Sir, On 15.08.15 I have purchased Intex Auqa speed mobile from Triumala Teleworld, Hubli mobile shop. Within a fortnight I had problems ie., battery was not charging and I approached the mobile shop and he told me to contact service center for rectification. I had gone to the service station and there they got repaired, but unfortunately within a week I had the same problem and this time they told me that they have replaced the battery and it will work fine. But to my bad luck the problem is worst this time, that the mobile automatically swithoffs. This time again I approached the mobile shop where I purchased and they are not responding and insisting me to contact the service or lodge a complaint to the company. Sir I am fedup with all this, hence I kindly request you to replace the mobile or refund the amount at the earliest

    I had submitted my Intex Power Hd on 24-feb-2016. service center returned me after a long time on 4 April 2016. smart phone was in warranty period. there are still the following problems found. Purchasing date was 19-May, 2015.
    problem 1 - front speaker not working properly
    problem 2 - Display is very poor, low contrast, and very low sharpness
    problem 3- camera result very poor

    all problem rises after your long servicing period of more than 42 days.
    due to your poor service I have lost my 42 days of warranty

        I have purchased subject mobile of intex company from m/s shruti communication, pinjore wide invoice no 240 dated 07.02.2016. Following is the mobile detail :
        Model - intex aqua trend, imei no - [protected]/[protected].
        Warranty - one year

        The said mobile switched off automatically, even battery shows full charging. The same is returned to the seller on 12.02.2016 & till date not replaced by the seller or not giving any feedback on the action taken by him for replacement or repair.

        Pl look into the same & get my mobile replaced on top priority.

          Sir my mobile phone display was broken and i gave it to service center on 21/03/2016. service center no. is 2133-3031-55 and job sheet no. 603215362002T001, and my mobile model is intex turbo s4( black + yellow) dual sim and imei is 911457000518506, 911457000518514..and now they said display is not available and they said replace your phone and suggest me to take another phone. and i want my own phone which i gave it to service center..and service center owner mobile no. is 9509458352. plz solve my problem sir..i complained on 05/04/2015 id no is 1260877..and didnt solve my problem..

              SIR,

              I have given my phone for betray replacement, although my phone in guarantee but not the betray

              Service provider always tell me to come after two days but even after 25 days they are unable to tell me when he will give me my phone, when i told him to give me certain date, he told sir these small mobile companies always have such a bad service, Now I am going to file a consumer suit, but service provider still told Intex company is responsible.

              Such a bad after sell service.

              Now i even don't want my phone number only tell me to whom i have to make party in consumer suit.

              Note: my phone is at your Dehradun Service Centre from 08/03/2016

                Hi All,

                I have purchased Intex 32inc LED 6 months back and now i am facing problem with screen it is black and not able to see any picture on it.
                I have contacted to customer care here in Nashik but from past 4 days they have not helped me at all and behaviour of customer care person is very rude, i did not got response from them.

                kindly send me a technician to clear this issue ASAP.

                  I purchased a Intex Aqua power plus mobile in Mumbai in December 12 2015
                  After 10 days It developed a charger cable issue, I took it to Intes service center in my area and they informed me that they would replace the complete phone along with the charger and a replacement was given to me in two working days.
                  Subsequently after a month(Jan'2016) it developed charging issue, the phone was not charging beyond 12-14%. The Intex service center repaired the phone and returned it in 6 working days.
                  Subsequently it again started giving charging problem from 21st March 2016 and I took it to the Ghatkopar-East Intex service center on 22nd March, they kept the mobile fro repairs vide jobno.[protected]T001informing that it would take 8-12 days to resolve the problem.
                  today when I called the customer support call center ., in the morning, the service representative did not have any concrete answer and at 4:30 pm today(5th April 2015) I received a call from Mr. Hemant who informed me that the faulty part is not in stock and also informed me that my phone would be ready for delivery to me from the service center on 12th April(eight more days still to go).
                  Under the circumstances I am totally dissatisfied with the Intex warranty service and that I want to file a official case in consumer forum/court for a return of the product to Intex and want a complete refund, as It seems to have manufacturing defect, else it cannot fail 3 times in four months.
                  I ahve not been able to use this phone for the past 15 days.
                  I ntex has not been able to give satisfactory level of service to me, which has added to my mental anguish due to non availability of the phone for use.

                    I have given my intex aqua power plus to intex service center in Ludhiana on 8-3-2016...and job sheet number is[protected]T001. Till today there no satisfactory answers by service center moreover even Intex customer care is unable to give exact time in which set being repaired.. Very poor service both by Intex service center and intex customer care.. I strongly recommend to everyone not to buy intex Mobile due to very poor services...

                      I have bought this mobile a eight months ago. Since eight months, I have faced lot of issue with this and gave more than six times to service centre, .

                      Within one month I got a issue of charger, charger was not working.then next month, I faced a issue was not charging the mobile. Now I am facing Touch is not working.

                      Even I couldn't have proper service centre in coimbatore, even If I give, there will not a proper response.

                      Now they saying, Water lock is not comes under warranty but actually not even a single drop of water is fell down on mobile. even this is not physical damage. Even I give to service centre, they asking to pay to repair.
                      Totally dissatisfied. I must need my inconvience charge.

