In warranty to intex service centre, badarpur, delhi due to some software problems on

Reached the service centre many times and called them a lot but was in vain. They told me to take another model phone replacing the same but i did not like it and told him to replace the same model handset or of higher price, for that i am ready to pay the rest amount.

More than 1 month passed, no solution yet.

Please do the needful at your earliest

I have purchase intex mobile (model :- intex cloud pace) invoice date[protected]. order id:- od[protected]. after 4 month i have change the sim form mobile and insert another sim that time mobile is asking protect privacy password (mobile is totally locked). same has informed to intex service center (helpline no. mobile :[protected] the executive guided how to hard reset but unable to unlocked mobile. executive told go to service center your mobile issue will resolve but service center executive apply charges in under warranty mobile. that time again i called intex service center (helpline no. mobile :[protected]
But i tried calling service center and spoke to executive (satya) asked to talk with super visor for the same but he dined. kindly do the needful with proper assistance i need to resolve this matter urgently.

My mobile is under warranty. kindly find attached invoice.

I have not seen a hopeless / careless service like intex.
From last 20 days i lost all my patience due to intex service centre.
To hell with all the managing committee who leads this service.
I speak to service centre nagpur and customer care daily
But they have mechanised reply "as per pc programme - status is pending"
Intex is cheating the customer by wasting their time / money and most valuable piece by giving frustrated service

Please please dont purchase intex mobile otherwise u will also loose your mental balance

I have submitted my mobile model gsm aqua star ii hd serial no [protected] for repairing to your franchise m-tech services borivali (W) as on 02.07.2016 till date i have not received any call of repair confirmation. While contacting franchise phone is switch off. Please help in this matter.

I purchase my mobile intex aqua star-2 on 15/07/15. But some day ago its speaker did not worked. Then i go to service center in sonipat (Haryana) nad repair it. But then its network was gone. Then i again visit in service center on 15/07/16. But they said it is not repairable coz of its screen was damage. First u replace its screen which is abt rupee 2000 than it repair. But i m not able to replace my screen. I told them i dont want it. But they said i dont repair it. And u may go now. Then i show my mobile to a local center. They said service center boy stolen its sm parts when u repair its speaker. So i request u please help me.

Dear sir,
I got intex aqua power plus from mobile press, tiruchengode, namakkal dist, tamilnadu on 16.08.2015. After few months there was no chance to recharge the battery. Then i surrendered to a. S. M service center.
Then one week later i got serviced mobile through ur service center (Asm ser. Center, tiruchengode). Again two more times that same problem come it.
Again i surrendered to ur asm ser center. After 25 days ser engineer (Asm) told me to replace ur mobile within a week. I got replaced mobile
Intex aqua super on 28.03.2015
Just a 10 days some humming sound is coming. Thats why i told to asm ser center and returned to there. Within a week again i got the serviced mobile from asm. He told me to flash the mobile.
Nextday onwards that same problem come it. Then to sureender to asm. Now this processes going may be 5 more times and submitted to ser center.
Last middle of june to the middle of july 2016 3 days only i handled the mobile, remaining days thats in ur asm service center. There is no response to solve my problem.
So, i surrendered my mobile to asm cell phone service center[protected] on 13.07.2016.
This is my gift for u/ur mobile service center.

My name is himanshu narwani. I am from jaipur, rajasthan. Sir, my complaint is that i submit my phone intex aqua power mobile to intex service centre. They said that your phone will be recover in maximum 15 days and i call back when the given time period over. When i call to intex service centre on 16 th day they said that your complain is under process and we will call u under 24 hours. But yet they doesn't do any thing. Sir, i am giving information below of my phone that when i give it to service centre:-
28 june 2016- i submit my phone
16 july 2016 - return date but they doesn't return it.
16 july 2016- i submit complain of it.
17 july 2016- yet they doesn't do any thing.

Please sir kindly submit this complain and take action as immediately u can.

To m/s intex : sir: i am recently facing a problem to update my norton mobile security app from google play store (No problem for live update - it is related to norton server). All other apps like gmail, yahoo, whatsapp are getting updated but not norton mob security. I contacted norotn, there is no problem in norton server, they told. I contacted google play cust care & talked to them. They checked & told me that intex aqua 4g+ does not support updated google play. So you are unable to update norton. Please help, what should i do? Finally i have called intex cust. Service no. ([protected]) but there was no response. I have updated my os software also and always keep my mobile well maintained. Please resolve this issue. Thanks. As i have bought an intex mobile a six months ago, and within these many months i got repairing work in mobile for outside speaker,
For that i submitted my mobile to intex service center 2 months ago, for 2 months they have been giving some excuses but not returning my mobile as i have a doubt my mobile has been misplaced by them,
Whenever i go and ask for the mobile they are abusing me as well,
Not even me but there are many citizens who are facing same issue on daily basis in same intex service center,
Requesting you to do some needful followup on same and give me a best resolution for the same.

