Intex aqua y2 complaint of power button complaint.

And i have given to resolve this complaint in authorised service centre of intex in kottarakara dated 17/06/2017.
But they kept my handset for 2 months and they replied that the parts are no available and returned the hand set without servicing.
So due to this issues i was not able to access my handset till this date 28/08/2017...

I am bhuban mohan pattanayak, my handset (Aqua power hd) battery is damaged. For that i have paid rs.500/- on 24/07/2017 (Receipt no-2214) at your authorized service center named as cell care, chorda, jajpur road, jajpur (Odisha) and assured to get the new battery within 7 days from the order.
