I am taken Intex aqua power HD mobile through online from paytm. The complaint is the quality of mobile camara is very worst . 1) they mentioned in box cover is 13MP rear and 5MP front. But my question is why they are not mentioned in back side of phone. Because they put low quality of camara. 2) lower 3 button at the bottom of phone there no any lightening effects because in dark places its dose not appears. We have to search where the buttons r there. Please help me to conclude this problem

I am very happy when i saw the feachers of Intex aqua power HD mobile phone, but the thing is that when i buy this phone and i got . when i used last 2days i feeling y i taken this mobile bcz . the quality of camera is very poor or worst. And bottom 3 bottons is not appear when phone is in dark place because lightening options is not there for 3 bottons

I did not get back my aqua mobile from authorized service center

Dear sir,
I given my intex aqua mobile(02/05/2016) for service but still i did not get back, now arround one month back over, those service persons not responding correctly,

    Hi, I had purchased Aqua i5 HD dual sim mobile in Oct'14. I got battery charging issues in the handset only after 4 months o[censored]sage. I had submitted the mobile to Intex care Pimpri on 3rd Mar'15 (Jobsheet no.[protected]T001) for servicing (the mobile is under warranty). When i received the mobile on 18 Mar'15 post repairs, the problem was not resolved. I again submitted the mobile for servicing on 21 Mar'15 (Jobsheet no.[protected]T001). I was assured for repair within 15 days (as per company policy) but even today i had not received my handset. Even after rigorous followup, the commitments are not honored. The pune RSM especially Mr. Manoj and Mr. Mohsin ignored the calls and smses. When i contacted their area manager Mr. Dinesh, they promised me dates which even today are not honored. I would like to put a complaint against Intex for not clearing my mobile within promised dates and also against these RSMs. Kindly register the complaint. Regards, Saif

      Dear sir, I’m Palanisamy form Erode, I have purchased a mobile intex aqua 3G+, IMEI No:[protected], Battery No:018572, Puchesed Bill No:MX13/45/5427, Dated on:04.12.2014. From date of purchasing, within a week my mobile having lot of problems That is.. 1. Over heating, 2. Hanging, 3. Don’t having battery power backup. Then I gave the authorized service center in Erode dated on 31.12.2014 They are checking the mobile and accept the problems, They send the mobile for Head office for solve the problem. Nearly after one month ( 28.1.2015 )they have returned my mobile. But, again within one week the same problem create, so I gave the mobile for repairing purpose immediately. This time they are telling software problem. After one week they have returned. But, still the same problem continue. Now what can I do? Please replace the mobile or take necessary action. I'm waiting for positive response with ward regards. My cell NO:[protected]

          I have purchased Intex mobile (model : Aqua I3 ) on 27.06.2014 On Jan. 2015, I faced problem regarding auto rotate. So I submitted this mobile to Intex service station at Sangli on 09.02.2015 ( Job No.[protected]T001 ) after long waiting period they told me that They will give a replacement mobile. So on 26.03.2015 (After 1 1/2 months) I get a old mobile, even worst than my previous mobile. More problematic than my previous one. After using it for 2 days, I see that this mobile is not even identify SIMs also. So again I have submitted it to Intex Sangli service station on 31.03.2015 (Job.no.[protected]T001). As on date i doesnt know any status of this. i contacted Intex care many times, they all are confused about exact condition & status of my mobile.             hi i was given my intex aqua i5 to nearest service center(hyd abids) on 14th march 2015. they told me that come after 4 days.i arrived on that day. they again told to come after 2 days.i again visited that center .till now 12 apr 2015 they did'nt returned it to me .please help me by bringing back my phone as early as possible.be cause iam very ineed of it... thank you.

                Dear Sir, I have purchased your INTEX AQUA 3g vide Invoice dt.:12/01/2015 but I have facing NETWORK and SET BODY HEAT problem. So that I go for near by customer care centre S.S.INFOTECH, Near Kacheri Road, Balasore, Orissa. vide JOB Sheet No.:[protected]T001 dt.11/03/2015. After 15 days I received the set but same problem continue. I think no rep air made to this set. Again I submitt the set vide JOb Sheet No.[protected]T001 dt:08/01/2015. Neither the customer care of balasore nor bhubaneswar centre assured about the aspected date of despatch of set. They just reply about the availability of accessories when made they will repair. So I complain before you that How many days I wait / Harasses for the set. My request please do as earliest as possible because I need shortly.                   Our Intex Aqua curve mini six month old cell phone accidentally fell for a brief second in water. On presenting to the company service center they refused to repair it without charge. No one intentionally drops such costly phones in water and one takes extra care of such devices as our business etc depends on our mobile phones. NO one would intentionally break a phone and wait for 15 days to get it repaired with payment.

