This is for your kind information and action that Ms. Rajni of Meenu Mobile is trying to deliver me a second hand handset which do not belongs to me A list brief Facts are as below. I had purchased I5 mini bearing IMEI no.s [protected] and [protected] from Dashmesh Khalsa Mobile on 10/06/2014 vide bill no. 21289. And the said mobile stop working on 03/11/2014 with multiple problem of non working of touch, handset heating, battery heating, charging related problem and i had deposited it to your authorized service center i.e. Shri Hari Computer Solutions on 05/11/2014. and i had received it on 22/12/2014. And again after less then two months on 02/02/2015 the swapped handset again got faulty with same problem of touch not working.and i had deposited handset on 02/02/2015 at Meenu Mobile, Intex Care, they denied to provide me job sheet as the swapped handset’s IMEI was not updated in their record and after many requests, Said Service Center provide me jobsheet on 04/02/2015. and on 12/02/2015, Meenu Mobile tried to give me another handset which was not deposited by me with (WHITE TOUCH, BLACK BODY, GREY BLACK COVER, WHITE FLIP COVER WHICH BEARS HUGE SCRATHES) also the above said handset does not bears any sticker of IMEI which was not accepted by me. again today i.e. on 20/02/2015 Ms. Rajni Again tried to deliever another second hand handset with HALF OF BODY WITH WHITE COLOR AND HALF OF BODY WITH WHITE COLOR, (PHOTOS ATTACHED). and which bears a full of scratched body. they consider customers as fool and trying again and again to deliver handset which doesnot belongs to me. and after repeatedly contact to (You) Mr. Nobal (Service Manger, Intex), and Ms. Rajni (Owner of Meenu Mobile) no solution is provided yet. I am in need o[censored]rgent intervention in this issue.Earliest response will be appreciated.

They did same with me.

This is the real situation of Intex...please contact me on [protected]...I shall inform you something what can work.

It not about the money we had spent over their brand...it is about the time and energy they are taking o[censored]s for the time.

I shall write every one who is facing such king problems from Intex...then I have some ideas to taught them some lesson.

As they are Indian Brand too making fool of Indians.

    Intex product are found defective after 2 or 3 days of purchasing though its cheap in price but it is also very cheap in quality and effectiveness and its service is not worth mentioning as i am now suffering for trusting intex product in term of satisfaction. I once believed in intex mobile product that why i purchased intex aqua extreme for Rs.11, 000 but after using 3 to 4 days it start hanging and i was unable to do anything it really upset me. After knowing the defectiveness of the product i tried to return it back from where i have buyed it from but the shop owner said the product have been hanging due to virus so he reset my mobile but the problem was still there, now the question arise which mobile can have virus after factory reseting it furthermore that it will only return Rs. 9000 and rest Rs. 2000 will be deducted, if you dont want this to happen then you have to come up with DOA certificate from intex service center stating that this product is defective and i want my cash back then only you can get all your money back. I tired to get the DOA but intex service provider said that there is a time limit of getting DOA as per rule it should be within the 7 days from the date of purchasing and today is your last day. if its my last day then please hurry and give me the DOA i said but then he said sorry we can't as per rule we cant give DOA after 6 pm. now another question arises if that the rule then why they have not mention it in the product packaging. AT last i am still trying to looking a way out of this mess.

      my phone is hanging always i service it but my problem was not solved. this time they said ki they give me new phone after 25 days but after 8 days they were saying ki your LCD was crack it will cost 1100 rupees n my phone is in warranty .. pls help me out to get my phone back thaning you sir my mobile number is [protected]

        Dear sir i brought intex aqua i5 HD mobile phone 17-Sept-2014 but it is faced some problem as it was ringtone., hence i call to Flipkart regarding problem, but Flipkart people simply kill the days & on 18-Dec-2014 clearly told that you have to contact INTEX service center. Than I went to INTEX service center on 19-Dec-2014, he told it must be sent to Bangalore service centre and it may take20 days for it to replace, Than i handover the Handset & accessories with box to service center but last 67 days i didnot receive hand set. my handset servicing is under warranty, and i call to Company service center Bangalore ( Mr. Aneesh [protected] ) but he will not pic the call when i call. This is shows his responsibility & today service center owner Mr. Shivu (Akash mobiles )[protected] give my defective hend set & tell me to use 4 to 5Days after that replace the handset with new one.           Dear Sir.

