Dear sir/mam
I buy the intex aqua 5.5 vr on 18.3.2018 but from the first day i faced the sound problem in them. when i put the earphone in them then there will be bothing listning from the mobile and i have to forcefully keep the earphone in them so that i can hear only a little sound.
so i request u to pls fix the issue as soon as possible....

My intex aqua s3 which was purchased on 07/11/2017 encountered a battery problem and is not starting. I have given the mobile for battery replacement in the intex care centre. I am waiting for the battery replacement for the past two weeks. Kindly look into the issue and send the replacement battery at the earliest as i have important contacts and apps in the phone.

Purchased intex washing machine few months back with 2 years warranty from flipkart.
Machine stopped working after few days.
At first visit, technician confirmed on jobsheet that it's gearbox is damaged.
But when intex came to know its purchased from e-commerce portal, intex denied to provide me service under warranty with genuine authentic part rather misbehaving, threatening me.

I bouth phone on few months back, from the date we facing the battery problem no of time we visited cervice centre but we not get resolve. I referred all my frienfs and relatives to buy intex electronic items. I am also using intex home theatre, one more phone also, i newer expecting this type problems. Please resolve it.

My first question about these guyz are..."are they really trying to run a business"??? I mean guyz are you really serious...3 months ago i had a problem with my tv remote which i got with the tv that i had purchased 2 months before... This remote was having problems in just 2 of tvs purchase... We tried calling the call center guyz and all they did was forwarding the calls to someone else other than taking down the real problem and solving...
