    Dear sir/madam

    My mobile intex cloud s9, imei number: [protected] my mobile model is :intex cloud s9 and touch little crack on edge then i met the service centre and then they told, we will replace the part of 7 working days. So, i had paid the advance money rs.1500 for touch replacement on 17.07.2017. Two days once i tried to called the service centre but they are not response properly. 80 days completed, still there are not repair my mobile and not response properly.

            Sir, mysel[censored]sing intex cloud s9 set last 3-4 years. Myself is a telcom retailor. So i need the support of r d service, as per govt. Of india rules. But now i am unable to do it for my business. Now the message is "your smart phone does not meet minimum security requirement o[censored]idai. Please try some other handset". If myself purchase this set for my personal and also business purpose. But now i am unable to do this for my business.

              There was just one channel not working issue which needs to be changed, and they havn't any clarity when it can be repaired. And as on today (2/10/2017) the speaker is still in the process.

              We are listening from last 7 days that service center does not have icb which have to be received from intex delhi. We had a function in our house but we used rented speaker coz we didn't get our speaker from service center yet.

              Apart from this the guy cut off our call without informing when we will receive our product back.

              Please i suggest everyone here do not buy any intex product

              Cause they have no services at all they are just making fun of customer.

              Keep your apologisation with you, Intex users will have to suffer inconvenience because of your very bad service.

              On 3rd Oct you said you will resolve this issue with in 24-48 hrs. And for your kind information we didn't receive our product back because service center people are saying they didnt receive the icb yet.

              We are suffering because we have purchased intex product and I swear from future onwards we are not going to purchase any of the product of Intex.

              We purchased because we thought it's an Indian company so we should use Indian products but that was our biggest mistake..

              I don't know how much time you guys are going to take again but I would suggest please close the service centers if you don't know the meaning of service.

              We received our product after 1 month and it's working but not in the same condition what we have used earlier. Some irritating voice is coming along with music or you can say speaker's voice is not clear.

              Moreover now remote is not working, The guy named Mool Chandra Sharma said that this remote will not work coz pcb has been changed.. They will receive new remote from intex by Tuesday and after that they can send us the same... Still some more days to complete this process (service or torture) ...

              If they knew the customer would require new remote for this home theater then why they didn't get it earlier from Intex..

                My phone model is intex aqua view and android version is lolipop 5.1
                And cant find software update any where and very bad on vodafone networks and bad internet connectivity and speed than other mobile phones...
                I am having too much problems with this kinda phone which has very low service center and without any matching tempered glass or back cover and major problem is its software update... Because generally in every other company's smartphones the software update is available within 1 month but in intex it is barely found in years and in my phone which is aqua view... I haven't found a single sign of software update... And having much and much problems... So please fix this before i change my phone and please... Launch a software update as soon as possible within few days... Otherwise i have to forget intex for lifetime..

                  Dear intex fellows,
                  Last 26/09/2017 i puchase a new intex smartphone (Intex aqua cloud q11 4g) from amazon. As per you product description it shows me sim slot 2 supports : 2g/3g/4g. But as on now i'am unable to enjoy 3g/4g in sim2 slot. It works only 2g. I checked with airtel, idea, reliance, jio sims. Non of this not working as 4g. What is your explanation on this. You published as a 4g + 4g mobilee. But it is only 4g + 2g mobile only. What is your explanation

                    So, cousmer care telephonic (At time18:45). 26/9/2017 say only 7 aval. On replc. Insturment, then your compla. Do not updated mention in service & warrent sentance.

                    So, our copmpline pl replaced our mobil
                    Instrument fault ;1) chargr do not propely charged mobil 2) mobil sometimes operate mobil hange and thenafter remov batter and fitted than after start mobil. 3) mobil temp mobile operate time rised 17'c 4) mobile running time difficult noise in insturument.
                    So, some majire effect me before replaced with me my mobil,

                        Hello. I have intex aqua speed mobile with lollipop version. I didn't received any software updates from the server. When i checked for software updates it shows the message "your system is up to date". And my mobile has not registered for the ota updates.

                        Soo please help me. And provide the software updates to my phone. I want to kept my mobile up to date

                          I have bought the intex aqua s3 mobile before 2 months. But from first day i face some issues like sound getting muted. Sometimes ringtone and media not play and popup does please try after some time. Then i have to restart then only it working. I buy this for my mother but this phone give me to much problem. I trusted intex but i don't know why this happen and i lose trust of intex. Hope intex look into this matter and solve my problem. If intex not help i can't do anything but i decide never to buy intex again and inform my all group not to buy intex. Help requested.

                            Sir i have given my mobile phone for repairing at intex service centre named guru kirpa enterprises c110-111metro plaza delhi road meerut on 11/08/2017 in warrenty period but till now i have not received my mobile. They say that come after few days as the part of mobile is not received by them.                                 My mobile model : intex aqua star 4g problem: mic. Given my mobile at service centre name:sunrise electronics, trichy - 620017 (Tamilnadu[protected], job sheet no:[protected]t001, on 18/08/2017. With continuous follow-up with the service center they replied me that, mic alongwith that board has to come from the company. I have complained the same through your call centre also. They also infd me that, spare has to come from the company and they told me to wait until 30th of sep'17. After hearing through my friends that intex is a good product, i purchased this mobile. But, now i am very much worried after spending rs.7, 000 for this mobile because after 40 days i have not recd my mobile.
                                Request you to send the spares or change the mobile to new one which will make my faith towards intex to greater extent...

                                  I'm using intex aqua 4g you guys have written on phone box that it has 4gb internal memory bc ghnta chutiya bana rlha h pahle to us 4gb nai use kya karu mai sari internal to tum logo nai bhar rkhi h ek apna app bhi nhi install ho pa rha jo ram de rkhi h baki uska achar dalu bc sara tym notification bar pe "internal storage running out" aur dusra "your's phone storage is running out of space" ab bc esa mai kta karu mai internal sari. System memory se bhari h kuch delete bhi nhi ho sakta 1kb bhi free nhi h lodu company
                                  "guys please don't purchase intex company smartphones" they will make you fool even when they promise.

                                      I always use to think that indian company are very good. I trusted intex instead of other popular companies.
                                      But your service unsatisfies me because now i can't go in front of my friends because of having kitkat running phone (Intex aqua life 2) in the world of nougat version working devices. I feel extremely embarrassed as i run outdated android version. I cannot go to consumer court because i love this company. So for your costumers heart please provide me latest android update in aqua life 2
                                      Otherwise i will don't recommend any one even me next time to buy intex smartphone.

                                        I bought an intex cloud s9. I broke it accidently and i gave it to repair in service center but after few days they said the company doesn't have spare lcd screen and touch digitizer of cloud s9. I bought it in february 2017 and i broke it in august. If company doesn't have spare parts then why it is selling the product. Now i'm feeling like cheated because even if i'm willing to pay for the repair company isn't providing spare parts.