This is regarding my intex mobile handset black color which i bought on 13-sep-15. Post using it for couple of weeks my phone started behaving awkward and it stopped charging. I contacted customer care in nov month and visited their office too. Where they asked me to deposit phone for repair. Which i did. I received my phone in jan month after 2 months and i found that it wasn't my phone because it was white in color and had lots of scratches on it. As if it was used and old handset.
When i complained them about returning back old phone then they informed me that my phone is damaged hence it cannot be returned so i have to accept this old phone which is available in two colors in white and gold. I was so upset to know this that my phone was damaged or god knows what happened to it. I accepted the old phone from the intex service center and that was my biggest mistake which again stopped charging and battery drained out in every 2 hours.
This time i decided to handover this phone to them and ask for my phone but the same story repeated in feb. They took my phone and returned it to me in march month post repair. I thought that it would work now but problem continues and i was like crying and so upset and felt so harassed by these companies who sell cheap products with no proper after sale services.
Now. July month is running and again i am facing same issue and this time i really don’t want to visit service center and would prefer to file an official complaint against these frauds happening to consumers. I want these guys to be penalized. I want my money back with interest and also a compensation for mental harassment caused due to this defected mobile handset for around 11 months.
Fyi i am student in delhi university and my studies have suffered a lot due to this.
Since i have spent more than 10000 on several visits to services center and my father who accompanied me has lost his daily income which is approx 2000 per day for 8 days. Apart from this my studies suffered which is irreparable and mental harassment which caused me fall ill and incurred medical expenses of rs 2000.
In total i would claim below compensation for mental harassment and other losses caused to me and my family
1. Visits to service center – 10000
2. Price of phone with interest – 9000 at the rate 8 percent for 11 months - 16920
3. Loss of fathers income – 16000
4. Mental harassment and loss of studies and medical expenses due illness – 50000
Total 92920

Or kuch acha staff waha per uplabdh karaye jinki baatcheet bhi achi ho or unhey kuch knowledge bhi ho..

Hai sir, i already buy intex battery on[protected] for my samsung gt-s5300 but battery was not working, my problem was saying to intex distributer (shop owner) he said go to intex customer service center ok then i go intex customer service center also one of the employee said plz go to that distributer because we will not take battery directly.
Once again go to that distributer he said there no stock plz come later 7days ok i will leave. after 7days once approach that shopkeeper he said repeat no stock come later 7days... this matter said 4times still repeating... please take action on that distributer and slove my problem otherwise i'll proceed legally...

I had a problem in my smartphone with model no. Aqua star 2 HD regarding the response of the touch screen so, I submitted my phone there and those people said that I can take my phone after seven days but it is 21st day now and my phone is still not repaired rather it is used by someone as it is full with images etc. and now it appears to be damaged . They also don't have any contact no. one could contact and ask about his phone...please a strict action should be taken against them as they don't know how to deal with the customers...

I purchase invoice no. f0418del16-15451 of rs 7100/- mobile (intex aqua power plus imei no. [protected]) through flipcart on 15 oct 2015 and with one year warranty. the same mobile is not working now. the mob give customer service centre at sh. radhe communication davi bhawan road hisar ([protected]) but he charge rs 900/- bill no. 067 and change the battery (battery no. 416190). the mobile worked for two or three day and now is again swiched off. it is not working from previous month
May i request you to kindly replace or change the mobile.
Please give me direction.

We have purchased intex 32inch led tv. After a one day of purchase of tv, intex engineer visit our home for installation and advise us that the tv has a problem of sensor and the remote is not working on it. Also we observed that the voice of the tv was not clear enough and it was bursting.
We have told dilip an executive from digi 1 snehaanjali again and again but they are not replying to any of our queries.
I have packed and given the tv to them again to their shop and requested them to provide me new tv. But they seems not bother on it. Please help

I bought a intex aqua life 3 mobile phoe before 9 month but small software problem it occure k its mobile nature but 3 weeeks before my phone speaker problem take place i go to servie centre he told to change new speaker but its very worsth never seen the product not change and one week after same problem will be occure now also saw your speaker problem he wont to change new speaker but till they did not take any resbonsible irrresponsible idot your choon servies centre is very worths and i feel why i buy your company product

I purchased intex mobile model number “aqua super”- from keshri collection, motihari, bihar pin-845401 on 03/05/16. after one week of purchase, there was much heating problem observed while charging and talking.

I went to service centre, raj enterpises, motihari, bihar, pin-845401 on 11/05/16. jobsheet number[protected]t001, lot number[protected]. after many followup, i got to know that mobile parts is not available and it is on hold for repairing. it has been a month but did not get response nor get reply.

I called multiple time, to customer care and sent many mails to [protected]@intex.in (sr[protected]). my case was registered on 01july 2016 to exclation team, i recevied call from them that case will resolve within 7 working days. but no reply, if i call to cumtoer care everyday they are saying to wait two more days.
