Hi,

I am Amritpal Singh. I bought an Intex Piano wireless mouse on 26 August 2015. Few months back, the mouse started malfunctioning. Its scroller stopped working and the mouse started draining a lot of battery. Even a powerful Duracell battery lasted for just 15 days. So, one day I decided to visit Intex service centre located in Plot No. 150 Industrial Area, Phase 2, Chandigarh to get the mouse repaired or replaced because it is in warranty period.

The employees in the service centre said that I can't get the similar replacement of the Piano mouse because the company has stopped manufacturing it and insisted me to agree on Intex Wired Mouse. When I refused to take that, they asked me to visit again after a few hours. When I went again, the employees then insisted me to take "Avoir Panther" wireless Mouse instead. They said that Avoir Panther is a sister concern company of Intex and I can get only that.

I refused to take that mouse because I wanted Piano Wireless only. I even asked them to mail the company and ask for a similar replacement, but they straight away declined to do so and compelled me to either go with "Avoir panther" wireless mouse or "Enter" Mouse. I am so surprised that even an authorized service centre is doing these kind of things with the customer. Their own people are marketing other company's products. They were not willing to help at all, but instead kept on insisting me to go for "Avoir Panther" or "Enter". So I returned home with my own Intex Piano mouse.

Since then, I have sent several mails to company's official email ID as well, but no action has been taken yet. They are continuously giving me wrong number of people for replacement, who are not even concerned to the company. Whenever I call at those numbers that are given by company’s own officials, the other person straightway says that he is not the concerned person for Intex mouse. The company itself doesn’t know about its service centres.

I am now tired of calling customer service centres since they don’t give a response. I have all the mails I sent to them, their response and the recordings of the people who declined to resolve my issue.

We got problem in our mobile instrument intex aqua 5star, then we go to at your service centre at surat, they taking so many days aprrox 20 dyas to repir the same, and after that they told that you have to payment inr 800/-, we also paid the same amount but the problem was not solved till the date. We also contact to your customer care center regarding the same matter, but take approx 12 days not giving any proper reply.

We bought intex tv from satish watch company dehradun. They have cheated us very smartly.. As they have written wrong date of purchase on receipt and warranty card, now after just purchasing of 8 months our tv display currupted or just audio working video nothing. Now i have submitted the complaints, intex representative called me, and said waraanty is over, and we were told by the distribitor that the warannty is 3 years, now who will take responsibility of it.Intex people are too very smarty, and their distributors help them too. My name is lokendra singh dhakre and my mobile no. Is [protected], i have purchased intex aqua turbo 4 g on 21/03/16 from reliance retail ltd., dewas and it got dead on 25/04/2016. On the same day i have shown my mobile at intex authorized service centre at lubbrik mobile, 92 bhagat singh marg dewas, with job sheet no.[protected]. They have reported in job sheet problem in hand set is hand set is dead. They have told me that i will get my mobile in 7 days. I have waited for seven days after that when i asked for my mobile they have told me that they have sent my mobile to bangalore for repairing as some parts which are required is not available here and there is provision of maximum 15 days for solving any complaint. After 15 days when i get back to service centre they told me they have not received my mobile from bangalore. I have complaint then about the above matter on the authorized call center of intex on no. [protected]. On 10/5/16 on the same no. They have promised me that i will get my mobile back in 5 days of period. After 5 days i went back to service centre they told me i will get new mobile in exchange as my handset is not repairable and i have to wait for 5 more days for the same. After 4 days i call back again on toll free no., on 20/05/16 at authorized service centre and i got a reply that within 3 days i will receive new handset. On 23/05/16 when i visited the service centre at dewas they told me that they have made new job sheet and ihave to wit again for 15 days to get new mobile handset. The new jobsheet no is[protected] and after 15 days also when i went back today at service centre they told me i have to wait for one another week.
Kindly book my complaint and help me to get my handset back.

I want to complain about intex service centre at B -74 Tej kumar Plaza, hazratganj, lucknow.
i gave my phone to intex service centre for repair on 04/06/16.there were scratches for scratch guard, to check whether scratches are on the touch pad too the mechanic there without asking me removed the scratch guard causing loss to me.i asked them then and there whether u will replace it now.their terse reply was that they have to remove it to check, i told them had u asked me i would have given to u in writing that there are scratches on the guard and screen not checked due to me not giving consent.this practice of not asking customers and causing loss to them is not good.i request you to service centre to replace my scratch guard.

I have purchased a intex wms62tl 6.2 kg semi automatic - twin tub top loading washing machine with bill number blr_jig_01l[protected] on[protected]. The dryer had some issues from the beginning and it stopped working after a month itself. From that time they kept on delaying the repair, and yet no response from there side, when we call, they have a reason that spare is out of stock and nothing can be done. Its almost an year and still no proper action from them. Never buy any product from these third class companies who cannot take responsibility of there own products.

My intex mobile charger is not work in my phone and other charger is work my phone so i m go to service center then i m speak in my problam then my charger is accept in service center membar . But now my charger is not come to me and i m call on center so not talking with me and i m very sad becouse i m very crazy for my charger you are not able to solved this problam ther you are close this company ok

I'm really disappointed by the product i bought last year from bhajanpura dealer. Since then the phone has been to service center 6 times and i am unable to use the phone. From the very 1st month it started giving problems and had to be deposited at the nearest service center.

It is very painful for a person to be without a phone, for which i have already paid rs. 8, 800. Therefore i want my money to be refunded or else give me a replacement phone of the same model or above. I have tried many times to contact the customer care of intex but no response till date.

