Touch Screen not working. More than 25 days phone was given to Service Center for repairing, but still now i'm not getting any support from Intex members....

My intex aqua speed phone submitted for repairing (Sound & camera issue) at intex care ajmira but not repairing after fifteen days. Thereafter we will submitted another care center at global pimpri. He was asking after one month this mobile is mic missing. So we will not able to repair this phone.
This problem also highlighted intex customer care & mr. Moshin pathan, but no any positive response. Please help me.
