Dear sir/madam,
I had purchased an intex bravo (White) mobile phone with m_imei no. [protected] from future forward, dwarka, g - manish gouri plaza -10, 4, sector 10, dwarka, new delhi, delhi 110075 (Jupiter mobile) [[protected]] in the month of april, 2016.
Within 3 or so months the screen of the phone got automatically white and black while my phone was in my shirt's pocket. I was stunned to see that as i wanted to make a very urgent call.
I reported the matter to the dealer mr. Mridul who at the time of selling the product assured me that any default within warranty period will be handled by them at the shop from where i have bought the phone. But when i reported the fault in phone to them, they straight away refused to look into it.
I have bought the phone by seeing the company name and image but the poort quality of service, i am stunned. The dealer is telling me to go to service centre which is far away from my place, i. E., dwarka, new delhi and for which i have to take a leve which will cost me a day's salary which is more than the cost of the phone.
I, therefore, request you to kindly take immediate step to get my phone replace at the earliest and take action against the dealer for indulging in corrupt trade practices failing which i will be forced to move the consumer court.
