Intex aquq power + ismy handset have problum of touch service center are not giving me satisfying answer i have visited many times and calling to them,
Yesterday they told they will replace handset. Pls solve the issue.

We purchased Intex aqua desire Model which is IMEI NO: 1:[protected], Battery no: [protected] on date: 24/03/2016 with one year warranty.
Now that mobile touch screen is not working properly. We go to the customer service centre of intex they took our mobile for 15 to 20 days for repairing, after they told us that the company closes the production of this model and its parts so the mobile cannot be repaired.
Now, I have one serious question, if INTEX closes the production what is our fault to buy it? It’s not too much time o[censored]se it.
In my family I buy most of mobile of INTEX. But from this I really disappointed from INTEX.
If you are stop production of INTEX model that is ok, but as well as also stop for their parts is so much trouble for the users of that model.
Now, please suggest us any way for our model, as it is only have problem for touch in little portion and whole mobile is in good condition.

I have purchased a intex cloud 4g star from flipkart befor 5 months but it was stop to responding or say dead befor 15 days. today i told to your service centre according to instruct by your customer care helpline number.
at service centre they told that there is liquid inside mobile to its lost our warranty.
how ? i m unable to understand. they accept my mobile under service request. please contact your service centre and ask

I have submitted my intex aqua pace bettry for replacement on 28.03.2016 vide job sheet no.[protected]t001 at lajpat nagar, near axis bank, but till date the un-capable bunch of people sitting there are unable to resolve my this small problem and putting the company name in the dust and i’m demn sure if the same problem with happen with my samsung mobile they hardly take more than a couple of days and that’s the reason of being on the top despite of heavily charges than others. The response on the phone is also pathetic.

I purchased this mobile on 24th october'2014 from snapdeal.com online shopping website.

My mobile have battery issue from last 3 months. So, i went to service center on 7th may' 2016 in pimpari chinchwad with below address.

I told to service executive i required new battery for intex aqua star power model. But they immediately refused that company closed this product and battery could not be provided now.
I had questioned them how is it possible to company refused such things if did not have special plan for spare battery requirement for customers.
Its being very unfortunate and i was in distress and immediately complaining this issue on consumer court.
I thought this is very genuine issue because if one company is unable to provide you the spare new battery; it means it is disastrous for customer and no more trust on such industries which is unable to provide spare battery.

It is my humble request that please take proper action on m/s intex mobile and its service center to give us valuable spare part service or pay the charges which we suffer for this. Because if there is no any battery in mobile it means it is only "dabba hai dabba uncle ka mobile dabba".
Hope you will look into this matter and support us to resolve issue as early as possible.

I purchased a intex led on dated 28/04/2016. And i know intex is a brand so i purchased it. But it's very shameful situation that it's not working from next two or three days. I registered so many complain in your costumer care and one of my complain no is[protected]. Your service executive came last day and said it's mother board is not working so will repair it.

But sir it's very shameful situation that i purchased a new led of intex and it's not working so please request to you that please replace it asap.

I have purchase intex aqua speed mb dated.10 feb 2015, from satyam mobile dombivli branch.around 15 days in between purchase date mb given m a battry issue i changed from service centre .after that screen issue that time service center made some softerware update .after that again motherboard issue .i want to return my money.this is not a well brand.its cheat from clint.i[censored] ll not take an action right now then ill give complint againts intex.6500 is not a small amount for me.again and again intex company waste my time

I have a intex aqua h.d5.0 which is under warranty when my phone touch is not working properly. Then I go to my nearest intex service centre.1st time they couldn't found any problem after 10days I found same thing and I submitted the phone ur service care. Now 15days cross they could not returned my phone. Today I arguing with the inchage of the service centre after that he calling me and give a replacement handset which is not equivalent to my phone. My phone battery capacity 2300mah.they give me 1700mph, also camera megapixel is very poor.but my phone is 13megapixels.why the play with customers??

