Sir,
1. I have purchased new mobile "intex aqua craze" on 10 may 2016.
2. Within few days it starts showing abnormal symptoms like battery draining fast. The mobile phone is switched off automatically in the morning everday.
3. On 02 june 2016 mobile shut down automatically when i was using internet.
4. When i contacted the dealer from where i purchased the mobile he told me bluntly it is not his responsibility. The dealer is "agarwal traders.com" opp. D. C. Nand plaza, shahzadi mandi, agra, contact no. [protected]. He told me to contact service centre located in shah market agra with name intex technologies customer service centre.
5. This created a sense of mistrust.
6. Any way with no solution left i visited service centre and deposited my mobile there on 04 june 2016. My mobile along with battery is deposited there. Only back cover and other accessories remained with me. Job sheet number allotted was "[protected]t001".In the job sheet problems related to mobile set was reflected.
Problems are: batter draining fast, hand-set hanging, software not working.
7. They assured me they will inform me once mobile set is repaired. As it cannot be repaired there, they have to send it to noida.
8. On 04 june 2016 i received an sms of mobile receipt in which job sheet number and call for assistance was written viz. [protected].
9. One week passed there was no call from service centre. I personally try to contact them but no one there has the courtesy to attend the call.
10. I waited for another week but to my utter dismay again no one attended my distress call.
11. Lastly i decided to visit service centre. To my surprise i was told it was repaired. Then started the real confusion. My mobile battery was untraceable. When they traced it somehow, i told the girl attendent to check my mobile by putting battery into it. She put the battery but mobile did not switch-on. She told me bluntly that my battery needs recharge. I requested her to put stand-by battery available with them to check serviceability. To which she refused.
12. Suddenly i found that back cover of mobile was not fitting properly on the mobile. There was a noticeable gap near the charging slot. Due to this battery charger was unable to insert into the slot. It surprised me as this was not the problem before when i deposited my mobile for repair.
13. Then started the blame game. The head of the service centre named mr. Shivam started arguing that set in this condition only when they deposited it. I was shocked to hear this.
14. The mobile which i have deposited for rectification was now infected with another poblem.
15. Then mr, shivam told me to again deposit mobile for two days for the back cover problem. To which i disagreed. He bluntly ordered his staff to return the handset to me.
16. When i reached home and checked my mobile after connecting to charger it again did not switch-on. What the hell they have rectified? Nothing..
17. It seems that my mobile remained there for 15 odd days with no purpose.
18. To my utter dissatisfaction i contacted toll free help-line number of intex viz.[protected] on 17 june 2016. My call was attended by mr. Santosh. I told him everything what i faced. He booked my fault vide complain number "[protected]zwyd". He also assured me that my complain will be forwarded to higher authorities. But no one contacted me yet.
19. Sir i have not purchased second hand mobile from olx or some one for which i am facing hardship now. I have purchased new handset.
20. This worse incident has not only wasted my precious money and time but also broke my trust on intex company.
21. I request you to look into this matter urgently as i am running out of patience. Kindly look into this matter before i sought to some legal action against the company through consumer court forum.
22. Kindly replace my handset with new one.
