I have purchased the intex aqua power hd handset during 2015. The battery of the set was damaged. Accordingly i have given the handset for replacement of the old one with a new battery on 26/06/2017 to the intex service centre m/s - rashmi electronics and computers, room no.19, bam complex, gandhi nagar, main road, berhampur-760001 vide job sheet no.[protected] dt.26/06/2017, but till date the problem has not been resolved. On inquiry, it is told that the new battery is not available. Please resolve my problem at the earliest possible.
Intex Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

tabrez.tamkeen's response Purchased TV on 13/02/2017 from A.S.Interprises Shaheen Bagh Ability Fazal Enclave Delhi -110025. It is definitely worked very good only for about six months. Now it is dead. Please help

Updated by pkp.5863 I am sorry to note that, even after complaining to the Intex consumer complaints since 1st. September, neither any information nor the battery was replaced. (Job Sheet No. [protected]). I once again request for early settlement of my complaint.
