I have purchased two intex phones in feb. 2015, That time, on phone box clearly mentioned the internal storage will be 8GB, but now i am not able to utilize the storage, and i can use only 1.16GB storage.. so please resolve this problem soon.

I have given my mobile "Intex aqua style pro" to intex service center mangalore to replace the battery. Its been one month still it is not replaced. I am now regretting for purchasing a intex phone. Intex is least bothered about its customers. I no more trust Intex products.

on 1st may i gave my intex aqua i5hd to msv service centre to solve my sensor problem and got back on 11th may. Two days later it stopped reading sim cards and was also showing invalid imei no. and i handed over to msv service centre on 16th may and yet I hadn't got my phone back. from that day only they say that tomorrow you l get your phone and daily i had to went there and come back idle. on excess request they returned my phone on 22nd may but yet the sim card was not working they renewed my job sheet and said me to come next day and made me come there daily and every day they make me sit there and returned me empty hand. when i call there they said your phone is ready and i was to call you but when i went there it was all opposite, they said sorry technician was absent thats y it is not solved please come on next day, next day they said that electricity is not here thats why its not completed come on next day next day they said today it is not possible come on monday.I went there on tuesday but still it was not completed i sat there whole day . every day they make me come there and return. on 1st june they returned my phone after making me whole day sit and wait there and at evening when i got my phone it was again not working full. the camera was not working and many other problems was there . they again said that they will send my phone to head office and said me to come after a week and when i call there to know what's my status they just say "ban jaayega to mil jaayega " . its now more than 1month but still i hadnot got my phone repaired . i might have got more than 100rs petrol expence for that plus wasted time . they had made me a joke . i dont know how to get my phone repaired.

Recently i purchased an Intex aqua y21gb mobile, the glass is broken when it fell down i am trying to make calls to the servicing centers in Guntur & vijayawada but they are not responding from[protected]. And my contact number is [protected]

I have purchased INTEX AQUA I5 octa on 15/01/2015. The mobile display is broken so I have given it to service center at tambaram for repairs. Initially they changed display costing Rs.1900/- They replaced my mobile .I just used that mobile only one day now the display not working.I request you to look in to the matter otherwise I will take legal action.If they wont take any action means surely i will go to consumer court.

I have purchased INTEX AQUA I6 on 10/02/2014. Now the mobile is dead so I have given it to service centre GURUKRUPA at Sangli for repairs. Initially they changed display costing Rs.1320/- later on they changed touch screen costing Rs.1600/-. The total amount I have paid Rs.2920/- for repairs but again on second day the touch screen is not working. It means they have cheated me without replacing proper touch screen. The behavior of staff is very bad and arrogant, now they are not responding properly. I request you to look in to the matter otherwise I will take legal action.

Hello, This is very disappointing response I have received from Intex Ltd (Mobile handset wing). In spite of continuous follow up with service centre and call centre I am yet receive positive response from Intex limited. Latest communication did with Service center which advise to go to customer care and customer advised to go to service center. Please be advised that in case of failing in providing the replace I would consider to go to consumer court, logged FIR for Cheating and also will to media including social media about the harassment done by Intex Limited. I had given deposited my Handset to Gurgaon Service Center a month ago which was under warranty was having charging issue (No charging). It was kept with Service Center almost for more than 10 days then they offered me Intex Power (Downgrade version). I refused to accept & left it with Service Center & opened the new job sheet for replacement. Later on I have contacted Call Center & they confirmed that new hand set of same specification & white color (in fact I had noted the IMEI as well) has been dispatched to service center, but I got disappointed when Service Center offered me different IMEI with Black color… And above all it was having too much scratches on the sceen…. I again refused to accept & now I am tired of running Service Center & Calling call center hence request to make arrangement for refund at earliest as I am no more interested in any replacement & Intex handset. Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Intex Mobile Model No.Aqua Power Plus on 24.05.2015. Since i purchase after 9-10 days i have an issue for using 3G. They not support to my mobile. i bought my intex itbang 4.1 suf speaker some days ago...but after few days some problems occur in my woofer so i gave it for repairing in my nearest service center micronics, silchar(Assam)..they told me to wait.. n m sick of waiting its already 1 month passed away bt they are not giving any response.

We bought intex aqua T4 mobile at 9.11.14 but touch was not working properly so we given to service center one month before .but after 25 days they handovered INTEX AQUA R3 model .which is also working very slowly and battery backup also very worst.we need the same one what we bought other wise return the money.

i have purchased intex power hd modal imei [protected] and [protected] on 23-05-15. from its purchase date it has serious problems like as apps stops working automatically, unbreakable auto password lock, both speakers sounds vibrate, battery sometimes show full and than low, software not updating and working, hang problem.

respected sir/madam, I, yash patel, an unsatisfied costumer of your. I own, intex aqua octa- 6'' inch screen. i wonder of you guys have conducted the bend test or not because a phone's screen simply can't get cracked when it's in your pocket. okay! No issues towards it.! i live in Gujarat, Baroda and went to the nearest service centre situated in Ellora park, they are not sure if they can replace my screen or not, i am ready to pay almost nearly 50% of the cost price ie 7000 INR to fix my screen. If you are not able to provide me with the accesoriee. i request a replacement of the mobile as soon as possible.
