On 30-mar-2016, i made an online purchase from snapdeal and ordered for intex cloud swift 4g 3g ram / 16gb rom (Imei no. [protected]) via invoice no. S374eb/15-16/141517for the total amount of rs. 7, 344.00 (Seven thousand three hundred and forty four).
However, the mobile was not working properly and giving me a lot of trouble from the time i received it and couldn't even use it properly for 15-20 days. There were various problem with the mobile like display issue, over heating, the phone was getting stuck for numerous time and finally it was dead.
To get these issues fixed, i went to a service center near to my place and submitted the mobile on 27-apr-2016 with the job sheet no.[protected]t001. However, it has been already more that 20 days that the service center is unable to repair the mobile and still now it has not been delivered to me. I have made a complain over the phone as well on 18-may-2016 and the complain no. Is [protected] which is also not yet addressed.

My mobile is in warranty &touch was not working and i give my mobile to your customer service centre but not any response i give my mobile dt:17/05/2016 and when i call tall free no at that time said your handset already repair but when i go to customer care there person said your mobile not repaired yet so please help me.

I have submitted my Intex Aqua Power Plus phone to the Service Center at Ch. Dadri on dated[protected] vide Job Sheet No[protected]T001. They Insure me that with in one week your phone will be delivered to you after replacement of Display. But today when I contact them they asked me to wait for a week more. It will give a wrong message to all the Intex consumer's including me... It is a humble request to you solve the matter as soon as possible.

I have submitted my Intex aqua 4G plus which is in warranty period to Intex mobile care shop no. 578/2 new railway road near OBC bank gurugram Haryana on 26th April. According to them my phone had a minute problem of battery damage. It had to be replaced. 2-3 days time was given to do so. On the day of collection they told me about another problem which was of display problem. Another 4-5 days were given to solve the problem. But again on the day of collection they told me about another problem of software. They were supposed to call and inform me if my phone was repaired. But all the three times I went to collect problem. Still No positive response from there side . I translated my problem to customer care of Intex also. I have not got my phone till now. The service centre is not returning my phone an delaying the time. I can't wait anymore. I have lost my patience. Please replace my aqua 4G with fresh mobile model . There is limit of every thing. About a month have passed . No response. ... .. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . I think than you would take strict action against this issue now. ... plz ...plz. ...Thanks

I have bought intex aqua 4g mobile on 24 dec 2015. After 2 to 3 month there was mic problem.this had been resolved but again mic problem with network problem came then i have submitted again for 7 days . but after 7 days i had received the same after 10 days this problem not resolve. This type of service is providing the service center of Agra up. I will never suggust to any one to buy this company phone.

I purchased "intex cloud pace" on 17th october 2015. But within 6 months its battery swells and was creating problems. I have given it for replacement on 13th april 2016 within the warranty period to the nearer intex servicing center named "sarkar communication" (Krishnagar);indira gandhi complex, room f/f 17& 21 krishnagar 741101, nadia, west bengal. They gave the assurance of giving it back within 10 days. Now its one month over. I did not get my phone's battery back. I called to the servicing center for several times, they said its not done yet. When shall i get it back? I am in urgent need of it. Please provide the battery of my phone as soon as possible. I have purchased 'intex aqua air 2' mobile on 18 th april 2016 from saifee mobile dealers in baramati.. But within 8 days it is showing problems for photos, videos, screenshots. When i capture any image by using camera and when i saw in gallery it shows can not generate thumbnail.. Same for the screenshots also. Videos sometimes are not running. If i share any file using bluetooth then it displays file not sent.. Storage issue. I many times went to the service center.. They repair mobile one time by using software. But still problem continues. I asked dealer for the replacement of mobile but they say no to me.

Hi! im mr.J.Shravan kumar.I have irdered a product from ask me bazaar.com about inex 2 amp 46 1 speaker IT 127586 amp 45 880U amp 47 881U. I have got a delivey from blue dart delivery boy. but which I thought about sound system. it is not like that it is too small and not a good sound to listen and also not have a wufer for this amplifier so. I don't want this type of product kind my request and refund my money thank u.

The mobile stopped functioning within 15 days.

After numerous telephonic complaints and the phone was submitted to the intex service centre on 18//11/2015 at ramesh nagar service centre vide job sheet no[protected]t001
I was give assurance that the mobile would be repaired / within fifteen days. On visit to the service centre, i was informed that it has manufacturing defect and the phone would be sent to the company for replacement.

After repeated visits to area, it has been gathered that the service centre has been shifted to patel nagar for which i was never intimated.

Since then i have been calling the toll free no [protected] and [protected] of the company and every week. (Latest on 11 may 2016)

After persistent efforts, since last six months i have not received the replacement for my phone so far.

I am deeply disheartened by the total apathy and lack of service from the company and have undergone lot of mental harassment in the process. Every time i had explained my case to index service centre and i was given assurance that my case will be dealt with the priority but still i haven’t get my mobile from intex. All telephone call of intex toll free number are chargeable. I believe i had spent more than rs. 1000 in talking with intex company on numbers [protected] and [protected].

I have bought a mobile Intex cloud power plus by online through snapdeal in October 2015. Now this mobile has a problem of touch screen. I went to Intex service centre in singrauli (M.P.) vindhyavasini interprises, on date- 14/05/2016, But service centre refused to repair in warranty because of online purchasing. Then I call to Intex customer care. Intex customer care write a complain against service centre but till now didn't take any action for repairing the mobile in warranty.

