Sir/ madam,
I mr gulmhahamad shaikh purchased a intex mobile phone of model: intex power hd dated: 25/12/15 bill no: 2892 from your distributor/dealer “space vision”, solapur. after 2-3 months mobile was switched off totally. when i went to intex service center, they told me to submit the bill of mobile phone. i submitted 2 xerox copies of bill mobile phone on 23/02/2016. after eight days i got repaired mobile which worked hardly 25 days thereafter.
Again i went to intex service center, on 29/03/2016 having the same problem of switching off. after the servicing it worked for 10 days only and again switched off automatically.
This was happened for six times within these 6 months. one day the warranty period will end and you company will reject my mobile due to end of warranty period. i'm really fed up with the service of intex.

Now the questions are such that, are you a good company? do you have the scope for doing your business in future by producing bad products and worst services? will you become popular by disappointing many customers? one satisfied customers do not speak more but a disappointed customer tells to hundred people.
I have only a request of exchanging my mobile with same model as early as possible.
Otherwise i should have to take legal action in court of law.
