I have submitted my mobile for loose socket due to this unable to change. Abot 18 days over yet tey are awaiting for part. This is third time i am facing the same problem. My mobile is under warranty period. If they unable to repair they should give me fresh one.

I have purchased intex cloud power+ before 8 month. Currently mobile touched pad suddenly stop working. I have submitted my mobile at cell care services sr.No - 148/149, shop no - 2, h-b 3/3, ajmera, masulkar colony, near gurudatta mandir, pimpri, pune – 18. They have committed me to give me my mobile within 15 working days. When i call back to check status on 20th day they replied that they have send my phone to company for repair, there was a lady who behave rudely on phone whenever i call for mobile status. Its been 22 days still i did not get my phone.

After 2 month of purchase this handset started giving charging problem. Firstly it was a faulty charger with this mobile then hardware issue for charging. I submitted it service center for repair they have sent it to company and its almost 1 month i have not received my handset. What a worst support service and poor quality brand. Either you people should not sale product or build Quality products.

I m avinash (Mob. [protected]) from new delhi, battery back up of this mobile is very baaaad. I need new battery so i went to intex service centre district centre janakpuri new delhi. He raised job sheet no[protected]t001) on 8th april 2016. I said please raised job sheet no for new battery but he raised job sheet no for mobile repaired. He said i will provide battery as soon as possible. I contact so many times customer care and service centre for the same. But they said i registered your complain we will provide you battery within 48 hours. Still i am waiting...

No one is ready to take responsibility. However, i do hope management will solve my problem.

I purchased mobile model intex cloud M6 on 31st Aug 2015 but its not working from 1st month earlier problem was came for speaker and afterwards it was repaired by service center and than phone gets switched off automatically after 2 months and now battery gets drained within 2 hrs .from last one week phone is not getting on and after visit of service center they respond as they don't have battery . this the service level not expected from intex . worst service and product ever seen of Intex

i - taked it and come to my home
then - check my mobile
Charging is working done
and USB is not working
so i went to srv. center
Now he - sayed

I am using a intex mobile model no aqua star - ii, imei no – [protected] purchase date 24/04/2015 from last 10 days my mobile be hunting a problem of call breaking after 2 or 3 minutes so due to this reason i was visited on 15/04/2016 to up telecom service center in janakpuri, near cheema chowk, ludhiana-141010, i told my mobile problem to concern person but they totally misbehave with me instead of attend me politely. They rudely said that first you pay rs.2200/- for just checking of call setting (Network problem as above said) otherwise we are not attending your complaint.

Do the needful action at the earliest.

I am rajiv kalra from ludhiana fed up of poor services of intex mobiles. I have submitted my phone with service centre on 23 march 2016 wide job sheet number[protected]t001 and company fraudently issued new job sheet number[protected]t001 without solving earlier job sheet. Till the date 15 april 2016 my hand set is not repaired instead of repairing they are insisting on taking second hand repaired set. If company is unable to change white touch kindly give me new similar set aqua power plus.

I have purchased Intex Aqua Power Plus 5 months back. Till last couple of weeks it is

working fine. From last week on-wards I am facing issue with charging. When I plugin the

charger it is not charging instead the battery percentage is decreasing and not charging.

Also it is showing black mark while charging,

I am not able to use mobile now without charging.

Please do needful.

I have purchase the above mobile set through flipkart dtd. 27/05/2015 vide invoice no. Fmf-14398, my order no. Od[protected], order dtd. 26/05/2015. So many times i have contacted the service center but they are not respond. The above set charging system fully not working. So i am not used the above set.

I am kaushal and my jobsheet no.[protected]t001. This phone was submitted on 17th march 2016. This phone was totally dead and i request in your service centre for repair quickly but they told me that they repair in 15 days. I tell them for repair or change my handset as soon as possible .So, please sir/mam change or repair my handest immediatly .If you you were not able to change or repair so give my handset .

Adding to this, the person called at my home from nasik’s support centre on the 4th day of complaint, was not having any instrument with him to check what exactly happened to led and he directly told that it will take 15-20 days to repair and we don’t have part for the same. We were surprised that without even looking at tv, how he came to know problem and he just gave casual answer and left.

Today, we got a call from # [protected] and person asked that we will refund your amount and take led back, so call me in next 5 min. Later on when i called that person, he did not receive a call. The person might be busy but he did not called me back after seeing 10-15 missed calls. I am very disappointed with this customer service from a brand like intex.

Please look into this on priority and help to fix this issue.

I bought a intex cloud swift 4g android phone via snapdeal, invoice date 12-Dec-2015, invoice no.- S374EB/15-16/68062. Within 3 months it’s battery stopped working properly, So I handed over this(battery) to the local service centre(system software solution, nainital, uttarakhand) dated on 14-mar-2016. My service job sheet no is[protected]T001. I was assured by the service centre that they will deliver it to me within 10 days but after that when I inquired about the battery status since then they are giving me a false assurance till now and now they raised their hand to tell me when I will receive the battery, after that I contact to the intext customer care centre but they too also raised their hand and told me that this battery is not available in the company now. They told me to have patience as the battery will avail in the company after that they will deliver it to me.

Because of the poor system of the company I am having to suffer a lot both mentally and financelly and these days I am suffering a lot of mental stress because of the company. If the company failed to deliver it’s spare parts under warranty, why the company is salling this product.
so i want company fulfill my loses too.

I'd baught ultra 3000 mobile on 31:03:2016 from Sachdev electronics Aurangabad. It is giving me very less battery backup and it is not giving me proper network. Ur service center Expert Solution is not giving proper respons to me . Repay my money else Now i am going to register Complaint against Intex mobile. I am giving you one weeks me.

I bought intex m6 cloud 16 gb last september. One month there is no problem after problem started 1) battery backup less ( 3 hrs only power will stay), 2) hand set is getting heat, 3) contact is unable display immediately, i have to stay 5 minutes or switch off then on, then also same repeat. In this regard i given intex service centre, chittoor, andhra pradesh, he keeps 4 months in this service centre only, when i ask he said i sent to delhi still not came, when it comes i will call you. Keep on saying. How long it can go i don't know.

Refer below my complinants i got two call from unknown resorces & they asked for my account details with card no & other details. I want to know that if i give them account no sufficient for transfer of any system. I think something going wrong ... Pl explain

I had communicated this issue twice- thrice they changed charger but issue not cleared by them.

Now on 15.03.2016 i had submitted phone to thier customer service centre baramati maharastra against job sheet no.[protected], from couple of days the service center not responed properly the owner goes out of town, their represenatative said part is nnot available.

I request to look in the matter & to instruct party to produce new set instead of such faulty piece.
