Hi, I bought an intex aqua DESIRE mobile yesterday (3rd May 2015), I am having a problem with battery backup, mobile charging is going down even when it is not in use. Last night I have charged it for 100%, when I checked the battery backup in the morning backup has down to 60%, same thing is being happening from morning. Complain is regarding the service centre for intex mobile and tablets in ahmedabad on gurukul road memnagar above janta sweets. 1. The staff was rude in their treatment specially the lady at the reception. 2. They have their lunch break at 1330. I reached there at 1325 and was waiting for my turn. I got my turn at 1330.