I have purchased mobile intex aqua turbo 4 g from sangeetha mobiles pvt ltd-branch at #36, pillaiyar koil street, pallavaram, chennai-600043 by cash rs.6600 on 26.01.2016 vide invoice no.S1/pvr/5209 date ; 26/jan/2016. The mobile's battery was becoming worst within two months hence i have approached nearby your service center at tambaram west namely united care and made complaint. They told battery was in problem. Then they received the mobile vide their job sheet no.209, and inform me the defect will rectify and delivered to me within 20 days. I wondered to note the time required by them. But as no other way i came back and waited for 20 days. But my mobile has not been given back to me after rectify the defect. When i contacted them over phone several times, one fine morning they informed a new mobile phone will be supplied to me . But even after lapse of 40 days i have not yet received the mobile..Please take immediate action to replace and send new mobile as reported by your service center, otherwise i will proceed through consumer court and suitable action will be taken by legally.

I have purchased a intex mobile of rs. 9000/- on dated[protected]. That now the battery of the above mobile is not working. Yesterday, when i went to rg communication care center (Intex), kotkapura (Pb.) he misbehaved with me and told me that the battery have not any guarrantee. It will cost you of rupees 600/-. That i have purchased the mobile three months ago & seller told me that the battery have 6 months warranty... Please exchange my battery as soon as possible.

I was gone to miraroad intex gallery shanti shopping center d wing i have given them to repair my phone my phone was repaired but now it is not working i have gone 2, 3 times to intex gallery miraroad now they are saying that intex gallery has been gone, closed for 10 days and i gave the money for my repairing mobile 2, 500 ruppeess they are gone wtf?
My phone is not repairing? Why? They are giving me excuse?

Intex is making me suffer from last 8 months. They submitted my mobile on 9 oct 2015 then they didn’t gave service till 5 months they gave replaced mobile on 6th feb 2016 whose camera not working not working and battery backup was bad. So i asked for refund they didn’t respond to it and asked to visit service centre this was going on from 6 feb till 12th april on 12th april i corporated with them and submitted my mobile in their service centre. Then on 15th april they gave me my mobile by saying as it has been repaired and its camera worked for just 3 hours and again its not working they even cant repair the handset properly this is really ridiculous now i want my money. I corporate with them and that was the last time now i need my money. I cant go to service centre anymore now . Their seniors are also of no use i have talked to seniors of intex also all are fakes. I have complaint on their facebook page and they blocked me and deleted all my coments and complaint i checked it from my other id and again from my other fb id when i did complaint again they blocked my that id also and deleted complaint. Intex even don’t allow customer to complaint this type of downdmarket cheap things they doing their seniors are working on deleting the complaint not on solving the complaints. And now they asking me for extra money to solve my money this is really ridiculous. They forcing me to do what they want from last 8 months and not giving me service now. Now what should i do suggest plz they not replying to mail twitter and from fb they blocking me on call they don’t agree to anything. Now should i keep on forwarding the complaint for claim for harrasement and how much claim should i ask. Suggest me.

I have given my phone ( intex aqua hd 5.0) to the service centre bright solutions in visakhapatnam. It is almost more than 2 months completed but my problem is not solved yet. My phone is still in warrant. My job sheet number is[protected] they have sent a replacement mobile intex aqua turbo 4g. I'm ready to take that mobile but they asked us to pay around 4, 000 rupees as replacement charges.The same new mobile intex aqua turbo 4g is available for 5, 000. So my question is that my old mobile worth is only 1, 000 rupees? And that to it is in warranty. So i have rejected that mobile.So they said that we will solve your problem in 1 week. After a week i approached the service center.They said you have to still wait for 5 days.After 5days i went there but again the same problem that you have to wait for 5days..Till now it is around 10 dates they have given us to come. But problem is not yet solved.In between they have given us another job sheet number[protected]t001 in few days the warranty will be completed.So please solve the problem as soon as possible

