    Dear sir/madam I had a very bad experince with your intex care or i have been cheated by intex care .On dated 09/09/2016 i have given my handset in intex care at Radhey comm., near Ambey hotel, Devi bhavan road, Hisar due to problem of touch or hang and receiver .And on dated 11/09/2016 i have received a message from (VK-IntexX) THAT YPOUR JOB SHEET NO[protected]T001 has been closed and collect your product.So on dated 13/09/2016 i went for collecting my phone they told me that its software has been updated and set is ok.But i saw that my phones battery which was in very good condition had been replaced with a fully expanded battery and they told me that it happened during charging which seen impossible in a single charging.And 2nd when my set was ok and job sheet has been closed what was the need of charging?????? On dated 13/09/2016 i have also complaint on intex helpline but till now no solution provided me.So now we are forced to go for the dispute in the court

      मेरा नाम जगदीश और मो॰न॰[protected] है मै intex mobile का हंडसेट सर्विस सेंटर मे 01/08/2016 को screen touch की समस्या के ठीक करने के लिए दिया जो अभी तक ठीक नहीं हुआ जिसके के मै दस बार से भी ज्यादा intex mobile कंपनी और सर्विस सेंटर को फोन कौल कर चुका हूँ जिसके लिए नये -नये बहाना करते है और ढंग से बात भी नहीं करते है जिससे की मै intex mobile से बहुत ही परेशान हूँ मेरा मोबाइल वापस करके मेरे पैसे वापस दिया जाय या intex mobile के खिलाफ मूकदमा दर्ज किया जाय क्योकि यह handset पहले से defective होगा इस मुझे जानबूझ कर परेशान किया जा रहा है ( नोट-हैंडसेट मॉडल intex aqua power + IMEI No [protected] & [protected] )

          I had a very very bad experience with intex. I bought a smartphone of intex and just after two months of buying, the charger stopped working and we had to go to the service center and they took days to replace that charger but that was not just the case...after some time something went wrong with the battery and it also stopped working then we went to the service center in raj nagar ghaziabad daksh enterprises but my experience was not just bad it was horrible. I have never seen this kind of bad behavior with a customer. There was a lady named Prachi she was not just rude even she talked as if I owe something to her. Your service centers should not hire these kind of employees who don't even know how to talk to a customer. The battery I checked was priced at 550 but they priced it at 600 and they were not even ready to provide the bill but after pressurising they gave me the bill and charged 90 rupees extra for no reason. And after this experience i am surely not going to buy anything from intex again and I would recommend to everyone not to buy anything from here.

              I have purchased intex mobile on oct-2015. reacently my screen is not working, so i have visited intex service centre in bommanahalli, bangalore, karnataka.
              they are telling that i have given to local service centre. my question is why should i visit local service centre while i have a warrenty.
              but in intex customer care they are telling that mobile is ready. but in service centre they are telling that it is not repaired...

                  Purchased Intex Aqua Ace in March 2016. Submitted the phone in authorized service centre in Vashi. for no display. on 11 August 2016. There was no response from Service center about the handset till 30th of August . phone call to service center is never answered. On 30th August when I visited the center I was shown a white handset as replacement received from their head office and even that handset was showing no display in their QC. so I was told to wait till I get intimation from center. After waiting another week I visited the center yesterday, I was given the same answer, my phone is pending with head office. No apparent reason was given in writing. It's been more than a month and I haven't got my mobile phone back.

                      Sir, i purchased above product on 24/04/2016, bill no. 220 from famous mobile sales & service, ardhapur, dist nanded. I changed handset only for two purpose one of them battery back-up and another internal memory. Internal memory is wel but sorry to say battery back-up quality is so poor. It's not sufficiant for a day also. From a week it is not charged over than 45%. Kindly guide me.

                        Dear sir,

                        I was purchase intex mobile (Model cloud crystal 2.5d) from intex's authorize show room. But within 1.5 month battery of the phone was damaged automatically (Picture are attached herewith).
                        I visited intex service center, sector - 24, gandhinagar - 382024, gujarat but they were not registered my complain. Almost three time i visited and they are non responsive. After that i was call intex help line number. But they also just said we are registering your complain but till date they are not rplying and even dont provided battery for the same. Even i roam ahmedabad, gujarat and gandhinagar, gujarat for battery but i could not found the battery for my phone.
                        Again i called intex help line number and asking to provide the battery for the same but they said you have to register the same at intex service center and then they will provide the battery.
                        It is really too hard for me to roam during office work, even intex is not worried about anything.

                        Even i tell them to provide new battery and i will pay for the same then also they are not providing any thing.

                        Kindly help me out by providing the battery for the same or i will return the phone and give me refund my mobiile phone payment.

                              I gave my phone for repair which is under warranty on 08-Aug-2016, I have not received it yet. I have been to the service center multiple times as well as called the service center. But always told that it will take more time. Recently i was told that my phone has been corrected but when i reached the service center it was not. Phone had the same problem as before.

