Dear sir,
I’m Palanisamy form Erode,
I have purchased a mobile intex aqua 3G+, IMEI No:[protected], Battery No:018572, Puchesed Bill No:MX13/45/5427, Dated on:04.12.2014.
From date of purchasing, within a week my mobile having lot of problems
That is..
1. Over heating,
2. Hanging,
3. Don’t having battery power backup.
Then I gave the authorized service center in Erode dated on 31.12.2014
They are checking the mobile and accept the problems, They send the mobile for Head office for solve the problem.
Nearly after one month ( 28.1.2015 )they have returned my mobile.
But, again within one week the same problem create, so I gave the mobile for repairing purpose immediately.
This time they are telling software problem. After one week they have returned. But, still the same problem continue.
Now what can I do? Please replace the mobile or take necessary action. I'm waiting for positive response with ward regards.

I did not get back my aqua mobile from authorized service center
Dear sir,I given my intex aqua mobile(02/05/2016) for service but still i did not get back, now arround one month back over, those service persons not responding correctly,