I had purchased intex handset - aqua speed dual sim. Serial no: [protected] . Which was having some problem since
( 19/10/2016) the day i got i delivery . Handset was hanging verry frequently . And one fine day handset was dead .
Since it was under warranty i gave it at companys service centre on 8/3/2013 . They told me that its an software issue and please collect tommorow . I want and collect handset from the malad service centre . But after loading some applications at home i realised that the hand set is having same problem and on 15/03/2015 again i gave for repairing at same service centre m/s.Unique infosystems

On 12/04/2016 i got a call from the service centre that your cell is ready for collection . On 15/0 4/2016 i went to collect the hand set, surprisingly they were give a new handset in replacement star - ii . . . . ( which was of lower configration than that of current cell intex aqua speed .
So, i refused to accept it and immidiately i called to intex callcenter and registered my complain no:[protected]jycy on 15/04/2015. But till 27/04/2016 i didnt got any solution so again i called and registered a new complain no: [protected]q2 on 27/04/2016 . But i got only false assurance from them latter on 29/04/2016 again i called intex customer care no; [protected] spoke with mr.Mukesh sharma stating to be superviser of ascilation team and he assured some solution till 01/05/2016 but no responce was received from the company by the time frame they had given . Then again i called the cc no on 02/05/2016 and spoke with mr. Mukesh sharma and he assured that on 03/05/2016 before 12:30 my complain will be resolved but nothing is heared .
Neither service centre nor company is responding . I am without handset since 08/03/2016. And i m loosing my business too . . . . .

I have an intex aqua wonder mobile whose battery discharges very fast

They don't give their full attention to the customers and they even
Don't have the battery in the stock for 3 months. Even the other
Customers present their didn't liked the service of your agents much
Because they just don't have an immediate answer to the problem faced
By the customer. I am sorry to say but we too are busy with our
Schedule and if we need to go again and again to the service center
Begging them to provide us the service then nothing worse could happen
With us! We regret of buying your companies product just because of
The service you provide us.

I purchased smart phone cloud m6 online through flip cart on dated 03/01/2016, which battery stop working within month from purchase date.I submitted complaint in authorised service centre hazarat ganj opp. Gpo vide complaint no.[protected]t001. He told me that my battery problem would be solved within 15 days. But i am still waiting and when i called your service centre, he replied only that your battery not come yet, when battery will come, you informed. This way i am feeling as cheated by company.

You are requested to help me to get replace battery.

Dear sir/madam I bought an Intex Aqua Y2 1GB in July, 2015. After almost 6 months I started getting problems from the mobile i.e. after few seconds I stopped getting any voice from the other side when on a call . So I went to the service center in Hazratganj, Lucknow on 26th March, 2016. They said that it is a motherboard problem and it will take 15 days to get repaired. So I submitted the phone to the service center.I returned after 15 days and they said that it will take 4 days more. So I returned after 4 days but they again said that it will take 5 days more. So I went back home. They kept giving excuses and I showed the best of my patience. It took 1 month and 4 days to come. While returning they said that my phone came back from the service centre in between but when they checked my phone it was not getting charged. So they sent it back to the service centre again for repairing. Now that I have my phone I discovered that my phone has the motherboard of a completely different phone. It's name is now Cloud N IPS and it's internal memory is now reduced to 2GB while earlier it was 8GB. I would be very grateful if you will look into the matter and get my phone repaired.

I bought intex aqua power plus champagne mobile phone on 9th october 2015 through amazon vide invoice no. 4067.

I regret to inform you that the above phone is not charging. I have repaired the above intex phone in your service centre at centre at sector 18, noida several times. The following are the repaired dates:

1. On 11.02.2016 - job sheet no.[protected]t001. I got it repaired after 6 days.
2. On 3.3.2016. I did not get job sheet but i got it repaired within one hour.
3. On 17.03. 2016 – job sheet no.[protected]t001 (Full set + battery). I got it repaired after 10 days.

Today (02.05.2016) the same problem of the phone not getting charged has occurred again.

I have no time to go for repairing frequently to your service centre and i don’t want to repair the above phone any more, therefore please replace my intex aqua power plus champagne to new one or refund the money immediately.