          I have purchased a mobile model Intex aqua y2 S.No. [protected] dated[protected] from Jai Durga TVS Meerut (U.P). After some times my mobile stopped working properly. I approached its Service Center H & T SERVICES (ICP: YAMUNA VIHAR), C-4/8 YAMUNA VIHAR, OPP C-5 MARKET DELHI- 110053 on[protected] & Jobsheet No.[protected]T001. My mobile has been retained for repairing by service center. I reached to Service Center on[protected] to get my mobile. They provide me another changed mobile of same model. But I refused to take the mobile then they again retained my mobile for repair. When I again went to the Service center on[protected], they provide me the other changed mobile of same model then I refused to take the same then they abused me and misbehaved with me and told to me to do whatever you can do.

          In this regard, you are requested to take necessary action against above said Service Center and concerned employee and provide me my original mobile.

            My Intex Grace 2.8 was running well.But suddenly i noticed five days before a black area on the internal display board.Gradually it is increasing with several black straight and curved lines.Today some menu icons are not visible on the display boards.I, Abdul Gaffar, purchased this set seven months ago.I earnestly want your help to repair my dearest Intex Grace 2.8 mobile hand set.Please help me.

              Hi, I purchased INTEX IBUDDY CONNECT Tablet for internet need of my competitive exams, on date[protected] from Prakash Music Center Bhopal. This product comes along with the warranty of 1 year. After facing several problems I got battery problem in JUNE 2014, then I went service center for it, service adviser told me that battery is dead you need to replace it and your battery is out of warranty(As they provide warranty only 6 months for battery) so you have to pay Rs 1400 for it, I agreed him. And I submitted my tablet with complaint number[protected]T001 on[protected]The day when I saw last time my Tablet). Adviser told that we take 7 days to repair it. After 7 days I went service center and the adviser told that battery will be couriered from delhi HO you wait for some days. On[protected] I called customer care([protected]) and customer care executive (RAHUL) told me that we have filed an escalation for it and you will definitely get solution within 7 days. I waited. Again I called Customer Care on[protected] and executive told me that Company has stopped manufacturing of Intex iBuddy Connect Tablet so there is a problem of parts for that and you need to wait for some time. I waited. On[protected] I called customer care and went service center too they told me that still they do not have battery wait for some time. Again I called customer care on[protected], executive(Nisha) told me that your battery has been dispatched and it will reach Bhopal in some days. I waited happily. I called customer care on[protected] executive shocked me by telling that the complaint has been closed with RWR(Return Without Repair) on[protected] where on[protected], executive told me that it battery was dispatched then how is it closed on[protected] then he told me to talk to service center. I went service center and told them that my tablet is in warranty period and it is your responsibility to keep it working until the period ends. After arguing they told me to submit all the accessories of tablet and they will provide me replacement for it. On[protected] I submitted all accessories and they told me that we will make another complaint for it as previous one was closed, so they given another job sheet with complaint number[protected]T001 and told to wait 15 days. I called customer care to know status on[protected], executive told me that your tablet has been sent to company for replacement. I called on[protected] and I was told to wait some more time we will provide you mobile in replacement so the process take some paper work and will take time. Then I called on[protected] and executive shocked me again by telling that your tablet has been REPAIRED (where complaint was of replacement) but not dispatched from company to service center, wait for some time. I went service center next day and service adviser shocked me again by telling that your tablet is NOT REPAIRED(but Customer care told it is repaired) and it is at TRC now, go and ask there. On next day I went TRC( Test and Repair Center), after arguing them they told me to make another complaint and they will provide me a certain replacement and they gave me another tablet to use for the duration of replacement, I agreed and filed another complaint with Job sheet number[protected]T001 on[protected] and I was told to wait 15 days. I called on[protected] executive told that it is under process. Again I called customer care on[protected] and executive (Ankit) told me that your tablet has been REPAIRED (same as last time) and sent to service center, collect it from there. I went service center and adviser told me that we did not receive yet, go TRC. I went TRC and I talked to Mr Prashant Vashist, and he shocked me again by telling that your tablet has been SENT to HO delhi, it will not return ever from there and the tablet which was given to use for replacement period you keep that tablet for yourself. I submitted the tablet which was given to use and told him that I will not take the thing which is impossible to be repaired in future(as manufacturing was stopped). And also my warranty period have finished so if the tablet stopped working after reaching home then I will not have another option to through it on DUSTBIN. Then TRC(Mr Prashant Vashist) told me that WE CANNOT HELP YOU.

