I have purchased a intex aqua y2 pro mobile from amazon.in on February this year after 3 months the mobile goes dead. I have submitted the mobile to a authorized service center in my local area (Mobile S/n-[protected]) (job sheet no[protected]T001) on 3/06/2015. Already one month over but i didn't get the mobile back. How much times you take to repair a single mobile? If this repairing takes 1 months then whats about the my warranty period, you should extended it for those days you take to repair it. And you should not sale this kind of defective product in the market. I will complain about this matter in consumer court against your company. I want my mobile back in good condition with extended warranty...

I would like to bring to your kind notice that an representative from ur side by name deepak called me and asked for bank details telling that he will credit the mobile amount back to me and i should return the mobile set. i bought this phn on 28th june 2015 and saved my contacts in sim memory but suddenly my contacts lost. again i saved bt no contacts i found in my contact list then i removed sim and insert sim in my nokia phn then i saw that contact saved for 5 times then i deleted all contacts and put this sim in my intex phn and save all contacts manually. for 2 days contacts were there bt after that again no contacts are in my contact list. what is the problem i don't understand. whats the gauranty if i replaced it and that replaced product has no issue like this. can anone help me out on this matter.

I have received the faulty set with wifi connectivity problem. Immediately i complained matter to the seller as well as ebay. In. But they told me that since the mobile is under warranty, i should produce the set to the service centre and the replacement is not possible.

I contacted the service center at my place. I. E. United enterprises, raaj towers, 1st floor, near city stand, udupi, karntaka on 23rd may 2015. They received my complaint and kept the mobile for nearly a month and returned it on 19 june 2015 stating that the software is updated and the set is now functioning properly. But the problem was still the same.

The next day i gave the mobile to the same service station and they told me that the set to be sent to the company. So i gave it. After two weeks today i received the set back but the problem was still the same. Wifi is not connecting.

Now, that after two months of my investment and purchase the mobile i am not in a position to use it. Hence, i request you to replace the faulty mobile with a new one and direct the service center at udupi to recieve the mobile.

Looking forward for your earliest reply and settlement of the issue.

my intex aqua star hd battery was swollen and it is not in stock. i was waiting for this battery since 2 months . i need this model battery urgently :( i asked many service centers, no where it is available. they are saying you have to submit your mobile to us for purchasing battery. they told me that if battery is available you get your mobile and battery after 7 days. if it is not available it will take around 1 month to get mobile and battery back and if battery will not available within 1 month then company will decide to give you the replacement of battery after few more days. this type of service given by the company to its costumer. company think that costumer has no use of there mobiles, that's y the submitting there mobile for 1 month. why you are opened Ur service center you should only open collection center. and then you have to tell your costumers you can get your mobile back after 1 month or more. my name is Nayandeep garg. my handset intex aqua y2.mane use purchase before 2 month kiya hai uski battery bahut hi jyada km backupde rahi rahi hai.vut mai service center chandausi jta hu to wo log bina kidi bt k nakse bazze dikhate hai aur kahte hai agr badalwani hai to khada rah 1 ghante warna hum nhi badlenge jb ki bareilly bichre bde pyar se km krte hai aur problem solve krte hai is service center se kafi log pareshaan hai jo ki 8 se 10 log meri hi jn pahchan me hai aur village k log bhi kafi pareshaan hai wo ye hi kahte hai ki ab intex k phone nhi lenge.

My mobile has display and touch problem, i went to service center (Guna electronics, pondicherry) they asked 15 days to repair or to replace, but till now 40 day gone they did not giving my mobile, not responding and answering properly. Dear concern This high time!! I did a mistake in my life by purchasing Intex aqua xtreme mobile 3 months befor but it submitted to your service center shreeji care vadodara as its having an issue in touch screen but you are sending me lower price model Power HD as replacement which is not in working condition so whats you guys are doing with consumer . And your service center representative is not giving proper solution and communication like without checking condition of hardware how can you replaced my phone. This is happend 3rd time with me from last 35 days i am not having my mobile . Are you guys making us fool. hello, i had purchased intex star II HD phone (Rs.6, 999) from Shreeji phones thane west 2 days ago. phone is not working properly it is not catching network properly, called my network operator but there is no problem from their side as after inserting my sim in other device it is giving full network. phone is getting disconnected in the middle of the call. and some strange noise is coming. pls assist. Sir i have taken Intex aqua power mobile on 1st Apr 2015, this mobile is having some defects so i have deposited it to service center on 20 may 2015.Which is not repaired from last 45 days. my product recieved for repair vide jobsheet no. is[protected]T001 dated 31st may 2015. Dear sir I had brought a mobile on feb 28th i received the mobile on 9 th march'15 i have checked with the mobile that i found camera quality has not good in the night effects so i ask to taken back the mobile and return my money no reponse and they will say we will do our best asap i am waiting for 1 month back on wards no response and i decided to taken the service centre to rechange the camera parts that time my mobile unfortunately damage while i am tavelling train so i called to service centre and said the issues and also i informed before the issue that i have free screen breakage insurance in the box they ask me to take the mobile to service centre so i submitteed my mobile on 22.05.2015 my Job sheet no[protected] till not yet received my mobile when i am calling to the service centre the spare parts not yet come and right now they are saying we will couldnt get the spare so we will replace another mobile in the same category, what ever it will may be it happens and already 40 days is gone so kindly take an action and revert back in this mob no [protected]/[protected]

on 1-5-2015 i handed over my intex aqua i5hd to msv center (intex care ranchi) as its sensor was not working which hey returned on[protected] bu two days later its imei no was showing invalid and also charging problem was here . again i handed over it to msv centre . but then after they had not returned my mobile . in between when i called there they said tomorrow you will get your phone but the next day they did not returned my phone . on[protected] i was called to collect my phone, on that day i was to wait for whole day and at evening i was delivered my phone but again he imei no was invalid. they keep on renewing my job sheet only and not returned my mobile .on 1-6-2015 they again called me afer i called to ask whether my mobile is ready or not they said come and collect your mobile . but this time the primary camera was not working and when i asked to get it correct then they said "his mobile will be send to head office and you will have to wait for one week" . since then every week they say next week, next week, but yet they have not returned my mobile. and when i called to head office they are saying that it took imei please contact us on 1-7-2015 and then we will see. please look after my problem, its really poor performance of intex, totally wastage of my money. i m very much disappointed. since last two months i m withouy any contact getting loss on my personal life.
