This is complaint against the intex service technician mr. Arun who fitted the led on wrong height then his behaviour was very bad... Which was not accepted from him as i was thinking that i belongs to reputed firm then again i complained for the issue and when he came second time he said it is faltu complaint i will not do this... He ask for the money... Then i complaint again on customer care and talk to the mr sanjay he...

Main md faheem secunderbadi ka niwasi hu contact no [protected]. Sir mere pas 29/9/2016 ko phone aya k apka lucky draw nikla led, laptop, jwellery, ya phone koi ek gift milega badle me apko 4000 ka shopping karni hogi hemne 10/10/2016 ko online se pay kiya 3700 se wise mart se intex phone order kiya 3700 ka ab wo log nahi mera payment or na hi mere order ka product or gift kuch b delivery nahi kar rahe hai. There is no complaint in my mobile. But, touch screen is broken. So i have given to intex service center in salem. They have committed that, they will return the phone within 10 days. But after 10 days, if i contact, there is no proper response.
After few days they committed next 15 days, if i contact, they told wait for some more weeks.
I contact to toll free number 4 time above they have committed that, they will return...

Respected sir/madam, i lost my mobile intex aqua power hd whose imei no is (M_[protected]) and (S_[protected]).in which there is sim aircel ([protected]). Please help me to find mobile of above imei no. Mobile have 2gb ram and battery of 3900 mah. Sim is off now. It has android lollipop 5.1 system. Please help me to get the detail of new sim inserted in my cell phone. And to find location of my missing phone....

As confimred by you earlier you should replace my handset into Intex Q11 4G but your team gives me old mobile as on today & i have also objection on this & Mr. Nawal & Danesh says you will go to Consumer court we can't give the solution to you.

I am very sad to lodge a complain against one of your service center named sagun infotech situated at 167/1, old calcutta road, barrackpore, kol-700123. The display of my intex mobile phone (Model no - aqua lions 3g) has been broken. I reached to barrackpore service center. They informed me that it will be charged rs.1580/- as the phone was out of warranty. They took rs.800/- as an advance.
Now it is two months over...

I have brought this intex mobile on 9/5/2017. After one month of buying i faced certain problem like ;-
1. Display not working
2. Mic problem
Then i given the mobile to service center and my issue resolved but the problem was my mobile display was black but they inserted white display. I complain in service center but they said company do not have black display. At that time my mobile looks odd....

I purchased intex aqua s3 from Dhrmendr Electronic 12 corporation market Jabalpur vide Bill no 7204Dt.20.06.17 from 22.11.2017 it Battery draining fast.I approach the only service center Diwakar Agency Jyanti Complex Jabalpur on 27.11.17 the person at center not properly respond and says that servicing of Device is not possible....