                  I request the company to kindly repair our phone under warranty without charge as we believe Intex is a consumer friendly company who would like to capture more market by providing good services as word-of-mouth publicity goes a long way in generating automatic sales for any company.

                  I request the company to repair this phone immediately without payment.

                          i buy intex aqua style mini on dated 19.03.2015. but with in one week power off/on button created problem. then i submitted the phone in intex care center on 31.03.2015.after this i take follow up everyday from intex customer care but no any respose from there side.. they just pass the time. every day they told that the part was not available. and some time they told that phon creates problem so it will check from inner side.. i just fed up from the customer care center.. the phone was creates problem in a week from the date of purchase, so i want new phone in the replacement of this. or other wise do the need full action.

                            I will give the details of my purchase, I stay In PUTTAPARTHI, si iam uable to reach you all, since February.Daily i try to contact, but in Vai. Iam not getting any respond from the buyer inspite of calling. So I decided to get you online, i dont know in which place you are personally available to show my mobile phone. On the box the date is given as AUGUST 2014, and 15months warranty period in the warranty book provided by.the company. I booked inebay as you exclusively gave them to launch for the first time INTEX AQUA 4X Smart phone. I am the unlucky person to buy seeing the ad. my PAISAPAY ID is.[protected], shipper address anil chopra, n 14/29B FF-2, DLF City PHASE-2 GURGAON PHONE [protected]. He is not answering my call several times I tries, ebay is not solving they r asking me to settle with the shipper.please how do I go about/ the battery of the mobile is totally down just after 3months purchase. THE purchase dt. is SEPT. 2014. You can check it with ebay and the shipper.AWB[protected] RECORD NO. 521 FOR 2999/-.please iam honestly speaking I will show the phone and send the snap shots of the order statement and Tax invoice.                             why do you translate the password ? to the mail? this is not right also the complaint can be resolved by sending by courier the battery as the place of stay of the customer is a village, no service centres or any kind of help for INTEX PRODUCTS

                              Res sir, I, ishan satpute purchesed intex aqua y2 mobile on 13-2-15 from Miracal sellular store collage road nashik. But within 4-5 days the charger is not working. Hence i went to the store . The sales lady told me to go to the service station. I do the same, but unfortunately can't get any help from them. Many times i visited there to request for the damaged caused to the phone. The service man told me that your home electric lines is faulty, check it. He mentally Harassed me every time. At last i want there with my mom nirmala who is senior citizen still then they can't do anything. I visited the store many times hoping that i can get my mobile repaired but of no use. Now they told that come after one month. Sir, please take a quick decision about my complaint - other wise i will have to go to the consumer court and news telecast because mr. shivaji, intex both customer service in nashik and mobile store gives me and my mother harsh treatment in this matter, Plz give me my money back, Do i am not interested in your product.                                 Mobile Model No: Intex Aqua Style Pro IMEI No: [protected] Dear Sir, I have purchased the said model & said IMEI number of mobile from Intex mobile company's authorised outlet on 21/8/2014. sins 21/8/2014 my mobile is in not in condition for 3 times & company had taken 1 month for the repairing each time. Now from last 2 days my mobile is in not working condition. Now if i have to repair my Phone i have to go to the Intex service station surat which is 70 Km far from my home location. And also company has changed my mobile color without informing me...!!! Is it okey???? Now you tell me what should I want to do?????? Every time i have to go to service station which is 70 Km far from my location...???? Now this time i want the resolution. I require the replacement of my phone any how..                                   I have Placed order for purchase of a Intex Pride mobile(Grey colour) through Snapdeal Order No [protected], , but you have sent Coffee colour mobile. This mobile has completely failed to perform in all aspects. Signal dropping, battery discharging, hanging, unable to listen received calls. Hence I have given at Customer care center at Nellore, they have taken for 15 days to repair the device but in vain, No problem has been rectified by the service center, they have return the device to me with same problems which I have said earlier. Hence I request you I don't need this mobile . Because you have cheated with colour and sent a second hand device to me. I want to replace with another mobile in this case.

                                    I had a phone (aqua style pro) That had some touch-pad problem. I submitted it to the nearest Intex Service center. i submitted in on 11th march 2015. It's been a month. But they are still telling me they don't know any thing about when it will return. any help will me much appreciated. :)

                                      Hello Sir, I have purchased 2 intex mobile phones 4 months back and both my phones have got network issue, keypad issue and I have raised the same and escalated to service centers and i received my phone 2 weeks back after service done and still there is a network issue, keypad issue and when i contacted intex customer care, there is no proper response...Do you think are we fools enough to buy your products which is totally bad quality and just 4 moths, your product is too worse compared to korean mobiles...I need my money back spent for the buying of mobile phones and i need immediate response and i may take it to consumer court and if needed publish this news in social forums like facebook, twitter, linkedin if needed and also to press if needed...Need a call back @[protected] or [protected]@gmail.com