                        Dear sir, i have purchased one intex aqua force gorilla glass smartphone in last week from homeshop 18 and within 1 week it is not working and its switch off
                        And it is not starting order no. Is[protected]. And i showed to the service center they told that its having body complain it is a default set.So i want to replace my smartphone because it not used 1 single month and started this big problem. I called to the homeshope 18 they are not taking any action and i also called to the intex coustomer care they are also not doing any thing

                        So i kindly requesting you to please replace my mobile phone other wise i will give an complain against your company (Intex) and against homeshope18 in the consumer court.

                            I Sheril (IT Manager Ford) is sending this mail to express my strong dissatisfaction about the product ( Intex Aqua Star 2 16GB ) Which I had Purchased 3 months before from your company. The mobile was good only for One and Half month. Unfortunately after One and half Month found that the mobile battery was discharging very fast. As soon as I realized the complaint, I tried to inform the service centre(Global-Trivandrum) many time about the problem but they were not responding my call. I went to the service centre directly discuss my problem and they told me that their server was down and will take the mobile later. This situation continued fore more than Two times. At last they had taken my mobile without any registration procedure as their Server was down. As per their information, I was supposed to get my mobile with in 10 days but I ddnt get it yet, and it is almost One and Half Month over. However, I used to contact them again but now, I think that all my efforts was fatile. I bought a new phone now just because of the irresponsibility of your company and I feel pitty that you were not having an extra battery in your service centre, Is this your customer support and business deals? If so how can we trust your company? Any way, I anticipate a prompt reply from you, Since I did not expect this from a reputed company like yours, and if you fail to give replay I will be moving to the consumer court.

                              Since the day I had purchased a Mobile of Intex mobile I had been facing problems for which even the set was called off from me and was replaced with another set.
                              It had reached the heights recently when I had a complaint that the internal memory was getting filled up automatically for which I had given the set at the Intex service center at Bapuji Nagar in Bhubaneswar - Odisha on dated 08/03/2016 vide Job sheet No.[protected]T001.
                              I was informed that it will take 4 -5 days but as I didn't get any response so I went to the service center and then I came to know that the technician is not available so it has not been attended yet and as the other people were not able to identify the exact problem so they have to issue another Job Sheet No..

                              The story is not yet over!

                              I was informed that it will take 7 to 8 days and the most ridiculous thing is that when after 12 days I called your service center I was informed that no one committed you about any such dates neither we are liable to give you any answer. You can very well call up the Call center and lodge your complaint.

                              This is a great way of response and I think the matter should be taken seriously or else I will be compelled to take further steps in other forums.

                                Second sim slot in the phone suddenly stopped functioning. It couldn't be detected. Gave the phone to service center, they don't have the part for the same. Have given it on 18 feb still they couldn't repair it. They say we are waiting for the part.. It's more than a month but nothing has happened.. Lethargic lazy people in service center. Pathetic attitude and service.. I would nvr recommend intex phones to anyone..

                                  I brought Intel Cloud Flash 4g from Snap deal one month ago. suddenly broken rear side (gorilla glass). i met near service center (Global Mobile Masters), But no helpful talk from service staff. please help me what should i do ?                                     I, lalit arya, has done a blunder by buying intex product.

                                    I have bought one sound bar it-sb marvel 255 btu, wl woofer on 22nd jan'2016 from deep enterprises chandani chowk. I called your executives for installation on 26/02/2016, (Ref no.[protected] as i have bought this product for my new house. No one came and i keep on calling at your call centre. Again i booked a complaint on 2nd mar'16 (Ref no[protected], 5th mar'16 (Ref no[protected], 7th mar'2016 (Ref no[protected]. When one executive came, he find out that the product is faulty. He came on 10th mar'16 and took the product. 15 days have passed and no intimation from any side.

                                    Is this the service provided by intex???? We have not used the product till date and two months warranty is gone. I will be filing the case under consumer protection act 1986.

                                      I purchased the said handset on 22.02.16 from spice hotspot, janak puri new delhi for my daughter. From the day one it had a problem with battery backup, charging, mike, application auto shut down. Due to some medical problem in the house & subsequent religious engagements, i could not approach the service centre immediately.
                                      On 18.03.16 i visited the service centre at sector 18 noida (Near my office). Service adviser said it has faulty battery, problem with mike, charging port and software. He kept the phone for repairing. On the next day i got my mobile. They informed me that they have changed the mike port and upgraded the software so my most of the problems will be resolved.
                                      My daughter used the phone she observed that battery backup problem is not resolved and the other issues which were resolved and re appeared in a day or so. I again visited the service centre in janak puri (Near my residence) on 26.03.16. Here i was told the battery & pcb needs replacement so need to submit the phone. Due to repeated problem with phone in a month of purchase i & my daughter felt so harassed so i asked for replacement but they refused. I submitted my phone for repair. They creating job sheet for battery only and for phone repair i will have again submit the phone for 15 working days as per company policy (Two job sheets can not be created at same time.) i fail to understand this funny policy.
                                      I have no battery so i cannot use for 15 working days then for another 15 working days for repair of pcb. I talked to senior customer adviser also for one hour but no solution provided. Kindly look into matter for help me in getting my phone replaced.

                                        I bought intex aqua star 2 16 gb phone in aug 2015. From the day one it had battery issues. I replaced battery two times but still it have only 30 min battery back up. I complaint several times in consumer forum but still no action is taken by company..plz solve my problem and replace my phone.Phone is under warranty but service center is not supporting.
