I submitted my handset intex aqua eco 4g handset on 24 oct to my nearest service centre which is in howrah (Shree balaji enterprises) till now 18 days passed till now they haven't repair the handset and no fair response they are giving and harassing a lot by telling us to come on frequent alternate days they also demand half of the advance money i. E rs.500 which i full filled
Now today they said they give the handset nor the money in a rudely manner and said do whatever u can. I am very much upset with it. I am facing problem without phone.. I am. Waiting for urgent reply and strict action on it.

I purchased intetx aquaS3 last month and within 2 days it started hanging and now display is gone and I have submitted it r repair and intex has very few service centers which are very far located.and it takes at least 1 week to get repaired!!...very disappointed with quality and service of intex...[protected]@gmail

    I hd purchase intex gsm aqua power hd 4g mobile from nerul shree balaji gallery on 10/5/17, within three found display problem. Same was submitted to intex service center m/s om sai telecom vashi on 23/09/17 under warranty service. Till date i have not received handset. Every time giving the excuse of new technical issue and customer service are delaying. After severly online complaint no action is taken

          I have been using the fitrist band since past 8-9 months which i had purchased from an croma outlet at the mumbai domestic departure terminal. Since past 2 months or so (After the warranty period) it has started showing its true color, it has a major issue with regards to charging. The issue started sometime 3 months back where i had to constantly keep the band charged and then it would work for ½ hour. The moment i would remove the charging cord it would stop functioning. It’s so disheartening and shameful. This continued for about 2 months and then i finally thought of reporting the matter with the authorised service center of intex. I googled the customer care number and spoke with the executive, he guided me to visit the nearest service center location at mumbai. Hence on[protected], i visited yash mobiles at bhandup location in mumbai to get the fitrist band repaired. The staff at the service center didn’t even check the device and promptly asked me to get the replacement done since it is out of warranty period. I called up the customer care center again immediately to inform them that the service center guy is not very keen in helping me and rather asking me to replace it with new which will be at the same cost. The call center guy was clueless and was again and again asking me to get it checked with the service center guy only and take his advice. I asked for the device to be repaired but he bluntly refused to do so.

            I purchased intex aqua style 3 champ from amazon on 31/08/2017. Around a month later, the mobile stopped working and switched off completely. I submitted the device in jammu service centre on 10/10/2017 who told me that the ic has damaged and will need repairing. I did not receive the device even after 15 days and upon calling the service centre, the receptionist was so rude and crass while giving me any details about my device. I had to file a complaint with the head office after which my device was repaired and returned to me.

            The dissappointing part is that even though my device switched on again, there were several other problems that my device acquired such as taking more than 8 hours to charge fully and not receiving incoming calls. I submitted the device in the service centre the very next day and filed a complaint with the head office regarding the faulty device. I was told that intex doesn't have a replacement policy which is utterly disgraceful and dissappointing since no company can ask a customer to use a defective device, which intex, apparatenly, is asking me to do. I was l, however, told that someone will call me up to provide a resolution to my problem which no one did.

            I filed a complaint again after a couple of days stating that nobody bothered to call me up and provide redressal. The customer care representative again told me that someone will surely call me up this time which no one again did.

            All i was asking was for a replacement or a full refund because i am not going to use a completely defective product, but it seems that intex is least concerned about its customers.

            Now, as a customer i feel so cheated and so dissappointed with how intex has dealt with my problem that i am left with no option other than to go to the consumer court and defame this company publicly. And this time i will assure that not a single product of intex is sold on marketing platforms such as amazon.

            Like I have already mentioned in my post, I have already submitted the device in Jammu service centre.

            And as already mentioned, I am not going to use a defective device with unlimited defects even if it is repeatedly repaired by your company. I did not purchase a brand new mobile phone to get it repaired within a month.

            As a company whose dealing in such products, you should be well aware that once an electronic device is opened and repaired, it loses a chunk of its life. And sorry, but I don't have time to keep going to the service centre and keep getting a newly purchased device repaired over and over again.

