There is no spare of intex product even in delhi market. Even service centre do not have and also failed to provide in there maxi. Time period.and response / behaviour of there staff below standard.

I purchased intex aqua s7 rose gold dual sim (Serial no - [protected]) on 2nd december 2016. After 5 months of buying my phone, it started showing problems like fast battery drain, overheating, wifi, hotspot, bluetooth and other connectivity issues and also problems with fingerprint detector.

So i gave it to an authorized intex service center (Intex technologies ltd, c/o new telephone point, 124/m/10, govind nagar, central bank building, kanpur - 208006) on 10th may 2017. Jobsheet number:[protected]t001

After continuous calls for update and their procrastinated deadlines, finally after a month they said that its done and i can take my phone back, but when i reached their, staff tells me that it could not be repaired so they will replace it as it is in warranty and they will inform me a week later but that later never came.

After that day neither they called nor they receive my calls. Either their number is switched off or runs busy or if by mistake someone picks it up, all i hear is another week of waiting to hear back from them.

It has been one and a half month and such irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of their staff is absolutely unacceptable and such kind o[censored]seless service is no service at all.

So all i want is to get my problem resolved, i request you to please replace my phone with a new one as soon as possible.

I, have purchased one intex aqua super mobile from vijay sales, chinchwad dealer, pune, with a guarantee of one year. Within warrantee period, initially, the mobile had problem of non - working of speakers, at service station it was rectified. Again after few months there was problem of video clips shoot was displayed without any sound. Hence again it was sent for repair.
Again within one year guarantee, we lost display, in spite of within warrantee period, i was requested to pay rs.1800/- for repair. On paying charges of rs. 1800/- we could remake the thing. We paid the same, but now new problem of swollen battery occurred.
According to intex service center/ mechanic, "this mobile piece had already basic manufacturing defects, due to which we had to visit it several times, within guarantee period. You better call customer care and get it replaced by company". We visited our dealer, vijay sales, he promised to talk with area manager. On several calls we were asked to get invoice number of repairs. On enquiry as it was digitalized system, we could get only numbers. Even lodging complaint to dealer, we did not get any remedy nor intex cared to call customer. Even on several calls and requests, till today no response from intex company nor from dealer. Nobody has solution, hence this complaint.
You are requested to take immediate remedy to avoid further litigation before getting situation worst.

This is the height o[censored]nprofessionalism what i experienced from intex mobile phone.
I gifted intex aqua super phone to my wife & after 6 months my life is hell.

1. No battery is available in delhi’s hot market.
2. Online also no battery is available.

I visited to the service centre of intex at badarpur, new delhi, there also maximum customer were complaining about their product & services.

The amazing kind of staff intex is carrying really world apart.
They don’t waste time in insulting you, highly unprofessional, gundey-mawali kind of staff they are having. You check out them over the phone or visit their store they are ready as a warrior to keep you mum.

Be aware of intex product & never-ever gift it to anyone.
I gifted to my wife & my life is hell.

One important thing if you want to take revenge from someone then do gift him intex.

A mobile handset (Model no. Cloud string v2.0) submitted to prompt service, exclusive intex care partner of 34/a, kalidas bhattacharya lane, flatno. : g. O.-1, hooghly-712201 on 10th june 2017 for repairing (Bill. No.1325 dated 10/06/17). Inspite of several reminder in more than one month the said company neither respond nor the handset is returned back to me.

Sir/madam, i am shiva kumar from warangal telangana. I purchase aqua strong 4g mobile in lot mobile shop date of purchese is 08/10/2016. It has a heating and hanging, software, signal problem i gave this mobile 2times for repair purpose in intex serviceing center but the problem is not clearingi gave my mobile in march month after that the problem is again repeated so my self again i gaven intex service center they are not repairing about heating problem. So please take an action about my complaint.

I was bye a new intex aqua s7 mobile.. And. It doesn't support otz.. .But It Is Usb Otz Support.. Why????

Worst product ever bought till date. Didn't expected this from Intex. Moreover, worst service ever seen. Bought mobile couple of months back but the mobile has been in service center for past 2 months. The mobile is definitely in warranty but that doesn't mean the mobile is in service center for 1 year and just throw in Dust bin after 1 year. No words to explain the kind of agony and hatred I am in for Intex Mobile. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have replaced the fitrist pulzz for 4 time and I get defective product every time. The first time I submit the fitrist pulzz on 06/06/17 for the charging cable problem then they take the whole product and give me the old product after a week which I denied to take because it's too old in comparison of my new product so they replace me with another defective band after 10 day that work only 1 hours after fully charged so I return to the service centre on 21/06/17 latest job number is provided above so after that I received the product on 08/07/17 which Is another defective product same problem occurs hence my product has been replaced serval times.The worst service of Intex. I have submitted my new fitrist pulzz for the problem of charging cable after that company has given me refurbished and defective product.please give me the solution for this concern. I want new product with new warranty because my product Has been in company for more than 1 month.

