Dear Intex Mobile company,
I have submitted my intex aqua mobile on 5th june, 2017 in your service center(Astavinayak service center) in kalyan due to apps automatic deleted and restart problem. The person told me he will give it after 2 days but now it is almost 1 month and till date i have not received my hand set.
Because of this i am facing so much problem, every week he is telling that you will received a new hand set next week. But now its almost month gone and its high time now. This is the way you commit your customer. I hope you will take a proper action and revert me on this on my email ;-vikas.[protected]@gmail.com.

Hi me Roy..bought a intex aqua amaze+ 2 months early after 10 days got network problem it took 17 days to get it repaired later after 3 days display blinking problem & heating problem & I am still waiting to get repaired so its been 1 month..point is why intex making all defective products & guys please don't buy intex products coz I know how it feels when get cheated.. Take my advice intex go get some rest..don't spoil India's name by giving defective products. We pay not to enjoy yourself. Poor intex products.

I brought intex mobile cloud m6 16gb on 22.10.2015. Unfortunately we buy intex fautly and dangerous mobile. With in three months battry dangerously expand, battery efflorescence and faild. Luckily no one injured. We complain to the intex company but first they refuse to change, thereafter when we say we go to consumer courts they replace it.

Again after few months the battery dangerously expand, battery efflorescence and faild. Comany not wish to change. This time also we wish to go to consumer court but the intex company requst us to give the phone to the service center... On one condition we submit to service center that we need replacemnet of the faulty & dangerrous mobile phone. They assure us. But they not gives us new battery nor replace mobile phone. We feel cheated.
With in year how can battery goes down. Its 100 percent faulty manufacturing of intex mobile.

We requested them for legal adrres but they didn't give till the date.

Pls take action or give us their legal adrres.

Appeal to public... Donate your money but don't buy intex mobile phone.
It may explode as a bomb.

My phone is not working, i am already submitted the mobile in your authorised service centre in "tele tech muvattupuaha job sheet no[protected]. My mobile phone is under warranty period, (Purchase date 23/09/2016) after 3 days service centre was informed me that, they not provide the warranty.
I am handling my phone neat and carefully, it has no any physical damages. Kindly take necessary steps to solve the problem, otherwise i will take legal procedure.

Hi. I had very bad experience with intex within 6-7 months i had bought and new intex cloud fame 4g mobile 6-7 months ago. And had serviced many time
It gets hang many times and gets shutdown 10-15 times a day. And should wait max 10mins to make a call

The main reason is sometimes if i call to boy then the i hear girls voice.
So m having a major issue with this mobile and we won't get any accessories of any mobile of intex

So its better you won't manufacture this type of mobiles and fool people 😈😈

Your product is waste. My phone's (Intex aqua turbo 4g) not working properly. The touch screen was not working. Icd display was broken. The battery was damaged and not working. On my warrenty period i repaired 3 times my phone. My warrenty is finished. This is my complaint also. Please resolve my aqua turbo 4g phone also and faster. The control was not working

I have some problems in my intex acqua music which is in warranty.
I have deposited the same with service center for the repairing on 6th of june they asked me that it will take 7 days.

I am doing follow up regularly and no satisfactory answer is being provided to me.

Having frequently problems of display on/off showing intex on display & it is repaired by kadi intex care but not given permanent solution &4 to 5 times same problems happen so i request u to replace my mobile & send as soon as possible. Hello i am deepak goyal. I bought a intex cloud string v2.0 on 21st october 2016. After sometime it's screen got out of order, sometimes it does not respond to touch and sometimes it even start doing operations itself. I had also gone to intex service center in sangrur (Nitin communication opp. Bus stand, sangrur
Contact no:[protected]) but they took my mobile and when i asked after a week they did not even send it for repair and their behaviour was also not good and he also misbehaved with my father. So please get my phone repaired as soon as possible in it's warranty time because i am having a lot of problem due to it.
I hope you will report me soon.

To whosoever it may concern, as it is intex is a # company i now believe that more than the company the people working for it are #. Today i called your customer care to get my maid's new phone activated and i was connected to rahul kumar a mannerless customer care executive of yours. He asked me the name of the person to whom the phone belongs to which i said it belongs to my maid. If the person reading this has a maid or a domestic help or anyone elder who doesn't understand technology and can't use a phone knows how it is to help them out everytime. So this guy mr. Rahul kumar asked me if i was the person to whom the phone belonged to which i said no and to which he replied 'jiska phone hai usse baat karao, aap mat kijiye baat' i know it sounds nothing but the tone he used clearly shows how considerate intex is of the customers. Rahul kumar should not be sitting in a customer care office just like intex should not be a company. Personally i believe that rahul kumar has developed that tone because he has been talking to illiterate people sitting in his office because hey who the # buys intex? Rahul kumar should know where he belongs and who he's talking to. People like rahul kumar are the main #ing reason intex is #ed and if intex continues to hire people like him, well, you guys are doomed!!

Sir, my phone "intex aqua star 4g" get damaged.
This is due to excessive heal evolved by phone, which causes water vapour.
Due to which phone damaged on 05/06/2017.
When i went to service centre, they ask for 1800 inr. But the fault is not from ourside.
So, i want a complete repair under warranty (Without any cost)

I have intex aqua power hd 4g mobile. Its charging is not proper & hot spot is not working. I submit my mobile intex center wonder mall alwar for repair. Service center engineer told me pcb this phone is not working and phone is dead. For repair pcb chang is nessary. After 6 days they return my phone by told me pcb changed & phone is working. I checked my phone there is problem in hot spot working again. I checked phone screw company seal not broken & phone cover not too be opened. How it is possible for changing pcb phone cover not opened. Service center engineer told me false for changing pcb. My requast no is[protected]t001. Please change my pcb & take action. Tnanks

Sir, whole month I have been suffered with my unserviceable mobile. First 15 days for want of bulging battery and next with over heating and low volume for incoming calls. Please refer jobsheet no.[protected] DT 19 may 17. I submitted my phone with your service center at Dr.AS Rao nagar opp.Tanisqe after two days of replacement of new battery. I am facing lot of trouble for no output by your reps showing only excuses of testing and keeping under observation. Please look into the issue and help me to get my repaired phone at the earliest. I have given my intex cloud tread mobile handset for services and also it battery.
I placed my service on 16th may 2017.
Today 14 days gone my handset not delivered to me.
I go many times but they donot give my clear information and neither call my to tell where set is.