                                With reference to the Job Sheet no.[protected]T001 I had submitted the hadset to the Vakil Vadi Service Centre 8days back. Sir I had purchased handset from Shree Mangalam mobile, vakil wadi Nashik against Tax Invoice no.4757 dt.14/10/2015. Sir, the handset being in warranty period had several times breakdown.
                                Hence requesting you to kindly replace the entire hand set and either pay me back my amount or completely change the hand set to a Brand new one. Because the hand set previously was repaired which changed from Intex Aqua 4G to Intex Cloud and still the perfomance had been hampered. I don't want the repairing with other old mobile handset accessories to be added to the Handset. The handset is default right from the start so kindly replace the same with an Brand new handset at the earliest. All my services related had been hampered.
                                Find hereby attached the Tax Invioce for your reference.

                                Hence requesting you, kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                Today by even I received the handset from Shree Mangalam Mobile Sunny Zaveri as I received a call from their end as the handset had been repaired and you can take the handset for further use. Sir, the handset was at working condition as shown by front screen the battery badly needed recharging so without any further delay i rushed towards my residence to get the mobile recharged. After reaching home the handset was pun on recharge but unfortunately it all of sudden switched off.

                                I wished to contact Shree Mangalam Mobile for the same but both the mobile numbers stipulated are switched off.

                                Sir, the handset was purchased with Syska Gaget insurance and is in warranty period ; I shall hereby submitting the handset to Service Centre.

                                Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                Kindly replace the handset immediately otherwise I had to knock the door of justice. The handset was handed over to me without repairing.

                                I Sumitra Kulkarni hereby had got repaired my handset from local authorities from Nashik Road. As per my mother's advice when the mobile was not received from Shree Mangalam Mobile Sunny Javeri next day I approached the local repairing at Nashik road and got it repaired.

                                Currently I haven't any problem from my handset.

                                  Floor, mirhawah centre, jodhpur, rajasthan on 17- aug-2016 with

                                  I received my mobile on 19-aug-2016 in morning approx 10.00 am. When i
                                  Check my mobile at my home charging problem get resolved but my mobile
                                  Back speaker sound is not clear (Speaker fat gaya he). Speaker
                                  Problem come to face due to your service center not properly handle my
                                  Mobile. Same day i. E. On 19-aug-2016 i give my mobile to your service
                                  Center to resolve my mobile speaker problem. Your service center do
                                  Not generate new job-sheet instead of this he generate 17-aug-2016
                                  Job-sheet and make hand bullpen correction on job-sheet.
                                  I again received my mobile on same day ie. 19-aug-2016 approx 5.40
                                  P. M. And i check my mobile but speaker sound not clear. Before i give
                                  My mobile to your service center for repair for charging problem my
                                  Mobile back speaker is good and clear sound. But after receive my

                                    I will suggest don't by any intex product...becoz not only their product is bad but their service is also worst...i had taken star 2 16 gb ...it had only 9 month to use in that 9 month i had submitted 6 times in service and every time phone is submitted for 15 days ...that means 15*6=90 days..it means between 9 month the 90 days the cell phone is in service center and in service center also they take more than 2 hrs to check mobile then they say u have to submit ur phone for 15 days...for every minor mistake they take 15 days for service...what d hell is going on ...we had taken for cell phone for our use not for submitting to service center...i[censored] dont have proper person to give service then is better to be close the service center or it best to close the manufacturing of such product...this is nothing to make a customer fool...becoz we don't hv any work else to do we just go to service center and waste our whole day in service center...jst fed up from intex..i'll suggest u don't ever dare to buy intex...

                                      I had given intex mobile for repair at vadodara center vide job-sheet no
                                      [protected]T001 in July 2016 which did not repaired. Again it was taken for repair in the same ST vide job sheet no[protected]T001 on @ 9thAugust 2016. It was given back stating that it is repaired at the end of August 2016.
                                      Thus in-spite of taking for repair for two times my phone is still not repaired.
                                      The problem is - Screen freezes., by phone start switch it do not starts, while incoming call, it can no be unlocked, i e. it freezes.
                                      The phone is under warranty at present. Please guide the service station.

                                      It is stated as repaired. My signature ia also taken. But while using the phone it is found that phone is in same condition as given for first time. The service centre to be instructed to check and repaire with interest. They do not take battery, hence they say it is repaired but actually during the use only problem can be understood.
                                      Please guide.

                                        7th evening I have got a delivery of Intex 4.1 multimedia speakers.

                                        But sorry to say, it's FM is not working and volume knob is noticed broken.

                                        Yesterday I have called Intex helpline and they given address and contact no.[protected] / [protected] of Nashik Service center.
                                        Service center asked me to get that unit to his shop for checking.

                                        I am not expecting such service support from Intex/Snapdeal after purchasing unit costing Rs.2100/-.
                                        [protected]@snapdeal.com also not giving support.

                                        Requesting to send service engineer to attend the issue and replace the knob, else wants to return the product under return policy due to poor service.