            I need a replacement and if your company can't replace the phone, be courteous enough to give me a full refund.

            Lastly, I have to mention that this was the very first time that I purchased a product from your company, and honestly, this was my biggest mistake. I'm never going purchase any product from Intex ever again
            and will make sure none of my family members, relatives and acquaintances do so too. Word of mouth is sufficient these days.

                    I had purchased intex aqua mini 4g volte on 13/10/2017 from corner point plot no - 256, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha. Shop ph no# [protected]. But the day one after full charging as instruction given by shop... When i swiched on it was locked... Frp it seems. I did complain but they took 350 rupees to unlock it even though its a new phone. Anyway from that day my phone is not working. On 17/10/2017 again i placed a complain but they are refused to take. Now its worthless for me. The worst service and worst marketing, worst behavior i really experienced. I need my hard earning money back but nobody care about it. Intex aqua mini 4g volte sl. No is # [protected].# [protected] i have receipt with me. Instead buying a china mobile i choosed made in india product but it was a great mistake.

                      My intex aqua power hd smartphone is not showing internal storage and also it is not able to read external sd card. I visited nearby service center to fix the above said problem after i updted my android version from 4.4.2 to 5.1. But now again i am facing the same problem.                             Hi, I purchased a intex phone trusting the brand but its highly disappointing to me that i gifted my dad such a cheap n unrealible brand.
                            The ph was purchased on 17th July and the model is Intex Acqua crystal (BK-DS).
                            I had a problem in the display of the ph and handed over to the panjim service center on 23rd sep 2017, The complaint was registered under Job sheet#[protected]T001. Till date that is 25th Oct 2017 inspite of regerious follow ups i have not received the handset back. Neither any spare ph is given to use. This kind of poor service is not expected and neither can carry any explaination.
                            Please look into this matter. If this issue is not resolved i will have to forcebly take help from the consumer forum and will also publish this complain on social media. Just a display replacement takes over a month is not acceptable.

                                Phone was to be used by my staff at small city (Dharwad)
                                Problem of mall funtioning of sofware started in may 2017. Given for repair at hubli (30 km) twice. They could not able to repair properly, after this they refused & said ti can not be repaired. Given in mumbai but again not properly done.

                                  I had purchased intex aqua mini 4g volte on 13/10/2017 from corner point plot no - 256, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha. Shop ph no# [protected]. But the day one after full charging as instruction given by shop... When i swiched on it was locked... Frp it seems. I did complain but they took 350 rupees to unlock it even though its a new phone. Anyway from that day my phone is not working. On 17/10/2017 again i placed a complain but they are refused to take. Now its worthless for me. The worst service and worst marketing, worst behavior i really experienced. I need my hard earning money back but nobody care about it. Intex aqua mini 4g volte sl. No is # [protected]. I have receipt with me. Instead buying a china mobile i choosed made in india product but it was a great mistake.

                                      I have been using aqua power hd 4g mobile since 4th february 2017. Since then i have been facing certain issues including heating problem and software hang. Now it is posing the problem of screen blinking as well since last month.
                                      I have given the phone in service centre on 31st august 2017 but not got
                                      The job sheet's hard copy yet. Instead i got this message regarding my
                                      Phone deposition on 2nd september 2017 containing job sheet number
                                      [protected]t001. At service
                                      Centre (88 ch. Charan singh market, mahaveer chowk, muzaffarnagar, u. P.-251001)
                                      After so many calling everyday they give only date week after week.
                                      If could not be repaired kindly arrange me a new phone.

                                        As per telephonic discussion with your asm at your service centre (Ritisha infotech, rsc mallick road, ganguly bagan) your technician took a snap of my mobile phone (Intex cloud string v20.) and sent it to your asm for further instruction.
                                        But i regret to inform you that after 7 days i met your representative at the service centre. They told me that no information has been received from your office till date and subsequently they sent me a message that "nothing to do" in this case as said by your asm.
                                        Now i have no other alternative but to knock the door of ' consumer forum " for justice.
                                        Hope your early action in this regard will refrain me to take such step.