First compliant was that the hand set is frequently getting switch off, them speaker problem, after that some issues with software, that time service mem told me that the mother board want to be changed, after two days he returned the mobile telling that all issues have been solved, unfortunately after two days the same issue is happening in the mobile.

I bought Intex Cloud tread from Amazon on March 2017. Within few weeks the mobile started giving problem with the battery.The battery charged and it gets low in 30 min also it takes 4 hours to charge mobile phone. I have submited the phone to service center on 17 June 2017 after using the phone with all its problems for over a month. I was told that I will get back the phone within 10 days that is 27th June 2017. When I get to the service center I was told that it is a major problem so please come after 5 days but now it is almost 21 days over but I still not got my phone .They are cheating me. Intex is selling rebranded chinese products and when there is a problem with the device they are not able to repair it. I want my hard earned money back( Rs 3599).Kindly revert me .

Maine apke service centre me 13 may 2017 ko mobile repair ke liye diya tha, abhi lagbhag 2 month ho chuke hai costomer care wale mobile ka koi bhi updated status nahi de rahe hai, jab bhi mai costomer care me phone karta hu wo batate hai apke pas senior ka phone apke pas ayega aur wo batayenge ki mobile kab tak milega, jab senior ka phone ata hai wo bhi kahta hai ki kuch din wait karlo lekin koi ye nahi bata raha hai ki mobile kab tak milega koi fix date nahi bata raha. Ab mujhe ye lagne laga ki mera mobile kahi gum ho chuka hai aur mujhe nahi milega.
Online complaint bhi kai bar kar chuka hu lekin koi benefit nahi ho raha hai.

Sir mene apna phone intex aqua e4 jisme network problem ho rahi thi to mene badarpur mein kgn mobile galaxy jo ki intex service center hai to sir mene phone submit kare huy 45 days ho but sir koi response or nahi abhi tak phone dya jab jate hai to 3, 4 days wait karo please mera phone jald se jald repair karwaye please sir my number sir [protected], [protected]

I have 2 complaints to intex company
1. My intex aqua star 2 smart phone network is not working. I have changed the battery recently, i have restored my smartphone. Still the problem is not solved. Please give a solution or i will give negative comment to consumer complaint board.
2. Your tollfree number is not toll free, it has deducted my all main balance. So that please dont give toll free number if you will charge for call.

In month of May 2017, i have deposited the phone to repair. Till date not resolved and giving lane excuses. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Job sheet no:[protected]T001.
We called many times and got answer that we are searching for part that is damaged. It's new phone in warranty how can company don't have part for recent phones ?? The reply from representative are common :- as we r in contact with complain Dept and concerned person will call back.
I don't see any concerns about customers, it seems once product sold out it's all done. No after sale service, totally unacceptable behaviour.

I have given my mobile for repair on may month and till now that is not repaired. When i contacted them they are giving some lame excuses.

I have given complaint by calling customer care also via complaint no: 70609voc0007957, they also not able to provide any solution they are keep telling next week. I am keep calling them they are giving the same reply.

The charger supplied with the phone looks like a duplicate one with the intex sticker pasted over it. It is of a very cheap quality. I submited the phone to service center on 29th May 2017 after using the phone with all its problems for over a month. I was told that I will get back the phone within 15 days that is 13th June 2017. When I called the service center I was told that I should call the customer care. I called customer care on 27th June. I was told that they have registered complait and they will call me back in 2 days time.No call recieved till date. I called back today. they told they will call me back in 2 days time. They are cheating me. Intex is selling rebranded chinese products and when there is a problem with the device they are not able to repair it. I want my hard earned money back( Rs 3599).

I submit my phone on 12th june in a service centre for repairing that time ur customer care officer said to me it will be provided to me on urgent basic on my request.now you are saying sorry...now normal time of 15 days expired. shame on ur company i am not abusing actually you are not cooperating with me..i am getting ur roude reply from customer care.i am facing so much inconvenience.next time i will not purchase even a single item of intex
