After my Complaint Some pepole call me & tell that company give full money o[censored]r phone & take phone from u. 3 day he daily call us & told for visit the bank but today we tell him that u take money from us or given to us after telling that word he get transfer of 400 from my Account Then after he is not given any response or not Recive my phone & afetr that Mr MOHD RASHID Son of HAJI MUSHATAK Switch off his Phone ([protected]).

      Dear Sir, My name is Sudhir Khare i am from Jabalpur (madhya pradesh). I have Intex Aqua power mobile which i bought on dt. 31/12/2014. Recently mobile was giving problem of no battery charge and dead condition . And mobile was in warranty period. So firstly I reported it to your local service centre and they told that you have to submit your mobile. So as adviced by your customer centre executive i submitted it on date 18/06/2015 with job sheet number[protected] T001. And they told that they will solve the problem and return it within 20 days. I contacted the service centre personally after calling many times on date 11.07.2015 and 18.07.2015. They give excuses of No Inernet Connection or No Electricity at their centre. And I havent received any message or call from them even after 33 days regarding the mobile.

        I have purchased a Intex mobile Starr-II on 26.06.2015. it has some software problem i visited Goel Communication, Peeragarhi, Delhi (Intex service centre) on 27.6.2015. The service centre staff behaviour was not only very rude but also insulting. Moreover till date (20.07.2015) no information has been received whether my mobile has been repaired or not.

          Dear Sir, My name is Sanjay Solankiand i am from Bhavnagar (Gujarat) i have Intex Aqua Style Pro mobile which i bought on dt. 23/08/2014. Recently mobile was giving problem of screen touch, it was automatically operating anything without touch to screen and opens any applications. And mobile is in warranty period. Firstly i report to your local service centre and they told that you have to submit your mobile so according to your customer executive i submit it on dated 26/06/2015 with having job sheet number[protected] T001. And they told to visit after 15 days. When i visited after 15 days they told that mobile needs to send to Head office of Gujarat Circle for repairing with new Job Sheet. So as directed by your executives they prepared new Job sheet, (Job sheet number[protected] T001) dated 09/07/2015. "then i waited for few days and call to company office and they told that it will take more one month for further work" This is really worst service i have ever seen. This is really waste of time...their is no any calls from your side. is this your service to the loyal customers???? Don't you think it is taking to much time??? please kindly do the needful.               My Name is SUNIL KUMAR PUROHIT, I Have purchased/ordered Intex Aqua Power HD mobile from Flipkart on 19th May 2015 and same is delivered to me on 21st May 2015. After 1 month i.e on 21st June 2015 suddenly my phone when in Sleeping mode and after many attempts its not responded. I went to Intex Service centre at Infinity Care Borivali west Goyal Shppoing centre, They collected my mobile and said that "your mobile will be shipped to head office and they will repair your mobile and send us repair mobile within 15days". Till the date after completion of 29 days. I called so many times on contact Number[protected] and on contact number of Service centre, but could not get my mobile back. Now I want you to take necessary action to solve the above mentioned issue otherwise I have to take legal action against Intex.                 i bought a intex aqua xtreme in 06/02/2015 and then after otherday i put my mobile in my pocket and after some time i get off my mobile back and then i saw my mobile's display had broken, so i brought my mobile in service centre date of 24/06/2015 in SHAH MARKET in Agra, and then the service executive said to me get your mobile back after 10 days and after 10 days when i reached there he said that you came after 10 days and i went there yesterday, and when i reached there, again he said to me that your mobile is not repaired yet and he told me that now you changed your mobile by mobile intex 4G+ and he also said that you are not supposed to do that and i said to him i'm not agree with it or not intrested with it. so want my mobile back in new condition. and one more thing the mobile box have a notice which is that FREE SCREEN BREAKEGE INSURANCE. So please get me my mobile INTEX aqua XTREME worth Rs.10800 back. and one more talk that when i first time reached in service centre someone who's work in service centre said your mobile repaired in Rs.3000 means that he is a currupt person. who's taken bribe to me.

                  my mobile was not charging so i went to service centre for repairing. but they said that your mobile charging parts have been damaged so it will not cover in warranty you have pay for it's repairing . i think that you should cover these types of damage in warranty if you want success. you are releasing lots of smartphones but not improving your services.

                    Dear Sir, As per Communications with the customer care person regading phone problem they refer to me, Nehru Service Center and today I personally visited there for my phone problems but they not giving me the service they not check my phone even I said several times to there sited person please check my phone but they said this is not intex service center and one person is said to me that we are free we have no work but we not check your phone. Sir, This very strange and really it is very very poor service always I faced lotes of ther problem due to poor services. My Phone has so bother me it is going to automatically off while using or urgent calls .                       My phone will not be given my intex service center and company from 2 months it gives only date but they donot respond on that date, he has allot me two job sheet number but my phone is not given job sheet no[protected]t001, job sheet no.[protected]t001. Finally i file a suit against the company and service center in consumer form and applied for compenstation.

