My intex aqua s3 which was purchased on 07/11/2017 encountered a battery problem and is not starting. I have given the mobile for battery replacement in the intex care centre. I am waiting for the battery replacement for the past two weeks. Kindly look into the issue and send the replacement battery at the earliest as i have important contacts and apps in the phone.

I have purchased a intex 2.1 beats speakers, after 3 months of purchase its woofer stopped working i have visited vashi - navi mumbai (Interx service center) and gave the speakers as it is under warranty,

Complain/issue : i have received a call from your respective service center to collect the speakers, i stay far from service center but still i vistited and gave the speakers, i have went to collect the speaker during the weekend (Saturday) as i was on leave, i have requested the representative to check the speakers and hand over to me she said it fine i can collect it, and its not possible to test it as technesion is not available, i have told her that i can not sign/collect it untill its working in front of me she confirmed that it's working orally even i requested her and convinced me to sign the note, but after i checked it its not working, i agree i was delayed calling / complain you about this because i was out of state,

I am not happy the way i was treated and the way i was asked to reclaim the warranty again when i called on the number which i received as sms, i lost belief on intex now this is my 4th product in my house which comes from intex hope you will take some action, if you seriously don't want customers
I can help you posting this in all social media, because intex representatives are very rude. And all products from intex are spoiling too soon and not respect to customers to come back, i will surely recommend not to get intex to my next person due to lack of proper servicing.

Purchased intex washing machine few months back with 2 years warranty from flipkart.
Machine stopped working after few days.
At first visit, technician confirmed on jobsheet that it's gearbox is damaged.
But when intex came to know its purchased from e-commerce portal, intex denied to provide me service under warranty with genuine authentic part rather misbehaving, threatening me.
Raised escalation till md @_narendrabansal and director @keshavbansal08 but no help..
Plz help me in getting my money back.

We bought two phone sets of Intex through online purchase with Flip cart 2 weeks ago. Since very first day we have been facing charging and phone operating issues and all our attempts to make complaint are going in vain. We have requested many times to Flip cart as well as to Intex technician to process a return request as the phones are of no use but unfortunately no one is replying with a precise answer

Sir i have purchased speakers of your company worth rs 4999. On 8thaugust, 2017 and it is under gaurentee. Your service man kuldeep is misbehaving with us. And threatening us he wouldn’t replace it and we may do whatever we can about him. Kindly change your service man else we gonna upload everything on social media. He even assures us even if we complain about him no one could do anything to him. This is alot of inconvenience to buyer please make your service man more reliable

I have intex 5.5 vr mobile. I am troubeling for this mobile since last 6 month. Battery draining problem, ear speaker problem ringer problem and last when i reset the phone the massage shown that invalid imei, so i gone to service center, but they are talking with me in rough language, that this is not possible. Not will.in other company phone, you can reset phone but never message that invalid imei. So i hate this type service. Executive has rooted my phone and not tell me. So please action positive for your third class phone. Your service center will shortly close one by one. One day your product will be out of market. Please support customer and change your warranty policy for saving brand.

How many times check the device, you know the complant was coming repeat .
If i submitt the device again your people will do same process (repair). When i receive the device that time only i identy fye same problem again i will call to your people the people will sag same story .
I am not getting proper service from your end .i am facing very pathetic service.
Plz arrange replace i ready to pay if extra amount otherwice please accept your company was unfit for after sales service . I am not at all satisfy with your product . I am a small employee 5049/- much amount for me

I had purchased INTEX AQUA Q7 N handset on dated 03/02/2017 amount to Rs. 2599/- from Flipkart vide Tax invoice no F0KS[protected]
Yesterday, my phone ddisplay LED not working but display ok. Dated 29/01/2018 contact to authorized service centrer situated at
106/D, Raja Dinendra St, Manicktala, Khanna, Kolkata, West Bengal 700004. the service engineer check the said hanset and told me your warranty expired on 28/01/2018.
how it is possible, that i had purchase in 03/02/2017. One year warrenty valid till 2/2/18.

My first question about these guyz are..."are they really trying to run a business"??? I mean guyz are you really serious...3 months ago i had a problem with my tv remote which i got with the tv that i had purchased 2 months before... This remote was having problems in just 2 of tvs purchase... We tried calling the call center guyz and all they did was forwarding the calls to someone else other than taking down the real problem and solving it... This whole mess had now taken. 3 months and intex co. Had not show any kind of response on this issue we guyz are really in a big trouble because of there this kind of feedback...
So people i strongly suggest that plss don't make a mistake while buying intex products of you are thinking that they will give good quality services... Thank you and have a great day

Intex Service center on dt 16.03.2017 but my mobile not hand over to me till time so kindly look snapshot in to this and do needfull .

Area service manager - Alpesh [protected] .

I many time attend Service center time to time but they say more wating as my mobile died so many time waiting but after approx. 2/3 month after attend time to time -
I found close center after talk with side shop .

so what i do..i cant understand ...after some month suggest my friends about intex customer care then i e-mail to intex customer care ...Cutomer care inquiry and many time provide more time w/o solution and give me Area manager and service center incharge Sanjay and sanjay give me Asst Divesh numer so i walked and talk many time but no one provide me solution ...
During starting i talk with Sanjay he talk Rudly and abusive language with daring ( I cant write ) so same i mention in email and complaint against fraud Sanjay telecom ...But they cant give my mobile and say mobile loose and cant do anything .
After more press by intex ASm Alpesh on Divesh/Sanjay then they agree payment paid Insteade of my mobile but after more time wait and i send them my Bank Account But no one paid me .
I re mail and contact with intex customer care they say ...same above story .
Kindly look into this and do needfull and action against fraud .

Sir the service center is so far from my home and i dnt have only this work fir doing this...u shud send the person who can chk my prb... only 1 week i used... how could be say like this that i should go to service center... prb is urs and y i should go...

This is complaint against the intex service technician mr. Arun who fitted the led on wrong height then his behaviour was very bad... Which was not accepted from him as i was thinking that i belongs to reputed firm then again i complained for the issue and when he came second time he said it is faltu complaint i will not do this... He ask for the money... Then i complaint again on customer care and talk to the mr sanjay he was taking the side of service center... When i called second time mr gaurav said it will resolve tomorrow without any cost but next day he changed his statement and said i need to pay this time as you need to verify after installation. I dont know how this company works & giving fake statements every time. I would like to suggest every one please dont choose intex because they objective is just to sale the product and further they will not be responsible for any thing... I tried a lot to convey my problem but they totally showing negligence.
I think i made wrong decision to choose intex & these thought will effect the company image and prestige...
I was not expecting such type behavior from intex. I request u to involve in the matter seriously.
