I am facing problem with intex irist watch, and visited customer care unit, thogh i have all the relevent documents and original bill copy, the service team shockingly asked for the box, and said without that they will not provide service...
To get a service from authorized service center, why cant the customer get service even if he has the original copy of bill??? This is pathetic...

Further i contacted[protected] and spoke with customer care agent khushboo singh, she was also absolutely unaware of the complete process, she didnt even provided me the complain id for the complain i booked with her, and like a recorded cassette, kept saying, we have forwarded your complain to concerned team etc etc...

If a company representative has booked any complain how is it possible that they dont have complain id for the same???

Very pathetic and disgusting staff and service by intex

Complaint against above care unit at vadodara -

Since I am facing problem with Intex Irist watch, and visited ABOVE Intex authorized customer care unit at Vadodara, though i have all the relevant documents and original bill copy, the service team shockingly asked for the box, and said without that they will not provide service...

And they did not provide the service for my product and did not accept the product though i had original bill copy and product was in warranty period, giving a foolish reason that i don't have the company box...

to get a service from authorized service center, why cant the customer get service even if he has the original copy of bill???????? this is pathetic...


Further i contacted[protected] and spoke with customer care agent Khushboo singh, she was also absolutely unaware of the complete process, she didnt even provided me the complain id for the complain i booked with her, and like a recorded cassette or a mechanical robot, kept on chanting, we have forwarded your complain to concerned team etc etc...

if a company representative has booked any complain how is it possible that they dont have complain id for the same?????

Further i asked her to transfer the call to her seniors so that i can sort out the matter, but she didnt do that as well and hung up the call.

    मैने इंटेक्स एक्वा पॉवर प्लस मोबाइल लिया हूँ ।
    लेकिन यह 1 मार्च से खराब हो रहा है और जब मोबाइल रिपेयर के लिये दिया तो मार्च 29 को रिपेयर कर के मिला और मोबाइल फिर अप्रैल में खराब हो गया । इस बार भी मेरा मोबाईल 27 जुलाई को दिया हु जो आज तक 22 अगस्त नहीं मिला हैं।
    शिकायत दर्ज करने पर भी कोई करवाई नहीं होती हैं।

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased intex mobile two months earlier model boss imei no -[protected] and now in aug-2016 mobile does not give network signals and service center intex & i ball, sector-3, rohini delhi-85 ([protected]) give invoice s i m trey damage cost rs. 361/- for its repair, whereas it is in warranty period.
      My question is that in two months by insertion and taking out s i m from trey gone damaged, it is not due to its poor quality product.

      My request is that issue instruction to the service center for repairing it free of cost, if you will not do so in ten days, i will be compelled to refer the case to consumer forum delhi

      My suggestion is stop selling such poor quality product in market this will bring bad name to the company.

        my volte is not supporting in my new mobile. the store honor and service center persons are all time giving me a next date for repairing of the same, but why I should repaire my new mobile. its already a volte,

        Till date any one intex person is not replied me for solve my query no SR[protected]. Many more mobile companies are exchange the mobile found any dammage within 10 days. I said to intex employee I want a replacement or money back of my purchased mobile. Since last 01 month I am requisting them to do the same but they are not responding. there is no any corrective action taken by Intex person.

          I purchased the intex eco beats mobile on 22/05/2016 for rs.944.00. From purchased onwards the above mobile is not working. I gave mobile to authorised service center, they did not rectified the repaire of mobile and also not replace the mobile, the mobile have one year warranty, i gave many emails to intex customer care also, but they did not take any action to rectify my mobile problem or replace the mobile. Still now the mobile is in repaire condition only,

            I submitted my mobile for update process on intex service centre but during update software my mobile is dead by service centre and they gave me maximum 7 days but my mobile is not repair within 13 days i submitted my at 8/8/2016.

              My phone display was broken so need to change the touch and display . I was gave to inter service center in madurai . I was paid for display rs. 2000 but it was not working correctly again i gave for repair still have that same problem but service center people was spoke too much and undecently. Very worst service center in madurai

                I purchased intex mobile in june'16. Since first day i have been facing numerous issue in my mobile phone. Three times, they already repaired my mobile but did not resolve my issue. Fourth time again i visited service station with new issue on 5aug. Whenever i go to service station and asked about my mobile, they behave rudely with me, told me to come next week.
                I request to please help me and resolve my issue on priority basis.

