I have purchased intex mobile in aug 2015.the led screen has been broken due to over heating but now they are not repairing my mobile.before also the cell phone are at service centre for 2 month due to some other issue.i need to request the company either to repair to change my mobile asap.i have tried to contact the customer care but they are also not giving the proper responses.

Respected sir i have purchased intex aqua speed on 5 jun 2015. i went your intex service center due to batter swelling, mobile hang & other software related problem your service center has changed my mobiles mother board and other parts after that my mobile is not working properly. when i complaint again your employers are not negotiating properly and misbehaving with me they asked about extra money they kept my mobile and not returning it to me.even my mobile is in warranty period now. respected sir i want my mobile back in a good condition.
please take action as soon as possible. that may we can trust in your company and services.

I had purchased an Intex accessory Fitrist smartband. Within a span of two months the products display went defunct. A customer as always has to usher to the nearest service centre. I did the same moving to an Intex Service centre in Goregaon West. At first I was told that I would receive a resolution call in 2 days and it has been 21 days and I have been making followups with them and in turn always get a response that we havent recieved any update from the head office. I mean is that my problem to. Secondly, the jobsheet numbers were changed 2 times and that was unfair. The jobsheet numbers are:

I need to hear from you people regarding the replacement or else I'll utilize my right to approach the higher authorities.

i am purchase the handset in july 2015 starting 6 month no complaint but after the 6 month we face the meny problem, we serch the service station in pune and visit the same, they all service station person told us we stop the all intex service no any other serivce in pune so what can i do so i need the refund the all mobile valu of rs 7700/-

Dear sir,

My phone's led was not working.I went to your intex service centre at cit road, scheme lv, land mark moulali crossing, next to senco jewellers, kolkata, west bengal-700014 on 20-feb-2016.

My phone model is cloud 4 g star.

After 14-15 days, on 6-mar-2016 they repaired by phone.Service centre person changed the motherboard of my phone with other phone named aqua 4 g+ without my intimation and flash was working fine.But sim slots were not working, so i went again to same service centre on 7/mar/2016.

Jobsheet number of complain dated20-feb-2016 is[protected]t001.

Till today i have not received my phone, service centre person are saying that they will send my phone to head office for repair.

Kindly look into the matter as it is unneccesary creating problems for me.It is almost 35 days over intex is unable to repair a single mobile.I will escalate the matter to your md if i am not getting my phone repaired within 2 days.

Also your service centre timing is from 10:30 am in the morning, i have visited your service centre 4 times and found the centre closed.Service centre at moulali cit road gets opened after 11 am and customers have to wait.If you are unable provide service on time, than stop this centre .

Sir, I have a handset of intex brand, last time, its jack was broken so i gave it for repair to intex care, they told that its motherboard is damaged, we will insert new motherboad over it, they holded my phone for a month and gave me when it was out if warranty, and it was totally damaged, when i gone again to them, then they said, we are not responsible for it

This company is fraud. i claimed money for my 8 months old phone intex aqua power 2 but instead of credited money into my account they debited money from my account. I gave them my account details and intex executive give me a transaction id and told me to fill this transaction id in card to card transfer field from my ATM card. But, when i did same money is debited from my account. After that he is not picking my phone calls. Customer care is not supporting at all.Hope now they take a required action to solve my problem.

I bought a intex mobile invoice date on 21/02/15 which has warranty period till 20/02/16. I reported at the service center of intex center for display and application problem on date 15/02/16.
I was told that mobile is in warranty period but after one month now I am informed that warranty is over and I have to pay.This is completely a cheat and not good for company's image. So I request to you to do as needful as soon as possible otherwise I will take further action.

This is my 3rd complaint. After sending my billing details intex.[protected]@india.com for refund(8599). Mr. Anuj Shrivastava([protected]) called me and said money will transfer into my account. He said to did card to card transfer and give me a transaction id. But, instead of credit money got debited from my account.It happened twice. Now almost 8599+8599=17198Rs. debited from my account and he is not even picking my phone calls. I hope atleast now intex will take a strict action against these frauds.