I may have to contact consumer court if none of my appeals will be heard. I want value for my money spent and want to use the phone. So my last request to you will be give refund or replacement of new handset.

I have a complaint against intex mobile phones in this matter i purchase a new mobile handset before 3 months and it is not working on2 march 2016 and after i visit intex service care center for resolve this and i get a job sheet no[protected]t001 name - javed and i wait for till date resolution but in this period i contact from service center manager (Farid khan) at ganpati plaza jaipur center and i get a old and used handset on 30 march 2016 that fully damaged and not in good condition and they make a new job sheet[protected]t001) name - chandni khan against this but i didnot accept this and manager farid khan`s behaviour not ok they flurt my wife and didnot give a better response, and after this they make a promise for a new and good condition handset but didnot resolve yet i call at customer care center at many times but they didno`t give proper response and they accusation for different mobile phone calls but i didnot serve high paid customer care calls, so please help in this matter and solve my problem

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Intex Aqua Dream 2 Mobile Heanset mobile handset on dated 30/9/2015. This handset has been creating problem since beginning .
Handset have following problems
1. On -Off key is not working
2. Contract list are often get delete

Regarding above problem I have visited more than 3 time its customer care office but they could not solve my above problems and now they are asking for charges to get solve all these problems while this handset is still under warranty period. I have requested them to replace this handset since it was defective since purchase date.

I have very bad experience with Intex Brand .There is no quality and also customer care people are very much unresponsive.

I have a cloud pace mobile. My invoice no. Is s31c15/15-16/21670. I got an issue with its battery (Swelling of battery). So i submitted it in the digitech service centre., b-6/219 firstb floor, sector 7 rohini, delhi on 27/04/16. They had given a maximum time of 10-15 days. And since then i have contacted them multiple times but each time they say that the battery is not available with them and give forward date and make a fool of me. They talked very badly and i also have contacted the central customer care of intex. But have not got the battery till yet. The customer care also gave me a maximum wait time on 7 days. They only registered the complaint on 17 th may. This is my worst experience with a mobile company. I have a faced many problems because of them. Kindly look into the matter seriously and provide me a new battery or else i am going to file a complaint against the company in the consumer court. Then they will themselves handle this matter with their way. So please cooperate.

The biggest mistake of my life was to gift Intex phone to my brother. The phone's camera stopped working within a month and now it is lying with their service center in Rohtak, Haryana from more than a month.

After several follow-ups, nothing has happened either from customer care or service center. Customer care says wait for 1 week, 2 days, 24 hours, etc. (have tried to speak to them even today), while service center is asking for bribe, which I refused to pay. In return of the bribe, they are asking my brother to take a different model of a refurbished phone, against the 1 month old, which they have kept. On the contrary, in their records, service center has shown that phone has been repaired and handed over. For your reference, whatever shabby job sheet was handed over to me, has been attached.

After several attempts to contact them via e-, mails/phone calls, one thing is pretty evident that they are not worth considering and full of corruption and lame excuses. My mistake was that I considered Intex a decent brand and now, I shall pay the penalty for the same, where my phone is with their service center and shall continue to be with them forever. Thus, it became a gift for them rather than for my brother - beautiful way of enjoying on someone else's purchase/money.

I buy a tv intex 4000 (40 inches) full hd online from amazon last year 12- may-2015. I register complain within two month of purchasing in service center regarding display of picture. When engineer came and told its not our problem, its related to dth service. Tv was running without any problem but some time display off for few second. I think is network problem.
Now display is totaly off and sound is coming. I register my complainant in intex service center as well as dth service center. When dth engineer came and he said its tv related issue. When intex engineer came and he said tv display repair coast is around 20000/-.
When i told him this type of issue occur from starting when i by tv. He said your tv warranting is expire on dated 12-may-2016. You need to pay for solving problem.
I am a regular costumer of intex. So pls help to waive repair costing.

I deposited my INTEX CLOUD SWIFT mobile handset with battery charging problem also within warranty period at Sri Krishna Mobiles, Madhavganj; Gwalior on 25 Apr 2016 vide job sheet number [protected]. Since then I have contacted many times the mobile centre and Intex Customer Care Centre on [protected] as well. Everytime I m told that dont worry your complaint is forwarded to iur senior department and u will get feedback on that within 2 working dsys. I am really fed up of being calling the customer care and have spent more than 300 rupees for the same. Till today 27 May 2016 I have neither got any feedback nor my handset. Krishna mobile says that we can't do anything about this, please contact customer care, when contacting customer care they say we are escalating your complaint"NISCHINT RAHIYE AAP KI PROBLEM JALLD HI THEEK KI JAAYEGI" but God knows when that "JALLD" will come. Keeping in view all the facts in mind I request to look in the matter and get me informed about the delay.

Maine ak mobile purchase kiya tha from (Lamba telecom main bus stand chomu,) intex aqua power hd us ko purchase kiya 8 months hi hua tha ki wo pura hi mistack kar raha hai. Us mobile ki waranti 1 year ki thi to maine service center par diya. 1.5 months bad me service center wala bolte hai ki aap ka phone ki mistack ka solution nahi hoga aap apane mobile ko la jao.

Sir please us mobile ko ya to repair ke liya bolo ya give me a new phone please take some action quickly

I have intel mobile on 15 aug 2015, under warranty. On 23/may/2016 i took mobile for service center at maa vaishno enterprises, bhoja market, sec 27, noida but they did not resolved it.

They said water has went inside (But no water ever went and no sign of water) so you have to pay for repair.

I said you give me in writing in your letter head but they denied it.

Phone is under warranty by still not resolved
