पर प्रथम तल पर बने इनटेक्स के सर्विस सेंटर पर अपना मोबाइल दिनांक 28.05.2015 को सही होने के लिए दिया गया था जिसमें टच व बैट्री सही काम नहीं कर रहे थे। महोदय मुझे मोबाइल वापस करने की तिथि 06.06.2015 बताई गई थी। जिसके साथ ही मैंने सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा दिए गए दूरभाष पर संपर्क किया तो मुझे बताया गया कि अब आपका मोबाइल 15.06.2015 को दिया जाएगा बल्कि आप हमसेे 12.06.2015 को संपर्क कर सकते हैं हो सका तो हम आपको इसी दिन आपका मोबाइल उपलब्ध करा दें। महोदय मैं फिरोजाबाद से प्रकाशित होने वाले समाचार पत्र दैनिक सच क्या है का संपादक हॅंू और फिरोजाबाद से आज तक न्यूज चैनल भी देख रहा हॅंू। ऐसी स्थिति में मुझे मेरे सभी संपर्क नम्बर एवं मोबाइल की अत्यंत आवश्यकता रहती है लेकिन आपके सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा लगातार हमें बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है। मेरे द्वारा पुनः फोन करने पर बताया गया कि आपका मोबाइल अब 25.06.2015 को दिया जाएगा। जबकि इंटैक्स कंपनी के टोल फ्री संख्या [protected] पर जानकारी करने पर पता लगा कि जो मोबाइल मुझसे शुरु में ही कहा गया था कि आपका मोबाइल कंपनी भेज दिया गया है और मुझको जो जाॅब कार्ड 28.05.2015 को बनाकर दिया गया था। वो जाॅब कार्ड तो फर्जी है जबकि दिनांक 04.06.2015 में नया जाॅब कार्ड बनाया गया है जो मुझको अभी तक सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा नहीं दिया गया है बल्कि मोबाइल उसी दिन कंपनी भेजने की कहा था वो मोबाइल 09.06.2015 को कंपनी में रिसीव हुआ है। इस जानकारी के बाद मैंने इंटैक्स के सर्विस सेंटर पर बात की तो वहां मेरा फोन कट कर दिया गया व बार बार फोन लगाने पर मेरा फोन उठाया नहीं गया। ऐसी स्थिति में विवश होकर दिनांक 15.06.2015 को दोपहर 3ः00 बजे तक थाना उत्तर में उपरोक्त कंपनी व सर्विस सेंटर के संचालक के खिलाफ मुझे गुमराह करने व मेरा मोबाइल न देने के आरोप में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर उपभोक्ता फोर्म में चला जाऊंगा। प्रशांत वशिष्ठ संपादक दैनिक सच क्या है फिरोजाबाद [protected]

ear Sir In regards to above job no:[protected]T001 Dated 14/05/2015 I have submitted my phone my Intex aqua style mini (Black) dual sim mobile with complain of on-off switch (Key pad) not working. After approx 3 weeks i received the same saying its been repaired. but up on use, i found its not working. Hence submitted again for repair. One week ago i received a pone call from INTEX saying your mobile is not repairable and your replacement mobile is already available to give you. They assure that the mobile is equivalent to your submitted mobile. So I went and took the replacement mobile which was discharged. So i took the delivery, charged the mobile and checked for the configuration which was too lower than my submitted phone Upon checking web of INTEX i found that the mobile i received is actually of LESS THEN HALF PRICE of my Intex aqua style mini (Black) dual sim mobile So again i went to the service center and complaint for the same. They have asked me to submit the replacement mobile and forward the mail to this email id. The whole above process took my more then 2 months and lot of hazel which can not be monitorely justified. I too lost my important data due to this. We have high regards to INTEX as a company which gives good product at reasonable price to a common man of India. We use almost 12 different INTEX phones among our staff for communicating in the company.I request you to look in to the matter and request you to give same or higher configuration mobile instead of my Intex aqua style mini (Black) dual sim mobile with fresh warranty. I submitted my phone for repairing on 29 may 2015.They promise that in 15 working days they will repair the phone but still I didn't get my phone.Whenever I got to enquiry they just say your request has been accelerated and no action is taken they just say parts is pending status is shown.

Dear sir, I had purchased one Intex Aqua Y2 pro mobile on 14/05/15 from Reliance Digital Service/Barrackpur. After found that mobile got problem not even used. Immediately visited to the Reliance shop 2 times, After that they replied that Phone was dead and not possible to change here and also told pls visit to Intex Service center at Barrackpur and bring the dead certificate. Then I went out of calcutta for two weeks for urgent official work. Two days ago I visited to Intex Cervicing Center and checked my mobile and declared that mobile was dead but they repilied its not possibe to give the dead certificate becoz 7 Days over. Have many times spoken to your Cs but not satisfied. Hence you are request to you please help me and arrange or provide or advice or approval to your service center Barrackpur, West Bengal or me for Dead On Arraval Certificate for changing my dead mobole. recently i gave my intex aqua star II for display repair in service center, the phone which i brought 2 months earlier but when the phone came to after repair i was amazed to see the kind of repair they have done. strange the phone was returned to me without repair. terrible is the word for them. first and last repair i have done.
