I have problem in intex aqua trend mobile so i went to intex care on 17th aug 2016 they was givng 15 days time and after 15 days i contact to intex care but they ddnt solve my problem and then they was giving 7 more days so after 7 days i again visit to servise centre but still they ddnt solve my problem after that i contact to intex care centre they replied that your phone was repaired so i went intex service centre but my phone was not repair again after 7 days i visited intex care but still my problem is not resolve
so i want you will take necessry action agaist them as well providing me comensation

      I have purchased intex acqa super mobile in March 15, within 5 months battery problem occurs hence faulty battery submitted to intex mobile Service Center Himatnagar on dated 19/8/16, but till date not issued me new battery. After series of reminder not issued me a new battery. I also contacted intex Customer Care nos of time but they ask every time after 1 week it will be solved but yet no positive rresponce received from them .

        Sir,
        I have purchased Intel aqua 4.5e mobile in April 2016. Now its touch pad is not working properly. When I went to kripalu electronic which is your authorised service centre at allahabad (u.p.). They said that the problem against not working touch pad is insertion of water in your mobile and they demand me 800 Rupees for replacement of touch pad. However my cell phone is in warranty period.
        Sir I use my mobile and a group of water never inserted in mobile. When I said them this fact, they said that, I may be happened when u use your mobile after handwash. And they denied to accept my request. And they said, your mobile only cured if you paid called money.
        Sir I protected my mobile by back cover and screen guard from first day. It is not understood as to why they said so without open my mobile. I am at about 50 minutes in that service centre. During 50 minutes, they demand at about 5 person about money for citation of their mobile.
        Sir, this matter takes seriously because this misbehaving of your customer care centres made customer unfaithful in your company.
        Sir I humbly request to you to take this matter seriously and take action accordingly.

            Reason for problem Touch not working, but still not received phone.

              I have submitted my mobile to service center on 22 nd of August, Service center checked and found issue with PCB and Touch Pad, ask me to come after 15 days. When i visited after 15 days Service center said only PCB has received from Intex they are send request for Touch Pad come after 9 days, when i visited after 9 days service center saird the PCB which we have received that is faulty we have escalated the issue, Whenever i have contacted Customer Care they said contact Service Center, and Service Center said Contact CC.
              Now almost 1 month passed, dont know when will i received my mobile, . even i requested for replacement

                Sir, I have an intex cloud swift and i have bought that in Jan, 2016. In starting mobile worked good but after 6 months i.e. in July 2016 I started getting touch problems in the mobile. I submitted the mobile to the service centre and from there too I didn't get the mobile on given time. I got it late and for that too I submitted the complaint because the way the service centres work is really not the proper way. I got the repaired mobile but the front screen of it was set to a different color which is really looking very awkward as back cover and front screen color not matches and the front screen was changed by service centre itself. This is the way they work. Again I started using my mobile and in just 7-10 days I started getting "NO SERVICE" problem for my both of the sim. I talked to customer care also for this and they took 10 days and called me again that services are OK now from their (provider) side. But I didn't get any signal even after this. I scolded them that I will switch my sim to another provider but then I tried checking my sim to another mobile and guess what, I GOT FULL NETWORK at the same place where I was not getting any signal. After this I rebooted mobile many times and also I reset it with factory settings, but again I got no solution.

                I want INTEX company to exchange my mobile with a brand new cloud swift because I don't have enough time to just pass my time to their service centre again and again because I know they would take at least 15 days for fixing this and I know I would get much more problems also after this with this phone. MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY. But the way service centre work is WORST compare to other providers.

                OR if they don't want to give a brand new phone then I want the CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA to take strict action against Intex company as they are just befooling their customers.

                          My intex model-aqua speed hd comes problem & become dead. So i visited nearby service centre-sushila infocom (P-10, cit road, kol-14) on 16th aug '16. After checking by your technician, he suggest that as handset is dead & under warrenty period so you need to submit for reparing. But till date your service centre giving me excuse that it will take more time as still 1 month already over. Iemi no is - [protected], handset purchase dt-02/11/15.
                          Pls confirm when can i get my handset even it is under warrenty period.
                          Immediately solve this problem otherwise i will complain in consumer forum.

