I submitted in warranty phone 1 week back, till now no response from them.
Noone pickups the phone to track status of my phone.
When i personally visited them then they started looking into phone. How irresposible is this.

I hope someone from intex is looking into this. I wonder how intex is going to...

But my mobile not a single time even fall down and not even water deep.
Why we doesn't get good service from center. Customer not get proper information then how the customer will believe in brand....

I have purchased intex turbo s5 on 2march2017 and faced battery draining problem, service centre replaced my phone then after 2.5 months again its keypad suddenly crashed i visited service centre and just after 1 day its screen started flickering now after 12 days i got my phone back again there is battery draining problem. 10 days past i gave one intex aqua to service which display, sim was not work they and after to day they said working battery is not damaged an its not working they told battery has only 6month validity of replacing then they said we will correct your display and sim after cheking the mobile an now they are saying physical damage and we cant service your mobile why are they spoiling my phone and physical damage...
