I have submitted my INTEX Aqua Star 2 HD on 2.07.2016 at its services center of Asansol, West Bengal. Till today I can not get it back. And this is my second term to go for servicing of my phone in just a year. Earphone and Charger have already stopped working. And they committed to give it back within 10 days. What kind of servicing is going on? Does Intex Authority want to go to Consumer Forum to fight with me?

I have purchased your product dated 06/05/2016. From SHAMLI.some problem in my cell phone and I am submit my cell phone in shamli Intex service center 01/07/2016
They gave me a date for my resolution but they r giving me time again and again.but company not provide my phone .i am call the customer care but not provide any solution And i still have not got my mobile solve my problem soon my mobile no is -[protected]

I submitted my phone on 29/06/2016 on shreeji care, vadodara for softwere after than they give my phone 08/08/2016" USED Phone Not My Phone" i contact to service center person he not answer my call...also i contact to national customer care of intex 6 to 7 times they also not proper answer...now what i do.. plz help me sir... in future i never buy intex product...

My name shailendra suresh patil nasik, intex mobile is my fist choice when any one friend purches new handset, but last one year very bad experience from our side i carried three intex handset last year purches intex extreme 11000 rs. But within 3 month handset damage and new handset getting from our side during period for 5 month and within 1 month handset again damage and our services tel us warranty expired charges will apply but till not repair handset and today in nasik our services center closed. Our employee mr. Rehan tamboli give my handset today with give so many reminder

I submit my phone intex aqua air on 29/06/2016 at service center I receive my phone on 09/08/2016 my problem not solve... also service center person not responsive... also intex customer care not responsive...plz help me...

The motherboard of mobile crashed in ten days of purchasing. It was changed in their service center. After changing the motherboard, i am facing daily issues regarding battery drainage problem, sim card problem in phone, phone get automatically switch off, display problem, phone heating problem, charger heating problem. When sim error occur, my calls are disconnected. And if any one call me at that time, they are getting switch off message. I am so much frustrate and i want refund for this phone.

Intex is most worst company and it's rating should be less than zero according to my experience. I submitted my intex aqua power hd on 01/07/2016 in celtronic service bulandshahr (U. P.) vide job sheet no[protected]t001. I was promised to provide my repaired phone within 25 days. I have been communicating regularly with service centre and costumer care since 23th july 2016 but my phone is not provided till now. I was suggested by service centre to receive another old phone instead my own phone as my phone is missing. My problem is still not resolved. Unfortunately i am a costumer of such a poor company.

My life 1st mistake to buy intex aqua i5 hd mobile as price 9600/-. During 1 year warranty, 2 times go for service center for repair. Current time my mobile camera & charger point not working. I had gone intex service center, nehru place, okhla & lajpat nagar, he told me this mobile parts not available.

I am very surprised, company lunch this mobile, given tv ads by big stat, but service center parts not availabe. How can it possible?

I think it'a fraud company, only given your profit, not care for costumer.

If possible, please repair my mobile.

I went to intex service centre lucknow to repair speaker of intex aqua power. While opening mobile cabinet, they made mistake in camera and they refused that they didn't accepted it. Swapnil is the main culprit man who misbehaved and said that we can't do anything and i have to pay extra 350/- for that camera. Swapnil should be replaced with someone who is soft to customer because earlier also i have seen his behaviour when i went to repair intex aqua power plus. Pls help out me.

I am give my intex mobile to intex service centre in latur on date 4/7/2016 for repairing of touchpad. Service centre says sir your mobile is come from company but mobile is not work. The touchpad is not work again so we give your mobile to company again so wait for 10 -20 days again. &today 10/08/2016 service centre says sir company send a email to srevice centre and company says your mobile phones touch pad is not available in our stock.

*Today now my mobile phone changed every thing like Display was broken,
battery missing, Mobile Body broken and some part missing.*

now is multi color and very poor condition.

I bought this mobile in jan 13, 2016 for rs 7500. after 15-20 days. battery charger point was not working. then i registered a complain in service centre. i was my mobile repaired in feb. then again in march, june again it was not working. i again send it for repair. after 4 time repair. now in aug same thing is happening. here my mobile charging slot was not working. which intex service people were unable to repair.
I am attaching a invoice of my mobile phone. i have decided that i will never buy intex phone in my life or i will suggest.

I gave intex aqua glam to service centre because its headset was dead that so 2 months back on 6/6/2016 but after waiting so much now they are giving me another phone intex aqua ace mini which i don't want "AT ALL" they are not replacing it with the same phone that i gave. its really highly disappointed me after waiting so much they are doing this with me