                            09od morning sir/ madam,

                            I have given my intex cloud shift phone to mayiladuthurai sri ram mobiles service center on th september 2016 changing display and touch. they said non warranty for changing. I said ok they charged me 2150/- rupees for that. I said ok and paid 500 rupees advance payment. they told me to come and collect my divice after 7 days from 6th September. after 10 days gone no reply from them. so I went to the service center and asked about my device they said not yet received display and touch from the intex company sowait until 19. afte the also no reply from them. I went again on 20th September. they said the problem in the company in Bangalore. they are changing the rules from this month 15th that any device service should send to the intex company Bangalore . so we will send to your mobile today and will return back to next week. after that I have called to customer care and told about this mater. they said the service center people has lied that. no rules are changed . also the service center people saying many wrong information that is against to the intex company. I am not satisfied with service center. I want my device immediately with working condition. thank you.. my mobile number. [protected] and [protected]

                              I purchased a INTEX Aqua 4G Strong{champagne 8GB) mobile from Amazon.in on 09.09.2016 vide order no.[protected].
                              When plugged to charge, there is no charge and after sometime, there is a display on screen to remove the battery due to very high temperature.
                              I contacted Amazon.in for resolution of complaint but in turn, I was provided with your two customer care numbers ie [protected] and [protected] which yielded no response after a very good number of efforts.
                              I wish to have a new one in exchange as this present set seems to me a bomb ready to explode.

                                I have a intex aqua 4g handset brought in nov-15, after a few month of smooth running a problem started in it, that was lining in screen. For that i have submitted my phone at aligarh service center of intex in 6 of july-16, then they offered me a new handset not of same features after 20 days saying that your handset is not repairable, then i raise complain that why i would accept a handset with lower features then they told me to submit again the new handset and they will provide me a new one of same model but after 20 day more they havent have given anything to me then i again emailed them and finally they given me a repaired phone of same model but just in 2 days it got another problem of touch panel, and then again with a new problem i have submitted that handset again and from that day no handset was recived to me and no body is talking to me, i daily call to service center they will tell me that a telephonic call will reached to u but nothing comes,
                                It has been a long over of 3 months and still pending

                                  I Have problem with my mobile,
                                  my display was not working properly, it was automatically working i.e. automatic dialing numbers, automatic sending mail and whatsup images,
                                  all programs were working fine but only display was problem.
                                  when i took my mobile to customer care gallery .
                                  At Thane ( Dist Maharashtra) charai near ganesh talkies Thane w
                                  they took 3 hours to study my mobile then the gave quotation of Rs 3300 /-
                                  for the repair (for touch pad screen and strip and sim card holder problem)
                                  i ask for clearfication for each they told ur warrenty is not liable for display ( i dont know hows Pls explain)
                                  for stip is damage they told so but my mobile is good condition and not damage at all still they were keen for charging me.
                                  sim card is damage they told so because of water in side mobile
                                  but sir, my mobile display iteams are seen properly and both network are shown and dialed .
                                  I request you to pls check that is it company policy or some mischief of customer care shop who are charging unnessary . and harresing us.
                                  In my 3 hour waiting many customer were ask to pay heavy reapirs charges and they left out without repairing mobiles as repair charges were half of purchase amount.
                                  I request you to look urgently into the matter so that no harresment of customer will happen.

                                    My mobile is working properly but the problem in it is that it is not showing the recent call history and also it does not show the missed call by the others . Can you please tell me a way out with this problem a bit fastly. I thought that it is a good mobile and infact it is but after I switched it on and did some calls then I got to realize the problem and indeed this problem is a big problem for anyone who just cannot see the missed calls dropped by them either unwillingly or willingly

                                      U are jst fooling the customer..becoz not only ur product is bad but ur service is also worst...i had taken star 2 16 gb ...it had only 9 month to use in that 9 month i had submitted 6 times in service and every time phone is submitted for 15 days ...that means 15*6=90 days..it means between 9 month the 90 days the cell phone is in service center and in service center also they take more than 2 hrs to check mobile then they say u have to submit ur phone for 15 days...for every minor mistake they take 15 days for service...what d hell is going on ...we had taken for cell phone for our use not for submitting to service center...i[censored] dont have proper person to give service then is better to be close the service center or it best to close the manufacturing of such product...this is nothing to make a customer fool...becoz we don't hv any work else to do we just go to service center and waste our whole day in service center...jst fed up from intex..i'll suggest u don't ever dare to buy intex...
