I have purchased your intex aqua speed mobile on 20.08.2015
from one of your dealer named Phone Care at aundh, pune, Maharashtra,
as the my mobile was having touch pad problem i have shown on near by service center on 19may 2016 in akurdi, pune, as they scaned my mobile they found that its valdity is expired in the moth of may 2016, as such i have called the dealer, dealer told that he will look into the mater and solved my problem, but till now i have not received my mobile, as they are giving me another mobile which is having specification half of my mobile, which is not excepted by me, so please look in the mater and help me

    I buyed intex (aqua power plus handset) worth rs 9500, in the year 2015
    July 1st, during a year, i had sent my mobile 5 times for repairing at intex service center (kripalu technologies, allahabad), but thier issues never be solved till yet, several time i asked for replacement, but i can't get any response from other side.
    I have no idea what can i do...?.
    Please help me out to get my money back or replacement of handset.
    Please response me as soon as possible.

      Hello sir/mam,
      I am anushree mukherjee... I have bought a intex cloud frame 4g from my nearest retail sore on 11th june 2016..

      But after some days there is a problem of my battery that my phone automatically switched off till it shows battery when it is 30% remaining and it showed 0% low battery problem...

      I am facing this serious problem till some days... What will i do now???

      Kindly suggest me a suitable solution for this problem...

        I had purchased new intex auea power + mobile on 30/12/2016 but due to technical problem i submitted to their service centre at gorakhpur with jobshhet no[protected]too1 on 17/06/2016, i received replacement auea ace mini mobile on 8/7/16. configaration of acer mini is very low. my mobile configuration ia 1.3 ghz dual core processor and 1.3 mp back camera and 5.0 mp front camera. battery is 4000 mah. kindly arrange same configuration mobile for replacement.. financial loss per day 2000/- per day due to non availity of mobile

The representative at service centre says that company is sending parts next one week. due to mobile financial loss perday 2000/-. Kindly arrange same configuration replacement of mobile...

          I had purchased a mobile intex aqua star ii 16gb few months back from pari electronics korba, chattisgarh. and i am very disappointed with the performance of said mobile. it is getting fully damaged day by day. points as as following.

          Problem.
          1 battery was damaged and replace by your service center free of cost.
          2 charging point is damaged but your service center of korba, chattisgarh refuse to replace it on free of cost basic they charged from me rs:- 480/-
          3 again, now the 3.5 mm audio jack not working.
          4 internal storage not showed in computer after connecting through usb from the very first day.
          5 camera picture is not as per satisfactory label. it was performed good when i purchased.
          6 phone is getting extensive temperature while using wifi.
          7 battery performance is too poor.

          Difficulty facing
          1 service center is 15 km away from my home, and it is too difficult to go service center on every 15 / 30 days.
          2 they asked to leave handset for 15-20 days every time for repairing, it is very difficult to spend 20 days without mobile phone now a days.
          3 whether the case is under warranty, service center people ware forcing to make it chargeable on ground of physical damage.

          Please solve the issue, i have purchased the phone looking to intex's market reputation. and now a days i am suffering a lot for it.

          Take a positive initiative to resolve the issue. mobile hand set details are as following. eagerly waiting for your positive responds.

            I had purchased new intex aqua super mobile on 2/5/2016 but due to technical problem i submitted to their service centre at vapi with jobshhet no[protected]t001 on 21/06/2016, however till date i have not received the same back. The representative at service centre says that company is sending parts for this newly launched mobile and hence its not possible at their end. 17-18 days passed but there is no proper reply. Kindly arrange refund or replacement of mobile.

              Hi, i submitted a complaint against intex technologies for product replacement on 4th july 2016 with consumer complaint id: 1322747. Following the complaint, intex technologies did contacted me regarding complaint registered. Unfortunately, after few days when they contacted me to receive the repaired handset, the handset was not working. The white front panel was replaced by black as i demanded (Complaint id: 1322747 was regarding change of handset). This time the motherboard was not working, it was a dead handset. When i receive white panel handset, motherboard works fine but after replacing it with black panel, motherboard stops working. Even the officials constantly are asking me for back panel. I don't whether they will replace the whole product using that back panel with some old one, or something else. But finally after 22 days, what i received was the same handset with same problem. The only thing differs that i was a constant visitor to laxmi nagar service centre trying to get my dead handset in perfect condition. I have been wasting my valuable time on such a smartphone company travelling around 25km to get my repaired handset. Even after complaining in consumer complaint forum, the company officials did contacted me, but it seems that intex officials do not give importance to resolving a consumer complaint filed in indian consumer complaints forum.
              The company is making a fool of customers. It seems like the company is not taking consumer complaints seriously. I have been in contact to various other customers facing the same problems. I seriously urge to please look into concerned issue, since these types of issues are actually diverting the minds of customers to look for some foreign products instead of indian in order to avoid such intolerable issues.