With reference complaint no.[protected], this is to inform you that i had a worst experience with intex. Within the 4 months of the period two times i have complained for this. It is totally harassment for me to chase you people for making it repair again and again. After repairing first time, it's volume went down and not clear although. At 50 points which is its highest volume, sound doesn't go outside of my house. Before this product i have used 2.1 which sound was too good.
I directly visited in your service center and the people who is setting over there named nityanand panday, his behave is totally harsh and weird. He is shouting anything like this. He gathered 4 people from their center and force me to acknowledge the product volume. He asked me to pay 2000 more for so that we can replace the product and the other product is giving is tower speaker which is 4.1 while i have paid for 5.1 also doesn't like good. I have called yesterday in your customer care and requested to transfer the call to your senior but they asked me our senior will which not yet called.

Please give me another modal which include at least bass treble option and sound quality should be good in the same range.

I have taken an intex cloud swift before one month and now my mobile body color is getting peel off, i need asolution for this.and i m waiting for the response from your team. It is showing the quality of your product.i m very much upset about this, without selecting any other brand mobiles of the same range I just selected your product and now this is what I got.So please I need a solution for this as early as possible.

Iam purchased intex cloud swift4 g 3gb ram-16gbrom item code - dc2265745, order no. [protected], sub order no.[protected], ime no.-[protected], rate-8888/- on 05.11.2015 through snap deal by online in the name of balne anji reddy, kodad. The phone board failed on 20.03.2016. Iam handed over to my phone nalgonda intex service center, hyd road, nalgonda on 29.03.2016. The above service center has replaced another old phone on 20.04.2016. The another phone also not functioning due to touch. The same phone has handed over to ayyappa services, suryapet on 21.04.2016. C job no.[protected]t001. The above two service centers and customer care are not responding to my phone repalacement. So please justice receive the my phone.

I purchased a new intex mobile aqua extreme on dt 27/1/15 with pay full cost rs.11000 after purchase this i used mobile after on wifi or bluetooth then it was being hang in starting, i thought that this problem will be solve automatically bt when this problem had been increasing then i repaired mobile from service center after the two or four months from repair my intex mobile motherboard had spoiled very badly and service center is not helping me regarding this matter and said me that it need to be repair and repair cost is 3500 near about and my warranty period has overed till then.Intex company is very nice bt it is not mean that warranty finish then mobile will be finish no sir motherboard means mobile heart if its finish then mobile is finish, it's not my usage problem its intex company aqua extreme mobile technicals problems then why i will be spend money for repair this i disturbed mentally and has faced many other problems. Please replace my mobile i heard that intex aqua extreme mobile series already defective series launched in market this series has been closed in market,
Please replace my mobile free of cost with another same range mobile otherwise i will go to the consumer court.

I had given my mobile intex aqua power plus 27th april 2016 last 20 days i was calling customer care daily. No response from the both customer care and service center. Even they are not giving back to my mobile today is 23rd day still they are not given back my mobile.. Now i was calling to service center they are not picking my call. Customer care still dint given any information abbout the mobile. They are not telling when they will my mobile. One of the worst company in service and customer service zero satisfaction from myside. I want my mobile what should i do now..

Intex aqua xtreme mobile handset working automatically such as automatic touch the anywhere on screen and send message to anyone as well as phone callling will happened automaticaly to anyone.

I m totally getting irrited from this problem..Intex technology is not good company for manufacturing of mobiles.
I m a comman man and 3 types i m flashed the mobile for software at the intex service center but problem of auto working is as it is.
I m getting irrited due to this faulty product of intex technology.

I have purchased a mobile Aqua Turbo 4G from M/S Sangeetha Mobiles (P) Ltd.Branch at Pallavaram by cash Rs 6600/-vide their invoice No.SI/PVR/5209 dated 26/01/2016. But it fails to work due to problem. So I approached the above show room they informed to me the battery of the mobile is on problem.and they inform to contact the authenticated service center at Tambaram(west). Then I went to the service center viz.United care.on 25.03.2016 There one technician tested the mobile and agreed that the battery of the mobile is in problem and it could be rectified only at Head Office at Delhi and also informed me it will take 20 days. So I handed over the mobile and they gave me a job sheet No.2009 dated 25.03.2016. But no response till date. 20 days back the in-charge of the service center one Mr Praveen informed me instead of repair the battery, a new mobile may be supplied to me within one week as per message received from Delhi. But in spite of repeated phone calls. and messages sent to Service Center no response to me. So I am in mental worry. Even I invest Rs.6600, for my own use to make calls and receive calls and sending and receiving messages all are spoiled.Hence I request a sum of Rs 100000/-one lakh may be given as compensation.Please do the need ful..

Sir i had submitted my mobile handset AQUA ACE in one of intex service centers at globe connexion and services (EICP) shakarpur behind nathu sweets laxmi nagar east delhi. they told me to collect my phone after 1 week. after 1 week i called them to enquire about my phone they said that my phone is ready collect it. but when i went there they said tahat they did not found my phone and after somtime they said to come tommorrow. kindly look into the matter and please do the needful

I had purchased an Intex Aqua Trend online on 17 sep 2015. It was a 16 MB Champagne model. Since I did not have a micro sim at that time, I could use the mobile only on 1st Jan when I applied for a new BSNL line. 2 weeks back, I realized to my utter dismay that the mobile was not charging. I tried removing and replacing the battery. But that did not help. Then I switched off the mobile and tried charging which worked. I took it to an authorised service centre where I was told that the motherboard has to be changed.
I bought the Intex smartphone after much thinking and considering the brand image in the market. I was shocked too. How could a new mobile develop problem with the motherboard?

Till now i am yet to get replacement mobile or a formal mail from Intex. Very very poor service. Certainly, should pull this company to the court of law for selling sub-standard products.

External and internal speaker are not working.
Mobile in warranty period, give to intex care center for solving problem.
They are collect the mobile up 10 days only for speakers changing. After that i am collected it, no any activities are done by care . same problem is occursrd .

Intex service center is very very bad than other company.