My name is Manish bhatiya and I am the customer of your intex product.I bought your phone whose name is intex aqua power plus on which is deposited in your service centre and my job sheet no is[protected]T001 this phone gives me too much problem due to this I m affected very badly and for your service centre up to more than 5 time so for this reason I m not want to repair this phone, I want to replace this phone so please I humbly request you to solve my problem as early as possible I suffer from phone problem since last 2 months. I m sure that you are informed me very soon.

I have purchased subjected IMEI no. Mobile model Cloud 4G star in September 2015. This phone was slipped from my hands and display was damaged on 26th December 2015 and on the same day I given this mobile for repair in gurgaon intex service center. I follow up multiple times then finally it was repaired after two months on 28th February 2016. I am feeling very sad to inform you that they have replaced display of mobile in white colour however my phone originally was in champagne colour. I didn't take the phone and lodge a complain on helpline number but they are now saying that you i do not have any option and I have to get the phone in whatever colour company is repairing which not fair.

Your company is creating pressure on me to take the phone repaired in different colour so how can I get it and this is completely unfair in way your company is treating with your customers. After sale service is your responsibility and you guys must take this responsibility.

Please share with me next level contact details if you are not able to resolve my issue.

Hope you will understand my problem and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Intex cheated me on this phone because this phone contains only 1Ghz quad core processor not 1.3ghz quad as described in the packing cover. I want clear clarification otherwise I have to go to the Court.Thanks for your service.

Iam recently purchasing last november-15, intex aqua power plus white through snapdeal. After one week battery got suddenly decrease the charging, and speaker was not able to clarity voice, I submeet repair for free service centre, on03 of February.after one month the service people told display problem, again he was create new job sheet no. Today I receive the phone same problems repeated. No response in intex customer care .

After consider my last complaint, Intex executive called and told me to ask a claim for mobile handset. He said mail the scan copy of bill and insurance details at intex.[protected]@india.com. I did the same but still no action is taken. Please refund my money as soon as possible .

Bought intex star 2 16 gb in aug 2015. from the day one it had battery issues and i replaced the battery 2 times but still it is not working properly.Battery draining very fast. Service center does not give good response.Please try to solve fast drainage problem.

This is to inform you that I'm facing huge problem after buying Intex Mobile, I feel cheated By this Intex MobileCompany. Please go through my trail mail for your ready reference. Now, I want that the Intex Company should issue a D.O.A certificate so that I can change This particular faulty mobile. The crux of the story is as follows:-
I purchased this mobile on 30/12/2015 from Spice Store at Behala, but soon after that I Found that the battery of this mobile is faulty in a matter of 30 minutes the 100% charged Mobile came down to 0%.
Then On 27/1/16 I visited to the service centre of Intex Mobile i.e. (Galaxy Electronics Taders) Thakurpukur, Kolkata:- 104.
They verified & told me that the battery is faulty they will replace it within 7-10days & Gave me a Job Sheet Number :[protected]T001.
But almost 50 days over my mobile is in switch off mode because of the battery issue. Still I'm not received any services from Intex Mobile Company & It's Service centre.After repeated Phone call & visit Mr Ravi (Intex Service Centre GalaxyStore Incharge) Told me that the Battery is out of market I have to wait... But they will not give any written Declaration that the battery is out of market & they are unable to provide.

But now, I have made it clear that I will not use Intex Mobile anymore because I felt cheated By this company. I have written as many as three mail to ([protected]@intex.in) but not a single Structured response received.

So, I'm requesting you to please look into the matter & do the needful.

I have purchased new intex aqua smart phone around 4 month ago and till time it was working fine but from now onwards I m facing battery issues.


I kept phone for charging for more than an hour but still it showing charging only 1% and not increasing more than that

Please let me know what to do as my phone is still in warranty
