I have purchased an intex aqua star ii 16gb on 31st dec, 2016 and on 4th april, i deposited my mobile battery at shrirampur service centre due to battery problem. They assured me that the problem will be solved and return the battery within 7 days but 27 days completed still they're silent. The job sheet no.Is:[protected]t001.
Please help me to recover the battery.

I bought a intext fitrist from snapdeal.com after two months it stopped working.
I went to service station for replacement they told me to fill up online warranty card which needs app in ur phone but my phone doesn't support there app so I asked for solution they said u need to pay for service. Under warrant I'm been cheated by intex

I got a turbo s5 intex phone from a mobile dealer in faridabad.
The phone didnot work well for a single day. The light on the screen was off. It went completely black.I went to the dealer and asked him to reolve the issue.
He took the phone and got the problem solved the next day.
I took my phone back home but the same problem arose within 1 hour.
I went again to the dealer and told him to take it back. He said that he wont do that. On asking what can be done about it to which he said you can throw it on the road.

Purchased intex mobile on 17/11/2015 in Online shopping. After one month contacts not uploading and battery heating up.

Have serviced at Visakhapatnam but still it was in same problem.

Company need to replace my mobile. Worst in performance.

Even after one service held but still it was hanging on same issue. I am very frequent user with mobile now i am unable manage the work flow.

I have submit my phone on 07/04/2016 service centre, but they dnt provide me the jobsheet they said sorry, right now our printer is not working so please collect the jobsheet in evening.When i frustate then i lodge a complaint in customercare against the service centre then i recieved jobsheet dated 11/04/2016 instead of 07/04/2016.Service centre said printer is not working not the server.
After that i called the customer care again & again but there is no response & gives the lollipop- "ma'm our senior team is called in two working days"but two days are not completed till now.
I dnt have any updation of my phone & phone is still on service centre.

The dealer of intex mobile is located named sachdeva mobile point nit 5 faridabad .( [protected])

I got an intex phone.. They gave me a bad product which didnt work for one day also.There was no backlight in the phone.
They had send the mobile for repairing in intex service center faridabad..It was still not fine.
Then they declined to replace it and told to throw it away.
They also donot give a proper bill of the mobile.

I submitted my phone on 14 March 2016 on intex service center at sector 18 noida, but after one and half month got to know that service center has been closed permanently and I can collect my phone from Intex service center at shop no - 98, near kalka garhi police chowki, ghaziabad,

I collected my phone on 26 april from their and they advised me to submit my phone at another service center at R 1/99 RDC, first floor, Rajnagar, ghaziabad.

When I submitted my phone their then found some parts are missing and some are replaced from my phone.
Missing parts are - RF cable, all screws
Replaced parts - Screen LCD

Please look into the issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

I had given my smartphone, intex aqua power+ for repairing.
Phone was not charging. I submitted the phone to the service centre.
The service there was extremely slow. After submitting the phone they said that i will get my phone back repaired after 15 to 20 days.
Still whenever i go there i only hear the answer that your handset will come after a few days. A month has passed by and still not got the phone

Mobile ripeyar 3 month ho gye abhi tk mobile nhi diya roj bolte h ki aap mobile abhi tk nhi aaya

Dear sir/madam,
I bought Intex cloud swift mobile online in the mid of January 16 through snap deal. After 15 days of buying the phone has become dead, its not switching on. I went to service centre and there I was informed that it will take 10-15 days for them to repair the phone. They prepared a job sheet for me ( the date was 30 th Jan). From 30th Jan till today I have not received my phone. Whenever I go to the service center, I am told that sir it will take another 7-10 days. Like this they have made three Jobsheets.
1st as on 30 th jan, 2nd was on 24th feb and 3rd was on 9th april. Sir/Madam I am fed up with these type of responses from them.
I am loosing my patience. I request you to take appropriate action against these type of companies so that in future they should not sell these type of low quality products.
One more thing sir/madam, I want either a new phone or my money back. I will buy some other company mobile.


Hoping for a quicker and faster action from you.

Our Intex mobile is out of order. we suggested by the service centre that the battery of the phone has to be replace. we submit our mobile phone to service centre on 14/04/2016 with a commitment that the battery will be change within a week but still we have not get our phone.
hence you are requested to look into the matter otherwise we have to go Consumer Forum.

I have given my mobile to Intex service centre "Guna Electroincs" in pondicherry on 17th Oct 2015..after 1 month the service centre is closed and there is no proper response from Intex company..After that they routed me to Futuresoft Technologies in pondicherry..They are also said the phone is not received from Intex..I raised 3 complaints so far to intex customer care.Compliaint number mentioned below but there is no proper response from them..

this is anup i have been using intex aqua power plus for past 6 month without facing any kind of problem but suddenly out of no where it stopped taking any kind of charging .

I submitted my phone for servicing in intex service center on 2nd April 2016, my job sheet No[protected]T001. At the time of submission the service center personnel gave a promise of repairing it within 15 days but till now the have not completed the job, whenever i ask for the status update the gave avague answer and told me that i will be informed when the product is ready and not to disturb them

I purchased mobile phone o[censored]r company, model name "intex aqua power + " since[protected]. This is also in the warranty period. This is purchased from "reliance digital shop, kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar" and insured from national insurance company Ltd. 10 days before my phone have some critical problem while charging, and some other problems etc.when I was going to service center, reliance shop, insurance company, there is no response by the service center.mobile phone issue is not taken by the service center for solving my problem.I am very angry about your customer service. If this problem is not solved soon by your company I will go to the consumer forum court. So please resolve my problem soon..my contact no is [protected].

My Job Sheet No.[protected] Haridwar Intex Service Station after 20 days may i not received the mobile. when we call to service station they say your mobile was not repaired please wait for 1 week . service support is third class . we purchase phone for our convenient after use of only 6 month charging problem start. if your product is not proper please back from market. why are customer suffer problem.

I have purchase this phone in the month of january. But it has several problems like sensor not working, screen auto running, battery backup not good only one days backup is giving although its a 4000mah battery. I am tired of being using this phone i want to replace it or return this cell. i also had check it with the service centre but the problem is not solve yet. Please take satisfactory action as soon as possible. Thankyou!
