I bought an Intex aqua power plus on September 2015. But after 1 months, there was a problem with charging, as the battery drained out automatically when the phone is plugged on charging, or sometimes it's nt charging. So I went to the service center, after service it within an hour, they told me the problem is fixed. But when I plugged it on charger, the same thing happened again. Again I went to the service center on the same day, the told me, that they have to keep my phone for servicing, and it will take 7to 10days. The jobsheet no[protected]T001. And after 10days, they repaired that, but after 1mont, the problem occurred again. After going again to the service center and repair, although the problem didn't fix. Plus a one problem occurred, that is network problem. Again I went to the center and they keep my ph. The jobsheet no is[protected]T001. And they can't guarantee, that they can solve the problem or not.So I want to replace it as soon as possible. I asked them to replace the device, but they told me mail a letter to this I'd. So I'm mailing it. I hope that I will got an answer sooner.

As per above my complaint, yesterday I got the mobile but with out inform they was change my mobile, means they was not given same modal mobile but old modal. Also I was purchased Intex Cloud N 1GB and now they are given used Intex Aqua Y2 1gb, without inform How can his change my mobile. My mobile data also not getting in new mobile. You can also check it in attached image.
I am not satisfaction for his service, so, I want to same modal of mobile with without any issues.
