Hi, I bought an intex aqua DESIRE mobile yesterday (3rd May 2015), I am having a problem with battery backup, mobile charging is going down even when it is not in use. Last night I have charged it for 100%, when I checked the battery backup in the morning backup has down to 60%, same thing is being happening from morning.     Complain is regarding the service centre for intex mobile and tablets in ahmedabad on gurukul road memnagar above janta sweets. 1. The staff was rude in their treatment specially the lady at the reception. 2. They have their lunch break at 1330. I reached there at 1325 and was waiting for my turn. I got my turn at 1330. The receptionist their just said a no and closed the things down asking me to wait for another 45 mins till the time lunch break dosent end. As such i was roaming around the city to get my tb repaired. On centre i go they say they dont repair tabs then i go here and the behaviour is very rude. 3. They were just not ready to talk the lady on desk just walked out without even trying to help. The situation was worse then govt offices.My work was of just 02 mins and there was no other customer behind me. She just had to accept the tab and give it to the technician to verify but she could do that too. 4. Pathetic customer care i must say and this i have experienced from your company for second time. I'm definitely not going to buy the intex products anymore if the behaviour continues like this. I didnt argue or anything. Just came out and decided to inform the people above whomsoever is reading this mail/complain.

      my phone model intex aqua i5 hd...i have warranty and got screen problems so i submitted my phone in akira communications service center in warangal.after 15 days ..they gave me quite opposite colour of mmy phone..and telling me adjust with this...see..how bad service center ppl are...and again submitted it ..in the last month itself..till now no proper response fromthe service center ppl..and they wont lift my phonecall also...       Long repair time without any update

      Gave my mobile for repairing on 04/08/2014. Till date it is still repairing stage- 17 days without any update when i will get my mobile back. Phone numbers given were not valid. Job sheet No[protected]T00.

          Hi, I want to change my intex mobile battery.due to old was gone to faulty within one month.I have a job sheet witch is created on 23-mar 2015.job sheet no is[protected]T001.I have many time visited in his local service center in bathinda and many time call to customer care.also I have wrote a mail to his customer care on [protected]@intextechnologies.com but till yet no any soulation provided.today 37 days crosed.tday again I have to customer care but his customer care team asked to me sir please purchases the same from market.I have waste our time and money.till yet my wastage money is 1500rs becasue many time std calling and visiting in his local service center.               Dear Sir I am using Intex Aqua Star L phone 5 inch Display. M problem is its charging. Mobile Charging port is not proper, i need to fix it time to time. Further since last 5-6 days one new problem starts when i put phone into charging it shows that it is charging but actually it is not.                         sir, my name is keshav singh and i purchase intex aqua hd mobile last year but unfortunately screen of mobile get damaged and their is no replacement of screen. Service centre of intex mobile has no other isplay of same model please find the solution of my mobile. I am getting very disappointed.

                        Dear sir I wish to inform you that I have purchase Aqua I-15, )M_IMEI:[protected], S-IMEI[protected], MSN:13U[protected]) in the year 2014, Now the touch screen not working within 14 months.When I have contacted service center they immediately replied me that PDA is not working, without verify and checkup the handset.As inform by service center they will charging 1550+300 (total 1850) but they are not sure whether handset will work or not. The PDA is also not available in Kolkata it will come after 10 days.Kindly give me some solution, I don't understand how INTEX mobile company is functioning without providing service to customer.

But when i called this no. & asked the same abt. with ur customer care people they said that it is chargeable...& for my confirmation i checked the balance then they said rt. ys it is chargeable no...what the hell is this???????                                 Dear Sir, I wish to complain about INTEX Aqua Star-II model mobile, with IMEI nos. [protected], [protected] and Battery no. 012.1079 and Charger no. 109375 (newly purchased mobile of your company), that I purchased on[protected] from "Shree Ram Telecom" located at Chandouri Road of Giridih district in Jharkhand State. I am complaining because the Touch Pad of Intex Aqua Star-II mobile handset doesn't working properly. To resolve this problem I would like you to refund my complete money or replacement of new mobile handset instead of previous mobile set with 1 year Guarantee Card (That any problem found in this mobile within 1 year that mobile handset is replaced with new one). When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Retailer Shop Owner on[protected] of your company mobile Retailers, and was told that touch pad is not working properly. I believe that this response is unfair because Retailer told me that after few minutes/hour that your touch pad is working properly. I will checked that problem in front of him the same problem is found again. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.                                   Sir, With due respect I am a consumer of Intex HUNK Mobile Res. of JIND Haryana. Its MSN No. is 14X[protected]. .I have purchased it from local dealer on dt. 11.12.14. There is a problem namely handfree mode fault in it. The service center is not capable to remove this fault. My complaint no. is[protected]T001 dt 20.4.15. They asked 20 days to one month for the service because the center has no facility to repair it in the center. But in the market it is repaired in the cost of only 200/- Rs. Any consumer how spend the said period without mobile. If the center can not give the facility then why the company open this center.                                       I bought Intex extreme mobile on14/2/2014 from the show roomin the Ankleshwar. I faced the problem with the hand set. When you connect tonetworking it gets hanged up and go in to restart mode. I have shown the mobileto the service center RAJ MOBILE at Ankleshwar my job sheet number is[protected]T001: serial no of main product [protected]. I have triedseveral time help line number but unable to connect to the operator as alwayscoming engaged. With this mobile and amount spent I am losing out thebusiness transactions. No response from your side does create situationambiguous. I request you to replace the mobile at earliest date.