              For the whole duration from[protected] to[protected], I called each person of company for help, but nobody was solving or giving a satisfactory answer for it. Numbers I contacted are [protected] [protected] [protected](Delhi HO), [protected](Indore Office), [protected](Customer Care), [protected](Service Center Bhopal), [protected] [protected] [protected](TRC Bhopal), in these contact numbers some were not attending or just navigating to eachother. In this duration I have not seen my tablet after submitting it at service center on[protected], and still it is not with me.
              Now it is not the question of Rs7590 for me, It is the question that how they people treat their customers. I believed INTEX but now I am not satisfied with any service provided by intex service centers. If any senior person from intex is reading then please try to teach your Service Center employees, they are not only misbehaving but also reducing your business.
              Finally, after all the troubles, I have filed a written complaint at CONSUMER FOURUM Bhopal in the month of January. I believe our jurisdiction system and one day I will definitely get good judgment for my grievances.

              Oh, If intex cheats like this then I am not going to buy a single product from there. I was earlier planning to but some products costing around 50, 000 but now I am not going to take this risk.

                i have given my mobile in the month of November 2014 but till date there is no response from service centre and Intex. i have called so many times but there is no proper response and every time they are saying that you just call me tomorrow or not received from head office. What exactly going on ? is it the service to customers? from last 3 months iam struggling a lot with out mobile. How many days will take for mobile service? shall i raise the compliant at consumer court? pls suggest me and resolve the issue immediately.

                  I have intex mobile model no aqua y2 pro which i purchased on 21 oct 14. But in 3 months i had problem with battery backup, speaker had less voice, , receiver problem so i approached to service center okhla, they changed the mobile saying that its a new one, but lateron the headset has many problem, so i again asked for repairing at service center lajpat nagar its been 15 days no respond from your side, so request you to look at this matter and take action.

                    Dear Sir I have purchase Aqua N15, since i have starting using the phone there was problem from beginning of screen sencer not working properly, withing a month i have to visit your service center, at your service center they have open the phone and repair it, but same problem arise on the next day. Your service center is not ready to accept the problem which is shown to him. They just take phone for three or five days at service center and give it back. I have to wait 30 minute at your service center and against they have repair it. I have hardly use for fifteen days, The quality of this phone is too poor, the problem is manufacturing defect. Your service center is insist to put phone to service. What the quality of your phone ? I don't want to use this phone for more, you are requested to replace this phone against other model.                           I have purchased an intex mobile phone (Platinum a9) on 20.12.2014. But the display is broken. I gave it to gungun service centre for repairing at rourkela, odisha on 24.01.2015. He says that it will take 7 days for replacement. But till date neither the mobile is repaired or nor give any positive response. He told me that the production is stopped of this model.
                          I have alreay paid him rs.400/- for cost of display screen. He also informed me that the company could not reach at point which mobile will be given to me if there is any replacement.

                          2. Kindly told me when i will receive my mobile phone. I have only one mobile. It is very difficult to contact me with my family.

                          DEAR SIR,

                          I HAVE PURCHASED AN INTEX MOBILE PHONE (PLATINUM A9) ON 20.12.2014. BUT THE DISPLAY IS BROKEN. I GAVE IT TO GUNGUN SERVICE CENTRE FOR REPAIRING AT ROURKELA, ODISHA ON 24.01.2015. HE SAYS THAT IT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS FOR REPLACEMENT. BUT TILL DATE NEITHER THE MOBILE IS REPAIRED OR NOR GIVE ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE. HE TOLD ME THAT THE PRODUCTION IS STOPPED OF THIS MODEL.
                          I HAVE ALREAY PAID HIM RS.400/- FOR COST OF DISPLAY SCREEN. HE ALSO INFORMED ME THAT THE COMPANY COULD NOT REACH AT POINT WHICH MOBILE WILL BE GIVEN TO ME IF THERE IS ANY REPLACEMENT.