                  I purchased a mobile Intex Aqua Trend Dt.11/9/2015 but at the time of purchase create a few technical issues . this month on Dated 04/08/2016 I saw my mobile is not working properly. so I deposited the mobile your service centre M/S Shri Krishna Enterprises, Shop NO- 1&2, IInd Floor, Kailash Plaza, Opp.Shah Market, Agra -282002 (U.P.)and your service centre provide a Jobsheet No[protected]T001 created on 04/08/2016 issued by your authorised representative. and promised me to repair the mobile within Seven days after 7 days I visited your service centre three times But the centre representative did not gave a good response. and your service centre provide a helpline no[protected] &[protected] not working response. But that above said number is not working properly as switch off and out of reach area .three times contact your customer care no. and assured me that your mobile handover to you on last 19/08/2016, but not handover today, i requested to you please not hand over to me because i purchased a new samsung mobile better from Intex 3rd class service providers And not recommend anyone to purchase intex mobile, go to consumer forum ...

                      Mobile name is intex aqua power plus. Since i bought it had charging problem had repaired 4-5 times in a service center but still the problem exists.
                      When i went to get repaired recently then the service center said that job card is not closed so they will not accept for repair. Its not my responsibility to get the job card closed. I want refund for the mobile or exchange as soon as possible..
                      I cant bear the expense every now and then to get it repaired. I purchased this mobile online.

I received the product on[protected] by cash on delivery payment. The item which i received was not the same as mentioned in your add. You have delivered a defective piece with many problems such as automatic addition and deletion of apps, automatic out going calls, phone was continuously running all its functions without stopping. So on[protected] i called service no.[protected] and complained about the problem. I was asked to contact service centre at cell tech contact no.[protected] and i contacted on[protected] they did some service but the problem was still there. Since[protected] the mobile was in service centre and nothing working properly, apps running and deleting automatically, call running automatically, speakers also not working properly and battery getting heated. Many times i visited service centre and problems in the mobile was not able to be solved. I got much physical and mental stress. Since the day of purchase i did not use the mobile for single day. I am not satisfied with your product at all. My kind request is to refund my money and take back the mobile as early as possible. Please do the favour.

                          I am much worried about the behaviour of the company. My mobile is in the service centre at chennai. They changed the glass screen, network problem is still there, speaker problem is also not set right. Camera is totally diminished instead of all these complaints they are forcing me to come and collect the mobile with the problems still remaining there. I am not at all satisfied with the performance. The mobile set was completely malfunctioning. I bought the new mobile but it has lot of complaints. How can I satisfactorily use the new mobile with such complaints though I paid full amount for the new mobile. Please make arrangements to repay my money as soon as possible.                                 I had given below details intex mobile to authorized service center (Pratham services, sitabuldi, nagpur) for battery charging problem, at the time of repairing we forgot to carry mobile bill, however handset is in warranty status.
                                Thereafter service center had prepared job sheet in out of warranty status and been charged as per out of warranty status.
                                S. C representative could be guide us that your handset is in warranty status, but they had not checked on their system and informed us and charged.
                                After having original invoice with us, we have been charged of rs. 1750/-.
                                So request to you to please treat the handset in warranty status and charged accordingly.

                                Attached is the service center bill copy and invoice copy.

                                I am retailer of Intex Mobile, and we have sold to customer Aqua R2 but but out of warranty, and how to increase services of one year warranty cause customer Mobile Battery Draining to much.
                                We problem regarding this set service center also not given solution.
                                Please solve this problem out of warranty without sale Mobile Intex aqua R2.

                                      I am very disappointed with intex services. On buying i was considering it would be really good for me using intex mobile for minimum 1 year, but in just 7 months i started getting touch problem. As it was in warranty, i submitted it to ghaziabad service center where she told me that it would take max 10 days, so i submitted my mobile. But even after 11 days i got no update, and it's really irritating. I called service center and she is again telling with surety (As she had told last time) that it would take more 1 week. And i am not sure if my mobile would be repaired this week. I don't know what to do, as next week i have some very important work and i would need my mobile at any rate till 20th august, 2016.

                                      I am requesting to please make my work done in next 2-3 days, or else i would have no option except never using intex products. Details of my mobile are:

                                        My phone's warranty remains now too...actually it had a lot of complaints before meanwhile I went to services center and they replaced my mobile. So Imei number changed..but now some problems are with this new one...it always asks to select your simcard for data..and always disconnects the network... Then again I force to restart... I believe this problem may cleared soon..