                Im from vasco da gama, goa and had ordered an intex aqua power plus phone on line, i used it for few months and it developed a problem with the screen, had given it for repairs with ur authorised intex service centre in vasco da gama goa, named mobile world on 01/06/2016 with job seat no[protected]t001, comp no [protected]zqa. they told me that its still not done after about 15 days and again they gave me another ob seat no[protected]t001 dated 29/6/2016. the said handset it still not done till date and im finding it very difficult without a phone. a proper reply is not been given to me.
                I knidly request you to plzz look into the matteras early as possible so as i get my phone, if it cannot be repaired then plzzz replace the phone with another one as it is still under warranty period.

                  I had purchased intex cloud g gem+ andriod mobile on 26/06/2016.
                  But after receiving it, i noticed that the mobile battery is not working properly.
                  Even if it is fully charged, it gets switched off within 4 hours.
                  I also visited the service centre wherein they informed me to replace the battery.
                  Since 7 days of the time limit is still available i would request you to kindly check the mobile phone and replace the part whichever is needed urgently.

                    there is a small problem of memory in my intex aqua power hd that it does not show the both internal and external memory simultaneously . I have left it to service center on 02/06/2016 but they just make excuses i think they dint even see my cellphone that what is the problem.they just made me round their office many a time.

                        I submitted my intex aqua power plus to sevice centre 'isach collection point, LG-6, 7, hotel devi palace, old delhi road, gurgoan on 29/06/2016. on checking they asked 1870/- to repair and 500 in advance. altough my ph is in warrenty. after one week i asked about ph they asked me to give 2300/- for repairing. when i refused to repair they refused to give my advance saying this is the rule of the co.
                        on contacting customer care they replied that there is no rule of non refunding advance amount.

                        plz do correction action against.

                          [Jul 06, 2016] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          I have received call from Company asking DEBIT CARD NO / CVV PIN ETC and said that amount will be refunded within 03 minutes. I requested to credit the refund amount to my account no by NEFT . He denied. His attitude was not satisfactory. Why company is asking all details when our banks denies to give all this type of informations to anybody.

                                Hi, I purchased Intex smartphone Cloud 4G star model(color: black) in August 2015. Recently, my handset got dead and I filed a complaint for dead handset on[protected] in Laxmi nagar(Delhi) service center with jobsheet number as "[protected]T001". After 13 days, I received my handset but it was all changed. What I got was white colored front panel (earlier: black) having various cracks on the panel. Nobody from the company ever contacted me regarding change of panel. I made complaint in service center but they started giving excuses. I wrote on Intex facebook page on[protected] regarding the issue I am facing. They asked for 24-48 hours to revert with the needful. Alas, till now I don't have any answer from them. It seems people are being cheated by company since a lot of people were complaining at service center regarding change of product. Don't know whether they are replacing products, but Its a request to please consider this issue, since people are being cheated and there is no one from company to give actual information regarding the issue.
                                Hope, this complaint can help me with millions of those facing such issues from such smartphone companies.

                                  I m a intex mobile user consumer. i have an issue about your service provider who services mobile phones.
                                  My phone (*model - intex aqua life 2 *product id: [protected]) have an issue about damage touchpad. i was submitted to the neasrest service centre of mine, but somewhere service person misguide me and giving me fake reasons.
                                  Last 30 days i followed this service centre but not getting me right reason and my phone. i want my phone back with neat and repaired condition. so, i humbly request you to give me favorable reply.

                                      I have intex cloud 4g star. It gets heated very fastly after 10 min usage and their is no proper software upgrades. So, I request u people to provide proper software upgrades and even updates for android 6.0 for cloud 4g star. And there is no proper respond for the heating problem from the service centres. So I request better solutions for the heating problem and I even expect proper USB drivers for intex cloud 4g star.

                                        Sir I submitted my smartphone intex aqua for repair of screen on 08 June 2016 at Intex service centre Asansol, but still I havent received any response from them, few days back I called the service centre to ask the status of my mobile via jobsheet no[protected]T001, they said the mobile is ready and it can be picked by me any time from service centre, but when I reached service centre the lady there said that she didnt asked me to come and pick the mobile and talked ruthlessly, is it the way to deal with customers by telling lies