                        Hi, please help me... I am very new customer to you Intex. I bought 32'' LED TV on 23rd June 2015 from the Mahipalpur Delhi (Poonam electronics). The day I got my TV in hand, I called Intex customer care to install it and a technician visited my place next to install it. It was installed properly with no problem. I bought Dish TV connection next day and started my TV on 25th June. I noticed that there is a problem in my TV screen. The problem is that TV is giving a huge light from its bottom. This light is same as a flash light and its a very big fault in such a nice brand as Intex. Once I saw this, I visited to the retailer (Poonam Electronics) and explained the issue. He said that since I have installed my TV already so I will need to talk to Intex people and said I am not responsible for it. I said the problem is from day one I purchased the TV but he was no help. Then I called Intex customer care people on 02/07/2015 and they filled a complaint for it with the complaint number[protected] and a technician visited to my home on 03/07/2015. He checked the TV and said I will need to get it repaired. I clearly said that WHY WOULD I GET IT REPAIRED WITHIN 2 to 3 DAYS. I said I NEED THE REPLACEMENT. Then he took my comments and said that we will call you with the update. I did not get any update, any call or any communication from you people so far. I am really so tired to deal with this. I called customer care again and they said they are arranging call back from escalation team but again no call back for me was there. Do you know how it feels when you spent alot of money and get nothing in return. This was my hard earned money Sir. Today I also called customer care and they arranged the call for me. Finally, I got the call and they did nothing but logged another complaint[protected]. This call was from Devendra singh (escalation team). He said a technician will visit again. My concern is only that Y DO YOU SENDING TECHNICIAN AGAIN AND AGAIN. I NEED THE REPLACEMENT. Please help me. Thank you. Nimesh Kumar [protected]

                              With reference to the above, I had Purchased the Mobile Handset
                              From M/s: Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd, 6, Chittranjan Avenue, Kolkata- 700 072
                              Vide Bill No:EL15/I007582. Dtd:26/01/2015. The handset IMEI Nos are
                              M_IMEI [protected] & S_IMEI [protected].

                              Within a short span of Six Months the handset Screen Display the Numerous Line & Grudrually stop working totally.Since the Product is under valid Warranty, I, had visited M/s: IS Information Technology, 3- Ketra Das Lane, Ground Floor, Kolkata-700 012 with the defective handset alongwith Original Invoice.However after spending One hour they collected the defective handset and issued me the Receipt Vide Jobsheet Number[protected]T001.Dtd: 13/07/2015. {Lot No:[protected]}.

                              After Three days i contacted them over phone to enquiry about my phone, Surprisingly they
                              informed me to Pay Rs: 3, 170/- (Rs:Three Thousand One Hundred Seventy Only) towards the repairing Charges.Since the Product is under Valid Warranty Period, Its your duty to replace
                              the Handset or arrange the free replacement.

                              Under the circumstances, I, hereby request you to please arrange the free replacement without any further delay and abide by the Warranty rendered to me.kindly get the work done upto the satisfaction and or arrange the free replacement within two days.

                              This is for your information and request to do the needful without any further delay.

                                I purchased Intex Aqua 4g plus on July 15, 2015 from M/S Ravi Electronics, Shop No.18, A/61, Poonam Garden Road, Mira Road, Thane – 401107 Since, I made the first call this morning, everyone I spoke with is complaining about the distortion on call. Then I attempted to check the same by calling couple of more friends, they too couldn’t hear me properly. I also called the retailer M/S Ravi Electronics, even he got the distortion. This is something not expected from a new phone.. I have already complained to the retailer.                                   Dear I bought AquastarII on 16 May. By 2nd may there was problem in touch screen. I gave the mobile to your service franchise at shakar pur, Lakshmi Nagar. First of all i got my mobile today itself after replacement of Touch Screen. When I checked it at home inserting the battery I found crack in screen as well as the there is white light coming from one side, it means touch screen is not fixed properly and as well crack may be because of this. Can you imagine that type bad service and that is taking 10 days. This was my first experience with Intex and I got bittet. A new phone and touch screen out of order in two month. I suggest you you charge premium but provide quality. First time so far I bought non branded and suffered. Suggest me what to do.

                                    dear sir, I have bought intex aqua q1 from R.G.Cellular 23/5 garia hat road Kolkata 29 (south city branch) on 13/03/15. IMEI no -[protected] From the day I have purchased the phone I am facing the following problem- 1) it is not getting 3G data connection. despite recharging for 3G it is only getting 2G connection. 2)wifi is detecting but internet not connecting. 3) phone is being automatically switched off. As my phone is still under warranty period, today (14 july-2015) I went to authorised intex service station ( job sheet no[protected]T001) in south kolkata . They said my phone need fresh software installation . After doing this they said my problems have been solved. But after using what I found- 1) my phone still not receiving 3G data. 2) data connection been more slower . 3)wifi not even detecting. I don't know if there is more problems that I will face later. it is very strange that the quality of product and service of your company is so poor. I shall be happy if you look into this matter and redress my grievances. thanking you

                                      Hi, I got a call from a number [protected] and the person said that I am chosen from 10 people accross India to win Intex Aqua i7 mobile phone that will cost be Rs. 3500.They said that the phone would be delivered within a week.That was 5 weeks back.They then delivered a wrong parcel containing sankat mochan hanuman locket.I had paid Rs. 3500 to the blue dart courier person. I have been repeatedly contacting them on phone and the lady says that the phone will get delivered today. This is complete harassment. Please take action against the company and please returm my money back.

                                        I purchased Intex Aqua Style 4.0 in nov 2014. It was working properly till april 30, 2015. After that it started problem and it doed not catch signal. I got changed SIM also. After that I changed my mobile operator. The same SIM at the same location works in other set but it does not work in this set. I deposited it and it was attended in OKHLA Delhi service centre but my issue is not resolved. Now this set is lying since april as unsed. I could only use it for 4.5 months only. It is my humble request to have a look on my issue.