                            getting charged, hence i went to mobile shop where i bought it, he told it must be sent to service centre and it may take 5 days for it to repair, till now 25 days have been passed and i didnt recieve my handset, my handset servicing is under warranty, and the shop owner is not communicating wit me properly on this matter, kindly do the needfull

                                  I have a mobile Intex Aqua 5.0 and i have submitted my earphone at laxmi nagar service centre for the replacement as its not working and it was in warranty period but when i visited to service centre to collect my earphone they are giving me a local earphone and i refuse it to take that local earphone, i am sending you a scan copy of my jobsheet.

                                  Kindly take a strict action on it & hoping for a positive response from your side.

                                    sir i have purchase an intex xtreme mobile on 8/2/2015 a new brand piece from the shop but he had an only one piece but it was open box he said this is the fresh piece of mobile but after purchasing there was an multiple problems with the handset as an network go on and off i have to restart it again, there is no voice with the mobile if any call come or listing music or watching video one more thing is that battery gets drain fast even in kept asite not in use also sir i want my money back to buy another mobile of other company and i will never think of buying intex company mobile and advice to buy intex mrs jamna dsouza [protected]

                                    sir i have been frod again buy the intex company member raj agrawal phone had came in the morning after the complaint has been registered in consumer forum,
                                    raj agarwal from intex mobile company call to retifi the complain from the phone no [protected] has given a call as to collect the handset from me and payment will be return back to the costumer and was giving more offer as an intex company for 3 month will give you product purchase discount please give your bank account no as how it was purchased by swaping the card.
                                    then after 5 hours at 2 pm he call up for the payment to be return so please give the bank account card no from the phone call
                                    by taking the card no he generated the 3d pin for own shopping online by himself and ask for the pin from the costumer as he was returning money back but it so happened money was not return but he had frod with the costumer from the account no of Rs 10000 amount was deducted from the bank and there after the mobile was switched off
                                    this is the way intex company employees are cheating with the phoneline it should not happened again
                                    i want this guy to be punished as soon as possible

                                      Dear Sir/mam, Myself Pradeep Kumar. I want to say that i have a intex 5.1 Home Theatre suddenly its remote is not working and i also submitted the remote to Authorised intex service center at laxmi nagar but they said its not repairable we are sending the request to company for new remote and new remote charges is rs 170/- I sumitted the remote to service centre on 07 january 2015 but till today they give me lots of excuses every time they said sir stock is coming soon. So please tell me what i do?? I complaint your customer care also but they said sir please mail us ur complaint on our official mail id. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.                                         I have an Intex Aqua i7 mobile phone(IMEI NO.[protected]) with bill date 01/03/2014 (still under warranty). I encountered connectivity issues with my mobile as on switching on the data my mobile would completely freeze and the only way to get it back on work was by removing the battery and switching it ON again. The same was given to Intex's authorised service center at Bhopal, (Mansarovar Complex), Madhya Pradesh.in mid January 2015 and returned to me the next day by saying that the problem has been solved which was clearly not the case. I resubmitted the mobile on 27/01/2015 vide Jobsheet No.[protected]T001 and was told to wait for 10 to 15 days. On contacting the service centre on 10/02/2015 i was told that my mobile has been repaired on 2nd of Feb itself, on enquiring why wasn't i informed for so many days the answer was that its not in their policy. This surely looks like the centre wanted as many days to pass by so that the warranty may expire, as there was no improvement of any sort in the mobile phone. Now today(11/02/2015) also i visited the centre again as the problem persisted, I was asked to take screen shots of the problem and report back to them. I conveyed i don't have time to visit the service centre again and again. the employees of the centre resubmitted my handset with them (Jobsheet no.[protected]T001) for the THIRD time and asked me to enquire after another 15 days. All this shows that:- 1)Either the authorised service centre has no empathy for the time and money of the customers or the policy of Intex Mobiles asks them to be this way. 2)The engineers with the service centres are incapable or the company has a policy of befooling its cusomers by not providing what they promise at the beginning. I was very hopeful on purchase of this handset and was very happy with its performance before the problem. I also understand that problems like this may arise in handset of any company or brand. And I also wish that a company like Intex should blossom as it is good for competition in mobile market and gives consumers a wider range of mobiles. But it pains to see service like this and attempt to evade the warranty agreement on the part of a good brand name. All i seek is a quick and just resolution of my problem and no further wastage of time either with the service centre or other forums for consumers.
